背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高, 音箱的质量越来越受到人们的重视。
音箱工作过程中, 振膜就会不停的前后运动, 来推动空气, 进而把振动传 入人耳, 使人听到声音; 同时该过程也会伴随附加振动, 即音箱内部的空气对 振膜的干扰造成谐振频率上升、 瞬态响应变坏、 谐波失真增大等缺点。 行业内 釆用普通倒向式音箱结构来克服上述缺点,即把扬声器的振膜露在外面来发声, 通过倒相管将振膜向后方的振动导到前方,把扬声器向后方的振动也利用起来, 就会使声波加强, 增加重低音效果。
然而, 倒相管结构设计相对较复杂, 需要大幅增大音箱的体积; 当前技术 中受限于音箱的结构, 造成向后方的声波并不能充分的得以利用; 使音箱中低 频不能在音箱内产生设计要求的谐振, 中低音辐射效率不高, 致使中音不够饱 满, 低音也显得无力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单, 只需少量增大音箱的体积, 便可充 分利用振膜向后方发出的声波, 使音箱的中低频能在音箱内产生设计要求的谐 振, 中低音辐射效率高, 中音饱满, 低音有力; 结构简单合理, 失真度低, 音 频效果好。
本发明釆用以下技术方案实现。
一种辐射倒相式音箱, 包括中框, 中框内部设置有辐射盆, 辐射盆将中框 分割为前后两个腔室, 前一个腔室内设置有喇叭, 后一个腔室为除前壁外的某 一壁体上设置有风孔的密闭腔室。
优选的, 风孔设置于后一个腔室的除前壁外且除后壁外的某一壁体。

(1) 的设置有风孔 (4) 的壁体之间设置间隙。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的辐射倒相式音箱, 其特征在于, 除所述中框 (1) 的设置有风孔 (4) 的壁体外, 所述中框 (1) 的其它壁体与所述外框 (5) 的壁 体紧配合。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的辐射倒相式音箱, 其特征在于, 还包括铝制的外框 (5), 所述风孔 (4) 设置于所述后一个腔室的上壁体; 所述外框 (5) 的上壁 体与所述中框 (1) 的上壁体之间设置间隙, 所述外框 (5) 的其它壁体与中框
(1) 的其它壁体紧配合。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的辐射倒相式音箱, 其特征在于, 所述中框 (1) 的 内部设置分割壁(6), 所述分割壁(6) 设置有辐射盆安装孔 (7), 所述辐射盆
(2)位于所述辐射盆安装孔 (7); 所述分割壁(6) 和辐射盆 (2)将中框 (1) 分割为前后两个腔室。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的辐射倒相式音箱, 其特征在于, 还包括后盖 (8)、 后盖密封圈 (9)、 前板 (10) 和前板密封圈 (11); 所述后盖 (8) 为所述后一 个腔室的后壁, 所述后盖 (8) 与中框 (1) 之间设置所述后盖密封圈 (9); 所 述前板 (10) 为所述前一腔室的前壁, 所述前板 (10) 与所述中框 (1) 之间设 置前板密封圈 (11)。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的辐射倒相式音箱, 其特征在于, 还包括按键 PCBA (12)、 按键装配位(13)、 按键 EVA (14)和按键 (15), 按键装配位 (13) 设 置于中框(1) 的上壁; 按键 PCBA (12)设置有按键控制位(16), 按键 PCBA (12)位于所述前一腔室; 按键装配位(13)设置有通孔(17); 所述按键(15) 设置有柱体(18); 所述按键 (15) 与所述按键装配位 (13) 装配后, 所述柱体 (18) 穿过通孔 (17), 柱体 (18) 的端部临近或抵住按键控制位 (16); 所述 按键 EVA (14) 环绕按键控制位 (16), 所述按键 EVA (14) 弹性压接于所述 按键装配位 (13) 的内壁与按键 PCBA (12) 之间。
10、如权利要求 9所述的辐射倒相式音箱, 其特征在于, 还包括弹簧(19), 所述按键装配位( 13 )设置有内部嵌套第一环形盲孔(20)的第二环形盲孔(21 ), 所述第一环形盲孔 (20) 环绕在通孔 (17) 的外侧; 所述按键 (15) 的下部设 置有第三环形盲孔 (22), 所述第三环形盲孔 (22) 环绕所述柱体 (18); 所述 按键 (15) 与所述按键装配位 (13) 装配后, 所述弹簧 (19) 套接在第一环形 盲孔 (20) 的内环壁和柱体 (18) 的外侧, 第二环形盲孔 (21) 与第三环形盲 孔 (22) 的环壁配合; 所述弹簧 (19) 弹性压接在所述按键装配位 (13) 与按 键 (15) 之间。
