Abstract

[Problem] To provide a new multifunctional colloidal cleaning agent composition using vegetable fatty acid and lecithin, and a low-cost method for manufacturing the same. [Solution] 35-45 parts by weight of soybean fatty acid, 3-5 parts by weight of lecithin, 3-5 parts by weight of 1.3-butylene glycol, and 45-59 parts by weight of purified water are mixed and then stirred for several minutes using a rapid forward/reverse rotation shear stirrer. In this stage, a colloidal mixture that has been almost entirely shear stirred and emulsified is obtained. 3-5 parts by weight of α-tocopherol, which prevents oxidation, and 5-10 parts by weight of caustic potash, which serves as a saponification agent, are added to the colloidal mixture, which is then stirred for several minutes using the rapid forward/reverse rotation shear stirrer in order to obtain the completed colloidal multifunctional vegetable cleaning agent.

Description

New multifunctional colloidal detergent composition using plant fatty acid and lecithin and its low-cost production method
The present invention relates to a new multifunctional active colloidal fatty acid detergent excellent in environment and a method for producing the same.
Multifunctional activated colloidal fatty acid detergents that are excellent for the environment, human health, and beauty have traditionally been manufactured by mixing lecithin with plant fatty acids and cutting the molecules using the cutting force of the blades. Shear stirring is necessary, and sufficient mixing is not possible, so mixing with water is insufficient, so it is necessary to use a large amount of many types of emulsifiers. There wasn't.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention is intended to solve such problems, and its purpose is to easily remove dirt adhering to the surface of various organic and inorganic substances including skin, and to penetrate, moisturize and emulsify. An object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning agent having multiple functions such as dispersion, washing, decomposition, deodorization, sterilization and the like with an inexpensive and efficient production method.
In the present invention, pollution of rivers and the ocean by petroleum-based synthetic surfactants is now progressing rapidly, and it is an edible cleaning agent that replaces them. By cutting plant fatty acid molecules, detergency, disinfecting power, deodorizing power New environmental cleaners that have antistatic and antifungal properties and biodegrade 99.9% within a week are being widely applied from industrial to medical and beauty fields.
Conventional technology
However, those production methods involve shear stirring with a shearing stirrer using blades at a rotation speed of about 4,000 rotations for a long time, and then mixing necessary components to nanosize capable of Brownian motion up to 5,000. Because it is a manufacturing method that stirs for a long time with a shearing stirrer of rotating blades and refines to nanoparticles,
1. Long production time 2. All cannot be cut completely, cutting efficiency is poor, and activation power is low.
3. Since the mixing power with water is low, many kinds of emulsifiers and solvents are required.
4. Therefore, the manufacturing price is high and the product price is also high.
If the above items are solved, high-quality and high-quality production can be achieved in a short time, and the cost can be kept low.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to meet the above-mentioned conventional needs. In other words, the stirring ability can be increased by a shear stirring method capable of performing high-efficiency shear stirring in a short time. Therefore, the type and amount of the mixed solvent can be reduced as much as possible, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the shear stirring ability can be greatly increased. The purpose is to provide the market with all product cost factors kept low, such as reducing cutting residue and improving performance.
Means for Solving the Problem This problem is important in that the shear force of the shear stirring technique is improved, the cutting residue is eliminated, and the production can be performed with or without the addition of a minimum amount of emulsifier. At the same time, if the stirring time can be greatly shortened, the entire manufacturing time can be greatly shortened and the manufacturing cost can be greatly reduced.
For that purpose, inertial force due to rapid forward / reverse rotation of the stirrer and shearing force due to centrifugal force are generated around the inner wall of the container, and after that, it is almost completely completed in a short time using a technique that allows shear stirring so that there is no residual shear due to convection. It was found that shear stirring was performed.
Since this shear stirrer does not require a stirrer or a stirring blade, the inside of the stirrer is completely hollow, so that cleaning can be performed in a short time.
Further, if water can be mixed and complete shear stirring can be performed, the amount of a solvent such as an emulsifier for mixing with water may be small or unnecessary.
