一种卧式人体椎体牵拉装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人体椎体牵拉治疗设备, 尤其涉及一种卧式人体椎体牵拉装置。
背景技术
现今, 人们工作时需要使用电脑的时间越来越多, 长时间坐在座椅上操作电脑, 容易使人的腰椎及颈 椎造成疲劳及劳损, 日积月累, 容易引起严重的腰椎病及颈椎病, 给患病的人带来生活和工作上的困扰。 目前, 患腰椎病及颈椎病的病人越来越多, 而且有年轻化的趋势, 是一个值得关注的社会性健康问题。 现 今对椎体进行牵拉是治疗腰椎病及颈椎病的常用方法, 它可以缓解由椎体之间的压迫所产生的一系列建康 问题, 有很好的治疗和保健作用。 对椎体进行牵拉治疗需要借助相关医疗设备, 目前治疗椎体病的卧式牵 拉装置存在结构复杂、 体积庞大、 占用空间大的缺点, 不适合在家庭或办公场所中普遍使用。
发明内容
为了解决现今卧式牵拉装置存在结构复杂、 体积庞大、 占用空间大的缺点, 本发明提出一种卧式人体 椎体牵拉装置, 包括滑移床和牵拉系统, 其特征是, 滑移床由床脚、 床架和床板构成, 在所述床板上设 置有长孔, 在长孔下方设置有直线滑行组件, 直线滑行组件包括滑轨以及沿滑轨滑行的滑行件, 滑轨固 定在床架上, 在长孔上方设置人体固定件, 在人体固定件与滑行件之间设置有连接件, 所述连接件置于 长孔里面, 连接件上端与人体固定件连接、 下端与滑行件连接, 滑行件滑行时连接件在长孔中滑行并带 动人体固定件移动, 它结构简单, 可以有效解决现今牵拉设备存在的体积庞大、 占用空间大的缺点, 可以 在家庭或办公场所中普遍使用, 值得推广应用。
本发明解决问题所采用的技术方案是: 卧式人体椎体牵拉装置包括滑移床和牵拉系统, 其特征是, 滑移床由床脚、 床架和床板构成, 在床板上设置有长孔, 对应在所述长孔下方的位置设置有直线滑行组 件, 直线滑行组件主要包括滑轨以及沿滑轨滑行的滑行件, 滑轨两端固定在床架上;
所述牵拉系统主要包括驱动滑行件沿滑轨滑行的驱动件、 人体固定件、 以及设置在滑行件与人体固定 件之间的连接件;
所述人体固定件设置在所述长孔上方, 所述连接件置于所述长孔里面, 连接件上端与人体固定件连 接、 连接件下端与滑行件连接, 滑行件滑行时连接件在长孔中滑行。
本发明的优选方案是: 所述驱动件为电动推杆, 所述电动推杆设置在床板下侧并固定在床架上, 所述 电动推杆的杆端与滑行件连接, 电动推杆驱动滑行件滑移。
本发明的优选方案是: 在滑行件上还设置有安装座, 所述连接件通过销轴折叠式安装在安装座上, 连 接件折叠式后置于长孔中, 连接件打开后被固定并且上端露出床板; 所述人体固定件与所述连接件为分体 式结构, 人体固定件上设置有钩孔, 露出床板的连接件端头插入所述钩孔中使人体固定件与连接件之间构 成连接, 连接件在长孔中滑行时带动人体固定件在床板上滑移。
本发明的优选方案是: 所述长孔设置在位于人体颈部以上位置的床板上。
并且, 在此基础上, 还提出另一个优选方案是: 还设置有腰部固定件、 以及头部固定件与腰部固定件 的联动组件, 联动组件包括联动滑行件、 以及联动拉绳, 联动滑行件安装在所述滑轨上并位于所述滑行件 的后侧, 联动组件还包括设置在所述滑行件上的导绳组件、 以及设置在床尾上的导绳组件, 导绳组件主要 包括导绳轮、 轮轴以及轮座, 联动拉绳一端在床板下方与联动滑行件连接固定、 另一端绕经设置在滑行件 上的导绳轮之后、 再绕经设置在床尾上导绳轮、 最后在床板上与腰部固定件连接固定; 在联动滑行件上还 设置有联动安装座、 联动连接件, 联动连接件通过联动销轴折叠式安装在联动安装座上。
并且,在此基础上,在所述联动拉绳上还设置有拉绳收紧组件,所述拉绳收紧组件主要包括收紧弹簧、 夹绳件, 收紧弹簧套接在拉绳上并且一端压紧在床架上而另一端通过夹绳件压紧固定, 所述收紧弹簧对拉 绳位于联动滑行件的连接端产生牵拉作用。
并且, 在此基础上, 在所述腰部固定件上还依次连接有接驳拉绳、 绳索拉紧器、 第一插扣端, 接驳拉 绳从绳索拉紧器的穿绳孔中穿过, 在联动拉绳的绳端设置有第二插扣端, 所述第一插扣端与所述第二插扣 端插合使拉绳与腰部固定件连接固定, 接驳拉绳的端部还设置有手拉环, 拉紧手拉环可以对拉绳进行预拉 紧。
本发明的优选方案是: 所述长孔设置在位于人体腰部以下位置的床板上。
本发明的优选方案是: 直线滑行组件为双滑轨结构, 包括第一滑轨、 第二滑轨以及沿滑轨滑行的 滑行件, 滑行件上具有两个滑孔, 滑轨两端固定在床架上。
本发明的优选方案是: 所述床体为折叠床。
本发明的有益效果是: 本发明提出的卧式椎体牵拉装置, 由于只在床板上设置长孔, 从外部角度看与 普通床并没有其它差别, 因此, 需要时既可以作为椎体牵拉装置, 平时则可以作为普通床使用, 具有一床 多用的优点; 并且床板底下设置的牵拉构件结构简单、 整个装置重量轻, 可以给使用者带来很大方便。

为了便于表述, 本文中, 将头部固定件 5.1 向床头滑移称为向上滑移, 将腰部固定件 5.2向床尾滑移 称为向下滑移。

图 20、 图 21为滑行件 4.21处于一个位置时的结构示意图, 图 25、 图 26为滑行件 4.21在电动推杆 6 的作用下向上滑行一个距离后的结构示意图, 可以看出, 滑行件 4.21 向上滑行时对联动滑行件 4.22与腰 部固定件 5.2产生联动作用。
图 15显示, 使用时, 将头部固定件 5.1置于床板 3上面并且使联动连接件 4.52的端头插入钩孔 5.11 中, 再通过将第一插扣端 5.231与第二插扣端 5.232插合固定, 使腰部固定件 5.2连接在拉绳 5.26上。 人 体躺在床板上, 将头部、 腰部分别固定, 然后拉紧手拉环 5.25使拉绳 5.26产生预拉紧。 在此时, 通过控 制电动推杆 6工作, 当滑行件 4.21向上滑行时, 通过联动组件, 可以同时对人体颈椎与腰椎产生均衡的联 动牵拉作用, 即颈椎受到向上的拉力、 腰部受到向下的拉力。

图 29显示, 当只需要对人体颈椎进行牵拉时可以使用连接件 4.51。使用时, 将头部固定件 5.1置于床 板上并且使连接件 4.51的端头插入钩孔 5.11中, 人体躺在床板上并将头部固定在固定件 5.1上, 在此时, 通过控制电动推杆 6工作, 当滑行件 4.21向上滑行时, 可以对人体颈椎产生向上的牵拉作用。 图 30显示, 当只需要对人体腰椎进行牵拉时, 将腰部固定件 5.2置于床板上并将第一插扣端 5.231与 第二插扣端 5.232插合固定, 使腰部固定件 5.2连接在拉绳 5.26上。 人体躺在床板上, 将腰部固定在固定 件 5.2上, 然后拉紧手拉环 5.25使拉绳 5.26产生预拉紧。 在此时, 通过控制电动推杆 6工作, 当滑行件 4.21向上滑行时, 可以对人体腰椎产生向下的牵拉作用。
图 31显示, 当需要同时对颈椎和腰椎进行牵拉时可以使用联动连接件 4.52。 使用时, 将头部固定件 5.1置于床板 3上面并且使联动连接件 4.52的端头插入钩孔 5.11中, 再通过将第一插扣端 5.231与第二插 扣端 5.232插合固定, 使腰部固定件 5.2连接在拉绳 5.26上。 人体躺在床板上, 将头部、 腰部分别固定, 然后拉紧手拉环 5.25使拉绳 5.26产生预拉紧。 在此时, 通过控制电动推杆 6工作, 当滑行件 4.21向上滑 行时, 通过联动组件, 可以同时对人体颈椎与腰椎产生均衡的联动牵拉作用, 即颈椎受到向上的拉力、 腰 部受到向下的拉力。
图 32为本发明第五个实施例的局部结构示意图。 图中显示, 与第四个实施例不同的是, 本例中, 直线滑行组件为双滑轨结构, 包括第一滑轨 4.11、 第二滑轨 4.12以及沿滑轨滑行的滑行件, 滑行件 4.21、 联动滑行件 4.22上各具有两个滑孔, 第一滑轨 4.11、 第二滑轨 4.12分别通过两端的滑轨固定座 4.31、 4.32 固定在床架上。
图 33为本发明第六个实施例的局部结构示意图。 图中显示, 与第四个实施例不同的是, 本例中, 床体为折叠床。 本例中床体使用折叠床, 可以在平时将床体折叠存放, 节省更多空间。

权 利 要 求 书 8
1. 一种卧式人体椎体牵拉装置, 包括滑移床和牵拉系统, 其特征是, 滑移床由床脚、 床架和床板构成, 在床板上设置有长孔, 对应在所述长孔下方的位置设置有直线滑行组件, 直线滑行组件主要包括滑轨以及 沿滑轨滑行的滑行件, 滑轨两端固定在床架上;
所述牵拉系统主要包括驱动滑行件沿滑轨滑行的驱动件、 人体固定件、 以及设置在滑行件与人体固定 件之间的连接件;
所述人体固定件设置在所述长孔上方,所述连接件置于所述长孔里面,连接件上端与人体固定件连接、 连接件下端与滑行件连接, 滑行件滑行时连接件在长孔中滑行。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的卧式人体椎体牵拉装置, 其特征是, 所述驱动件为电动推杆, 所述电动推杆设 置在床板下侧并固定在床架上, 所述电动推杆的杆端与滑行件连接, 电动推杆驱动滑行件滑移。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的卧式人体椎体牵拉装置, 其特征是, 所述长孔设置在位于人体颈部以上位置的 床板上。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的卧式人体椎体牵拉装置, 其特征是, 在滑行件上还设置有安装座, 所述连接件 通过销轴折叠式安装在安装座上, 连接件折叠式后置于长孔中, 连接件打开后被固定并且上端露出床板; 所述人体固定件与所述连接件为分体式结构, 人体固定件上设置有钩孔, 露出床板的连接件端头插入所述 钩孔中使人体固定件与连接件之间构成连接, 连接件在长孔中滑行时带动人体固定件在床板上滑移。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的卧式人体椎体牵拉装置, 其特征是, 还设置有腰部固定件、 以及头部固定件与 腰部固定件的联动组件, 联动组件包括联动滑行件、 以及联动拉绳, 联动滑行件安装在所述滑轨上并位于 所述滑行件的后侧, 联动组件还包括设置在所述滑行件上的导绳组件、 以及设置在床尾上的导绳组件, 导 绳组件主要包括导绳轮、 轮轴以及轮座, 联动拉绳一端在床板下方与联动滑行件连接固定、 另一端绕经设 置在滑行件上的导绳轮之后、 再绕经设置在床尾上导绳轮、 最后在床板上与腰部固定件连接固定; 在联动 滑行件上还设置有联动安装座、 联动连接件, 联动连接件通过联动销轴折叠式安装在联动安装座上。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的卧式人体椎体牵拉装置,其特征是,在所述联动拉绳上还设置有拉绳收紧组件, 所述拉绳收紧组件主要包括收紧弹簧、 夹绳件, 收紧弹簧套接在拉绳上并且一端压紧在床架上而另一端通 过夹绳件压紧固定, 所述收紧弹簧对拉绳位于联动滑行件的连接端产生牵拉作用。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的卧式人体椎体牵拉装置, 其特征是, 在所述腰部固定件上还依次连接有接驳拉 绳、 绳索拉紧器、 第一插扣端, 接驳拉绳从绳索拉紧器的穿绳孔中穿过, 在联动拉绳的绳端设置有第二插 扣端, 所述第一插扣端与所述第二插扣端插合使拉绳与腰部固定件连接固定, 接驳拉绳的端部还设置有手 拉环, 拉紧手拉环可以对拉绳进行预拉紧。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的卧式人体椎体牵拉装置, 其特征是, 所述长孔设置在位于人体腰部以下位置的 床板上。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的卧式人体椎体牵拉装置, 其特征是, 直线滑行组件为双滑轨结构, 包括第一滑 轨、 第二滑轨以及沿滑轨滑行的滑行件, 滑行件上具有两个滑孔, 滑轨两端固定在床架上。 10. 根据权利要求 1所述的卧式人体椎体牵拉装置, 其特征是, 所述床体为折叠床。
