Description

手动扫风调节装置及具有其的空调器 技术领域 本发明涉及空调器领域,特别地,涉及一种手动扫风调节装置及具有其的空调器。 背景技术 目前市场上的空调手动左右扫风结构有两种, 一是扫风叶片和叶片卡板一体, 在 叶片上加上扫风部分。 二是扫风叶片和叶片卡板分开, 通过扫风叶片和叶片卡板结合 处转动扫风。 但是手动扫风结构都位于空调风口处, 调节装置结构庞大, 影响外观, 连接强度差, 调节结构复杂, 手动调节困难。 发明内容 本发明目的在于提供一种手动扫风调节装置及具有其的空调器, 以解决调节结构 复杂, 手动调节困难的技术问题。 为实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种手动扫风调节装置, 包括底壳; 卡板, 与底 壳相连接; 多个扫风叶片, 设置在卡板上; 连杆, 与多个扫风叶片相连接; 连杆的一 端设置卡头; 导向槽, 设置底壳上, 卡头在导向槽内滑动。 进—步地, 导向槽设置在底壳的侧壁上。 进—步地, 导向槽为弧形槽。 进—步地, 导向槽内设置有限位筋。 进—步地, 限位筋在导向槽的两内壁上相对设置。 进—步地, 限位筋为多个, 且沿导向槽的延伸方向均匀布置。 进—步地, 连杆上设置有调节手柄。 进—步地, 卡板与底壳卡接。 进—步地, 卡板与底壳一体成型。 本发明还提供了一种空调器, 包括手动扫风调节装置, 手动扫风调节装置为前述 的手动扫风调节装置。 本发明具有以下有益效果: 手动扫风装置把导向槽设置在空调出风口的侧壁上, 简化扫风叶片调节结构, 优 化扫风调节结构, 方便了扫风叶片的手动调节, 扫风效果好。 除了上面所描述的目的、特征和优点之外, 本发明还有其它的目的、特征和优点。 下面将参照图, 对本发明作进一步详细的说明。 附图说明 构成本申请的一部分的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 本发明的示意性实 施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1是根据本发明的手动扫风调节装置的示意图; 图 2是根据本发明的手动扫风调节装置的底壳示意图; 图 3是根据本发明的手动扫风调节装置的底板和扫风叶片即连杆的装配示意图; 图 4是根据本发明的手动扫风调节装置的连杆示意图; 以及 图 5是根据本发明的手动扫风调节装置的导向槽示意图。 附图中的附图标记如下: 10、 底壳; 20、 卡板; 30、 扫风叶片; 40、 连杆; 41、 卡头; 42、 调节手柄; 50、 导向槽; 51、 限位筋。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明, 但是本发明可以由权利要求限定 和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。 参见图 1至图 5, 根据本发明的一种手动扫风调节装置, 包括: 底壳 10; 卡板 20, 与底壳 10相连接; 多个扫风叶片 30, 设置在卡板 20上; 连杆 40, 与多个扫风叶片 30相连接; 连杆 40的一端设置卡头 41 ; 导向槽 50, 设置底壳 10上, 卡头 41在导向 槽 50内滑动。 本申请方案是一种新型的手动扫风装置, 用导向槽取代锯齿形轨迹槽, 简化扫风叶片调节结构, 优化扫风调节结构, 方便了扫风叶片的手动调节, 扫风效果 好, 强度好。 参见图 1和图 2, 导向槽 50设置在底壳 10的侧壁上。 可以使出风口出更美观, 且便于装配。 参见图 5, 导向槽 50为弧形槽。 优选地, 导向槽 50为半圆形槽。 导向槽 50内设 置有限位筋 51, 限位筋 51在导向槽 50的两内壁上相对设置。 限位筋 51为多个, 可 以达到多角度调节功能, 并且整个导轨导槽空间结构小, 波动手感好, 噪音小。 连杆 40—端为蘑菇头状的卡头, 位置底壳 10—侧, 通过与弧形导槽配合起到限位作用; 拨动连杆 40上的调节手柄 42, 连杆蘑菇头状的卡头 41在弧形导向槽 50里面滑动, 通过弧形导向槽 50里面限位筋 51定位, 可以方便实现多角度手动扫风效果; 导向槽 50设置在底壳 10的壳体侧边,空调整机风口处看不到导向槽 50结构,风口整洁美观。 参见图 3和图 4, 连杆 40上设置有调节手柄 42, 以方便手动调节, 同时防止手工 调节时操作人员拨动连杆 40, 造成连杆 40受力断裂。 参见图 1和图 3, 多个扫风叶片 30可转动地设置在卡板 20上。 多个扫风叶片 30 上均设置有与连杆 40相连接的摆动部 (即扫风叶片 30和卡板 20是一体)。 连杆可以 带动整个导风扫风叶片 30 转动, 也可以带动摆动部转动已达到向不同方向送风的目 的。 连杆 40与扫风叶片通过半圆卡扣连接, 扫风叶片在连杆 40带动下转动; 参见图 3和图 4, 卡板 20可以与底壳 10卡接。 为了提高效率, 卡板 20也可以与 底壳 10—体成型, 提高装配效率。 本申请方案是用一个连杆 40把扫风叶片 30连接起来,在连杆 40另一端有一块卡 板。 连杆 40的一端是蘑菇头状的卡头 41, 卡头 41的蘑菇头状部分上设置有凹槽, 以 方便卡头 41安装进导向槽 50中, 卡板 20上设置有圆弧的导向槽 50, 把连杆 40通过 卡头 41的凹槽变形进入圆弧的导向槽 50中, 在导向槽 50上设置不同的限位筋 51, 用手拉动连杆即可实现扫风叶片 30的左右扫风。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果: 本申请方案是一种新型的手动扫风装置, 用导向槽取代锯齿形轨迹槽, 简化扫风 叶片调节结构, 优化扫风调节结构, 方便了扫风叶片的手动调节, 扫风效果好, 强度 好。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

卡板 (20), 与所述底壳 (10) 相连接; 多个扫风叶片 (30), 设置在所述卡板 (20) 上; 连杆 (40), 与所述多个扫风叶片 (30) 相连接;
所述连杆 (40) 的一端设置卡头 (41 );
导向槽(50), 设置所述底壳(10)上 , 所述卡头(41 )在所述导向槽(50) 内滑动。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的手动扫风调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述导向槽 (50) 设 置在所述底壳 (10) 的侧壁上。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的手动扫风调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述导向槽 (50) 为 弧形槽。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的手动扫风调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述导向槽 (50) 内 设置有限位筋 (51 )。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的手动扫风调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述限位筋 (51 ) 在 所述导向槽 (50) 的两内壁上相对设置。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的手动扫风调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述限位筋 (51 ) 为 多个, 且沿导向槽 (50) 的延伸方向均匀布置。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的手动扫风调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述连杆 (40) 上设 置有调节手柄 (42)。
