电热片 4与电路板 7之间通过两根导线连接, 电池 5与电路板 7之间也是通 过两根导线连接; 连接电池 5与电路板 7的导线的一端是焊接在电路板上的, 另一端设置在电路 7上; 在电热片 4的一端设置有两个凸出的焊接点, 连接电 热片 4与电路板 7的导线一端焊接在电热片 4上的焊接点上, 另一端焊接在电 路板 7上。 充电接口 6与电路板 7之间采用分体式设计, 换句话就是, 充电接 口 6没有设置在电路板上 7, 充电接口 6与电路板 7也是通过两根导线连接, 充 电连 6 的尾部设置有两个向外凸出的且平行的导线连接部, 导线的一端焊接在 所述导线连接部上, 导线的另一端焊接在所述的电路板 7上。
在壳体上设置有与所述充电接口 6相适应的第一避让孔, 第一避让孔对应为 设置在面壳 2上的第二避让半孔 25和设置在后壳 3上的第四避让半孔 35。
面壳 2和后壳 3的一端大一端小, 面壳 2较大的端部为面壳 2的尾部, 面壳 2较小的端部为面壳 2的头部, 后壳 2较大的端部为后壳 2的尾部, 后壳 2较小 的端部为后壳 2的头部。 电路板 7固定在面壳 2的头部, 挂绳孔 211和挂绳孔 301分别位于面壳 2与后壳 3的头部的相对位置处。
当然, 电路板也可以固定在后壳上, 在后壳上设置电路板限位部。

权利要求
1、 一种电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述的电暖宝包括壳体和固定在所述壳体内 的电路板, 所述的壳体内部设置有与所述电路板相适应的电路板限位部。
2、如权利要求 1所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述的壳体包括面壳与后壳, 所述的电路板限位部设置在面壳上; 所述的电路板限位部包括电路板放置台和 设置在所述电路板放置部端部的电路板限位板; 所述的电路板限位板的高度高 于所述电路板放置部的高度。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述的面壳与后壳之间通过 螺丝固定, 所述的面壳的一端设置有固定用的第二螺丝孔柱且所述面壳的同一 端还设置有与所述电路板限位部平行的第一限位板, 所述的电路板限位部位于 所述第一限位板与设置在面壳端部的第二螺丝孔柱之间; 所述的电路板限位部 的高度小于所述第二螺丝孔柱的高度, 且所述电路板的长度与所述第二螺丝孔 柱和第一限位板之间的距离相同。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述的电路板放置部的中间 是断开的。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述的电池固定在第一限位 板的后侧, 所述的电路板与电池之间通过导线连接, 在所述第一限位板的中间 位置处设置有导线避让孔。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述的电路板上还设置有两 个指示灯, 所述的后壳对应的位置处设置有指示灯固定孔柱。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述指示灯固定孔柱的高度 等于所述电路板到所述后壳的距离。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述的后壳的一侧设置有高 于所述后壳侧壁的第二定位柱, 所述的第二定位柱为两个, 所述第二定位柱之 间的距离与所述电路板的长度相同, 所述第二定位柱的高度等于所述后壳到所 述电路板放置部的距离。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述后壳的第二定位柱的相 对侧设置有电路板压骨, 所述电路板压骨的高度等于所述后壳到所述电路板之 间的距离。
10、 如权利 2所述的电暖宝, 其特征在于, 所述面壳和后壳的相对位置处 均设置有桂绳孔。
