本发明涉及滚筒洗衣机配件领域, 尤其涉及一种洗衣机门框的焊接结构以 及这种焊接结构所采用的焊接方法。
背景技术
洗衣机门框是一种滚筒洗衣机的常用配件, 其作用是防止滚筒内的水发生 外溢而且便于使用者随时洗衣机的运行状态。
中国专利文献公告号 CN 102648315 A公开了一种用于家用电器的具有观 察窗的门和制造所述门的方法, 制作所述门的方法包括至少以下步骤: 利用两 级注射模制方法用塑料制造具有透明的第一观察窗区域和侧向环绕所述第一观 察窗区域的边界区域的至少两组分的第一门部分; 利用两级注射模制方法用塑 料制造具有透明的第二观察窗区域和局部覆盖所述第二观察窗区域的不透明盖 的至少两组分的第二门部分; 以及永久连接所述第一门部分和所述第二门部分, 使得所述盖的切口部段基本上显露所述第一观察窗区域。
从上述专利文献中可知, 所述第一门部分和所述第二门部分分开加工, 再 通过两级注射模制方法将所述第一门部分和所述第二门部分的对接面焊接为一 体。 由于所述第一门部分和所述第二门部分仅通过对接面之间焊接力结合, 即 面面之间的焊接力的结合, 而这种结合紧固程度具有一定的偶然性, 焊接处易 出现破裂及分离的问题。 另外, 由于所述第一门部分和所述第二门部分的焊接 面处于同一水平高度, 焊接缝易出现杂质和空气, 从而影响焊接缝的密封效果。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种洗衣机门框的焊接结构, 焊接牢靠强度高, 焊 接处密闭效果好, 能有效提高洗衣机门框的稳定性和可靠性。
为达此目的, 本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明提供的一种洗衣机门框的焊接结构, 包括第一框体和第二框体, 所 述第一框体与所述第二框体通过焊接连接, 所述第一框体上设有第一组焊接 筋, 所述第二框体上设有与所述第一组焊接筋中的每个焊接筋的位置一一对应 的第二组焊接筋, 所述第一组焊接筋中和第二组焊接筋中的任意一对位置对应 的焊接筋中的一个为宽面焊接筋, 另一个为窄面焊接筋, 所述第一框体以所述 窄面焊接筋插入所述宽面焊接筋的方式与所述第二框体焊接连接。

3、 根据权利要求 2所述的洗衣机门框的焊接结构, 其特征在于: 所述第二组焊接筋包括第三环形焊接筋 (21 ) 和第四环形焊接筋 (22); 所述第三环形焊接筋(21 )位于所述第二框体(2) 的外表面上, 与所述第 一环形焊接筋 (11 ) 的位置对应;
所述第四环形焊接筋(22)位于所述第二框体(2) 的外表面上, 与所述第 二环形焊接筋 (12) 的位置对应。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的洗衣机门框的焊接结构, 其特征在于: 所述第一环形焊接筋(11 )、 所述第三环形(21 )筋二者中的一个为所述宽 面焊接筋, 另一个为所述窄面焊接筋, 所述第一环形焊接筋 (11 ) 与所述第三 环形焊接筋 (21 ) 焊接连接;
所述第二环形焊接筋(12)、 所述第四环形(22 )筋二者中的一个为所述宽 面焊接筋, 另一个为所述窄面焊接筋, 所述第二环形焊接筋 (12 ) 与所述第四 环形 (22) 筋焊接连接。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机门框的焊接结构, 其特征在于:
所述第一框体 (1 ) 与所述第二框体 (2) 之间设有透明盆 (3 )。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的洗衣机门框的焊接结构, 其特征在于:
所述透明盆 (3 ) 由玻璃材料制成。
7、 一种洗衣机门框的焊接方法, 用于生产权利要求 1-6任一项所述的洗衣 机门框的焊接结构, 其特征在于, 按如下步骤实施:
S00: 将所述第一框体(1 )、 所述第二框体 (2 ) 以及所述透明盆(3 )放置 于组装机中进行定位;
S10:通过所述组装机上的软化组件将所述窄面焊接筋与所述宽面焊接筋的 接触处加热至熔融状态;
S20: 通过所述组装机上的挤压组件挤压所述第一框体 (1 ) 和所述第二框 体 (2), 使得所述窄面焊接筋插入所述宽面焊接筋;
S30: 所述窄面焊接筋与所述宽面焊接筋的接触处冷却, 所述第一框体(1 ) 和所述第二框体 (2) 焊接为一体。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的洗衣机门框的焊接方法, 其特征在于:
步骤 S30中, 所述第一框体 (1 ) 和所述第二框体 (2) 焊接为一体, 形成 焊接体, 所述透明盆 (2) 固封于所述焊接体中。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的洗衣机门框的焊接方法, 其特征在于:
所述软化组件为外热源软化组件、 机械运动软化组件或电磁软化组件。
