技术领域
本发明涉及 LED 灯,尤其涉及一种可调节照明角度和强度的室内 LED 灯具。
背景技术
随着人们节能意识的加强和 LED 照明技术的成熟, LED 照明市场已经初步形成。 LED 灯的能耗仅为白炽灯的 1/10 ,节能灯的 1/3 。 LED 照明的出现,不仅是照明领域的革命,而且符合当前'建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会'的要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种可调节照明角度和强度的室内 LED 灯具, LED 芯片发射的光经过折光板的反射或透射后,使 LED 产生的光变柔和不刺眼,避免直射的 LED 光直接作为家庭照明光源使用,光线柔和可以有效保护人眼。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种可调节照明角度和强度的室内 LED 灯具,包括 LED 电源、 LED 基板和安装在 LED 基板上的 LED 芯片,所述 LED 电源与 LED 芯片电连接,所述 LED 基板呈空心的圆筒状, LED 芯片均布在 LED 基板的外表面上,沿轴向排列的 LED 芯片为一芯片组,相邻的两芯片组之间设有向外辐射延伸的隔板,所述隔板的末端连接有折光板。
其中,所述隔板和折光板之间的连接角度为 18° ~ 30° 。
其中,所述折光板采用半透明的乳白色 PMMA 材料制成。
其中,所述 LED 基板的一端固定有盖板,另一端连接有灯柱和亮度调节装置,所述亮度调节装置和所述 LED 电源电连接,所述灯柱的末端连接有一底座。

请参阅图 1 至图 3 ,本实施方式为一种 LED 台灯,其包括 LED 电源、 LED 基板 7 和安装在 LED 基板 7 上的 LED 芯片 6 , LED 电源与 LED 芯片 6 电连接。所述 LED 基板 7 呈空心的圆筒状, LED 芯片 6 均布在 LED 基板 7 的外表面上,沿轴向排列的多个 LED 芯片 6 为一芯片组,所述芯片组具有 12 ~ 20 组,芯片组以 LED 基板 7 的轴心为中心轴对称布置。相邻的两芯片组之间设有向外辐射延伸的隔板 3 , LED 基板 7 和隔板 3 为采用铝合金制成的一体成型件。隔板 3 的末端连接有折光板 2 ,隔板 3 和折光板 2 之间的连接角度为 18° ~ 30° ,折光板 2 采用半透明的乳白色 PMMA 材料制成,折光板 2 可从隔板 3 上单独拆卸下来。 LED 芯片 6 发出的光不直接作为照明光使用,而需先照射到折光板 2 上,其中大部分光折射到 LED 灯前面,小部分光通过折射或透射到周围的空间。这样既能满足灯前面的照明要求,又能使灯背后空间由柔和光包围,人的眼睛不会感觉刺眼或炫目,在这样光照环境下工作时眼睛不易产生疲劳。 LED 基板 7 设计为中空形状,在中心处形成一个热对流通道,工作时利用烟囱效应, LED 芯片 6 产生的热量散发在空气中,热空气通过该热对流通道上浮,能有效将 LED 芯片 6 产生的热量带走。可拆卸的折光板 2 有利于减小产品包装盒尺寸。
所述 LED 基板 7 的一端固定有盖板 1 ,另一端连接有灯柱 5 和亮度调节装置 4 ,灯柱 5 的末端连接有一底座 8 ,亮度调节装置 4 包括用于调节照明角度和强度一个调亮旋钮 41 和一个调暗旋钮 42 ,亮度调节装置 4 和所述 LED 电源电连接。调亮旋钮 41 和调暗旋钮 42 上分别设有多个卡位,调亮旋钮 41 上的卡位用于导通所述 LED 电源和芯片组的电连接,调暗旋钮 42 上的卡位用于断开所述 LED 电源和芯片组的电连接。亮度调节装置 4 可分别对 LED 电源进行导通或切断的控制,对每个芯片组指定单一序号,调亮旋钮 41 从第一芯片组开始依次连续开启芯片组,调暗旋钮 42 也从第一芯片组开始依次连续关闭芯片组,通过调亮旋钮 41 和调暗旋钮 42 的相互配合,可以单独点亮任意一组或连续多组芯片组,实现 LED 灯头中任意位置的芯片组的开闭。具体地,调亮旋钮 41 顺时针转动一个卡位,可多导通加一组 LED 电源和芯片组的电连接,即多点亮一芯片组;调暗旋钮 42 顺时针转动一个卡位,可断开末组 LED 电源和芯片组的电连接,即熄灭一末组芯片组。
请参阅图 4 ,图 4 为本发明作为床头灯的实施方式,在该实施方式中,所述底座 8 可固定在墙上,底座 8 和灯柱 5 的连接方式为铰接,灯柱 5 可根据需要改变与底座 8 之间的角度。
请参阅图 5 ,图 5 为本发明作为落地灯的实施方式,在该实施方式中,所述底座 8 安放在地面上,灯柱 5 具有较长的长度。

2 、根据权利要求 1 所述的可调节照明角度和强度的室内 LED 灯具,其特征在于:所述隔板和折光板之间的连接角度为 18° ~ 30° 。
3 、根据权利要求 2 所述的可调节照明角度和强度的室内 LED 灯具,其特征在于:所述折光板采用半透明的乳白色 PMMA 材料制成。
4 、根据权利要求 1 所述的可调节照明角度和强度的室内 LED 灯具,其特征在于:所述 LED 基板的一端固定有盖板,另一端连接有灯柱和亮度调节装置,所述亮度调节装置和所述 LED 电源电连接,所述灯柱的末端连接有一底座。
