并且手机厂商在使用如上所述的电致发光灯时, 厂家除需要先涂上粘 合剂层 116, 将电致发光灯粘接到金属按键板上, 再将剥离转移纸 102剥开 撕走, 还需要在金属按键板下表面再涂一层粘胶层, 使其安装到手机的电 路板上制成一个背光键盘板, 整个过程需要手机生产厂家的多次组装和涂 胶, 工序复杂, 并且容易导致质量不稳定, 因此有必要生产电致发光灯和 金属按键板组合成一体的单独产品, 而且这样产品极易安装到电路板上, 给手机厂商组装电致发光灯及金属按键板到电路板上提供便利。 发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电致发光灯与金属按键板的组合, 该 电致发光灯可以省略印刷现有技术中的一个外壳层, 减少了工序和使用的 材料; 另外将电致发光灯粘接到金属按键板上时不需要再涂敷一层粘合剂 层, 使用方便, 节省工时; 还可以单独出品电致发光灯与金属按键板组合 产品, 使手机生产厂商组装电致发光灯和金属按键板时非常便利, 节省组 装工序, 质量稳定。

本实用新型电致发光灯与金属按键板的组合, 从下至上依次包括一背 胶保护层 1、一金属按键板(metal dome sheet)2、一第一粘胶层(first adhesive layer ) 3、 一基板 ( substrate ) 4、 一背电极层 (rear electrode lay er)5、 一介电 层 ( dielectric layer ) 6、 一发光层 ( electroluminescent layer ) 7、 一前电极 层 (front electrode layer) 8、 一导电线路 (bus bar) 9及一保护层 10。
其中由该背电极层 5、 前电极层 8、 导电线路 9及夹设在该两电极层 (5、 8 )之间的一介电层 6及一发光层 7组成该电致发光灯的电致发光系统。 本设 计是采用丝网印刷 (screen printing ) 将电致发光系统的各层逐次层叠印刷 到基板 4上, 当然也可以用滚筒印刷(roller printing )或其它方法进行印刷。
该基板 4是由聚酯 (Polyester)材料制成, 其是一柔软、 可挠曲的薄片。 由于该基板 4具有较大的抗拉强度, 也使得该电致发光灯不容易破损。
该背电极层 5是将一层不透明的导电油墨直接印刷层叠在该基板 4的上 方而形成的, 该导电油墨最好是用银油墨或者是碳油墨。
该介电层 6具有较强的绝缘特性, 其是用钛酸钡等类似绝缘油墨印刷层 叠在该背电极层 5的上方而形成的。
该发光层 7是用磷粉与粘胶的混合物印刷层叠在该介电层 6的上方而形 成的, 当给该电致发光灯的背电极层 5与前电极层 8通上交流电后, 该发光 层 7的磷粉在交变电场的激发下就会发光。

1、 一种电致发光灯与金属按键板的组合, 该电致发光灯包括一基板、 一层叠印刷在该基板上表面的电致发光系统及一覆盖在该电致发光系统外 表面的保护层, 该电致发光系统主要包括两电极层及夹设在该两电极层之 间的一介电层及一发光层, 其特征在于: 该保护层与该基板相接作为封装 电致发光系统的外壳层, 从而将该电致发光系统封装在该基板与该保护层 之间, 该基板下表面还设有一第一粘胶层, 该第一粘胶层的下方还设有一 金属按键板, 该金属按键板包括一衬垫及若干金属按键, 该衬垫上开设有 若干容置槽, 这些金属按键对应容设在该衬垫的容置槽内, 该衬垫的下表 面还设有一第二粘胶层。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电致发光灯与金属按键板的组合, 其特征在 于: 该电致发光灯与金属按键板的组合还包括一背胶保护层, 该背胶保护 层设在该第二粘胶层下方从而防止该第二粘胶层受到外界的污染。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电致发光灯与金属按键板的组合, 其特征在 于: 该背胶保护层是一张移除纸, 安装时将该移除纸剥离, 使第二粘胶层 裸露出来, 就可以直接将该电致发光灯与金属按键板的组合粘贴到一电路 板上。
4、 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的电致发光灯与金属按键板的组合, 其 特征在于: 该第二粘胶层是一层直接涂敷在该衬垫下表面的不干胶。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的电致发光灯与金属按键板的组合, 其特征在 于: 该两电极层包括一背电极层及一前电极层。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的电致发光灯与金属按键板的组合, 其特征在 于: 该背电极层直接层叠在基板上方, 该介电层再层叠在该背电极层上方, 而该发光层再层叠在该介电层上方, 该前电极层再层叠在该发光层上方。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的电致发光灯与金属按键板的组合, 其特征在 于: 该背电极层直接层叠在基板上, 该发光层再层叠在该背电极层上方, 该介电层再层叠在该发光层上方, 该前电极层再层叠在该介电层上方。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的电致发光灯与金属按键板的组合, 其特征在 于: 该前电极层的上方还设有至少一条导电线路, 从而增强该前电极层的 导电性。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的电致发光灯与金属按键板的组合, 其特征在 于: 该金属按键是一个圆屋顶形的金属薄片。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的电致发光灯与金属按键板的组合, 其特征在 于: 这些容置槽是圆形的, 并且这些容置槽之间连接有逃气通道。
