Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système pour faciliter des sessions vidéo. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : la réception d'une demande pour le démarrage d'une session vidéo depuis un terminal utilisateur, la demande comprenant un mode de lecture identifié par le terminal utilisateur ; l'obtention d'un premier nombre prédéterminé d'images à partir d'un signal vidéo si le terminal utilisateur demande le mode de lecture de prévisualisation ; et la transmission du premier nombre prédéterminé d'images vers le terminal utilisateur de sorte que le terminal utilisateur puisse effectuer une prévisualisation du premier nombre d'images prédéterminé. Selon des modes de réalisation, l'invention fournit un mode de prévisualisation qui permet au terminal utilisateur de choisir entre un mode de diffusion en direct et un mode de prévisualisation lors d'une session vidéo.
