在现有技术下, 可以在无线控制器(Access Controller, AC )上配置定 时开关 AP的射频模块, 例如可以基于某个时间点或者时间段定时开关 AP射 频模块,在定时器超时后, AC发送指示消息以指示 AP关闭、打开其射频模块。 现有技术的缺点是实现比较复杂, 配置人员需要掌握 AP射频模块的的关断时 间, 由于不同区域的 AP关断时间不同, 所以实现起来比较困难; 另外, 现有 技术提供的技术方案不能应对某些突发状况, 由于某些场合(如机场)很容 易发生突发状况, 在这种状况下, 可能会出现在发生用户业务时 AP射频模块 处于关闭状态的情况, 进而不能为用户业务提供正常的服务。 发明内容

下面通过附图和实施例, 对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。 本发明实施例提供的无线接入点的控制方法在实际应用时, 作为一种无 线接入点的控制方法可应用于 WLAN网络设备覆盖区域。 在 WLAN网络设备覆 盖区域, 当蜂窝网络网元判断出某个小区内有一定量的数据业务发生时, 蜂 窝网络网元便可向 AC发送指示消息, 指示 AC打开 AP射频模块; 当蜂窝网络 网元判断小区内没有发生数据业务的 UE或者发生数据业务的 UE数量不多, 则可向 AC发送指示消息, 指示 AC关闭 AP射频模块。 由此本发明实施例实现 了借助蜂窝网络识别出打开和关闭 AP的时机, 进而实现开关 AP射频模块的 智能化, 节省了 AP耗电, 降低了 WLAN网络运营成本。
图 1 为本发明实施例提供的一种无线接入点的控制方法流程图, 该实施 例的执行主体是蜂窝网络网元, 该实施例详细描述了蜂窝网络网元确定开关
AP射频模块的时机并指示 AC打开或关闭 AP射频模块的方法, 如图所示, 该 实施例包括以下步骤:
步骤 101 ,蜂窝网络网元获取小区内发生数据业务的用户设备数, 所述小 区为所述蜂窝网络网元覆盖范围内的任意一个小区。
首先需要说明的是, 蜂窝网络通信系统可以为当前 2G , 3G通信系统和下 一代通信系统, 例如全球移动通信系统 (GSM , G loba l Sys tem for Mob i le communications) , 码分多址 (CDMA, Code Division Multiple Access ) 系 统, 时分多址 ( TDMA, Time Division Multiple Access ) 系统, 宽带码分多 址 ( WCDMA , Wideband Code Division Multiple Access Wireless ) , 频分 多址 ( FDMA , Frequency Division Multiple Addressing ) 系统, 正交频分 多址 ( OFDMA, Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access ) 系统, 单载波 F丽 A ( SC-F丽 A ) 系统, 通用移动通信系 ( Universal Mobile Telecommunications System, UMTS)统, 通用分组无线业务( GPRS, General Packet Radio Service ) 系统, 长期演进 ( LTE, Long Term Evolution ) 系 统, 以及其他此类通信系统。
本实施例中以蜂窝网络为 GSM、 GPRS, UMTS, CDMA2000、 TD-CDMA或 LTE 网络为例, 说明蜂窝网络网元确定开关 ΑΡ射频模块的时机的方法。
如果蜂窝网络为 GSM或 GPRS网络, 蜂窝网络网元获取小区内发生数据业 务的用户设备数具体为: 基站子系统(Base Station Subsystem, BSS )如果 所述蜂窝网络为 GSM或 GPRS网络在预设时间段内获取所述小区内接收到的用 户设备 UE发送的信道请求中数据业务信道请求的个数, 或者, 所述 BSS获取 所述小区的第一负载。 如果所述蜂窝网络为 UMTS或 CDMA2000或 TD-CDMA或 LTE网络,蜂窝网络网元获取小区内发生数据业务的用户设备数具体为: 无线 网络控制器 RNC在所述预设时间段内获取所述小区内接收到的 UE发送的信道 请求中分组交换 PS数据业务信道请求的个数, 或者, 所述 RNC获取所述小区 的第二负载。
具体地, 如果蜂窝网络为 GSM或者 GPRS网络, BSS可以在接收到 UE发送 的数据业务信道请求时, 判断小区的第一负载是否超过第一门限值, 或者周 期性判断 UE所在小区的第一负载是否超过第一门限值, 其中, 第一负载可以 通过 UE所在小区的所占用的信道数与总的信道数的比例、信道复用度来衡量。 如果小区没有过载, 则可以判断发生数据业务的用户设备数没有低于第一门 限值。 本发明实施例提供的第一负载可以通过现有技术下的小区负载的参数 如果蜂窝网络为 UMTS或 CDMA2000或 TD-CDMA或 LTE网络, 则无线网络 控制器( Radio Network Cont ro l ler , RNC )根据接收到的无线资源控制( Radio Resource Cont ro l , RRC )协议连接建立请求, 并且该 RRC连接建立请求中携 带的建立原因 "Es tab l i shment Cause" 参数为数据 "Da ta" 的个数, 可以判 断发生数据业务的用户设备数, 如果该用户设备数低于第一门限值, 则可以 判断出发生数据业务的用户设备数低于第 ―门限值。
优选地, 如果蜂窝网络为 UMTS或 C丽 A2000或 TD-C丽 A或 LTE网络, RNC 在接收到 UE发送的 RRC连接建立请求时, 还可以判断该 UE所在小区的第二 负载是否超过第 ―门限值, 或者也可以周期性判断小区负载是否超过第 ―门 限值, 其中, 第二负载可以通过 UE所在小区的码资源, 功率资源来衡量。 如 果小区没有过载, 则可以判断发生数据业务的用户设备数没有低于第一门限 值。
步骤 1 02 , 若所述发生数据业务的用户设备数小于第一门限值, 则向无线 控制器 AC发送关闭所述小区覆盖范围内无线接入点 AP的第一通知消息, 所 述第一通知消息中携带有待关闭 AP的 AP列表, 以使得所述 AC向所述待关闭
AP的 AP列表中的 AP发送关闭射频模块的指示消息。
其中, 为了实现本发明实施例所提供的技术方案, 在蜂窝网络网元上和
AC上需分别新增加一个接口, 并利用这两个新增加的接口, 在蜂窝网络网元 和 AC之间建立连接。对于 GSM/GPRS网络,可以为在 BSC上和 AC上新增接口 , 并建立 BSC和 AC之间的连接; 对于 UMTS或者 C丽 A2000或者 TD-C丽 A网络, 则可以为在 RNC上和 AC上新增接口, 并建立 RNC和 AC之间的连接; 对于 LTE 网络, 则可以为在基站 eNodeB上和 AC上新增接口, 并建立基站和 AC之间的 连接。
为了实现本发明实施例所提供的技术方案, 在蜂窝网络网元中需要预先 配置所覆盖小区与 AP之间的映射关系, 以便在某个小区发生数据业务的用户 设备数小于一定的数量时, 获取要关闭的 AP ; 或者在某个小区发生数据业务 的用户设备数大于一定的数量时, 获取要打开的 AP。
当蜂窝网络网元判断出发生数据业务的用户设备数小于第一门限值时, 可以通过与 AC之间的连接发送通知消息, 该消息中携带有待关闭 AP的 AP列 表, 该列表中携带有待关闭 AP的 AP设备。
其中, 这里所述的小区为 AC覆盖范围内的小区, 小区可以有一个或者多 个。
步骤 1 03 ,若所述发生数据业务的用户设备数大于第二门限值,则向所述 AC发送打开所述小区覆盖范围内 AP的第二通知消息,所述第二通知消息中携 带有待打开 AP的 AP列表,以使得所述 AC向所述待打开 AP的 AP列表中的 AP 发送打开射频模块的指示消息。
当蜂窝网络网元检测到发生数据业务的用户设备数增加时, 如果发生数 据业务的用户设备数大于第二门限值, 则说明需要打开小区覆盖范围内 AP射 频模块, 此时可向 AP指示 AC打开 AP射频模块。 需要说明的是, 所述第二门 限值不小于所述第一门限值。
由此, 本发明实施例通过蜂窝网络网元获取发生数据业务的用户数是否 满足预设条件, 若所述发生数据业务的用户设备数小于第一门限值, 则向 AC 发送关闭小区覆盖范围内 AP的第一通知消息, 其中第一通知消息中携带有待 关闭 AP的 AP列表, 以使得 AC向待关闭 AP的 AP列表中的 AP发送关闭射频 模块的指示消息; 若发生数据业务的用户设备数大于第二门限值, 则向 AC发 送打开小区覆盖范围内 AP的第二通知消息,第二通知消息中携带有待打开 AP 的 AP列表, 以使得 AC向待打开 AP的 AP列表中的 AP发送打开射频模块的指 示消息; 其中, 第二门限值不小于第一门限值, 由此本发明实施例实现了借 助蜂窝网络识别出打开和关闭 AP的时机, 进而实现开关 AP射频模块的智能 化, 节省了 AP耗电, 降低了 WLAN网络运营成本。
下面分别通过两个实施例描述无线接入点的控制系统中蜂窝网络网元、 AC、 AP之间的信息交互过程。 图 2为本发明实施例提供的一种无线接入点的 控制系统中各实体之间的信息交互示意图, 本实施例主要描述关闭 AP射频模 块的过程, 如图所示, 交互过程具体如下:
步骤 201 , 蜂窝网络网元判断是否达到关闭 AP的条件。
蜂窝网络网元可以通过检测小区内发生数据业务的用户设备数来判断是 否达到关闭 AP的条件, 如果发生数据业务的用户设备数低于预设的门限值, 则说明达到了关闭 AP的条件。
优选地, 如果蜂窝网络为 GSM或者 GPRS网络, BSS可以在接收到 UE发送 的数据业务信道请求时判断小区的第一负载是否小于预设门限值, 或者还可 以周期性地判断 BSS覆盖小区的第一负载是否小于预设门限值, 其中, 第一 负载可以通过 UE所在小区的信道数、信道复用度来衡量。如果小区没有过载, 则可以判断发生数据业务的用户设备数没有低于预设门限值。
优选地, 如果蜂窝网络为 UMTS或 CDMA2000或 TD-C丽 A或 LTE网络, RNC 可以在接收到 UE发送的 RRC连接建立请求时判断该 UE所在的小区的第二负 载是否小于预设门限值, 或者还可以判断 RNC覆盖小区的第二负载是否小于 预设门限值, 其中, 第二负载可以通过 UE所在小区的码资源, 功率资源来衡 量。 如果小区没有过载, 则可以判断发生数据业务的用户设备数没有低于预 设门限值。

为了实现本发明实施例所提供的技术方案, 在蜂窝网络网元上和 AC上需 分别新增加一个接口, 并利用这两个新增加的接口, 在蜂窝网络网元和 AC之 间建立连接。 对于 GSM/GPRS网络, 可以为在 BSC上和 AC上新增接口, 并建 立 BSC和 AC之间的连接; 对于 UMTS或者 CDMA2000或者 TD-C丽 A网络, 则可 以为在 RNC上和 AC上新增接口, 并建立 RNC和 AC之间的连接; 对于 LTE网 络, 则可以为在基站 eNodeB上和 AC上新增接口, 并建立基站和 AC之间的连 接。 当蜂窝网络网元判断出需要关闭小区覆盖范围内 AP射频模块时, 可以通 过与 AC之间的连接发送通知消息,该消息中携带有需要待关闭 AP的 AP列表, 该列表中携带有待关闭 AP的 AP设备。
步骤 203 , AC向 AP发送关闭 AP的指示消息。
AC获取 AP列表中的 AP , 并向 AP发送关闭 AP的指示消息。

蜂窝网络网元可以通过检测某个小区内发生数据业务的用户设备数来判 断是否达到打开 AP的条件, 如果发生数据业务的用户设备数超过预设的门限 值, 则说明满足了打开 AP的条件。
优选地, 如果蜂窝网络为 GSM或者 GPRS网络, BSS可以在接收到 UE发送 的数据业务信道请求时判断该 UE所在小区的第一负载是否超过预设门限值, 还可以周期性地判断 BSS覆盖小区的第一负载是否超过预设门限值, 其中, 第一负载可以通过 UE 所在小区所占用的信道数与小区总的可用信道数的比 例、 信道复用度来衡量。 如果小区过载, 则可以判断发生数据业务的用户设 备数没有超过预设门限值。 本发明实施例提供的第一负载可以通过现有技术 下的小区负载的参数来衡量。
优选地, 如果蜂窝网络为 UMTS或 CDMA3000或 TD-CDMA或 LTE网络, RNC 可以在接收到 UE发送的 RRC连接建立请求时判断该 UE所在小区的第二负载 是否超过预设门限值, 或者还可以判断 RNC覆盖小区的第二负载是否超过预 设门限值, 其中, 第二负载可以通过 UE所在小区的码资源, 功率资源来衡量。 如果小区过载, 则可以判断发生数据业务的用户设备数超过预设门限值。

若所述发生数据业务的用户设备数小于第一门限值, 则向无线控制器 AC 发送关闭所述小区覆盖范围内无线接入点 AP的第一通知消息, 所述第一通知 消息中携带有待关闭 AP的 AP列表, 以使得所述 AC向所述待关闭 AP的 AP列 表中的 AP发送关闭射频模块的指示消息;
若所述发生数据业务的用户设备数大于第二门限值, 则向所述 AC发送打 开所述小区覆盖范围内 AP的第二通知消息, 所述第二通知消息中携带有待打 开 AP的 AP列表, 以使得所述 AC向所述待打开 AP的 AP列表中的 AP发送打 开射频模块的指示消息;

9、 一种无线接入点的控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:

10、 根据权利要求 9所述的无线接入点的控制装置, 其特征在于, 如果所述蜂窝网络为 GSM或 GPRS网络, 所述获取单元具体用于: 在预设 时间段内获取所述小区内接收到的用户设备 UE发送的信道请求中数据业务信 道请求的个数, 或者, 所述 BSS获取所述小区的第一负载; 或者, 如果所述蜂窝网络为 UMTS或 C丽 A2000或 TD-C丽 A或 LTE网络, 所述获 取单元具体用于: 在所述预设时间段内获取所述小区内接收到的 UE发送的信 道请求中分组交换 PS数据业务信道请求的个数, 或者, 获取所述小区的第二 负载。
1 1、 根据权利要求 9或 1 0所述的无线接入点的控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 连接建立单元, 用于在所述蜂窝网络网元上新增一个接口, 并且根据所述蜂窝网络网元上新增的接口和所述 AC上新增的接口, 在所述蜂 窝网络网元和所述 AC之间建立连接;
所述发送单元具体用于:通过所述连接向 AC发送关闭小区覆盖范围内 AP 的第一通知消息。
12、 根据权利要求 9-1 1任一项所述的无线接入点的控制装置, 其特征在 于, 所述装置还包括: 接收单元, 用于接收所述 AC关闭所述小区覆盖范围内 AP的确认消息;
所述接收单元, 还用于接收所述 AC打开所述小区覆盖范围内 AP的确认 消息。
1 3、 一种无线接入点的控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括: 接收单元, 用于接收蜂窝网络网元发送的关闭小区覆盖范围内无线接入 点 AP的第一通知消息, 所述第一通知消息中携带有待关闭 AP的 AP列表, 所 述小区为所述蜂窝网络网元覆盖范围内的任意一个小区, 将所述携带有待关 闭 AP的 AP列表传输至发送单元;
发送单元, 用于接收所述接收单元传输的所述携带有待关闭 AP的 AP列 表, 向所述待关闭 AP的 AP列表中的 AP发送关闭射频模块的指示消息, 用以 指示所述待关闭 AP的 AP列表中的 AP关闭射频模块。
14、 根据权利要求 1 3所述的无线接入点的控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述 接收单元, 还用于接收所述蜂窝网络网元发送的打开小区覆盖范围内 AP的第 二通知消息, 所述第二通知消息中携带有待打开 AP的 AP列表;
所述发送单元, 还用于向所述待打开 AP的 AP列表中的 AP发送打开射频 模块的指示消息, 用以指示所述待打开 AP的 AP列表中的 AP打开射频模块。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的无线接入点的控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述 接收单元还用于: 接收所述待关闭 AP的 AP列表中的任一 AP在关闭射频模块 后发送的确认消息;
所述接收单元还用于: 接收所述待打开 AP的 AP列表中的任一 AP在打开 射频模块后发送的确认消息。
16、 根据权利要求 1 3-15任一项所述的无线接入点的控制装置, 其特征 在于, 所述装置还包括: 连接建立单元, 用于在所述 AC上新增一个接口, 并 且根据所述 AC上新增的接口和所述蜂窝网络网元上新增的接口, 在所述 AC 和所述蜂窝网络网元之间建立连接;
所述接收单元具体用于: 通过所述蜂窝网络网元与所述 AC之间建立的连 接接收所述蜂窝网络网元发送的关闭小区覆盖范围内 AP的第一通知消息。
17、 一种蜂窝网络网元, 其特征在于, 所述蜂窝网络网元包括: 网络接口;
处理器;
存储器;
存储在所述存储器中的应用程序, 所述应用程序包括可用于使所述处理 器执行以下过程的指令:
获取小区内发生数据业务的用户设备数, 所述小区为所述蜂窝网络网元 覆盖范围内的任意一个小区;
若所述发生数据业务的用户设备数小于第一门限值, 则通过所述网络接 口向无线控制器 AC发送关闭所述小区覆盖范围内无线接入点 AP的第一通知 消息, 所述第一通知消息中携带有待关闭 AP的 AP列表, 以使得所述 AC向所 述待关闭 AP的 AP列表中的 AP发送关闭射频模块的指示消息; 若所述发生数据业务的用户设备数大于第二门限值, 则通过所述网络接 口向所述 AC发送打开所述小区覆盖范围内 AP的第二通知消息, 所述第二通 知消息中携带有待打开 AP的 AP列表, 以使得所述 AC向所述待打开 AP的 AP 列表中的 AP发送打开射频模块的指示消息;
其中, 所述第二门限值不小于所述第一门限值。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的蜂窝网络网元, 其特征在于,
如果所述蜂窝网络为 GSM或 GPRS网络, 所述处理器执行获取小区内发生 数据业务的用户设备数的指令具体为: 在预设时间段内获取所述小区内接收 到的用户设备 UE发送的信道请求中数据业务信道请求的个数, 或者, 获取所 述小区的第一负载; 或者,
如果所述蜂窝网络为 UMTS或 CDMA2000或 TD-CDMA或 LTE网络, 所述处 理器执行蜂窝网络网元获取小区内发生数据业务的用户设备数的指令具体 为: 在所述预设时间段内获取所述小区内接收到的 UE发送的信道请求中分组 交换 PS数据业务信道请求的个数, 或者, 获取所述小区的第二负载。
19、 根据权利要求 17或 18所述的蜂窝网络网元, 其特征在于, 所述应 用程序还可以用于使处理器执行通过所述网络接口向无线控制器 AC发送关闭 小区覆盖范围内无线接入点 AP的第一通知消息之前, 执行: 在所述蜂窝网络 网元上新增所述网络接口, 并且根据所述蜂窝网络网元上新增的所述网络接 口和所述 AC上新增的接口, 在所述蜂窝网络网元和所述 AC之间建立连接; 所述处理器执行通过所网络接口向无线控制器 AC发送关闭小区覆盖范围 内无线接入点 AP的射频模块的第一通知消息的指令具体为: 通过所述网络接 口对应的所述连接向 AC发送关闭小区覆盖范围内 AP的射频模块的第一通知 消息。
20、 根据权利要求 17-19任一项所述的蜂窝网络网元, 其特征在于, 所 述应用程序还可以用于使所述处理器在通过所述网络接口向无线控制器 AC发 送关闭所述小区覆盖范围内无线接入点 AP的第一通知消息之后, 执行: 通过 所述网络接口接收所述 AC关闭所述小区覆盖范围内 AP的确认消息; 所述应用程序还可以用于使所述处理器在执行通过所述网络接口向所述 AC发送打开小区覆盖范围内 AP的射频模块的第二通知消息之后,执行: 通过 所述网络接口接收所述 AC打开所述小区覆盖范围内 AP的确认消息。
21、 一种无线控制器, 其特征在于, 所述无线控制器包括:
网络接口;
处理器;
存储器;
存储在所述存储器中的应用程序, 所述应用程序包括可用于使所述处理 器执行以下过程的指令:
通过所述网络接口接收蜂窝网络网元发送的关闭小区覆盖范围内无线接 入点 AP的第一通知消息, 所述第一通知消息中携带有待关闭 AP的 AP列表, 所述小区为所述蜂窝网络网元覆盖范围内的任意一个小区;
通过所述网络接口向所述待关闭 AP的 AP列表中的 AP发送关闭射频模块 的指示消息, 用以指示所述待关闭 AP的 AP列表中的 AP关闭射频模块。
22、 根据权利要求 21所述的无线控制器, 其特征在于, 所述应用程序还 可以使得所述处理器执行以下指令:
通过所述网络接口接收所述蜂窝网络网元发送的打开所述小区覆盖范围 内 AP的第二通知消息, 所述第二通知消息中携带有待打开 AP的 AP列表; 通过所述网络接口向所述待打开 AP的 AP列表中的 AP发送打开射频模块 的指示消息, 用以指示所述待打开 AP的 AP列表中的 AP打开射频模块。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的无线控制器, 其特征在于, 所述应用程序还 可以用于使所述处理器在执行通过所述网络接口向所述待关闭 AP的 AP列表 中的 AP发送关闭射频模块的指示消息之后, 执行: 通过所述网络接口接收所 述待关闭 AP的 AP列表中的任一 AP在关闭射频模块后发送的确认消息; 所述应用程序还可以用于使所述处理器在执行通过所述网络接口向所述 待打开 AP的 AP列表中的 AP发送打开射频模块的指示消息之后, 执行: 通过 所述网络接口接收所述待打开 AP的 AP列表中的任一 AP在打开射频模块后发 送的确认消息。
24、 根据权利要求 21-23任一项所述的无线控制器, 其特征在于, 所述 应用程序还可以用于使所述处理器在执行通过所述网络接口接收蜂窝网络网 元发送的关闭小区覆盖范围内无线接入点 AP射频模块的第一通知消息之前, 执行: 在所述 AC上新增所述网络接口, 并且根据所述 AC上新增的网络接口 和所述蜂窝网络网元上新增的接口, 在所述 AC和所述蜂窝网络网元之间建立 连接;
所述处理器执行通过所述网络接口接收蜂窝网络网元发送的关闭小区覆 盖范围内 AP的第一通知消息的过程具体为: 通过所述网络接口对应的所述连 接接收所述蜂窝网络网元发送的关闭小区覆盖范围内 AP的第一通知消息。
