L'invention concerne un ensemble bouchon de bouteille et récipient de type bouteille doté de celui-ci, l'ensemble bouchon de bouteille comportant un corps (10) de bouchon de bouteille, le corps (10) de bouchon de bouteille comprenant une paroi supérieure (11) et une paroi latérale (12); l'ensemble bouchon de bouteille (10) comportant en outre un opercule (20) et un organe (30) de percement, l'opercule (20) étant disposé à l'intérieur du corps (10) de bouchon de bouteille et délimitant, conjointement avec la paroi latérale (12) et la paroi supérieure (11), une chambre (50) de logement servant à loger des additifs; un trou débouchant étant pratiqué dans la paroi supérieure (11), et la paroi intérieure du trou débouchant étant munie d'un filetage interne, l'organe (30) de percement passant à travers le trou débouchant et entrant dans la chambre (50) de logement, la surface périphérique extérieure de l'organe (30) de percement étant munie d'un filetage externe s'adaptant au filetage interne, et l'extrémité inférieure de l'organe (30) de percement étant munie d'une partie de un percement.
