Description
本发明涉及一种自动充绒机用的充绒头。
授权公告号为CN202247079U的实用新型专利公开了一种用于全自动充绒机上的充绒管(即充绒头),该充绒管与授权公告号为202808338U的实用新型专利公开了一种充绒管结构相似,该类充绒管包括内管和套管,内管与套管之间留有气体回流通道,该套管端部与内管密封连接,套管上设有与回流通道连通的回气孔,套管的后端设有收集支管,收集支管与回流通道相连通,在充绒作业整个过程中,羽绒随着气流进入预定的部位,而气体则从套管流出,从而可以高效地进行充绒。
羽绒随着充绒的气流进入衣片时,少量的羽绒随着气流进入回气孔,这样将造成以下技术问题:
1、羽绒可进入回流通道,然后顺着其他回气孔流出工作环境,将造成环境问题,且浪费了羽绒;
2、流出的羽绒是经过计量准确的羽绒的一部分,流出后将造成充入衣片的羽绒重量不达标;
3、有的羽绒将会堵塞在回气孔中,造成回气的不畅通。

充绒嘴插入衣片内,羽绒顺着羽绒输出管然后进入充绒嘴,此时由于衣片内气压大于外套管的管腔内气压,因此,大部分的气流将顺着回气管的回气微孔进入回气管与羽绒输出管之间的回气空间(少部分从回气管与羽绒输出管之间间隙进入回气管与羽绒输出管之间的回气空间),然后经回气管管体上回气孔、回气通道排出。
衣片包裹在充绒嘴上,而不是直接包裹在回气管上,在充绒工作时,羽绒进入充绒嘴,大部分的气流则回流进入回气空间,因此基本上可以将羽绒和气体之间分离,即使有少量的羽绒随气流向回气管处运动,由于管腔的存在,其运动空间加大,因此不会堵塞回气微孔;羽绒在管腔中也不会也不会乱飞影响环境;而且,回气管与外套管之间还可以设置吹气孔,吹气孔将外界高压气体引入回气管与外套管之间,从而可以将管腔内的羽绒吹入充绒嘴,经充绒嘴然后进入衣片,不会浪费羽绒,保证衣片内的羽绒重量达标。
上述充绒头(充绒管)的回气管可以将大部分的气流排出,使充绒工作顺畅进行。少部分的气流与羽绒经充绒嘴进入衣片内,由于衣片是透气的,少量的气流也排出。但是有些衣片是半透气甚至是不透气的,进入其内的气流将不能排出,这样衣片将会起泡鼓起,影响充绒工作的顺利进行。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种充绒头,该充绒头在充绒顺利进行的基础上,能够使进入充绒嘴的气流顺利排出。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种充绒头,包括羽绒输出管、回气管和外套管,所述外套管包括管腔和管腔一端连接的充绒嘴,管腔的另一端采用法兰封闭;所述回气管套设在羽绒输出管外,回气管与羽绒输出管之间形成回气空间,回气管的一端与羽绒输出管一端之间的间隙小于羽绒能够通过的间隙,回气管的另一端与羽绒输出管另一端密封;所述羽绒输出管、回气管的一端设置在管腔内,其另一端从管腔的法兰穿出延伸至管腔外,位于管腔内的羽绒输出管一端延伸至外套管的充绒嘴处,位于管腔内的回气管通体开有回气微孔,位于管腔外的回气管管体上开有回气孔,所述回气孔与回气通道连接,所述充绒嘴外套设有外回气管,所述充绒嘴与外回气管之间形成外回气空间,在充绒嘴出绒口处,外回气管一端与充绒嘴之间的间隙小于羽绒能够通过的间隙,外回气管的另一端与充绒嘴之间设置有出气口。
气流可以随着外回气管一端与充绒嘴之间的间隙进入外回气空间排出,也可以在所述外回气管通体开设回气微孔,气流从回气微孔进入外回气空间排出。
为了将管腔内的羽绒送入衣片,所述管腔的法兰上设置有吹气孔,所述吹气孔位于回气管与外套管之间,吹气孔与吹气管连接。
为了便于观察管腔内羽绒情况,所述管腔为透明玻璃材料制作。
为了方便应用在不同的衣片上,所述外回气管分为拆卸部和固定部,所述固定部固定在充绒嘴上;在充绒嘴出绒口处,所述拆卸部的一端与充绒嘴之间的间隙小于羽绒能够通过的间隙,所述拆卸部的另一端与固定部的一端连接在一起,固定部的另一端与充绒嘴之间设置

本发明充绒头在充绒时羽绒不会乱飞影响环境,可以确保进入衣片内羽绒的重量,最重要的是确保了回气的顺畅,不会引起衣片鼓起问题。

如图1、2所示,一种充绒头,包括羽绒输出管4、回气管3和外套管,所述外套管包括管腔1和管腔1一端连接的充绒嘴2,管腔1的另一端采用法兰6封闭,管腔1为透明玻璃材料制作,可以方便地对其内部进行观察。
所述回气管3套设在羽绒输出管4外,回气管3与羽绒输出管4之间形成回气空间,回气管3的一端与羽绒输出管4一端之间的间隙小于羽绒能够通过的间隙(此端连接也可以为密封连接),回气管3的另一端与羽绒输出管4另一端密封。
所述羽绒输出管4、回气管3的一端设置在管腔1内,其另一端从管腔1的法兰6穿出延伸至管腔1外,位于管腔1内的羽绒输出管4一端延伸至外套管的充绒嘴2处,位于管腔1内的回气管3通体开有回气微孔,位于管腔1外的回气管3管体上开有回气孔5,所述回气孔5与回气通道连接。
羽绒随着气流从羽绒输出管4输出,此时由于衣片内气压大于外套管的管腔1内气压,因此,大部分的气流将顺着回气管3的回气微孔进入回气管3与羽绒输出管4之间的回气空间(少部分从回气管3
与羽绒输出管4之间间隙进入回气管3与羽绒输出管4之间的回气空间),然后经回气管3管体上回气孔5、回气通道排出。
羽绒和少量的气流进入充绒嘴2,此时所述充绒嘴2外套设有外回气管,充绒嘴2与外回气管之间形成外回气空间,外回气管上套有衣片,此时羽绒将进入衣片内,而气流顺着外回气管管体上的回气微孔进入外回气管与充绒嘴2之间的外回气空间,也可以从外回气管与充绒嘴2之间间隙进入外回气管与充绒嘴2之间的外回气空间,气流进入外回气空间的方式可以是上述方式之一或是全部,然后经外回气管管体与充绒嘴2之间的出气口排出。
管腔1的法兰6上还可设置有吹气孔11,所述吹气孔11位于回气管3与外套管之间,吹气孔11与吹气管连接,若管腔1内有羽绒时,为了将管腔1内的羽绒送入衣片,吹气管内的高压气体可通过吹气孔11进入管腔1内,将管腔1内的羽绒吹入充绒嘴2,最终进入衣片。
从而,对于透气、半透气或不透气衣片均可以顺利完成充绒工作。
为了适应不同衣片的充绒,所述外回气管分为拆卸部7和固定部8,所述固定部8固定在充绒嘴2上;在充绒嘴2出绒口处,所述拆卸部7的一端与充绒嘴2之间的间隙小于羽绒能够通过的间隙,所述拆卸部7的另一端与固定部8的一端通过卡箍一类的连接件连接在一起(中间可采用硅胶垫10密封),固定部8的另一端与充绒嘴2之间设置有出气口。
本发明的结构可以二次将气流全部排出,但两次将气流排出并非是排气过程的叠加,每次气流的排出只是手段,解决的是不同的技术问题。无外套管的充绒管使用时,不仅会出现羽绒飞出影响环境问题,而且羽绒与气流不会经过充绒嘴分离,因此羽绒极易堵塞回气孔,在羽绒堵塞回气孔时会造成回气孔不畅通,解决不了半透气或不透气衣
片充绒时鼓起问题。具有外套管的充绒管虽然解决了无外套管会产生的一系列问题,其在管腔1内部进行排气,但是少量的气流仍会造成半透气或不透气衣片充绒时鼓起问题。
