背景技术
目前,大多数汽车的车窗上都是采用了逃生锤击打玻璃来应对突发事件,但是由于逃生锤数量有限,另外由于在紧急情况下,人们都会紧张不知所措,便会发生即使有逃生锤也会造成乘客的伤亡。此外,一旦玻璃被击碎,也会造成财产损失。
发明内容
本发明解决了上述问题,不仅免于使用逃生锤,也不会对玻璃造成损害,避免了财产损失,本发明也可以用在船窗上。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种车、船逃生装置,由车体窗框1、设于窗框2上的玻璃3及开启装置机构4组成,其特征在于:所述窗框2的两侧分别通过销轴20与车体窗框1上所设的与销轴20相对应的销轴座10相连接,窗框2与车体窗框1之间设有可使窗框2开启α角度的开启装置机构4;开启装置机构4包括第一连接件40、动力伸缩件41、第二连接件42及力臂件43;第一连接件40固定在车体内,并与动力伸缩件41的一端铰链连接,动力伸缩件41的另一端与力臂件43的一端铰链连接,力臂件43的另一端与窗框2相连接。
所述开启装置机构4为一个,设于窗框2下方的车体内,包括第一连接件40、动力伸缩件41、第二连接件42及力臂件43, 第一连接件40设置于窗框2下方的车体内,第一连接件40与动力伸缩件41的一端铰链连接,动力伸缩件41的另一端与力臂件43的一端铰链连接,力臂件43的另一端与窗框2的底端相连接,动力伸缩件41与力臂件43配合,当动力伸缩件41由最大状态收缩至最小状态时,窗框2绕销轴转动,使窗框2与车体窗框1之间闭合;当动力伸缩件41由最小状态伸展至最大状态前,即动力伸缩件41运动范围不超过第一连接件40所在的平面,窗框2绕销轴20转动,使窗框2与车体窗框1之间打开的角度α为最大。
进一步的,所述开启装置机构4为一个,设于窗框2上方的车体内,包括第一连接件40'、动力伸缩件41、第二连接件42'及力臂件43, 第一连接件40设置于窗框2上方的车体内,第一连接件40'与动力伸缩件41的一端铰链连接,动力伸缩件41的另一端与力臂件43的一端铰链连接,力臂件43的另一端与窗框2的顶端相连接,动力伸缩件41与力臂件43配合,当动力伸缩件41由最大状态收缩至最小状态时,窗框2绕销轴转动,使窗框2与车体窗框1之间闭合;当动力伸缩件41由最小状态伸展至最大状态前,即动力伸缩件41运动范围不超过第一连接件40所在的平面,窗框2绕销轴20转动,使窗框2与车体窗框1之间打开的角度α为最大。
再进一步的,开启装置机构4为2个。
该力臂件43可以是'Z'字形,也可以是'一'字形,还可以是弧形结构。
该动力伸缩件41为手动伸缩件,或液压伸缩件,或气压伸缩件,或电动伸缩件。当动力伸缩件41为手动伸缩件时,在开启装置机构4的相对位置会设置一个小窗,以便于操作。
为保证密封效果良好,车体窗框1或窗框2上设有当窗框2与车体窗框1之间闭合时,起密封作用的密封件。
本发明在发生紧急状况时,即可以采用手动方式启动开启装置机构4,也可以采用一键式控制按钮,本发明的有益效果在于:它具有构造新颖,易于制造,在发生突发事件时,手动或者按下一键式控制按钮,开启装置机构4会使窗框2与车体窗框1达到一定角度α,最大可达140度,当开启装置机构4设置于窗框2下方时,人可以直接从上面滑下,而人逃离后,窗框2与玻璃3也可以回到原处,避免了财产损失。当开启装置机构4设置于窗框2上方时,人可以跳出逃离。

在第一实施例中,开启装置机构4设置于窗框2的下方车体内,窗框2的两侧下部分别通过销轴20与车体窗框1上所设的与销轴20相对应的销轴座10相连接,第一连接件40设置于窗框2下方的车体内,第一连接件40与动力伸缩件41的一端铰链连接,动力伸缩件41的另一端与力臂件43的一端铰链连接,力臂件43的另一端与窗框2的底端相连接,动力伸缩件41与力臂件43配合,当动力伸缩件41由最大状态收缩至最小状态时,窗框2绕销轴转动,使窗框2与车体窗框1之间闭合;当动力伸缩件41由最小状态伸展至最大状态前,即动力伸缩件41运动范围不超过第一连接件40所在的平面,窗框2绕销轴转动,使窗框2与车体窗框1之间打开的角度α为最大。
