【技术领域】
本发明涉及跨媒体产品的信息互联技术, 特别是涉及一种支持信息无 障碍的公共交通设施交互关联系统, 实现信息无障碍的发展。
【背景技术】
随着社会科技不断发展, 各地政府以 「智慧城市, 智优生活」 为主题 的新规划, 但 「智慧城市, 智优生活」 只是一个愿景的目标, 需要相关的 智能系统技术支持实现。
但移动互联网并不是互联网的移动化, 是指互联网的技术、 平台、 商 业模式和应用与移动通信技术结合并实践的活动的总称。
实际情况如何?
电子媒体发展仍存严重的缺陷和不足, 由于缺乏解决跨媒体信息互联 的相关技术支持, 所谓的全媒体, 只是把平面媒体信息内容制成电子版, 同时提供给用户选择而已。
虽然传统媒体广告产品的传播能力明显落后于电子媒体, 但绝不像某 些人推崇的那样是 "终极的传媒形式, 可以取代传统平面纸媒、 传统广播、 传统电视及传统互联网等任何一种媒体"。
Wi-Fi是一种可以将个人电脑、 手持设备 (如 PDA、 手机) 等终端以无 线方式互相连接的技术。 WIFI就是一种无线联网的技术, 以前通过网线连 接电脑, 而现在则是通过无线电波来连网, 电波覆盖的有效范围都可以采 用 WIFI连接方式进行联网。
WIFI技术的次要定位, 蜂窝移动通信的补充, 一些特殊场合的高速数 据传输必须借助于 WIFI , 如波音公司提出的飞机内部无线局域网、 高速列 车内部的无线局域网等。
预期 WIFI装置覆盖更广泛地区, 信息无障碍包括两个主要范畴, 一个 是网络无障碍, 网站无障碍建设属于网络无障碍问题范畴; 另一个是电子 和信息技术无障碍, 就是解决跨媒体的无隙互联。
中国互联网协会给出了一个定义: 信息无障碍是指任何人 (无论是健 全人还是残疾人, 无论是年轻人还是老年人) 在任何情况下都能平等的、 方便地、 无障碍地获取信息、 利用信息。
但智能手机需要登录跨媒体产品信息的相关电子互联网, 外延获取更 丰富的相关资料, 关联技术是不可跨越的必需条件, 关联技术与传播技术 是二种不同概念的技术用途。
目前市场关联技术以二维码图案技术方案为主流, 虽然二维码图案技 术方案已形成了成熟的产品和产业链, 但实际操作中存在很多技术使用的 条件限制……在视频产品的屏幕画面、 网页植入二维码图案……实际操作 时, 电子屏幕显示二维码图案的时间非常短暂, 用户操作并不容易。
另外, 二维码图案方案对于解决与媒体信息信号的播音 (音频信息技 术) 关联, 更是力不从心……
据国务院参事、 第三世界科学院院士牛文元介绍, 截至 2011年底, 中 国有 154个城市规划投入 1. 5万亿资金建设智慧城市, 但真正体现其内涵 的, 目前一个也没有看到。
今天是一个技术进歩神速的人机交互时代, 在各大城市的公共场所, 各种提供 WiFi服务的热点早已融入大家的生活, 而随着移动网络与固网的 融合, 通过智能手机实现随时随地上网, 实现智慧城市发展的目标, 解决 信息无障碍是不可跨越的技术门槛, 为实现信息无障碍的目标……
因此, 更加简便、 快捷及高效果的互联技术实现随时、 随地、 随意的 需求, 是市场的迫切期望。

1、 通过通信终端产品从不同类别支持交互关联系统导向媒介产品的信 息内容获取对应的导向关联数据,处理为 WIFI关联数据同歩转发送至 WIFI 设置,通过 WIFI设置进入互联网获取 WIFI关联数据所关联的电子档案…… 满足随时、 随地、 随意获取信息的技术支持。
2、 交互关联系统的技术结合特点, 原有产品的功能没有改变, 结合后 的功能可以彼此支持, 取得明显的技术效果, 以最简单的点对点关联技术 实现跨媒体产品的信息无障碍互联, 其互联能力明显优于市场现有 QR码及 其他的关联技术解决方案。
本发明可通过多种途径 (全媒体产品) 结合应用, 有效解决移动信息 发展面对信息挤塞的技术问题,导向媒介产品利用市场现有的产品资源(包 括平面媒体产品、 多媒体电子产品、 视频电子产品及音频电子产品等)。

本发明获取关联数据基本分为 2种操作方法, 第 1种方法: 智能手机(有效范围内), 随意按关联操作键 39 (启动交 互关联系统), 再重按关联操作键 39, 嵌入智能手机的电子收发装置就可从 电子读数装置获取选择的关联数据 (即是电子地址数据);
第 2种方法: 智能手机 (有效范围内) 随意按关联操作键 39 (启动交 互关联系统), 再依据信息内容植入的数字 (平面识别标志)输入对应数字 (读取电子代号), 嵌入智能手机的电子收发装置就可从电子读数装置获取 选择的关联数据 (即是电子地址数据) ……
另一种使用方法, 完成以上第 1种方法或是第 2种方法相关歩骤后, 用户按动确认键后, 电子收发装置可从电子读数装置获得所选择的关联数 据储存。
事后, 可随时把其所设定关联的电子档案快速调出, 该关联数据可通 过发送电路发送到数据储存中心, 把其所设定关联的电子档案快速调出在 智能手机阅览 (或聆听)。

盲人是残疾人中最为弱势的群体, 要使盲人平等地参与社会生活, 就 必须通过教育来提高盲人的文化水平, 虽然我们不能给盲人一双看到外面 世界的眼睛, 但可用我们的爱心, 让盲人内心感受到人生的光明。

1、 智能手机需要嵌入交互关联系统支持与二维码图案相同。
2、 获取关联数据远比二维码图案摄像的灵敏及准确。
3、 获取关联数据不需要受光线条件影响。
4、 获取关联数据的距离可在数十米范围内按需设定, 而且非常稳定, 而二维码图案技术方案在正常条件下, 可操作范围大约在 1米左右。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种支持信息无障碍的公共交通设施交互关联系统, 系统包括支持 wifi无线技术的通信终端产品 (38)、 支持与 WIFI无隙连接交互关联系统 的导向媒介产品 (81) 及 WIFI装置 (91), 其特征在于;
所述交互关联系统由媒体信息信号 (01)、 电子读数装置 (02) 及电子 收发装置 (03) 构成,
所述媒体信息信号 (01) 是媒体信息数据与关联数据 (12) 的组合, 所述关联数据含有电子地址数据及导向关联数据组合指令,
所述电子读数装置设有组合数据接收电路 (21)、 组合数据分解电路 (22) 及发送电路 (24), 组合数据接收电路接收媒体信息信号, 通过组合 数据分解电路(22)把媒体信息信号分解为媒体信息数据及关联数据(12), 分解后的关联数据通过发送电路 (24) 传送至电子收发装置,
所述电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路(31)、 关联数据发送电路 (32) 及含储存器的中央处理器,
所述关联数据接收电路 (31) 设有 WIFI装置 (91) 支持的短距离信号 收发电路,
所述 WIFI装置 (91) 连接专用的数据服务中心。
2、如权利要求 1所述的支持信息无障碍的公共交通设施交互关联系统, 其特征在于,
所述关联数据在媒体信息数据的读数时间内重复及循环发送。
3、如权利要求 1所述的支持信息无障碍的公共交通设施交互关联系统, 其特征在于,
所述 WIFI装置 (91) 是流动性。
4、如权利要求 1所述的支持信息无障碍的公共交通设施交互关联系统, 其特征在于,
所述电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路、 关联数据发送电路及含 储存器的中央处理器的模块, 嵌入具独立操作的导向媒介产品,
所述导向媒介产品是平面媒体产品, 该平面媒体产品设有导向关联数 据组合程式, 该导向关联数据组合程式可支持放置对码数据及 WIFI装置密 码数据, 及支持对码数据及 WIFI装置密码数据的变更,
所述平面媒体产品外表面可附有平面信息内容及识别标志 ( 44 )。
5、如权利要求 1所述的支持信息无障碍的公共交通设施交互关联系统, 其特征在于,
所述电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路、 关联数据发送电路及含 储存器的中央处理器的模块, 嵌入具独立操作的导向媒介产品,
所述导向媒介产品是多媒体电子产品, 该多媒体电子产品设有导向关 联数据组合程式, 该导向关联数据组合程式可支持放置对码数据及 WIFI装 置密码数据, 及支持对码数据及 WIFI装置密码数据的变更,
所述多媒体电子产品可播放多媒体信息内容。
6、如权利要求 1所述的支持信息无障碍的公共交通设施交互关联系统, 其特征在于,
所述电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路、 关联数据发送电路及含 储存器的中央处理器的模块, 嵌入具独立操作的导向媒介产品,
所述导向媒介产品是视频电子产品, 该视频电子产品设有导向关联数 据组合程式, 该导向关联数据组合程式可支持放置对码数据及 WIFI装置密 码数据, 及支持对码数据及 WIFI装置密码数据的变更,
所述视频电子产品可播放视频信息内容。
7、如权利要求 1所述的支持信息无障碍的公共交通设施交互关联系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子收发装置设有的关联数据接收电路、 关联数据发送电路及含 储存器的中央处理器的模块, 嵌入具独立操作的导向媒介产品,
所述导向媒介产品是音频电子产品, 该音频电子产品设有导向关联数 据组合程式, 该导向关联数据组合程式可支持放置对码数据及 WIFI装置密 码数据, 及支持对码数据及 WIFI装置密码数据的变更,
所述音频电子产品可播放音频信息内容。
8、如权利要求 1所述的支持信息无障碍的公共交通设施交互关联系统, 其特征在于,
所述电子读数装置设有导向关联数据组合程式支持对码数据及 WIFI装 置密码数据储存及更换,
所述导向关联数据组合指令激活导向关联数据组合程式, 把关联数据 处理为导向关联数据 (12A) , 通过发送电路设置的短距离信号收发电路传 送。
9、如权利要求 1所述的支持信息无障碍的公共交通设施交互关联系统, 其特征在于,
所述通信终端产品接收导向关联数据处理为 WIFI关联数据 (12B), 通 过发送电路设置的短距离信号收发电路传送 WIFI装置。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的支持信息无障碍的公共交通设施交互关联系 统, 其特征在于,
所述电子读数装置设有组合数据接收电路、 组合数据分解电路、 发送 电路及 CPU模块, 嵌入支持交互关联系统的通信终端产品。
11、 如权利要求 1所述的支持信息无障碍的公共交通设施交互关联系 统, 其特征在于,
所述电子读数装置的组合数据分解电路把媒体信息信号分解为媒体信 息数据, 媒体信息数据包括数字数据(08 )、视频数据(10)、音频数据(11 ) 及程式数据 (15 ) 等,
所述媒体信息数据分解后的数字数据传送至数字数据系统处理后, 传 送到相关配置使用,
所述媒体信息数据分解后的视频数据传送至视频系统处理后, 传送到 相关配置使用,
所述媒体信息数据分解后的音频数据传送至音频系统处理后, 传送到 相关配置使用,
所述媒体信息数据分解后的程式数据传送至程式系统处理后, 传送到 相关配置使用。
12、 如权利要求 1所述的支持信息无障碍的公共交通设施交互关联系 统, 其特征在于,
所述导向媒介产品的正面装设凹凸标志及反光标志。
13、 如权利要求 1所述的支持信息无障碍的公共交通设施交互关联系 统, 其特征在于,
所述导向媒介产品的正面装设供视障人仕的盲道交通标志 (48 )。
