门板及空调器 技术领域 本发明涉及空调器领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种门板及空调器。 背景技术 现有技术中, 房间空调器中一般都需要使用大门板, 为了减轻门板重量, 门板一 般使用铝合金来制作基板, 再在铝合金基板上贴上塑料装饰板, 使得门板外观美丽、 大方。 在室内环境较恶劣的情况下, 由于铝合金和塑料的收缩率不一样, 铝合金基板 和装饰板将会脱胶, 导致空调的外观变差。 发明内容 本发明旨在提供一种形状更稳定的门板及空调器。 本发明提供了一种门板, 包括基板和粘接在基板表面的装饰板, 基板包括至少两 个相互拼接的拼接单元, 至少两个相邻的拼接单元之间具有活动间隙。 进一步地, 拼接单元沿第一方向可滑动地设置, 活动间隙沿第二方向延伸, 第一 方向与第二方向之间具有夹角。 进一步地, 第一方向为竖直方向, 第二方向为水平方向; 或者, 第一方向为水平 方向, 第二方向为竖直方向。 进一步地, 拼接单元为拼接板, 拼接板具有卡接部, 卡接部沿第一方向设置; 相 邻两个拼接板通过卡接部进行卡接, 且可沿卡接部在第一方向上滑动。 进一步地, 拼接单元为拼接板, 拼接板排列为至少两个沿第一方向延伸的拼接板 组, 每个拼接板组中相邻的两个拼接板之间具有活动间隙; 相邻的两个拼接板组在连 接处分别设置有相互配合的卡槽和卡台, 卡槽和卡台沿第一方向延伸。 进一步地, 相邻的两个拼接板组中的活动间隙相互错开设置。 进一步地, 拼接单元为拼接板, 相邻的拼接板分别具有沿第一方向延伸的突出部 或凹槽部; 突出部和凹槽部沿第一方向延伸的边缘分别具有相互配合的卡槽和卡台, 卡槽和卡台沿第一方向延伸。 进一步地, 拼接单元包括拼接板和固定件; 拼接板沿第一方向排列为拼接板组, 且拼接板组中相邻的两个拼接板之间具有活动间隙, 固定件沿第一方向延伸; 拼接板 和固定件沿第一方向延伸的边缘分别设置有相互配合的卡槽和卡台, 卡槽和卡台沿第 一方向延伸; 拼接板卡接在固定件上。 进一步地, 拼接板组为一个; 固定件卡接在拼接板组的一侧或者两侧。 进一步地, 拼接板组为至少两个; 固定件位于相邻两个的拼接板组之间, 且固定 件分别与相邻两个拼接板组卡接。 进一步地, 活动间隙的宽度为 lmm至 3mm。 本发明还提供了一种空调器,包括空调器本体,空调器本体上设置有前述的门板。 根据本发明的门板及空调器, 通过将基板分割成至少两个拼接单元拼接组成, 并 且至少两个相邻的拼接单元之间具有活动间隙, 在门板热胀冷缩变形时, 基板的各个 拼接单元的变形量不会累积, 减小基板与装饰板的变形量的差别, 从而解决基板与装 饰板变形量差别过大而导致脱胶的问题, 使得门板形状更稳定, 保持门板美观。 附图说明 构成本申请的一部分的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 本发明的示意性实 施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1是根据本发明的门板的基板的第一实施例的背面结构示意图; 图 2是根据本发明的门板的第一实施例的横截面结构示意图; 图 3是根据本发明的门板的第一实施例的横截面分解结构示意图; 图 4是根据本发明的门板的基板的第二实施例的背面结构示意图; 图 5是图 4中标号 I处的局部放大图; 图 6是根据本发明的门板的基板的正面结构示意图; 图 7是根据本发明的门板的基板的第三实施例的背面结构示意图; 图 8是根据本发明的门板的基板的第三实施例的拼接板的俯视结构示意图; 图 9是根据本发明的门板的基板的第三实施例的固定件的俯视结构示意图; 图 10是根据本发明的门板的基板的第四实施例的背面结构示意图; 图 11a 是根据本发明的门板的基板的第四实施例的第一固定件的俯视结构示意 图; 图 lib 是根据本发明的门板的基板的第四实施例的第二固定件的俯视结构示意 图; 图 12是根据本发明的门板的基板的第四实施例的拼接板的俯视结构示意图; 图 13是根据本发明的门板的基板的第五实施例的背面结构示意图; 以及 图 14是根据本发明的门板的基板的第六实施例的背面结构示意图。 具体实施方式 下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 如图 1至 3所示, 根据本发明的门板, 包括基板 10和粘接在基板 10表面的装饰 板 20, 基板 10包括至少两个相互拼接的拼接单元, 至少两个相邻的拼接单元之间具 有活动间隙 30。 本发明通过将基板分割成至少两个拼接单元拼接组成, 并且至少两个 相邻的拼接单元之间具有活动间隙, 在门板热胀冷缩变形时, 由于活动间隙的存在, 使得基板的各个拼接单元的变形量不会累积, 减小基板与装饰板的变形量的差别, 从 而解决基板与装饰板变形量差别过大而导致脱胶的问题, 使得门板更稳定, 保持门板 美观。 具体地, 拼接单元沿第一方向可相对滑动, 活动间隙 30沿第二方向延伸, 即基板 在热胀冷缩时沿第一方向相对滑动 (伸缩), 由于第二方向设置有活动间隙 30, 使得 一个评价单元的变形量不能传递到相邻的拼接单元, 即各个拼接单元的变形量不会累 积, 从而使得基板与装饰板的变形量的差别更小, 防止由于变形量过大而导致基板与 装饰板脱胶。 具体地, 结合图 1至 3来具体说明本发明的第一实施例。 需要说明的是, 在第一 实施例中, 以第一方向为门板的长度方向(即竖直方向), 第二方向为门板的宽度方向 (水平方向) 来具体说明。 具体地, 在第一实施例中, 拼接单元为拼接板 11, 拼接板 11具有卡接部, 卡接 部沿第一方向设置,相邻两个拼接板 11通过卡接部进行卡接, 且可沿卡接部在第一方 向上滑动, 从而使得各个拼接板 11在热胀冷缩时, 伸缩量不累积, 减小基板与装饰板 的变形量的差别, 防止脱胶。 更具体地, 如图 1所示, 在第一实施例中, 将基板沿长度方向分割成至少两组拼 接板 11 (图 1中所示为两组), 两组拼接板 11相邻处形成沿长度方向延伸的连接缝, 在两组拼接板 11的连接缝处分别设置有相互配合的卡槽 12和卡台 13 (即一个设置卡 槽 12, 另一个设置卡台 13 ), 两组拼接板 11通过卡槽 12和卡台 13卡接, 由于卡槽 12和卡台 13沿长度方向延伸, 使得两组拼接板 11可以相互滑动, 也即拼接板 11可 以沿长度方向伸缩。 每组拼接板 11中相邻的两个拼接板 11之间具有沿宽度方向延伸的活动间隙 30, 在基板受热时, 拼接板 11伸缩滑动, 活动间隙 30减小, 相应地, 基板受冷时, 活动 间隙 30扩大。优选地, 为了实现所有的拼接板 11无连接件拼接, 两组拼接板 11中的 活动间隙 30相互错开,即第一组拼接板 11中的一块拼接板 11同时与另外一组中的两 块拼接板 11卡接, 从而实现各个拼接板 11相互错位连接。 更优选地, 结合图 1所示, 为了提高错位连接可靠性, 在卡槽 12和卡台 13卡接 处还设置固定螺钉 17, 从而使个各个拼接板 11可靠连接。 结合图 6所示, 在基板 11 正面各处贴合双面胶 40后, 再在双面胶上粘贴装饰板 20, 门板拼装完成。 如图 4和 5所示, 在本发明的第二实施例中, 与第一实施例不同的是, 拼接板 11 具有沿门板长度方向延伸的突出部 14或凹槽部 15, 位于中间的拼接板 11一端具有突 出部 14, 另一端具有凹槽部 15。 突出部 14和凹槽部 15配合, 使得两个拼接板 11相 互连接。 具体地, 类似于第一实施中, 突出部 14和凹槽部 15沿长度方向延伸的边缘 (图 5中标号 A所示) 分别具有相互配合的卡槽 12和卡台 13 (即突出部 14和凹槽部 15 二者之一具有卡槽 12, 另一具有卡台 13 ), 卡槽 12和卡台 13沿长度方向延伸, 使得 相邻两个拼接板 11 可以相互卡接, 并沿长度方向可滑动, 并且使得相邻两个拼接板 11具有沿水平方向延伸的活动间隙 30, 从而防止各个拼接板 11在热胀冷缩是的变形 量不会相互累积, 使得基板 10与装饰板 20的变形量差别减少, 防止变形量差别过大 导致脱胶。 如图 7至 9所示, 在本发明的第三实施例中, 与第一实施例不同的是, 拼接单元 包括拼接板 11和固定件 16, 固定件 16沿门板长度方向延伸。 类似于第一实施例, 拼 接板 11沿第长度方向排列呈拼接板组,且各组拼接板 11中相邻的两个拼接板 11之间 具有沿宽度方向延伸的活动间隙 30。拼接板 11和固定件 16沿长度方向延伸的边缘分 别设置有相互配合的卡槽 12和卡台 13, 拼接板 11卡接在固定件 16上, 卡槽 12和卡 台 13沿长度方向延伸, 使得拼接板 11在热胀冷缩时可以沿固定件 16伸缩滑动, 由于 活动间隙 30的存在, 使得各个拼接板 11的形变量不会累积, 从而减小基板 10与装饰 板 20之间的变形量, 防止脱胶。 更具体地, 在第三实施例中, 拼接板 11沿长度方向排列为两组, 固定件 16卡接 在两组拼接板 11之间, 如图 8和 9所示, 固定件 16的两侧均具有卡槽 12, 拼接板 11 的一侧设置相对应的卡台 13, 卡台 13卡接在卡槽 12中, 使得拼接板 11相对固定件 16沿长度方向可以伸缩滑动, 从而防止变形量累积。 如图 10至 12所示, 在本发明的第四实施例中, 拼接板 11排列为一组, 固定件 16卡接在拼接板 11两侧。 具体地, 如图 11a和图 l ib所示, 固定件 16—侧具有卡槽 12, 拼接板 11两侧均具有卡台 13, 卡槽 12与卡台 13相互卡接, 从而使得拼接板 11 两侧均可靠卡接, 保证稳定性, 由于卡槽 12与卡台 13沿长度方向延伸, 使得拼接板 11热胀冷缩时, 拼接板 11相对固定件 16可以伸缩滑动。 如图 13所示, 在本发明的第五实施例中, 类似于实施例四, 在满足结构稳定性的 前提下, 可以只在拼接板 11的一侧设置固定件 11, 同样能够解决防止各个拼接板 11 的伸缩量累积, 从而防止脱胶的问题。 如图 14所示, 在本发明的第六实施例中, 类似于实施例四, 仅固定件 16和活动 间隙 30的延伸方向不同, 即固定件沿宽度方向 (水平方向) 延伸, 活动间隙 30沿长 度方向 (竖直方向) 延伸, 其他设置与实施例四相同, 不再赘述。 在上述各个实施例 中, 活动间隙 30的宽度为 1mm至 3mm, 既能够防止各个拼接板 11伸缩量累积, 又 能够防止间隙过大而导致门板稳定性变差的问题。 本发明还提供了一种空调器,包括空调器本体,空调器本体上设置有前述的门板, 通过设置活动间隙 30, 从而防止伸缩量累积, 防止基板 10与装饰板 20之间的变形量 差别过大而引起脱胶, 使得门板更稳定, 保持门板美观。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果: 根据本发明的门板及空调器, 通过将基板分割成至少两个拼接单元拼接组成, 并 且至少两个相邻的拼接单元之间具有活动间隙, 在门板热胀冷缩变形时, 基板的各个 拼接单元的变形量不会累积, 减小基板与装饰板的变形量的差别, 从而解决基板与装 饰板变形量差别过大而导致脱胶的问题, 使得门板更稳定, 保持门板美观。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种门板, 包括基板(10)和粘接在所述基板(10)表面的装饰板(20), 其特 征在于, 所述基板 (10) 包括至少两个相互拼接的拼接单元, 至少两个相邻的 所述拼接单元之间具有活动间隙 (30)。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的门板, 其特征在于, 所述拼接单元沿第一方向可滑动地设置, 所述活动间隙 (30) 沿第二方向 延伸, 所述第一方向与所述第二方向之间具有夹角。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的门板, 其特征在于, 所述第一方向为竖直方向, 所述第二方向为水平方向; 或者, 所述第一方 向为水平方向, 所述第二方向为竖直方向。
4. 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的门板, 其特征在于, 所述拼接单元为拼接板(11 ), 所述拼接板(11 )具有卡接部, 所述卡接部 沿所述第一方向设置; 相邻两个拼接板 (11 ) 通过所述卡接部进行卡接, 且可 沿所述卡接部在所述第一方向上滑动。
5. 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的门板, 其特征在于, 所述拼接单元为拼接板(11 ), 所述拼接板(11 )排列为至少两个沿所述第 一方向延伸的拼接板组, 每个所述拼接板组中相邻的两个所述拼接板 (11 ) 之 间具有所述活动间隙 (30);
相邻的两个所述拼接板组在连接处分别设置有相互配合的卡槽 (12) 和卡 台 (13 ), 所述卡槽 (12) 和所述卡台 (13 ) 沿所述第一方向延伸。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的门板, 其特征在于, 相邻的两个所述拼接板组中的所述活动间隙 (30) 相互错开设置。
7. 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的门板, 其特征在于, 所述拼接单元为拼接板(11 ), 相邻的所述拼接板(11 )分别具有沿所述第 一方向延伸的突出部 (14) 或凹槽部 (15 ); 所述突出部 (14) 和所述凹槽部 (15 ) 沿所述第一方向延伸的边缘分别具 有相互配合的卡槽(12)和卡台 (13 ), 所述卡槽(12)和所述卡台 (13 )沿所 述第一方向延伸。
8. 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的门板, 其特征在于, 所述拼接单元包括拼接板 (11 ) 和固定件 (16); 所述拼接板 (11 ) 沿所述第一方向排列为拼接板组, 且所述拼接板组中相 邻的两个所述拼接板(11 )之间具有所述活动间隙(30), 所述固定件(16)沿 所述第一方向延伸;
所述拼接板 (11 ) 和所述固定件 (16) 沿所述第一方向延伸的边缘分别设 置有相互配合的卡槽(12)和卡台 (13 ), 所述卡槽(12)和所述卡台 (13 )沿 所述第一方向延伸;
所述拼接板 (11 ) 卡接在所述固定件 (16) 上。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的门板, 其特征在于, 所述拼接板组为一个;
所述固定件 (16) 卡接在所述拼接板组的一侧或者两侧。
10. 根据权利要求 8所述的门板, 其特征在于, 所述拼接板组为至少两个;
所述固定件(16)位于相邻两个的所述拼接板组之间, 且所述固定件(16) 分别与相邻两个所述拼接板组卡接。
11. 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的门板, 其特征在于, 所述活动间隙 (30) 的宽度为 1mm至 3mm。
12. 一种空调器, 包括空调器本体, 其特征在于, 所述空调器本体上设置有权利要 求 1至 11中任一项所述的门板。
