随着科技的进步,作为光源的主要载体的照明工具获得了突破性的进展,然而,生产这些照明工具的原材料却没有获得任何的革新,金属底座和透光性较好的玻璃灯罩仍然是现代照明工具的重要组成部分,随着矿源的减少以及人工成本的不断提高,现代照明工具的成本也越来越高。而且,现代照明工具在生产的工程中,必须将玻璃灯罩预装在金属底座上,才能够进入安全地进入市场进行流通,因此,可以理解的是,现代照明工具的体积无法减小,也就意味着无法有效地降低运输的成本,而且,预设在金属底座上的玻璃灯罩在运输的过程中极易破碎造成该照明工具的损坏,从而,使得该现代照明工具的销售价格十分的昂贵。

因此,需要一种能够使得消费者个人方便地重复利用这些精美的瓶体包装物的发光装置,从而,使得所述发光装置与所述瓶体通过不同的组合形式来营造不同的氛围,进而,使其焕发新的生机。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种灯具,其结构简单,使用方便,成本低,有利于大量的普及和推广。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种灯具,其中所述灯具提供一灯罩,优选地,所述灯罩为日常生活中常见的瓶体,因此,相对于传统的照明工具来说,所述灯具具有较小的体积,从而,不仅能够有效地减小所述灯具的储藏空间,而且能够降低运输的成本。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种灯具,其相对于传统的照明工具的生产工序来讲,由于所述灯具不需要在所述发光装置上预设一灯罩,从而,减少了生产的环节,并能有效地提高了生产效率并降低了人工成本,同时能够避免所述灯具在运输过程中因灯罩的损坏而造成的损失。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种灯具,所述灯具提供一发光装置,所述发光装置选择性地固定在所述灯罩的内部,所述灯罩可以改变所述发光装置产生的光的波长,从而,使得所述发光装置得以产生不同的光的效果,进而,当大量具有所述灯罩的发光装置按照一定的规律来进行排列合租的时候,可以用来营造特殊的氛围或者达到特殊的效果。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种灯具,所述灯具提供一固持装置,所述固持装置能够适应不同规格的灯罩,以更稳定地将所述发光装置固定在所述灯罩上,从而,使得所述灯罩与所述发光装置具有稳定的结构组合。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种灯具,其能够使得消费者方便地重复利用日常生活中的瓶体并与所述发光装置相安装,从而得以按照个人的设计进行组合来营造恰当的氛围,从而,有利于重复利用日常生活中废弃的瓶体,进而,能够有效地缓解大量玻璃制品和塑料制品的使用给环境带来的压力。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种灯具,其采用稀土长效夜光粉作为辅助发光工具,以使得所述发光装置仅需要消耗较低的电量就能够达到较佳的发光效果,从而,所述灯具的体积可以设计并制作的足够的小,以使得所述灯具携带和储藏更加的方便,进而,能够有效地扩大其应用领域。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种灯具,其中所述灯具提供一感应装置和一控制装置,所述感应装置和所述控制装置串联,所述感应装置可以根据自然界光线的变化来使得所述控制装置控制所述灯具的光线的变化,从而,使得所述灯具得以自行调节所述发光装置产生的光线强弱。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种灯具,其中所述灯具提供一支架,所述灯具可以按照不同的规律来进行排列组合,以用来营造不同的氛围和环境。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种灯具,其中所述灯具提供一精油槽,当有精油或者其他香薰材料放置在所述精油槽内时,能够使得所述灯具具有香薰的功能。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种灯具,其中所述灯具提供一连接装置,所述连接装置可以将所述灯具选择性地固定在不同的位置,从而,使得所述灯具具有更大的应用领域和范围。

一发光装置;
一固持装置;和
一灯罩,其中所述灯罩形成一接受腔,所述固持装置将所述发光装置可拆卸地安装在所述灯罩上,其中当所述发光装置安装在所述灯罩上时,所述发光装置位于所述接受腔内。

本文中所述发光元件是指能够利用电能产生光源的元件,其包括白炽灯、日 光灯、镁光灯、LED灯等,优选地,本文中所述发光元件为体积较小、耗电量小且具有良好的发光效果的LED灯。
实施例
实施例一:
如图1至图4所示,本发明一优选实施例提供一灯具,其包括一发光装置10、一固持装置20和一灯罩30,其中所述灯罩30形成一接受腔31,所述固持装置20将所述发光装置10可拆卸地安装在所述灯罩10上,其中当所述发光装置10安装在所述灯罩30上时,所述发光装置10位于所述接受腔31内。
具体地说,所述固持装置20包括一安装基21,其中所述安装基21向四周一体地延伸形成一环设在所述安装基21外部的固持部22,所述安装基21与所述固持部22形成一环形的安装腔23,当所述固持装置20固定在所述灯罩30上时,所述安装腔23卡合在所述灯罩30的周缘位置,以使得所述固持装置20与所述灯罩30具有一稳定的结构组合。也就是说,当所述固持装置20固定在所述灯罩30上时,所述安装基21固定在所述灯罩30的内部,所述固持部22固定在所述灯罩30的外部,从而,使得所述固持装置20与所述灯罩30具有一稳定的结构组合。
更具体地说,所述固持装置20的中部位置预设一通透性的固持腔24,所述发光装置10选择性的安装在所述固持腔24的内部。
值得一提的是,所述固持装置20由具有弹性的材料制成,以使得所述固持装置20能够适应不同规格的灯罩,从而,使得所述固持装置20与所述灯罩30与所述发光装置10之间具有稳定的结构组合。
还值得一提的是,所述固持装置20进一步包括一精油槽25和一透气孔26,所述精油槽25预设在所述固持部22的内部,所述透气孔26规律地设置在所述固持部22上,且所述透气孔26与所述精油槽25相连接,当精油放置在所述精油槽25内时,所述精油槽25内的精油通过一定的方法经所述透气孔26散发到外界,从而,使得所述灯具具有香薰的功能。
如图5A所示,本发明第一优选实施例所提供的一种发光装置10,其包括一支撑部11和一发光部12,所述发光部12均匀地附着在所述支撑部11的表面。值得一提的是,所述发光部12为荧光粉,当要使用所述发光装置10制成的灯具 时,将所述发光装置10放置在灯光或者日光下,荧光粉自身得以吸收并储存灯光或者日光的辐射能量,以使得其具有产生光辐射的能力。
更值得一提的是,所述荧光粉优选为稀土长效荧光粉,所述稀土长效荧光粉相对于传统的荧光粉来将,具有是被的初期余辉和十倍的余光辉度,这也就意味着所述稀土长效荧光粉制成的发光装置吸收和储存光源所需要的时间更短,并且其产生光辐射的时间更长。由于所述稀土长效荧光粉的主要成分是铝的氧化物,其在自然界中具有优异的稳定性和耐光性,从而,使得其具有更稳定的化学成分和更强的环境适应能力。可以理解的是,所述稀土长效荧光粉制成的发光装置具有更大的市场空间。
如图5B所示,本发明第一优选实施例所提供的另一种发光装置10A,所述发光装置10A包括一供电装置13A和一电源端子14A,所述供电装置13A与所述电源端子14A串联,其中所述供电装置13A为所述发光装置10A提供持续稳定的电源,所述电源端子14A将外界电能补充到所述供电装置13A,以使得所述供电装置13A保证足够的能量。
值得一提的是,所述发光装置10A包括一支撑部11A和一发光部12A,所述发光部12A规律性地固定在所述支撑部11A上,其中所述发光部12A包括多个发光元件121A,所述发光元件121A与所述供电装置13A串联,当所述供电装置13A为所述发光元件121A供电时,所述发光元件121产生光线。
更值得一提的是,所述发光装置10A的支撑部11A为棒状结构,且所述支撑部11A的外径小于所述灯罩10A的内径,以使得所述支撑部11A能够安装在所述灯罩10A的内部。
如图5C所示,本发明第一优选实施例所提供的另一种发光装置10A1,其包括一支撑部11A1、一发光部12A1和一至少一弹性支撑体15A1,所述弹性支撑体15A1的一端一体地固定在所述支撑部11A1上,另一端一体地延伸形成自由端,且各所述弹性支撑体15A1预设大致相同的尺寸和形状,所述发光部12A1规律地设置在所述弹性支撑体15A1上,当所述发光装置10A1在未使用的状态下,所述弹性支撑体15A1束缚呈柱状结构,当所述发光装置10A1安装在所述灯罩30A1内部时,所述弹性支撑体15A1由于本身的弹性而散开,且由于所述灯罩30A1的内壁对所述弹性支撑体15A1的限制,各所述弹性支撑体15A1依 附在所述灯罩30A1的内壁上,从而,产生较佳的组合效果。
如图5D所示,本发明第一优选实施例所提供的再一种发光装置10A2,其包括一支撑部11A2、一发光部12A2和一至少一弹性支撑体15A2,所述弹性支撑体15A2的一端一体地固定在所述支撑部11A2上,另一端一体地延伸形成自由端,且所述弹性支撑体15A2呈螺旋状分布,所述发光部12A2规律地设置在所述弹性支撑体15A2上。其中当所述发光装置10A2在未使用的状态下,所述弹性支撑体15A2束缚呈柱状结构,当所述发光装置10A2位于所述灯罩30A2内部时,所述弹性支撑体15A2由于其本身所具有的弹性而呈螺旋状散开,且由于所述灯罩30A2的内壁的限制,所述弹性支撑体15A2依附在所述灯罩30A2的内壁上,从而,产生较佳的组合效果。
实施例二:
如图6和图7所示,本发明第二优选实施例提供一灯具,其包括一发光装置10B、一固持装置20B和一灯罩30B,其中所述灯罩30B形成一接受腔31B,所述固持装置20B将所述发光装置10B可拆卸地安装在所述灯罩10B上,其中当所述发光装置10B安装在所述灯罩30B上时,所述发光装置10B位于所述接受腔31B内。
值得一提的是,所述固定装置20B为具有弹性的条带型,当使用者使用固定装置20B将所述发光装置10B固定在所述灯罩30B上时,使用者可以根据不同的需要截取合适长度的所述固定装置20B,将所述固定装置20B环绕在所述发光装置10B的外壁上,然后将所述环绕所述固定装置20B的发光装置10B固定在所述灯罩30B上,所述固定装置20B本身所具有的弹性使得所述发光装置10B与所述灯罩30B具有一稳定的结构组合。
实施例三:
如图8和图9所示,本发明第三优选实施例提供一灯具,其包括一发光装置10B1、一固持装置20B1和一灯罩30B1,其中所述灯罩30B1形成一接受腔31B1,所述固持装置20B1将所述发光装置10B1可拆卸地安装在所述灯罩30B1上,其中当所述发光装置10B1安装在所述灯罩30B1上时,所述发光装置10B1位于所述接受腔31B1内。
具体地说,所述灯罩30B1包括一螺纹32B1和一环形突起33B1,所述螺纹 32B1设置在所述灯罩30B1的所述接受腔31B1的周缘位置,所述环形突起33B1设置在所述灯罩30B1的所述接受腔31B1的周缘位置,且所述螺纹32B1位于所述环形突起33B1的靠近所述接受腔31B1的腔口的位置。
更具体地说,所述固持装置20B1包括一固持部22B1,所述固持部22B1形成一安装腔23B1,当所述固持装置20B1固定在所述灯罩30B1上时,所述安装腔23B1卡合在所述灯罩30B1的周缘位置,也就是说,所述固持部22B1位于所述灯罩30B1的外部并与所述灯罩30B1相接触,从而,所述固持部22B1对所述灯罩30B1起夹持作用。
值得一提的是,所述固持部22B1的内部预设一螺纹突起221B1,所述螺纹突起22B1与位于所述灯罩30B1的所述接受腔31B1周缘的螺纹32B1相互配合,从而,使得所述固持装置20B1与所述灯罩30B1之间具有一稳定的结构组合。
更值得一提的是,所述固持装置20B1的中部位置预设一通透性的固持腔24B1,所述发光装置10B1选择性地安装在所述固持腔24B1的内部。
如图9所示,本发明第三实施例提供另一种固持装置20B1’,其中所述固持部22B1’的内部环设一突起221B1’,所述突起221B1’与位于所述灯罩30B1’的所述接受腔31B1’周缘的环形突起33B1’相互配合,从而,使得所述固持装置20B1’与所述灯罩30B1’之间具有一稳定的结构组合。
值得一提的是,所述固持装置20B1’由具有弹性的材料制成,以使得在所述固持装置20B1’与所述灯罩30B1’安装或者拆卸的过程中能够依靠其本身所具有的弹性更加方便安装和拆卸。
实施例四:
如图10至图12所示,本发明第四优选实施例提供一灯具,其包括一发光装置10B2、一固持装置20B2和一灯罩30B2,其中所述灯罩30B2形成一接受腔,所述固持装置20B2将所述发光装置10B2可拆卸地安装在所述灯罩30B2上,其中当所述发光装置10B2安装在所述灯罩30B2上时,所述发光装置10B2位于所述接受腔31B2内。
具体地说,所述固持装置20B2包括一安装基21B2,所述安装基21B2两侧分别设置一固持部22B2,所述固持部22B2可活动连接于所述安装基21B2上。当所述固持装置20B2固定在所述灯罩30B2上时,所述固持部22B2与位于所述 于所述灯罩30B2的所述接受腔31B2周缘的环形突起33B1相互配合,从而,使得所述固持装置20B2与所述灯罩30B2之间具有一稳定的结构组合。
实施例五:
如图13和图14所示,本发明第五优选实施例提供一灯具,其包括一发光装置10B3、一固持装置20B3和一灯罩30B3,其中所述灯罩30B3形成一接受腔31B3,所述固持装置20B3将所述发光装置10B3可拆卸地安装在所述灯罩30B3上,其中当所述发光装置10B3安装在所述灯罩30B3上时,所述发光装置10B3位于所述接受腔31B3内。
具体地说,所述固持装置20B3包括一固持部22B3,其中所述固持部22B3进一步包括一第一固持部221B3和一第二固持部222B3,所述第一固持部221B3与所述第二固持部22B3可活动地连接,也就是说,所述第一固持部221B3与所述第二固持部222B3可以绕着连接位置翻折。
更具体地说,各所述固持部22B3形成一安装腔23B3,当所述固持装置20B3固定在所述灯罩30B3上时,所述安装腔23B3卡合在所述灯罩30B3的周缘位置,也就是说,所述固持部22B3位于所述灯罩30B3的外部并与所述灯罩30B3相接触,从而,所述固持部22B3对所述灯罩30B3起夹持作用,进而,保证所述固持装置20B3与所述灯罩30B3之间具有一稳定的结构组合。
值得一提的是,各所述固持部22B3进一步包括一连接部25B3,当各所述连接部25B3固定时,形成一完成的固持部22B3,且所述固持部22B3的尺寸可以进行适度的调节,从而,使得所述固持装置20B3得以适应不同尺寸和规格的灯罩。
实施例六:
如图15和图16所示,本发明第六优选实施例提供一灯具,其包括一发光装置10B4,一固持装置20B4以及一灯罩30B4,其中所述灯罩30B4形成一接受腔31B4,所述固持装置20B4将所述发光装置10B4可拆卸地安装在所述灯罩30B4上,其中当所述发光装置10B4安装在所述灯罩30B4上时,所述发光装置10B4位于所述接受腔31B4内。
具体地说,所述固持装置20B4包括一固持部22B4以及至少一联接部200B4,其中所述固持部22B4进一步包括一第一固持部221B4和一第二固持部222B4, 所述联接部200B4进一步包括一第一联接部201B4以及一第二联接部202B4,其中所述第一联接部201B4的一端部活动地联接于所述第二联接部202B4的一端部,并且每所述第一、第二联接部201B4、202B4的自由端分别延伸并可活动地安装与所述第一、第二固持部221B4、222B4。
所述发光装置10B4具有一上端,其与所述第一固持部221B4相匹配,以及一下端,其与所述第二固持部222B4相匹配,其中所述发光装置10B4的上端具有螺纹结构,以与所述第一固持部221B4的螺纹结构相匹配,并且所述第一固持部221B4还可以沿着所述发光装置10B4形成的轨道运动,所述发光装置10B4的下端与所述第二固持部222B4具有稳定的位置关系。
根据本发明的这个优选实施例,当所述第一固持部221B4沿着所述发光装置10B4形成的轨道做靠近下端的运动时,所述第一固持部221B4与所述第二固持部222B4之间的距离被缩短,此时,所述第一联接部201B4与所述第二联接部202B4之间的角度被缩小,以使得所述固持装置20B4可以将所述发光装置10B4固定于所述灯罩30B4的所述接受腔31B4内。
相应地,当所述第一固持部221B4沿着所述发光装置10B4形成的轨道做远离下端的运动时,所述第一固持部221B4与所述第二固持部222B4之间的距离被增加,此时,所述第一联接部201B4与所述第二联接部202B4之间的角度被缩小,以使得所述发光装置10B4可以从所述灯罩30B4的所述接受腔31B4内被取出。
如图17A至18所示,本发明一优选实施例提供一发光装置10A,所述发光装置10A包括一供电装置13A和一电源端子14A,所述供电装置13A为所述发光装置10A提供持续稳定的电源,所述电源端子14A将外界电能补充到所述供电装置13A,以使得所述供电装置13A保证足够的能量。
具体地,所述发光装置10A内部预设一储电腔15A,所述供电装置15A选择性地固定在所述储电腔15A内,所述电源端子14A位于所述发光装置10A的顶部位置,且所述电源端子14A与所述储电腔15A相连接。
值得一提的是,所述供电装置13A为干电池、蓄电池或者纽扣电池中的一种,优选地,所述供电装置13A为纽扣电池,从而使得所述发光装置10A具有更小的体积和更佳的使用效果。
更值得一提的是,所述发光装置10A进一步包括一软性太阳能板16A,所 述软性太阳能板16A环设在所述支撑部11A上,且所述软性太阳能板16A与所述供电装置13A相连接,当所述发光装置10A位于阳光下时,所述柔性太阳能板16A将阳光辐射转化成电能并补充到所述供电装置13A内,以保证所述供电装置13A具有充足的电能,从而,使得所述灯具更加的环保。
进一步地,所述发光装置10A包括一感应装置17和一芯片18,所述感应装置17与所述芯片18和所述发光元件121A以及供电装置13A串联,以形成一完整的电路系统。其中,所述感应装置17得以感应周围的环境,并根据周围环境的光线变化来改变电路中的电波,以传递到所述芯片18的内部,所述芯片18将该电波转化成命令指令进一步传递到所述发光元件121A,以使得所述发光元件121A表现为光线强弱的变化,所述供电装置13A为整个电路系统提供持续稳定的电能。
如图19至图21B所示为本发明一优选实施例的第一至第三应用状态。
具体地说,所述固持装置20一体地延伸形成一安装部27,当所述固持装置20安装在所述灯罩30上时,所述安装部27位于所述固持装置20相对于所述灯罩30的一侧部。
更具体地说,所述安装部27呈环状一体地设置在所述固持装置20上,当所述固持装置20固定在所述灯罩30上制成灯具时,使用者方便地通过所述安装部27提拿所述灯具或者将所述灯具悬挂在需要的固定位置。
值得一提的是,所述安装部27C呈方形一体地设置在所述固持装置20上,当所述固持装置20固定在所述灯罩30上制成灯具时,所述灯具倒置在台面上,所述安装部27C得以使得所述灯具稳定地放置在该台面上。
更值得一体的是,所述灯具包括一外置供电装置40,所述外置供电装置40选择性地与所述安装部27C相连接,所述外置供电装置为所述灯具提供持续稳定的电能。
具体地说,所述外置供电装置40包括一蓄电池41和一第一电源端子42,所述蓄电池41预设在所述外置供电装置40的内部,且所述第一电源端子42与所述蓄电池41相连接,所述第一电源端子42可以将外部的电能补充到所述蓄电池41,从而,保证所述蓄电池41具有充足的电能。
值得一提的是,所述灯具包括一椎体50,所述椎体50选择性地固定在所述 安装部27C上,所述椎体50使得所述灯具得以方便地固定在相对松软的土地上,如沙滩、草坪等,以使得所述灯具可以在特殊的场合营造恰当的氛围和环境。
还值得一提的是,所述灯具进一步包括一发光体60,所述发光体60可拆卸地安装在所述安装部17,其中所述安装部17与所述供电装置13串联,当所述供电装置13为所述安装部17供电时,所述发光体60产生光线,此时,所述安装部17对所述发光体60起到一定的支撑作用。
更值得一提的是,所述灯具包括一外置灯罩61,所述外置灯罩61选择性地固定在所述灯罩30上,且所述外置灯罩61将所述发光体60覆盖在其下部位置,当所述发光体60产生光线时,所述外置等翟61对所述发光体60产生的光线起到聚光的效果,也就是说,所述发光体60产生的光线向四周辐射,其中一部分光线经过所述外置灯罩61的折射,最终聚射到一定的范围内,以使得使用者更好地利用该灯具。
如图22A和图22B所示为本发明一优选实施例的第四应用状态。
具体地说,所述灯具包括一支架70,所示支架70包括一平行于水平面的台面71和一与所述台面71垂直布局的支撑体72,其中所述支撑体72地固定在所述台面7上,所述灯具选择性地固定在所述支撑体7上。
值得一提的是,所述支撑体72在合适的位置镂空形成一安装孔721,且所述安装孔721与所述支撑体72呈一定的角度设置,也就是说,所述安装孔721与所述支撑体72朝向所述台面71的一侧面呈锐角分布,当所述灯具安装在所述安装孔721位置时,所述灯具的尾部具有一朝向设置的趋势,以保证该用来展示的灯具具有一稳定的重心。
需要注意的是,所述安装孔721的尺寸与所述灯罩30的尺寸相当,以保证当所述灯具固定在所述支撑体72上时,所述灯罩30与所述安装孔721之间具有一稳定的结构组合。
还值得一提的是,如图23所示,所述支架70进一步包括一组与所述支撑体72相互垂直分布的横向支架722,各所述横向支架722预设若干安装孔7221,所述灯具选择性地固定在各所述横向支架722的安装孔7221处。在该实施例中,所述灯具按照不同规律进行排列组合,得以实现不同的展示效果。
可以理解的是,本文所描述的发光元件为稀土长效荧光粉或LED元件,其仅 作为举例性说明,以使得所属技术领域的工作人员能够更加方便地理解本发明,其并不作为对本发明的具体内涵的限制。
本领域的技术人员应理解,上述描述及附图中所示的本发明的实施例只作为举例而并不限制本发明。本发明的目的已经完整并有效地实现。本发明的功能及结构原理已在实施例中展示和说明,在没有背离所述原理下,本发明的实施方式可以有任何变形或修改。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种灯具,其特征在于,包括:
    一发光装置;
    一固持装置;和
    一灯罩,其中所述灯罩形成一接受腔,所述固持装置将所述发光装置可拆卸地安装在所述灯罩上,其中当所述发光装置安装在所述灯罩上时,所述发光装置位于所述接受腔内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,所述固持装置为具有弹性的条带形物体,其中所述固持装置环设在所述发光装置的外壁上,所述固持装置安装在所述灯罩上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,所述固持装置包括一安装基,其中所述安装基向四周一体地延伸形成一环设在所述安装基外部的固持部,所述固持部与所述安装基形成一环形的安装腔,其中当所述固持装置安装在所述灯罩上时,所述灯罩的周缘位于所述安装腔内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,其中所述安装基包括一通透性的固持腔,所述发光装置选择性地安装在所述固持腔内,所述固持装置进一步包括一精油槽和一透气孔,所述精油槽预设在所述固持部的内部,所述透气孔规律地设置在所述固持部上,且所述透气孔与所述精油槽相连接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,所述发光装置包括一支撑部和一发光部,所述发光部固定在所述支撑部的表面。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,所述发光装置进一步包括一供电装置和一电源端子,所述供电装置与所述电源端子串联,其中所述供电装置为所述发光装置提供持续稳定的电能,所述电源端子将外界的电能补充到所述供电装置,所述发光装置进一步包括一支撑部和一发光部,所述发光部规律性地 固定在所述支撑部,其中所述发光部包括一至少一发光元件,所述发光元件与所述供电装置串联,当所述供电装置为所述发光元件供电时,所述发光元件产生光线。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,其中所述发光装置进一步包括一至少一弹性支撑体,所述弹性支撑体的一端一体地固定在所述支撑部上,另一端一体地延伸形成一自由端,其中所述发光装置包括两个以上的弹性支撑体,且各所述弹性支撑体预设大致相同的尺寸和形状。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,所述灯罩包括一螺纹和一环形突起,其中所述螺纹设置在所述灯罩的所述接受腔的周缘位置,所述环形突起设置在所述灯罩的所述接受腔的周缘位置,且所述螺纹位于所述环形突起的靠近所述接受腔的腔口的位置。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,所述固持装置包括一固持部,其中所述固持部形成一安装腔,当所述固持装置安装在所述灯罩上时,所述安装腔卡合在所述灯罩的周缘位置。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,其中所述固持装置的所述安装腔内环设一至少一突起,所述突起得以与所述灯罩的所述接受腔周缘的环形突起相互配合,其中所述固持部包括一通透性的固持腔,所述发光装置选择性地安装在所述固持腔内。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,所述固持装置包括一安装基,其中所述安装基的两侧分别设置一固持部,所述固持部可活动地连接于所述安装基上,且所述固持部得以与所述灯罩的所述接受腔周缘的环形突起相互配合,其中所述安装基包括一通透性的固持腔,所述发光装置选择性地安装在所述固持腔内。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,所述固持装置包括一固持 部,其中所述固持部包括一第一固持部和一第二固持部,所述第一固持部与所述第二固持部可活动地连接。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,其中各所述固持部包括一连接部,当各所述连接部固定时,各所述固持部形成一安装腔,所述安装腔卡合在所述灯罩的周缘位置,其中各所述固持部包括一通透性的固持腔,所述发光装置选择性地安装在所述固持腔内。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,所述发光装置预设一储电腔,所述供电装置选择性地固定在所述储电腔内,所述电源端子设置在所述发光装置的顶部位置,且所述电源端子与所述储电腔相连接。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,所述发光装置进一步包括一软性太阳能板,所述软性太阳能板环设在所述支撑部上,其中所述软性太阳能板与所述供电装置相连接,所述发光装置包括一感应装置和一芯片,所述感应该装置与所述芯片和所述发光元件以及所述供电装置串联,以形成一完整的电路系统。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,所述固持装置一体地延伸形成一安装部,其中当所述固持装置安装在所述灯罩上时,所述安装部位于所述固持装置相对于所述灯罩的一侧部。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,其中所述安装部呈方形一体地设置在所述固持装置上,所述灯具包括一外置供电装置,所述外置供电装置与所述安装部相串联,所述外置供电装置包括一蓄电池和一第一电源端子,所述蓄电池预设在所述外置供电装置的内部,所述蓄电池分别与所述第一电源端子及所述发光装置相连接。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具包括一椎体,所述椎体选择性地固定在所述安装部上,所述灯具包括一发光体,所述发光体可 拆卸地安装在所述安装部,其中所述安装部与所述供电装置串联,当所述供电装置为所述安装部供电时,所述发光体产生光线。
  19. 如权利要求13所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具包括一支架,其中所述支架包括一平行于水平面的台面和一与所述台面垂直布局的支撑体,所述支撑体固定在所述台面上,所述灯具选择性地固定在所述支撑体上。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,所述支撑体在合适的位置镂空形成一安装孔,其所述安装孔与所述支撑体呈一定的角度设置,所述安装孔的尺寸与所述灯罩的尺寸相当,其中所述支架包一至少一与所述支撑体相互垂直分布的横向支架,其中各所述横向支架预设若干安装孔,所述灯具选择性地固定在各所述横向支架的安装孔处。
  21. 如权利要求1所述的一种灯具,其特征在于,所述固持装置包括一固持部和至少一联接部,其中所述固持部包括一第一固持部和一第二固持部,所述联接部包括一第一联接部和一第二联接部;
    所述第一联接部的一端部活动地联接于所述第二联接部的一端部,并且所述第一、第二联接部的自由端分别延伸并活动地联接于所述第一、第二固持部,所述发光装置具有一螺纹结构的上端,其与所述第一固持部的螺纹结构相匹配,以及一下端,其与所述第二固持部具有稳定的位置,并且所述第一固持部得以沿着所述发光装置形成的轨道运动。
