Abstract

La présente invention concerne un capuchon de contenant à pompe de type à distribution par ouverture/fermeture automatique raccordé à un corps de contenant (110) permettant de stocker des produits cosmétiques, et comprend : un capuchon de support cylindrique (120) qui constitue un élément cylindrique accouplé par vissage au corps de contenant (110), et qui est formé de façon à présenter une section d'élargissement (121) s'étendant jusqu'à la surface circonférentielle externe sur la partie supérieure de la forme cylindrique, et une plaque de support (122) faisant saillie horizontalement sur un côté de la section d'élargissement (121); un élément de pression (130) en caoutchouc de silicone présentant une force de rappel élastique, pourvu d'une rainure circonférentielle externe (131) destinée à s'emboîter sur une saillie cylindrique (123) s'avançant depuis le bord circonférentiel interne de la partie de vissage supérieure du capuchon de support cylindrique (120), permettant la distribution d'un produit cosmétique par pression sur sa surface supérieure, le produit cosmétique étant aspiré et reçu à l'intérieur du corps de contenant (110) lorsque la pression est relâchée; un élément couvercle (140) venant recouvrir le bord circonférentiel externe supérieur de l'élément de pression (130); et un élément de raccordement cylindrique (170) sous forme d'un élément cylindrique présentant des ouvertures supérieure et inférieure, qui est pourvu d'une saillie circonférentielle externe (171) sur sa face supérieure, laquelle est insérée dans une rainure circonférentielle interne (132) sur le bord circonférentiel interne inférieur de l'élément de pression (130) inséré dans le capuchon de support cylindrique (120), une soupape de forme discoïde (150) étant montée par insertion dans l'ouverture supérieure dudit élément de raccordement, et un tuyau souple (160) permettant d'aspirer le produit cosmétique étant inséré à travers ladite l'ouverture inférieure. La présente invention, présentant cette configuration, offre l'avantage de pouvoir non seulement empêcher le durcissement du produit cosmétique mais également de prévenir la détérioration de celui-ci car l'élément de pression en matériau souple à force de rappel élastique, tel qu'un caoutchouc de silicone, produit un effet de pompage, ce qui permet d'ouvrir l'orifice de distribution du produit cosmétique et, en même temps, de distribuer le produit cosmétique par effet de la pression d'expansion et, lorsque la pression est relâchée, l'orifice d'évacuation est automatiquement fermé, empêchant ainsi tout contact entre le produit cosmétique et l'air extérieur. En outre, la présente invention a pour avantages non seulement de faciliter l'assemblage et de réduire les coûts de fabrication en simplifiant les composants du capuchon de contenant à pompe de type à distribution par ouverture/fermeture automatique, mais aussi d'empêcher la détérioration du produit cosmétique puisqu'aucun composant tel qu'un ressort métallique n'est utilisé.
