Description

一种帐篷架杆的连接结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种休闲用品的帐篷结构,特别涉及一种帐篷架杆的连接结构。
背景技术
帐篷作为一种户外用品,成为时下许多爱好旅游、露营等户外休闲活动人士的必备。帐篷支架通常是由若干支撑杆件组合而成,在各支撑杆件包括顶杆和侧杆,一般位于帐篷顶部的各根顶杆都枢接在一个顶部枢接座上,各根顶杆的外端通过一个肩关节与侧杆相连,杆件之间以枢接的方式连接的,以便可以相对转动从而展开和收折,从而可以达到展开支撑与收折的目的。
对于杆件之间的连接件,特辊是帐篷的篷顶杆与立杆之间的连接件,多是由两个分别连接在两个相互连接的杆件上的连接头构成,两个连接头需要通过铆钉相互枢接,并以铆钉为轴转动,并配合上相应的锁定卡位或是复位弹簧等,以使其转动更灵活并能在支撑展开时固定,此连接件不仅结构复杂,装配亦也较繁琐;甚至有些连接件为配合收折,在收折时还需进行抽拉回缩以达两连接头之间的展开和折收,这样的连接件操作较吃力,且连接件之间采用较复杂的零件等进行装配,进一步增加了材料成本和装配成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种帐篷架杆的连接结构,其结构简单、连接移固,并且令帐篷杆件的展收操作方便易行。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种帐篷架杆的连接结构,其为一模块,此模块的一侧设有一供第一帐篷杆伸入固定的套座,在此套座的外部两侧向上同时向模块的另一侧延伸有两枢耳,两枢耳之间形成第二帐篷杆枢接的枢接槽;在模块的另一侧延伸一与两枢耳在同一轴线上的开口宽度小于第二帐篷杆杆径的开口抱扣。
所述开口抱扣的轴线与套座的轴线形成小于180度的夹角。
所述开口抱扣下方与模块套座之间设置有加强筋。
所述开口抱扣的外壁上设有凸肋。
采用上述结构后,本发明帐篷架杆的连接结构,是通过连接在其中一帐篷杆上的模块上设置枢耳以枢接另一帐篷杆,实现二者的连接枢接关系,同时在模块一侧设置的开口抱扣实现对另一帐篷杆的定位,以达帐篷支架展开的稳定性;反之脱离开口抱扣对另一帐篷杆的卡扣,即可实现帐篷支架的收折。因此,本发明不仅结构简单、节约成本,而且装配迅速,使用上具有令帐篷杆件的展收操作方便易行的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1至图3A所示,本发明揭示了一种帐篷架杆的连接结构,其为一模块1,此模块1的一侧设有一供第一帐篷杆2伸入固定的套座11,在此套座11的外部两侧向上同时向模块1的另一侧延伸有两枢耳12,两枢耳12之间形成供第二帐篷杆3枢接的枢接槽;在模块1的另一侧延伸一与两枢耳12在同一轴线上的开口抱扣13,此抱扣13的轴线与套座11的轴线可形成有小于180度的夹角α,此夹角α设计的大小由相互枢接的两帐篷杆展开后的设计夹角决定;此开口抱扣13的开口131宽度小于第二帐篷杆3的杆径,同时开口抱扣13的槽腔132尺寸大于等于第二帐篷杆3的杆径。
所述模块1的两枢耳12上设有枢接孔121,第二帐篷杆3的端部是伸置于两枢耳12之间的枢接槽中,并通过一销钉4枢接于在两枢耳12之间。
配合图1、1A所示,当展开帐篷架杆时,第二帐篷杆3利用开口抱扣13的开口131的弹性而卡置于开口抱扣13中,即可实现第一帐篷杆2与第二帐篷杆3的稳定展开;
如图2至图3A所示,当收折帐篷架杆时,反之,将第二帐篷杆3反向转动,脱离与开口抱扣13的卡置关系,即可实现第一帐篷杆2与第二帐篷杆3的折叠收合。
为增加开口抱扣13的支撑强度,在开口抱扣13下方与模块套座11之间设置有加强筋14;可进一步在开口抱扣13的外壁上设有凸肋15以提高开口抱扣13的使用寿命及卡扣强度。
由此可见,本发明帐篷架杆的连接结构,是通过连接在其中一帐篷杆上的模块1上设置枢耳12以枢接另一帐篷杆,实现二者的连接枢接关系,同时在模块1一侧设置的开口抱扣13实现对另一帐篷杆的定位,以达帐篷支架展开的稳定性;反之脱离开口抱扣13对另一帐篷杆的卡扣,即可实现帐篷支架的收折。因此,本发明不仅结构简单、节约成本,而且装配迅速,使用上具有令帐篷杆件的展收操作方便易行的特点。

Claims (4)

1、一种帐篷架杆的连接结构,其特征在于:其为一模块,此模块的一侧设有一供第一帐篷杆伸入固定的套座,在此套座的外部两侧向上同时向模块的另一侧延伸有两枢耳,两枢耳之间形成第二帐篷杆枢接的枢接槽;在模块的另一侧延伸一与两枢耳在同一轴线上的开口宽度小于第二帐篷杆杆径的开口抱扣。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种帐篷架杆的连接结构,其特征在于:所述开口抱扣的轴线与套座的轴线形成小于180度的夹角。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的一种帐篷架杆的连接结构,其特征在于:所述开口抱扣下方与模块套座之间设置有加强筋。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的一种帐篷架杆的连接结构,其特征在于:所述开口抱扣的外壁上设有凸肋。
