技术领域
本发明涉及一种内衬及带内衬的包装盒，属于包装物设计与制造 技术领域。
背景技术
包装盒无处不在， 通过包装盒既保护了内装产品的安全、 稳定， 又方便了内装产品的运输、 搬运及携带。 现有包装盒除盒体外， 大多 在盒内放置泡沬内衬，不仅占空间，而且对带提手的小型包装盒来说， 只能将提手固定在盒体上， 或者直接以折叠后的盒盖作为提手， 前者 增加盒体制作工时， 后者耗费盒体材料， 增加成本。 因此， 有必要对 现有技术加以改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能稳定、可靠固定内装物，不占空间， 制作简单， 可重复使用的内衬。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种带内衬的包装盒。
本发明的第一个目的通过下列技术方案完成： 一种内衬， 包括带 底板的凹槽， 其特征在于凹槽槽口周边设有外伸水平板， 以通过凹槽 固定内装物， 再通过凹槽周边的外伸水平板卡于包装盒内， 从而将内 装物可靠、 稳定地固定在包装盒内。
所述凹槽的底板上对称设置二个通孔，提手两端的挡头分别穿过 通孔固定在底板内侧，或者提手两端的挡头分别穿过通孔固定在底板 内侧的挡片上， 以形成带提手的内衬。
所述外伸水平板的左、 右两侧设为平直板， 前、 后两侧设为中部 上凸、 两侧下部平直的门型板。
所述内衬为硬纸板制成， 或者为塑料制成。
本发明的第二个目的通过下列技术方案完成：一种带内衬的包装 盒，包括带盖的盒体，其特征在于盒体内的上部和下部对称设置内衬， 该内衬包括带底板的凹槽， 凹槽槽口周边设有外伸水平板， 以通过对 称设置的下凹、上凸的内衬的凹槽固定内装物， 再通过凹槽周边的外 伸水平板卡于包装盒内， 从而将内装物可靠、稳定地固定在包装盒盒 体内。
所述盒体的盖包括中部带通槽、上端带卡头， 卡头上带插槽的后 侧盖， 下端带插槽的梯形前侧盖， 前端带斜边的左右侧盖， 以便先盖 上左右侧盖及前侧盖于盒体后， 再盖上后侧盖， 并使后侧盖上端的卡 头插入前侧盖下端的插槽内，再使盒体前侧的卡舌插入卡头上的插槽 内， 而固定盒盖， 同时使提手穿过后侧盖中部的通槽， 而便于携带。
本发明具有下列优点和效果： 采用上述方案， 可方便地通过对称 设置的上、 下内衬的凹槽， 从上、 下固定内装物， 再通过凹槽周边的 外伸水平板卡于包装盒内， 从而将内装物可靠、稳定地固定在包装盒 内， 不仅节省空间， 而且通过内衬可提高盒体强度， 同时内衬可重复 使用， 并能直接固定提手， 从而节省盒盖用料， 降低成本， 保持组装 后的盒体平整度， 实为一理想的内衬及包装盒。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
本发明提供的内衬包括带底板 1的凹槽 2， 凹槽 2槽口周边设有 外伸水平板， 该外伸水平板的左、 右两侧设为平直板 4， 前、 后两侧 设为中部上凸、 两侧下部平直的门型板 5， 凹槽 2的底板 1上对称设 置二个通孔 3， 如图 1， 提手 8两端的挡头 7分别穿过通孔 3固定在 底板 1的内侧， 以形成带提手 8的内衬 1， 所述内衬用硬纸板制成， 如图 4。
本发明提供的带内衬的包装盒， 包括带盖的盒体 6， 盒体 6内的 上部和下部对称设置内衬， 该内衬包括带底板 1的凹槽 2， 凹槽 2槽 口周边设有外伸水平板， 该外伸水平板的左、 右两侧设为平直板 4， 前、 后两侧设为中部上凸、 两侧下部平直的门型板 5， 以通过对称设 置在盒体内的上、 下内衬的凹槽 2固定内装物 a， 再通过凹槽 2周边 的外伸水平板卡于盒体 6内， 从而将内装物 a可靠、稳定地固定在包 装盒盒体 6内， 如图 1、 图 4， 盒体 6的盖包括中部带通槽 11、 上端 带卡头 12， 卡头 12上带插槽 13的后侧盖 10， 下端带插槽 15的梯形 前侧盖 9， 前端带斜边的左右侧盖 14， 以便先盖上左右侧盖 14及前 侧盖 9于盒体 6后， 再盖上后侧盖 10， 并使后侧盖 10上端的卡头 12 插入前侧盖 9下端的插槽 15内，再使盒体 6前侧的卡舌 16插入卡头 12上的插槽 13内， 从而固定盒盖， 同时使提手 8穿过后侧盖 10中 部的通槽 11， 而便于携带， 如图 2、 图 3、 图 4。

权利要求书
1、 一种内衬， 包括带底板的凹槽， 其特征在于凹槽槽口周边设 有外伸水平板， 该外伸水平板的左、 右两侧设为平直板， 前、 后两侧 设为中部上凸、 两侧下部平直的门型板。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的内衬， 其特征在于所述凹槽的底板上 对称设置二个通孔， 提手两端的挡头分别穿过通孔固定在底板内侧， 或者提手两端的挡头分别穿过通孔固定在底板内侧的挡片上。
3、 一种带内衬的包装盒， 包括带盖的盒体， 其特征在于盒体内 的上部和下部对称设置内衬， 该内衬包括带底板的凹槽， 凹槽槽口周 边设有外伸水平板， 该外伸水平板的左、 右两侧设为平直板， 前、 后 两侧设为中部上凸、 两侧下部平直的门型板。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的带内衬的包装盒， 其特征在于所述盒 体的盖包括中部带通槽、 上端带卡头， 卡头上带插槽的后侧盖， 下端 带插槽的梯形前侧盖， 前端带斜边的左、 右侧盖。
