Definitions
- the invention relates to medicine and medical equipment, in particular to surgical dentistry, and can be used for immediate and early, as well as for delayed two-phase implantation with the aim of rehabilitation of patients with partial or complete loss of teeth.
- the implant according to US patent 5449291, A 61 C 8/00, 09/12/95, is known from the world of technology.
- the implant according to this document is an elongated cylindrical body, the proximal part of which is smoothly rounded and essentially represents a hemisphere. Recesses are made in the proximal part of the implant for
- a known dental implant which consists of a coronal and
- root parts the latter being made in the form of two rods.
- the crown part is formed by combining the rods in the upper part with the help of opposite inclined planes and fastened with an open ring made of cast titanium nickelide, and the straight end parts of the rods are turned 90 ° relative to each other and are made in the form of plates with longitudinal
- SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) Closest to the proposed is an implant containing intraosseous and extraosseous parts connected by a fixing screw.
- the intraosseous part is made with a thread on the outer surface, an internal threaded hole for the cap screw and the fixing screw, and a receptive bed for the extraosseous part.
- the extraosseous part (abutment) is hollow and includes a shank made with an external receiving bed congruent to the receiving bed of the intraosseous part, neck and head. The connection of the intraosseous part of the implant with the abutment is carried out using the internal hexagon.
- the thread on the outer surface of the intraosseous part is resistant with a constant profile along its entire length, and the apex of the intraosseous part is rounded with a radius of 2.5 mm and made with three self-cutting samples [RF Patent N ° 2122374].
- the cylindrical shape of the intraosseous part makes it impossible to install the implant immediately after tooth extraction, since the natural shape of the tooth root
- the pressure on the bone tissue is not transmitted uniformly and a peak load occurs that concentrates in the region of the apex of the intraosseous part.
- connection of the abutment with the abutment using the internal hexagon contributes to the fact that along the side walls
- the hexagon concentrates stress at a right angle to its base, and a peak load arises in the region of the angle, since it is not distributed and does not dissipate. That leads to
- the technical result of this invention is to reduce the rate of resorption of bone surrounding the implant and
- SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) increased implant life, accelerated osseointegration and prevention of reimplantitis.
- the dental screw intraosseous two-stage implant consists of
- intraosseous and extraosseous parts having a conical connection between themselves; the intraosseous part of the cone-shaped implant;
- the thickness of the thread of the body of the intraosseous part of the implant increases closer to the neck of the intraosseous part of the implant, and the sharpness of the thread decreases; the taper of the neck of the implant differs from the taper of the body of the implant; there is a difference between the diameters of the intraosseous and extraosseous parts of the implant; the implant is made of
- FIG. 1 an intraosseous part of an implant in a section, side view
- FIG. 2 intraosseous part of the implant, side view
- FIG. 3 interosseous and extraosseous parts of the implant connected to each other
- the intraosseous part of the implant 1 has a cone-shaped and thread 2 semi-aggressive type (closer to the neck, the thickness of the thread increases) - over the entire surface of the body 3 of the intraosseous part.
- the top has a flat tip 4 and three samples 5 to give it the properties of a self-tapping screw.
- the neck 7 of the intraosseous part has a taper. On the entire surface of the neck there is a thread 8 having several turns (from four or more).
- a blind hole 9 In the upper part of the implant (part of the opposite tip) there is a blind hole 9, framed by a polished chamfer 10, passing into the implant channel in the form of an inner cone 11.
- the cone passes into the internal hexagon 12 of reduced height to preserve the wall thickness of the implant and give strength properties (can withstand more than 75 n / cm, which is much superior to other dental implants).
- an internal channel 13 with a thread for the dummy screw and for the screw 14, which fixes two parts of the implant.
- the extraosseous part of the implant 15 is hollow, has a shank 16 - a cone at the top of which is a hexagon congruent to the cone and
- the hexagon in the intraosseous part the neck 17, the head 18 with one plane to prevent rotation of the crown on the head
- the extraosseous part is fixed to the intraosseous with the help of a screw 14.
- the use of a special degree of conical connection and a reduced internal hexagon does not affect the wall thickness and strength properties of the implant. Due to the difference in the diameters of the extraosseous and intraosseous parts of the implant, as well as the polished chamfer framing the hole, a step is formed on which a connective tissue ring similar to a circular tooth ligament is formed, protecting the junction of the implant with the bone prevents bone resorption.
- the conical shape provides high stability and even distribution of the load on the bone tissue. Bone tissue is not homogeneous, deep bone tissue is loose, and to the periphery it is denser, in this regard, the intraosseous part of the implant has a semi-aggressive thread (closer to the neck
- the thickness of the thread increases), which contributes to a uniform load distribution and acceleration of osseointegration, since a denser bone requires a thread that is not sharp and smaller than for loose bone tissue.
- a vertical groove (bevel) running through the body of the intraosseous part of the implant serves as a place of accumulation of bone chips with blood in the process of screwing the implant into the bone.
- Depot of bone chips with blood activates osteogenesis (bone growth).
- osteogenesis bone growth
- SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) implant. This ability is due to the polished chamfer of the implant.
- the technique for using the implant is as follows.
- the implant bed is formed. With the help of cutters of different diameters, bone tissue is prepared with constant cooling.
- the implant is installed either manually (with a ratchet wrench) or mechanically using a tip
- the implant is completely closed with a mucosal-tomographic flap and the wound is sutured tightly.
- the gingiva former and the extraosseous part of the implant is installed, followed by prosthetics.
