从对比文件中公开的内容可以看出, 该对比文件的目的在于提供一种不依赖于 脉动器的转动、 使洗涤水循环、 不使洗涤物受损伤、 提高洗涤性能并洗涤均匀的洗 衣机。 因洗涤脱水桶的旋转产生的搅拌力使盛水桶内洗涤水的中央部下降, 洗涤脱 水桶的外侧与盛水桶间的水位不断上升而向洗涤脱水桶的内部洒水。 也可以进一步 在盛水桶上方设置盖体, 所述盖体与洗涤脱水桶的上部间形成洒水排出部, 在盛水 桶内周侧面设置适于因洗涤脱水桶旋转而上升的洗涤水进行导向的导向壁。 对比文 件与当时的现有技术相比, 确实具有不损伤洗涤物而提高洗涤性能、 同时又洗涤均 匀等有益效果。 但是实际上, 这种单纯的靠离心力作用将洗涤桶内的水位上升形成 喷淋洗效果的洗衣方法存在一些缺陷, 它对洗涤脱水桶的转速和桶内的水位都有一 定的要求, 当内桶的转速、 水位没有达到该要求时, 内桶的水根本无法达到洗涤外 桶盖的喷淋口处, 也就无法形成喷淋洗的效果。
申请号为 02155940. 6的发明专利申请公开说明书中公开了一种洗衣机以及使用 它的洗涤方法, 在利用洗涤剂泡沫的作用有效的除去污垢的洗衣机中, 将洗涤剂溶 解后, 使洗涤剂水生成洗涤剂泡沫并从上方注入到洗涤兼脱水槽内的洗涤物上, 确 保良好的洗净力并减少洗涤不均匀的发生。
申请号为 02142716. X的发明专利中公开了一种使洗涤水循环进行洗涤和清洗的 洗衣机, 该洗衣机在储水槽内回转自如的收容有收容洗涤物的洗涤兼脱水槽, 并由 电机进行回转驱动, 在储水槽的内面形成有泵室, 通过洗涤兼脱水槽的回转将洗涤 兼脱水槽与储水槽之间的洗涤水集中在泵室, 并经与泵室连接的循环路径向上方扬 水。 实际上, 这也是将洗涤水循环使用的一种洗衣机, 通过泵室将洗涤水通过循环 水路循环。
在上述的对比文件中, 已经公开了离心力洗衣机以及喷淋洗衣机的概念, 与早 先的洗衣机相比较在原理、 功能、 结构等方面有较大的进步, 但是, 在这些现有技 术中的洗衣机仍存在以下缺点:
1 )采用离心方式形成瀑布喷淋时, 对水位和内桶的转速有一定的要求, 并且如 果水位过低或内桶转速不够时, 都达不到瀑布喷淋的效果;
2 )现有的洗衣机中, 有的根本没有设置专门的喷淋装置, 有的喷淋装置占用外 桶的盖面积过大, 影响了洗衣机的注水效果;
3 )现有洗衣机的喷水口出水处没有设置专门的档水板, 瀑布喷射在桶内前后位 置不定, 水流时前时后不稳定。
申请号为 200410004726. 9 的发明专利公开了一种内循环喷淋式洗衣机,采用循 环喷淋的洗涤方法, 在洗衣机外桶盖上设置一喷淋装置, 达到喷淋洗的效果。 该喷 淋装置包括: 注水管、 水腔、 瀑布形成处、 限位挡板, 而水腔又由上水腔和下水腔 组成。 洗涤水由水泵经循环管压入喷淋装置, 首先进入水腔, 水在此部位暂存。 然 后洗涤水便到达瀑布形成处, 洗涤水在此处即被 "压迫"形成为瀑布的雏形。 最后 瀑布由限位挡板限位, 喷洒在内桶中。
此种喷淋装置虽然可以达到喷淋洗的效果, 但是仍存在以下缺点:
1 ) 洗涤过程, 喷淋水会溅水, 尤其是中、 高水位循环喷淋洗涤, 溅水较大, 存 在安全隐患;
2 ) 喷淋落点区域偏离内桶中心, 喷淋利用率低;
3 ) 喷淋水流不均匀, 喷淋洗涤、 漂洗效果不好。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种结构简单、 成本 低, 对任何水位喷淋都不溅水, 且喷淋区域稳定的内循环喷淋洗衣机的喷淋构件。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是: 一种洗衣机的内循 环喷淋构件, 设置于洗衣机外桶上方的外桶盖上, 其包括由挡水板与外桶盖相配合 形成的喷嘴和倾斜设于外桶盖外周与喷嘴相通连接循环管的进水口, 所述的挡水板 沿水流方向两侧经侧边挡筋与外桶盖相连接以构成喷淋出水腔。
进一步, 所述的进水口的轴线沿进水方向斜向上倾斜, 与水平方向的倾斜夹角 α为 10° < α < 18° 。在进水口的底部设置有高度为 L2的、半圆形的进水挡筋, 0. 1 <L2/D0<0. 5 o
进一步, 所述的进水口的管径为 D0, 与进水口相连接的循环管的管径为 Dl, 为 0. 8<D0/D1 <0. 9。
进一步, 所述的挡水板沿水流方向与水平面间设有一斜向上的夹角 Θ 1为 0° < Θ 1 <5° , 所述挡水板的两端水平高度差为 L0, 0<L1/D0<0. 2 o
进一步, 所述外桶盖构成喷淋出水腔的上壁部分主要由第一板、 过渡板和第二 板构成; 所述的第一板的一端与进水口相连, 另一端经向下弯折的过渡板与第二板 的一端相连; 第二板的水平高度低于第一板的水平高度, 过渡板和第一板的连接端 与过渡板和第二板的连接端间具有高度差 Ll, 0. 3<L1/D0<0. 8。
进一步, 所述的第一板水平设置, 第一板与过渡板的夹角为 β, 第二板与过渡 板的夹角为 γ, 90° < β < 115° , 90° < y < 110° 。 优选的, 进水口底部的延长 线与过渡板相交, 使从进水口进入的水流被过渡板阻挡改变水流方向, 之后再从喷 水口流至内桶中。
进一步, 所述的第二板与水平面间设有一向上的夹角 Θ 2为 0° < Θ 2<5° 。 进一步, 第二板与挡水板的悬空端构成喷嘴喷水口, 所述第二板的悬空端为喷 水口上沿, 挡水板的悬空端为喷水口下沿。
进一步, 喷水口上、 下沿的间距由左右两侧向中间逐渐变小; 喷水口上、 下沿 中心处的间距为喷水口的高度 Η, 满足 0. 2<H/D0< 1 ; 喷水口左右两端间的距离为 喷水口的宽度 L3, 1 <L3/D0<30o
进一步, 所述的挡水板与进水口相连接, 所述挡水板与外桶盖相距一定距离, 所述的进水口、 挡水板与外桶盖一体设置。
进一步, 所述的外桶盖与挡水板之间沿水流方向两侧设有侧边挡筋。 两侧边挡 筋呈八字形, 窄口与进水口相通, 宽口为喷淋水流的喷水口; 喷水口左右两端间的 距离为喷水口的宽度 L3, 1 <L3/D0<30。 优选的, 在喷水口上边沿上设有凸出于下 表面的加强凸筋, 该加强凸筋两端与侧边挡筋连接。
进一步, 所述的过渡板由一圆弧状板材构成, 圆心位于进水口一侧, 圆弧状板 材的两端延伸与两侧边挡筋连接。
进一步, 所述的第二板与挡水板之间设置有多段弯折状的分流挡水筋, 两端部 位于喷水口边缘上, 分流挡水筋与其两端之间的喷淋喷水口边缘配合形成封闭区域, 该分流挡水筋弯折处圆弧倒角, 分流挡水筋圆弧倒角的圆心位于封闭区域内。
优选的, 多段弯折状的分流挡水筋包括第一分流挡水筋, 为一呈顶部封闭的八 字形结构, 顶部封闭端正对进水口的方向, 为圆弧段封闭, 端部位于喷水口一侧的 喷淋出水口边缘上, 还包括第二分流挡水筋, 第二分流挡水筋位于第一分流挡水筋 内部, 两分流挡水筋的端部重合。
本发明的另一目的在于, 提供一种装有如上任一所述内循环喷淋洗衣机的喷淋 构件的洗衣机, 在洗衣机外桶上方的外桶盖上设有喷淋构件, 以使洗衣机的循环水 经喷淋构件以形成瀑布状的水帘效果, 增大循环水覆盖面积, 提高洗涤效果, 同时 使得喷淋水流形状更美观, 喷淋区域更大。
进一步, 所述的内循环喷淋系统主要由喷淋构件、 循环管和循环泵构成, 所述 的喷淋构件经循环管与循环泵相连接。 其中, 所述的外桶盖下部设置有挡水板, 挡 水板与外桶盖的外周相连接, 优选的设为一体结构。 本发明所述的喷淋构件包括由 外桶盖和挡水板构成的喷淋出水腔。 所述的喷淋出水腔一端有喷淋喷水口, 另一端 有倾斜设于外桶盖外周的进水口。
本发明在现有的洗衣机外桶盖上一体成型一喷淋构件, 该喷淋构件结构简单, 工艺简单, 设计面积小, 成本低廉; 通过改进喷淋构件进水水流的方向, 及改进循 环管具有至少两个不同大小的内径, 使得本发明喷淋效果不受水位和内桶转速限制, 喷淋过程不溅水, 且喷淋区域均匀稳定, 始终落于内桶中心区域, 洗涤时有利于浸 湿衣物, 加快溶解洗涤液, 使其充分与衣物结合, 发生作用, 将污渍从衣物上分开,
有助于衣物的进一步洗净; 漂洗时喷淋利于去除泡沫, 提高洗净比; 本发明由于喷 淋构件为外桶盖一体成型结构, 与下方的挡水板配合, 在挡水板与平衡环之间设置 一定间隙, 使内桶转动过程中部分喷淋水随平衡环转动流向内桶外侧, 具有清洗内 桶外壁的功能。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。

具体实施方式
如图 1至图 14所示, 本发明所述具有喷淋外桶盖的洗衣机包括内桶 1、 外桶 2 和内循环喷淋系统, 外桶 2上方设有外桶盖 3,所述的内循环喷淋系统主要由喷淋构 件 6、 循环管 5和循环泵(图中未示出)构成, 其中, 所述的外桶盖 3下部设置有挡 水板 4, 挡水板 4与外桶盖 3的外周相连接, 优选的设为一体结构。本发明所述的喷 淋构件 6包括由外桶盖 3和挡水板 4构成的喷淋出水腔。 所述的喷淋出水腔一端有
喷淋喷水口 62, 另一端有倾斜设于外桶盖 3外周的进水口 61。
如图 4所示, 本发明所述的进水口 61沿进水方向斜向上倾斜, 与水平方向的倾 斜夹角 α为 10° < α < 18° , 优选为 15° , 该角度进水水流与喷淋出水腔配合形成 接近弧形的反射水流, 水流稳定且不溅水, 对于任何档的水水位均不溅水, 有利于 洗涤大体积的被褥、 羽绒、 床单及较多的衣物, 而现有的循环喷淋系统, 虽然在中 低水位循环洗涤时, 很少溅水, 但是对于高水位, 则溅水较多。
喷淋的喷水口 62设置在外桶盖 3的内圈上, 进水口 61设置在外桶盖 3的外圈 上, 喷水口 62与进水口 61之间为喷淋出水腔。所述的喷淋出水腔的上壁由外桶盖 3 构成, 下壁由挡水板 4构成。外桶盖 3构成喷淋出水腔的上壁部分主要由第一板 31、 过渡板 32和第二板 33。所述的第一板 31水平设置, 一端与进水口 61相连, 另一端 与过渡板 32的一端呈夹角 β的相连接, 90° < β < 115° 。 过渡板 32的另一端与第 二板 33的一端呈夹角 γ的相连接, 90° < y < 110° 。 所述的第二板 33的另一端悬 空设置。 所述的第二板 33设置在第一板 31的下方, 并沿进水方向斜向上倾斜, 与 水平方向的倾斜夹角 Θ 2, 0° < Θ 2<5° 。 从而, 使得第一板 31与第二板 33形成 一高度差 L1,所述的高度差 L1为过渡板 32的两端垂直方向的高度差值, 0. 3<L1/D0 <0. 8。
挡水板 4由一端与进水口 61相连接, 另一端悬空的直板构成, 挡水板设置在外 桶盖 3的下部, 挡水板 4沿进水方向斜向上倾斜, 与水平方向的倾斜夹角 Θ 1, 0° < Θ 1 <5° 。 所述的挡水板 4的悬空端为喷水口 62的下边沿、 第二板 33的悬空端 为喷水口 62的上边沿; 上边沿与下边沿的间距, 由喷水口 62的两侧向中间逐渐收 窄。 所述的上边沿与下边沿中心处的间距为喷水口 62的高度 H。
挡水板 4的左右两侧经侧边挡筋 63与外桶盖 3相连接, 以使喷淋出水腔构成 只有进水口 61和喷水口 62的密闭流道, 使水流从进水口 61流至喷水口 62。两侧边 挡筋 64呈八字形, 窄口与进水口 61相通, 宽口为喷淋水流的喷水口 63的两侧边, 两侧边之间的距离为喷水口的宽度 L3。 进水口 61由管径 DO的圆管构成, 所述圆管 的底部被进水挡筋 63堵死, 进水挡筋 63的横断面为高度是 L2、直径是 DO的半圆形 进水挡筋 63。
实施例一
本实施例, 所述的喷水口的宽度 L3与进水口的管径 DO之比为 1 <L3/D0<30,
喷水口高度 H与进水口的管径 DO之比为 0. 2<H/D0< 1; 高度差 L1与进水口管径 DO 之比为 0<L1/D0<0. 2。
如图 11所示, 本实施例中, 所述的过渡板 32为圆弧状, 圆心位于进水口 61— 侧, 圆弧状过渡板 42的两端延伸与两侧边挡筋 64连接。 从而, 使得进水口 61流入 的水流经过渡板 42阻挡为先聚水后分散, 使得水流平稳。 并从喷水口 62处, 形成 瀑布状的喷水水流。
实施例二
如图 12所示, 本实施例所述的第二板 33上设置有一多段弯折状的分流挡水筋 66, 两端部位于喷水口 62边缘上, 分流挡水筋 66与其两端之间的喷水口 62边缘配 合形成封闭区域 B, 该分流挡水筋 66弯折处圆弧倒角, 分流挡水筋 66圆弧倒角的圆 心位于封闭区域 B内, 也就是说, 该分流挡水筋 66弯曲, 其凸出的方向对应进水口 61, 使得水流由进水口 61流入喷淋出水腔后通过分流挡水筋 66分散再从喷水口 62 流出。
实施例三
如图 13所示, 本实施例所述的过渡板 32为上述实施例一中的圆弧状和第二板
33上设置有实施例二中的分流挡水筋 66, 受圆弧状过渡板 32隔挡, 下压水流至挡 水板 4上, 最终沿分流挡水筋 66配合挡水板 4顺流而下, 形成类似 "灯笼状 "的水 帘效果, 柔和的水流洒在衣物或压盖上, 直接渗透到衣物内或沿压盖表面均匀铺开, 避免了溅水现象的出现; 该喷淋出水腔配合, 使得喷淋水流形状更美观, 喷淋区域 更大 (参阅图 10) 。
实施例四
如图 14所示, 本实施例所述的第二板 33上设置的分流挡水筋 66包括第一分流 挡水筋 661, 为一呈顶部封闭的八字形结构, 顶部封闭端正对进水口 61的方向, 为 圆弧段封闭, 端部位于与喷水口 62上; 还包括第二分流挡水筋 662, 即为实施例二 中的分流挡水筋 66结构, 第二分流挡水筋 662位于第一分流挡水筋 661内部, 两分 流挡水筋的端部喷水口处重合。 该喷淋出水腔配合, 使得喷淋水流从喷水口两侧流 出, 以形成对内桶两侧喷淋的效果。 (参阅图 15 ) 。
实施例五
本实施例中, 所述的喷淋构件 6可以调节喷水口的高度 H、 宽度 L3及喷淋出水 腔的形状, 以改变喷水口出水水流的宽度, 以形成覆盖内桶局部区域(参阅图 8 )或 内桶全部区域 (参阅图 10) 。
还可以, 沿外桶盖内圈径向间隔设置至少两个喷淋构件, 以实现内桶周圈内循 环喷水的效果 (参阅图 9) 。
实施例六
如图 7所示, 本发明循环管 5包括至少两段不同内径的管路, 一端与进水口 61 连通, 另一端与循环泵连通, 通过循环管 5 内径变化配合进水倾斜角度控制喷淋构 件 6的喷淋水流。如图 6所示, 本发明所述的循环管 5包括内径为 D1的第一管路 51 和内径为 D2的第二管路 52, 1 <D1/ D2< 1. 8, 第一管路 51与喷淋构件进水口 61连 通, 第二管路 52与循环泵排水口连通(参阅图 3 ) ; 所述第一管路的长度 11与循环 管总长度 1满足 0. K 11/K0. 5。
为了上述循环管分别与循环泵排水口、 喷淋构件进水口 61连通方便, 所述第一 管路 51与喷淋构件进水口 61连通的一端设置有弯折头 53, 满足由循环管 5通入进 水口的水流变向角度 Θ为 100° < Θ < 108° ; 优选的, Θ为 105° 。 第二管路 52的 末端也设有弯折头 54。
上述实施例中的实施方案仅仅是对本发明的优选实施例进行描述, 并非对本发 明的构思和范围进行限定, 在不脱离本发明设计思想的前提下, 本领域中专业技术 人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变化和改进, 均属于本发明的保护范围。

1、 一种洗衣机的内循环喷淋构件, 设置于洗衣机外桶 (2) 上方的外桶盖 (3) 上, 其特征在于: 包括由挡水板 (4) 与外桶盖 (3) 相配合形成的喷嘴和倾斜设于 外桶盖 (3) 外周与喷嘴相通连接循环管 (5) 的进水口 (61) , 所述的挡水板 (4) 沿水流方向两侧经侧边挡筋 (64) 与外桶盖 (3) 相连接以构成喷淋出水腔。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种洗衣机的内循环喷淋构件, 其特征在于: 所述的 进水口 (61) 的轴线沿进水方向斜向上倾斜, 与水平方向的倾斜夹角 α为 10° < α <18° 。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种洗衣机的内循环喷淋构件, 其特征在于: 所述的 进水口 (61) 的管径为 D0, 与进水口 (61) 相连接的循环管 (5) 的管径为 Dl, 为
0.8<D0/D1<0.9; 所述的循环管(5)与进水口 (61)连通的一端满足由循环管(5) 通入进水口 (61) 的水流变向角度 Θ为 100° < Θ <108° 。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种洗衣机的内循环喷淋构件, 其特征在于: 在进水 口 (61) 的底部设置有高度为 L2的进水挡筋 (63) , 0.1<L2/D0<0.5o
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种洗衣机的内循环喷淋构件, 其特征在于: 所述的 挡水板 (4) 沿水流方向与水平面间设有一斜向上的夹角 θ 1 为 0° < Θ 1<5° , 所 述挡水板 (4) 的两端水平高度差为 L0, 0<L1/D0<0.2o
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种洗衣机的内循环喷淋构件, 其特征在于: 所述外 桶盖 (3) 构成喷淋出水腔的上壁部分主要由第一板 (31) 、 过渡板 (31) 和第二板 (33) 构成; 所述的第一板 (31) 的一端与进水口 (61) 相连, 另一端经向下弯折 的过渡板 (32) 与第二板 (33) 的一端相连; 第二板 (33) 的水平高度低于第一板 (31) 的水平高度, 过渡板 (32) 和第一板 (31) 的连接端与过渡板 (32) 和第二 板 (33) 的连接端间具有高度差 Ll, 0.3<L1/D0<0.8o
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种洗衣机的内循环喷淋构件, 其特征在于: 所述的 第二板 (33) 与水平面间设有一向上的夹角 Θ 2为 0° < Θ 2<5° 。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的一种洗衣机的内循环喷淋构件, 其特征在于: 所述的 过渡板 (32) 由一圆弧状板材构成, 圆心位于进水口一侧, 圆弧状板材的两端延伸 与两侧边挡筋 (63) 连接。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种洗衣机的内循环喷淋构件, 其特征在于: 第二板 ( 33) 与挡水板 (4) 的悬空端构成喷嘴喷水口 (62) , 所述第二板 (33) 的悬空端 为喷水口上沿, 挡水板的悬空端为喷水口下沿; 喷水口上、 下沿的间距由左右两侧 向中间逐渐变小; 喷水口上、 下沿中心处的间距为喷水口 (62) 的高度 H, 满足 0. 2 <H/D0< 1 ; 喷水口 (62 ) 左右两端间的距离为喷水口 (62 ) 的宽度 L3, KL3/D0 <30。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 9任一所述的一种洗衣机的内循环喷淋构件, 其特征在 于: 所述的进水口 (4) 、 挡水板 (61 ) 与外桶盖 (3) —体设置。
11、 一种装有如权利要求 1至 10任一所述内循环喷淋构件的洗衣机。
