Abstract

一种粉盒(200),其包括壳体(201),设置在壳体(201)上且两侧分别设有一条沿粉盒(200)安装方向布置的第一导轨(222)的出粉口(220),用于封闭出粉口(220)并能沿第一导轨(222)滑动的滑盖(210),沿安装方向设置在壳体(201)上并位于出粉口(220)上游且位于两条第一导轨(222)之间的第二导轨,设置在滑盖(210)上并与第二导轨配合的尾部(215)。采用这种结构的粉盒(200),当出粉口(220)完全开启时,滑盖(210)不易脱落,也不易被卡死,并避免部件之间相互干涉。

Description

粉盒
本发明涉及一种粉盒,尤其涉及一种出粉口由滑盖密封的粉盒。本发明基于申请日为2013年09月23日、申请号为201310436004.X的中国发明专利申请,该申请的内容作为与本发明密切相关的参考文献引入本文。
粉盒是一种可拆卸地安装在打印机中的组件,用于向打印机提供碳粉。
如图1所示,一种现有粉盒100在其壳体101上的出粉口处设置有滑盖110。
如图2所示,出粉口120四周有一圈凸缘121和位于凸缘121上的海绵垫124,海绵垫124的一面粘接在凸缘121上,另一面与滑盖110抵接,凸缘121的侧翼充当导轨122。导轨122上设置有扣位123,滑盖上设置有悬臂式的卡扣111。
如图3所示,当滑盖110关闭出粉口120时,即出粉口120被滑盖110封闭时,卡扣111与扣位123扣合以锁紧滑盖110。当粉盒沿方向x时装入打印机时,卡扣111首先受到打印机上的顶针挤压而脱离扣位123。
如图4所示,当继续沿方向X把粉盒100推入打印机内时,滑盖110的前端112在打印机的挡块阻挡下相对粉盒100沿方向X的反方向移动从而打开出粉口120。
需要自打印机中取出粉盒100时,沿方向X的反方向拉动粉盒100,滑盖110的后端113在打印机上的悬臂式的挂钩阻挡下相对粉盒100沿X方向移动而关闭出粉口120。当滑盖110完全关闭出粉口120后,随着粉盒100继续抽出,悬臂式的挂钩在壳体101上的解除凸102的挤压下脱离滑盖110的后端113,进而可完全取出粉盒100。
如图5所示,当出粉口120完全打开时,滑盖110与导轨122连接的部分非常短,因此,滑盖110容易自导轨122上脱落。
此外,当出粉口120完全打开时,由于滑盖110与导轨122连接的部分非常短,在滑盖110关闭出粉口120的过程中容易卡死。
本发明目的在于提供一种具有不易卡死和脱落的滑盖的粉盒。
为实现上述目的,本发明的粉盒包括壳体,设置在壳体上且两侧分别设有一条沿粉盒安装方向布置的第一导轨的出粉口,用于封闭出粉口并能沿第一导轨滑动的滑盖,沿安装方向设置在壳体上并位于出粉口上游且位于两条第一导轨之间的第二导轨,设置在滑盖上并与第二导轨配合的尾部。
进一步的方案是,壳体上设置有沿安装方向位于出粉口上游的第一限位部,滑盖的尾部上设置有第二限位部,沿安装方向,当出粉口被滑盖关闭时,第二限位部位于第一限位部的下游,移动滑盖以开启出粉口的过程中,需要克服第二限位部与第一限位部之间的挤压阻力,直至第二限位部越过第一限位部到达第一限位部的上游。利用弹性挤压锁定和解锁滑盖相对悬臂式卡扣弹性变形量较小,结构强度较高,因此滑盖的寿命较长。
更进一步的方案是,第二导轨包括两根肋,第一限位部包括分别设置在肋两侧并与肋一体成型的筋。尾部包括第一板件,以及相互平行且分别垂直于第一板件的第二板件、第三板件和第四板件。第二限位部包括分别设置在第二板件两侧并与所述第二板件一体成型的筋,以及,分别设置在第三板件和第四板件的内侧并分别与第三板件和第四板件一体成型的筋。筋与肋或板件一体成型,结构简单,易于成型,节省空间,筋的强度较好。
另一更进一步的方案是,第二导轨包括两根肋,第一限位部包括分别设置在肋两侧并与肋一体成型的筋;尾部包括第一板件,以及三根且分别垂直于第一板件的柱,该柱充当第二限位部。筋与肋一体成型,尾部上的柱即作为第二限位部又可与第一导轨配合以引导滑盖滑动,结构极为简单,易于加工成型,成本低。
当出粉口完全开启时,滑盖不易脱落,也不易被卡死,并避免部件之间相互干涉。

本发明所指的安装方向是指粉盒装入打印机的安装方向。
实施例一
如图6所示,粉盒200的壳体201上的出粉口处设置有滑盖210。
如图7所示,滑盖210具有盖板211、底板212、侧板213、后板214和尾部215。尾部215具有第一板件216,以及相互平行且分别垂直于第一板件的第二板件217a、第三板件217b和第四板件217c。第二板件217a两侧分别成型有一条筋218,第三板件217b内侧成型有一条筋218,第四板件217c内侧成型有一条筋218。显然,作为第二限位部的筋218设置在尾部215上。
如图8所示,出粉口220四周具有一圈凸缘221和海绵垫224,海绵垫224的一面粘接在凸缘221上,另一面与滑盖210的盖板211抵接,凸缘221的侧翼充当第一导轨222。侧板213与第一导轨222配合防止滑盖210沿粉盒200的宽度方向即方向Y窜动,盖板211、海绵垫224、底板212与第一导轨222配合防止滑盖210沿方向Z窜动。第二导轨为沿安装方向X成型在壳体201上的肋231和肋232。沿安装方向X,肋231和肋232位于出粉口220的上游。肋231的两侧分别成型有一根筋233,肋232的两侧也分别成型有一根筋233。显然,沿安装方向X,筋233也可以这被认为是位于出粉口220的上游且设置在壳体201上。当滑盖210安装在出粉口220上时,肋231位于第二板件217a和第三板件217b之间,肋232位于第二板件217a和第四板件217c之间,即尾部215与第二导轨滑动配合。
如图9和图10所示,当滑盖210关闭出粉口时,沿安装方向X,作为第二限位部的筋218位于作为第一限位部的筋233的下游。
出粉口220被完全打开时,肋231和肋232仍未完全脱离尾部215,滑盖210被有效定位,不易脱落,在关闭出粉口220过程中也不易卡死。
移动滑盖210开启出粉口220的过程中,需要克服筋218与筋233之间的挤压阻力,直至筋218越过筋233到达筋233的上游。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:滑盖的尾部的第一板件上成型有三根与第一板件垂直的柱,该柱既作为第二限位部,又可作为引导件与作为第二导轨的肋231和肋232配合以引导滑盖滑动。
以上实施例中,第一限位部不限于与第一导轨一体成型的筋,还可以是单独成型、粘接或装配在壳体上的凸起。
以上实施例中,第一导轨不限于成型在壳体上的肋,还可以是成型在壳体上的槽,尾部为与之滑动配合的肋或柱。
出粉口完全开启时,壳体上的第二导轨和滑盖的尾部配合可以有效防止滑盖脱落,防止滑盖相对第一导轨发生过大的倾斜而避免滑盖被卡死。第二导轨位于两条第一导轨之间可使得第二导轨与打印机的悬臂式挂钩的钩部错开,避免部件干涉。

Claims (4)

  1. 粉盒,包括,
    壳体;
    出粉口,设置在所述壳体上,两侧分别设有一条沿所述粉盒的安装方向布置的第一导轨;
    滑盖,用于封闭所述出粉口,能沿所述第一导轨滑动;
    其特征在于:
    第二导轨,沿所述安装方向,设置在所述壳体上,位于所述出粉口的上游,并位于两条所述第一导轨之间;
    尾部,设置在所述滑盖上,与所述第二导轨滑动配合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的粉盒,其特征在于:
    还包括第一限位部,所述第一限位部设置在所述壳体上,沿所述安装方向位于所述出粉口上游;
    还包括第二限位部,所述第二限位部设置在所述尾部;
    沿所述安装方向,当所述出粉口被所述滑盖封闭时,所述第二限位部位于所述第一限位部的下游,移动所述滑盖以开启所述出粉口的过程中,所述第二限位部需要克服所述第一限位部的阻碍,直至所述第二限位部越过所述第一限位部,到达所述第一限位部的上游。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的粉盒,其特征在于:
    所述第二导轨包括两根肋;
    所述第一限位部包括分别设置在所述肋两侧并与所述肋一体成型的筋;
    所述尾部包括第一板件,相互平行且分别垂直于所述第一板件的第二板件、第三板件和第四板件;
    所述第二限位部包括分别设置在所述第二板件两侧并与所述第二板件一体成型的筋,以及,分别设置在所述第三板件和所述第四板件的内侧并分别与所述第三板件和所述第四板件一体成型的筋。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的粉盒,其特征在于:
    所述第二导轨包括两根肋;
    所述第一限位部包括分别设置在所述肋两侧并与所述肋一体成型的筋;
    所述尾部包括第一板件,三根且分别垂直于所述第一板件的柱;
    所述柱充当第二限位部。
