   优选地,如果步骤c中用户未开启不受限时长,则在自控功能开启之后,所述不受限时长的功能在已设定的限制时间跨度内无法再开启。
   优选地,所述智能显示设备为智能手机,所述步骤c进一步包括用户选择是否开启短信解锁功能,如果开启,则需要设置短信解锁的联系人电话,如果所述步骤c中用户开启了短信解锁功能,则在所述步骤七中退出正在运行的非指定应用程序之后还包括:用户选择是否向预先设定的联系人电话发送短信,在发送短信至预先设定的联系人且预先设定的联系人短信回复同意解锁后,关闭在当前限制时间段的自控功能。
   优选地,所述步骤c中设置的联系人电话不可变更,直至已设定的限制时间跨度到期;若步骤c中用户未开启短信解锁功能,则后续也不能开启,直至已设定的限制时间跨度到期;若步骤c中用户开启了短信解锁功能,则在步骤d中,用户可以选择关闭短信解锁功能,但一旦关闭后则不可再打开,直至已设定的限制时间跨度到期。
   优选地,所述智能显示设备为智能手机,所述步骤一进一步包括:如果没有网络信号,首先判定SIM卡是否拔出,若已拔出,则直接进入步骤七;若并未拔出,则判定移动天线是否开启,若未开启,则直接进入步骤七;若已开启,则进入步骤三。
   相较于现有技术,本发明智能显示设备的自控功能激活后,处于指定应用程序范围之外的其他非指定应用程序均被限制而不能运行,且本发明不同于传统的通过密码进行设定更改的控制方式,所述自控功能开启后不能在该智能显示设备上自我关闭,直至预设的限制时间跨度到期,因此,在该段时间内,不可能会出现用户禁受不了诱惑而自己将自控功能关闭的情况,从而帮助用户提高了自控力。另外,可以针对用户的生活作息时间来设定限制时间段,使用更加方便。

   具体实施方式
   以下结合说明书附图及具体实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
   本发明提供一种智能显示设备的控制方法。
    参照图1,图1是本发明智能显示设备的控制方法第一实施例的流程图;本实施例中,所述智能显示设备的控制方法包括:
    步骤S101、判断智能显示设备是否有网络信号:
   当有网络信号时,进入步骤S102、根据连接的网络自动获取智能显示设备的日期及时间;
   当无网络信号时,进入步骤S103、判定所述智能显示设备的日期或时间是否有中断或重置:若有中断或重置,则直接进入步骤S201、激活自控功能,判定是否存在正在运行的非指定应用程序;如果不存在,返回步骤S101;如果存在,则进入步骤S202、退出正在运行的非指定应用程序;若没有中断或重置,则进入步骤S104、手动获取智能显示设备的日期及时间;
   所述步骤S102和S104中获取智能显示设备的日期及时间之后包括:步骤S105、判定智能显示设备的时间是否属于限制时间段内:若智能显示设备的时间不属于限制时间段内,则进入步骤S106、判定智能显示设备的日期是否属于限制时间跨度内:若智能显示设备的日期不属于限制时间跨度内,则进入步骤S107、关闭自控功能;若智能显示设备的日期属于限制时间跨度内,则返回步骤S101;若智能显示设备的时间属于限制时间段内,则进入步骤S201、激活自控功能,判定当前是否存在正在运行的非指定应用程序:若存在,则进入步骤S202、退出正在运行的非指定应用程序,若不存在,则返回步骤S101。
    本发明的指定应用程序是指任何时间段都可以无限制使用的应用程序,比如,智能显示设备为手机,则指定应用程序可以为通话或者通话+短信或者通话+短信+微信等3种方式;智能显示设备为智能电视或者平板电脑,则指定应用程序可以根据个人需求设置,比如通讯功能的应用程序。而非指定应用程序是指除指定应用程序之外的其他应用程序。本发明的限制时间段是指每天对非指定应用程序进行限制使用的几个时间段,而限制时间跨度是指对非指定应用程序进行限制使用的天数,例如当前周;当前周+下一周;周一至周五等。所述网络信号主要是指移动网络信号、Wifi网络信号、GPS网络信号等可以根据其连接来获取获取日期和时间的网络信号。
   在所述第一实施例中,优先通过网络信号来确定智能显示设备的日期及时间,使获取的智能显示设备的日期及时间数据更准确;如果无法获取网络信号,从而无法根据连接的网络自动获取智能显示设备的日期及时间,并且所述智能显示设备的日期或时间有中断或重置,此种情况下由于无法判断智能显示设备的时间是否正确,于是激活自控功能,为避免用户通过更改所述智能显示设备的日期或时间来避开自控功能所产生的限制。
   相较于现有技术,本发明智能显示设备的自控功能激活后,处于指定应用程序范围之外的其他非指定应用程序均被限制而不能运行,且本发明不同于传统的通过密码进行设定更改的控制方式,所述自控功能开启后不能在该智能显示设备上自我关闭,直至预设的限制时间跨度到期,因此,在该段时间内,不可能会出现用户禁受不了诱惑而自己将自控功能关闭的情况,从而帮助用户提高了自控力。另外,可以针对用户的生活作息时间来设定限制时间段,使用更加方便。
   参照图2,图2是本发明智能显示设备的控制方法第二实施例的流程图;本发明第二实施例的智能显示设备的控制方法在所述步骤S101之前还包括以下步骤:
    步骤S301、判断智能显示设备是否有网络信号:当有网络信号时,进入步骤S302、根据连接的网络自动获取智能显示设备的日期及时间;当无网络信号时,进入步骤S303、手动获取智能显示设备的日期及时间。
   在获取智能显示设备的日期及时间之后,进入步骤S304、判定是否已开启自控功能,若并未开启自控功能,则进入步骤S305;若已开启自控功能,则进入步骤S306。
    步骤S305、设定限制时间段、设定限制时间跨度、设定在所述限制时间段及所述限制时间跨度内可以运行的指定应用程序,之后进入步骤S100、开启自控功能。
   步骤S306、减少指定应用程序或/和增大限制时间段或/和增大限制时间跨度。
   上述第二实施例中所述为开启自控功能之前对于自控功能各参数的设置,使用者可以根据需要设定限制时间段和限制时间跨度,且指定在限制时间段和限制时间跨度内可以运行的应用程序;在本实施例中,所述自控功能开启后,指定应用程序不可增加,所述限制时间段和限制时间跨度不可缩小,也即,只能减少可以在限制时间段内任意运用的应用程序或者保持其不变,只能进一步延长限制时间或者保持其不变;该方式对自控能力差的用户提供了更严格的控制。
   通过以下实施例举例说明如何设定上述的限制时间段及限制时间跨度:
   (1)首先设定限制时间段的各种模式及默认范围(以GMT8为例):
   a.学生模式:周一-周五:21:00-12:30;13:00-17:00;周六-周日:22:00-9:00;
   b.健康模式:周一-周五:23:00-7:00;周六-周日:24:00-8:00;
   c.工作模式:周一-周五:9:00-12:00;13:30-18:00;
   d.自定义:根据个人需求设定每周内每天的时间段;
   上述a.b.c三种模式对应时间段的划分不可更改,但每个时间段对应的开始及截止时间可以修改,比如“a.学生模式”要提示家长要考虑到学生上下学在路上的时间,在该段时间必须加以限制,以保障交通安全。另外全国时区差异较大,也需对每段的起始时间作相应修正。
   (2)时间跨度,针对上述各种模式有效分别选择:当前周、下一周或当前周+下一周、或者直接确定日期范围等。
   参照图3,图3是本发明智能显示设备的控制方法第三实施例的流程图;所述第三实施例与所述第二实施例的不同之处在于,所述步骤S201与S202之间还包括:步骤S203、判定所述限制时间段内非指定程序的累积运行时间是否大于或等于不受限时长,如果是,则退出正在运行的非指定应用程序;如果不是,则返回步骤S101。
   在本实施中,在每一个独立的分隔开的限制时间段中,设置一段不受限时长,在该不受限时长中,所有应用程序均可不受限制运行,从而在自控功能开启后,还具备了一个弹性时间。所述不受限时长可以根据需求设定,比如,可以设定15分钟。
   相应地,所述步骤S305中进一步包括:用户选择是否开启不受限时长功能,如果开启,则需要进一步设置不受限时长;不受限时长功能在开启自控功能之前由用户设定,在开启自控功能之后不受限时长功能可以取消,并且不受限功能时长只可减小不可加大,即不受限时长在开启和设定之后,所述步骤S306中进一步包括:取消不受限时间功能或者减小不受限时长,使得该控制方式更为人性化的同时,依旧保持了其自控功能的严格;所述不受限时长的功能必须在自控功能开启之前开启方可享用,若在自控功能开启之前并未开启,则在自控功能开启之后,所述不受限时长的功能在已设定的限制时间跨度内无法再开启。
   参照图4,图4是本发明智能显示设备的控制方法第四实施例的流程图;所述第四实施例中,所述智能显示设备为智能手机,所述第四实施例与上述第二实施例的不同之处在于,所述步骤S202、退出正在运行的非指定应用程序之后还包括:步骤S204、用户选择是否向预先设定的联系人电话发送短信,在发送短信至预先设定的联系人且预先设定的联系人同意解锁后,进入步骤S206、关闭在当前限制时间段的自控功能。步骤S206中,仅仅关闭在当前限制时间段的自控功能,当前限制时间段过后,自动功能恢复开启。
   具体的,本实施例中,在所述步骤S202、退出正在运行的非指定应用程序之后,首先进入步骤S204、判定是否向预先设定的联系人电话发送短信,若否,则退出;若是,则进入步骤S205、发送短信至预先设定的联系人,并判定预先设定的联系人是否同意解锁,若预先设定的联系人不同意解锁,则退出,若预先设定的联系人同意解锁,则进入步骤S206、关闭在当前限制时间段的自控功能。比如,可以预先设定一个协助该用户自控的联系人的手机号码,当在某个限制时间段里,用户开启了自控功能,但是此时有紧急情况需要使用某项功能,于是,用户可以通过短信的方式临时取消该限制时间段的限制,本实施例中,可以发送请求短信至指定联系人,并在收到联系人的“yes”短信后,取消对该限制时间段的限制,同时,其他限制时间段依旧保持自控功能。
   相应地,所述步骤S305中进一步包括,用户选择是否开启短信解锁功能,如果开启,则需要设置短信解锁的联系人电话。短信解锁功能在开启自控功能之前由用户设定,在开启自控功能之后短信解锁功能可以取消,即若步骤S305中,用户开启了短信解锁功能,此后可以利用该短信解锁功能关闭对所述限制时间段的自控,并且步骤S306中,用户可以选择关闭短信解锁功能;短信解锁功能一旦关闭则不可再打开,直至已设定的限制时间跨度到期。若步骤S305中,用户未开启短信解锁功能,则此后不能利用所述短信解锁功能关闭对所述限制时间段的自控,后续也不能开启短信解锁功能,直至已设定的限制时间跨度到期。另外,短信解锁的联系人电话设置之后,设置的联系人的电话不可变更,直至已设定的限制时间跨度到期。所述不短信解锁的功能必须在自控功能开启之前启用方可享用,若在自控功能开启之前并未启用,则在自控功能开启之后,所述短信解锁的功能在已设定的限制时间跨度内无法再启用。
   参照图5,图5是本发明智能显示设备的控制方法第五实施例的流程图;所述第五实施例与上述第一实施例的不同之处在于,所述步骤S101中判定没有网络信号之后,首先进入步骤S108、提示用户打开网络,并在用户打开网络连接之后,进入步骤S109,再次判断是否存在网络信号,如果有进入步骤S102;如果没有,进入步骤S103。
   参照图6,图6是本发明智能显示设备的控制方法第六实施例的流程图;所述第六实施例中,所述智能显示设备为智能手机,所述第六实施例与上述第一实施例的不同之处在于,所述步骤S101中判定没有网络信号之后,首先进入步骤S111、判定SIM卡是否拔出,若并未拔出,则进入步骤S112、判定移动天线是否开启,若移动天线已经开启,则进入所述第一实施例的步骤S103中,若判定过程中,智能手机的SIM卡被拔出或者其移动天线并未开启,此种情况下由于无法判断智能显示设备的时间是否正确,于是进入步骤S201,激活自控功能,为避免用户通过更改所述智能手机的日期或时间来避开自控功能所产生的限制。
   相较于现有技术,本发明智能显示设备的自控功能激活后,处于指定应用程序范围之外的其他非指定应用程序均被限制而不能运行,且本发明不同于传统的通过密码进行设定更改的控制方式,所述自控功能开启后不能在该智能显示设备上自我关闭,直至预设的限制时间跨度到期,因此,在该段时间内,不可能会出现用户禁受不了诱惑而自己将自控功能关闭的情况,从而帮助用户提高了自控力。另外,可以针对用户的生活作息时间来设定限制时间段,使用更加方便。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种智能显示设备的控制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
       步骤一,判断智能显示设备是否有网络信号,如果有网络信号,进入步骤二;如果没有网络信号,则进入步骤三;
       步骤二,根据连接的网络自动获取智能显示设备的日期及时间,之后直接进入步骤五;
       步骤三,判定所述智能显示设备的日期或时间是否有中断或重置:若有中断或重置,则直接进入步骤七;若没有中断或重置,则进入步骤四;
       步骤四,手动获取智能显示设备的日期及时间,之后进入步骤五;
       步骤五,判定智能显示设备的时间是否属于限制时间段内:若智能显示设备的时间不属于限制时间段内,则进入步骤六;若智能显示设备的时间属于限制时间段内,则进入步骤七;
        步骤六,判定智能显示设备的日期是否属于限制时间跨度内,若智能显示设备的日期不属于限制时间跨度内,则关闭自控功能;若智能显示设备的日期属于限制时间跨度内,则返回步骤一;
       步骤七,激活自控功能,判定当前是否存在正在运行的非指定应用程序,若存在,则退出正在运行的非指定应用程序,若不存在,则返回步骤一。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能显示设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一之前还包括:步骤c,设定限制时间段、设定限制时间跨度、设定在所述限制时间段及所述限制时间跨度内可以运行的指定应用程序,之后开启自控功能。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能显示设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一之前还包括:
        步骤a,判断智能显示设备是否有网络信号:当有网络信号时,根据连接的网络自动获取智能显示设备的日期及时间;当无网络信号时,手动获取智能显示设备的日期及时间;
       步骤b,在自动获取或者手动获取智能显示设备的日期及时间之后,设定限制时间段、设定限制时间跨度、设定在所述限制时间段及所述限制时间跨度内可以运行的指定应用程序,之后开启自控功能。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能显示设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b还包括:在获取智能显示设备的日期及时间之后,判定是否已开启自控功能,若并未开启自控功能,则进入步骤c;若已开启自控功能,则进入步骤d;
       步骤c,设定限制时间段、设定限制时间跨度、设定在所述限制时间段及所述限制时间跨度内可以运行的指定应用程序,之后开启自控功能;
       步骤d,减少指定应用程序或/和增大限制时间段或/和增大限制时间跨度。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的智能显示设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c进一步包括用户选择是否开启不受限时长功能,如果开启,则需要进一步设置不受限时长;如果所述步骤c中用户开启了不受限时长功能,则在所述步骤七中若存在正在运行的非指定应用程序之后还包括:若所述限制时间段内非指定程序的累积运行时间大于或等于不受限时长,则退出正在运行的非指定应用程序。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的智能显示设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c进一步包括用户选择是否开启不受限时长功能,如果开启,则需要进一步设置不受限时长;如果所述步骤c中用户开启了不受限时长功能,则在所述步骤七中若存在正在运行的非指定应用程序之后还包括:若所述限制时间段内非指定程序的累积运行时间大于或等于不受限时长,则退出正在运行的非指定应用程序。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的智能显示设备的控制方法,其特征在于,若所述步骤c中用户开启了不受限时长功能,则所述步骤d进一步包括:取消不受限时长功能或者减小不受限时长。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的智能显示设备的控制方法,其特征在于,若所述步骤c中用户开启了不受限时长功能,则所述步骤d进一步包括:取消不受限时长功能或者减小不受限时长。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的智能显示设备的控制方法,其特征在于,如果步骤c中用户未开启不受限时长,则在自控功能开启之后,所述不受限时长的功能在已设定的限制时间跨度内无法再开启。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的智能显示设备的控制方法,其特征在于,如果步骤c中用户未开启不受限时长,则在自控功能开启之后,所述不受限时长的功能在已设定的限制时间跨度内无法再开启。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的智能显示设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述智能显示设备为智能手机,所述步骤c进一步包括用户选择是否开启短信解锁功能,如果开启,则需要设置短信解锁的联系人电话,如果所述步骤c中用户开启了短信解锁功能,则在所述步骤七中退出正在运行的非指定应用程序之后还包括:用户选择是否向预先设定的联系人电话发送短信,在发送短信至预先设定的联系人且预先设定的联系人短信回复同意解锁后,关闭在当前限制时间段的自控功能。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的智能显示设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述智能显示设备为智能手机,所述步骤c进一步包括用户选择是否开启短信解锁功能,如果开启,则需要设置短信解锁的联系人电话,如果所述步骤c中用户开启了短信解锁功能,则在所述步骤七中退出正在运行的非指定应用程序之后还包括:用户选择是否向预先设定的联系人电话发送短信,在发送短信至预先设定的联系人且预先设定的联系人短信回复同意解锁后,关闭在当前限制时间段的自控功能。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的智能显示设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c中设置的联系人电话不可变更,直至已设定的限制时间跨度到期;若步骤c中用户未开启短信解锁功能,则后续也不能开启,直至已设定的限制时间跨度到期;若步骤c中用户开启了短信解锁功能,则在步骤d中,用户可以选择关闭短信解锁功能,但一旦关闭后则不可再打开,直至已设定的限制时间跨度到期。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的智能显示设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c中设置的联系人电话不可变更,直至已设定的限制时间跨度到期;若步骤c中用户未开启短信解锁功能,则后续也不能开启,直至已设定的限制时间跨度到期;若步骤c中用户开启了短信解锁功能,则在步骤d中,用户可以选择关闭短信解锁功能,但一旦关闭后则不可再打开,直至已设定的限制时间跨度到期。
