Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un equipo de preparación automática de muestras de esputo, según el método de tinción de Ziehl Neelsen, de manera tal, que las muestras preparadas presenten una uniformidad y estandarización que permita al personal encargado de analizar las muestras microbiológicas poder realizar un estudio con resultados más acertados. El equipo está conformado por una estructura de soporte sobre la que se disponen los componentes mecánicos y electrónicos; un carrusel sobre el que se disponen las sustancias a ser utilizadas durante el método; y una estructura de movimiento lineal para un mechero de alcohol que permite que éste se desplace linealmente para proporcionar un calentamiento uniforme a la muestra. El equipo de tinción además cuenta con un módulo de control, sensores y actuadores, de modo que se realice la tinción automática de la muestra, según el referido método.
