Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种背式扩张开蓬可折叠遮阳装置， 其特征在于： 包括背架 （1) ， 所述背架 （1) 上安装有可调开合幅度的开蓬装置， 所述开蓬装置包括 可锁定地转动的转动装置 （2) 、 驱使开篷装置可横向扩张的转动扩张 机构， 以及可随转动装置 （2) 转动的外支架 （3) 和内支架 （4) ， 所 述外支架 （3) 和内支架 （4) 之间覆盖有柔性遮罩 （5) ， 外支架 （3) 和内支架 （4) 在转动装置 （2) 和所述转动扩张机构的带动下可收折和 横向扩张地撑开。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种背式扩张开蓬可折叠遮阳装置， 其特征 在于： 所述转动装置 （2) 包括固定座 （21) ， 以及分别紧固安装有所 述外支架 （3) 和内支架 （4) 的外转动件 （22) 和内转动件 （23) ，所 述内转动件 （23) 通过转轴连接在固定座 （21) 的内侧位置上， 所述外 转动件 （22) 通过转轴以及可横向扩张外支架 （3) 位置的转动扩张机 构连接在固定座 （21) 的外侧位置上。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种背式扩张开蓬可折叠遮阳装置， 其特征 在于： 所述转动扩张机构为固定座（21)的外端面设置成斜楔面（211)， 所述斜楔面 （211) 的顶端设置于背架 （1) 的前方一侧， 斜楔面 （211) 的底端设置于背架 （1) 的后方一侧。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种背式扩张开蓬可折叠遮阳装置， 其特征 在于： 所述固定座（21)与外转动件（22)之间还设置有带动中支架（6) 转动的中转动件 （24) ， 所述中支架 （6) 紧固安装在中转动件 （24) 上， 且设置在所述外支架 （3) 与内支架 （4) 之间。 5、 根据权利要求 2-4任一所述的一种背式扩张开蓬可折叠遮阳装置， 其特征在于： 所述内转动件 （23) 或者内支架 （4) 与背架 （1) 或者固 定座 （21) 之间设置有防过转机构， 所述防过转机构限定内支架 （4) 的转动范围在所述背架 （1) 的后方一侧。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的一种背式扩张开蓬可折叠遮阳装置， 其特征 在于： 所述防过转机构为所述背架 （1) 位置设置成与安装在背架 （1) 后方一侧的所述内支架 （4) 位置相对应。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种背式扩张开蓬可折叠遮阳装置， 其特征 在于： 所述外转动件 （22) 内设置有锁定转动装置 （2) 转动位置的定 位销 （221) ， 所述定位销 （221) 通过弹簧安装在外转动件 （22) 上， 外转动件 （22) 与所述中转动件 （24) 或固定座 （21) 之间设置有不转 件 （25) ， 定位销 （221) 可调地穿插到所述不转件 （25) 上相应的定 位孔中。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种背式扩张开蓬可折叠遮阳装置， 其特征 在于： 所述外转动件 （22) 内设置有调节所述转动装置 （2) 转动位置 的调节弹珠 （222) ， 外转动件 （22) 与所述中转动件 （24) 或固定座
(21) 之间设置有不转件 （25) ， 所述调节弹珠 （222) 与所述不转件 (25) 上的弹珠孔对应。
9、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种背式扩张开蓬可折叠遮阳装置， 所述外 支架 （3) 或中支架 （6) 任一为成对的支架配以伸缩套连接成单个支架 结构。
