使用时,将鞋子上穿好的鞋带调节至合适的松紧度,首先将鞋带端部穿过紧固件 2, 再将鞋带伸出端缠绕在扣体 1上进行初步固定, 并将鞋带裁剪至合适长度, 最后将扣体 1连同鞋带一起插回紧固套中固定。 实施例 2 本发明的具体实施例 2如图 3所示, 与实施例 1不同的是, 紧固件 2上设有插槽, 扣体 1与鞋带一起插入紧固件 2上的插槽中固定。 鞋带在图中未示出。 实施例 3 本发明的具体实施例 3如图 4所示, 与实施例 1不同的是, 紧固件 2包括第一扣板
21和第二扣板 22, 二扣板相连, 所述的扣体 1及鞋带被夹持固定于第一扣板 21和第二 扣板 22之间。 本实施例中, 第一扣板 21和第二扣板 22的其中一侧活动连接, 另一侧相扣接固定。 即第一扣板 21的一侧设有卡扣, 第二扣板 22相应一侧设有卡槽, 通过卡扣与卡槽的配 合而将第一扣板 21和第二扣板 22固定在一起。 鞋带在图中未示出。 使用时, 第一扣板 21和第二扣板 22—侧活动相连, 另一侧展开, 将扣体 1及鞋带 共同置于第一扣板 21和第二扣板 22之间, 然后将二扣板的另一侧相扣接固定, 从而将 扣片 1及鞋带夹紧固定。 实施例 4 本发明的具体实施例 4如图 5、 图 6所示, 与实施例 3不同的是, 第一扣板 21和第 二扣板 22的两侧分别相扣接固定。 即第一扣板 21的两侧分别设有卡扣, 第二扣板 22 两侧分别设有卡槽。 本实施例中, 第一扣板 21上设有的两侧卡扣之间形成一个插槽, 即第一扣板 21也 可以参照实施例 2, 单独作为紧固件使用。 本实施例中,第一扣板 21的卡扣和第二扣板 22的卡槽也可以设计为其它形状或结 构, 如图 7、 图 8所示。 同理, 实施例 3中的紧固件的形状也可以参考图 7、 图 8来设 计。 实施例 5
本发明的具体实施例 5如图 9所示, 与实施例 1不同的是, 扣体 1包括上扣片 la 和下扣片 lb,二扣片相连,鞋带通过紧固件 2被夹持固定于上扣片 la和下扣片 lb之间。 鞋带在图中未示出。 本实施例中, 紧固件 2包括一锁紧件 25, 上扣片 la和下扣片 lb的其中一侧活动连 接, 另一侧通过锁紧件 25固定。 上扣片 la和下扣片 lb的外表面设有与锁紧件 25相适 配的卡槽。 使用时, 上扣片 la和下扣片 lb—侧活动相连, 另一侧展开, 将鞋带置于上扣片 la 和下扣片 lb之间的缝隙中, 然后将二扣片的另一侧通过锁紧件 25固定, 从而将鞋带夹 紧固定。 实施例 6 本发明的具体实施例 6如图 10所示, 与实施例 5不同的是, 紧固件 2包括二锁紧 件 25, 上扣片 la和下扣片 lb的两侧分别通过锁紧件 25固定。 实施例 7 本发明的具体实施例 7如图 11所示, 与实施例 1不同的是, 紧固件 2包括第一挡 片 23、 第二挡片 24及至少一个锁紧件 25, 扣体 1及鞋带通过锁紧件 25被夹持固定于 第一挡片 23和第二挡片 24之间。 鞋带在图中未示出。 本实施例中, 第一挡片 23与第二挡片 24的其中一侧活动连接, 另一侧通过锁紧件

本发明的具体实施例 8如图 12所示, 与实施例 7不同的是, 紧固件 2包括两个锁 紧件 25, 第一挡片 23与第二挡片 24的两侧分别通过一个锁紧件 25固定。 本实施例中, 第一挡片 23、 第二挡片 24及二锁紧件 25的形状或结构也可以设计为 其它形状或结构, 如图 13、 图 14所示。 同理, 实施例 5— 7中的锁紧件 25的形状均可 以参考图 13、 图 14来设计。 实施例 9
本发明的具体实施例 9如图 15、 16所示, 与实施例 1不同的是, 扣体 1上设有 1 个可使鞋带穿过的限位孔, 鞋带穿过限位孔进行初步固定后, 再与扣体 1一起通过紧固 件 2固定。
本实施例中, 紧固件 2为一紧固套。 鞋带在图中未示出。
使用时, 将鞋子上穿好的鞋带调节至合适的松紧度, 首先将鞋带端部穿过紧固套, 再将鞋带伸出端穿过扣体 1上的限位孔并绕过扣体边缘向回拉紧进行初步固定,将鞋带 裁剪至合适长度, 最后将扣体 1连同鞋带一起插回紧固套中固定。 实施例 10 本发明的具体实施例 10如图 17〜图 20所示, 与实施例 9不同的是, 扣体 1上设有 两个可使鞋带穿过的限位孔, 即第一限位孔 11和第二限位孔 12, 紧固套的其中一端封 闭, 即紧固套内形成一个半封闭的空腔。 使用时,鞋带端部依次穿过扣体 1上的二限位孔并拉紧,并将鞋带裁剪至合适长度, 然后将扣体 1与鞋带一起插入紧固套的空腔中固定。 本实施例中, 第一限位孔 11、第二限位孔 12的排布方式不限于图 17所示, 鞋带的 穿行轨迹也不限于图 18所示。 实施例 11 本发明的具体实施例 11如图 21所示, 与实施例 9不同的是, 扣体 1上设有两个可 使鞋带穿过的限位孔, 即第一限位孔 11和第二限位孔 12, 隐形鞋扣还包括一个与扣体 1尺寸及形状相适应的压片 3, 压片 3平行设置于扣体 1的一侧, 压片 3、扣体 1及鞋带 作为一个整体共同通过紧固件 2固定。 实施例 12
本发明的具体实施例 12如图 22所示, 与实施例 11不同的是, 紧固件 2为一紧固 套, 紧固套的其中一端封闭, 即紧固套内形成一个半封闭的空腔。 隐形鞋扣包括两个与 扣体 1尺寸及形状相适应的压片 3, 二压片 3平行设置于扣体 1的两侧, 压片 3、扣体 1 及鞋带作为一个整体共同通过紧固件 2固定。 实施例 13 本发明的具体实施例 13如图 23、 图 24所示, 与实施例 9不同的是, 扣体 1上设有 三个可使鞋带穿过的限位孔, 即第一限位孔 11、 第二限位孔 12和第三限位孔 13。 使用时, 首先将鞋带端部穿过紧固套, 鞋带端部依次穿过扣体 1上的三个限位孔并 拉紧, 并将鞋带裁剪至合适长度, 然后将扣体 1与鞋带一起插回紧固套中固定。 本实施例中,第一限位孔 11、第二限位孔 12和第三限位孔 13的排布方式不限于图 23所示, 鞋带的穿行轨迹也不限于图 24中所示。
上述的实施例中, 扣体 1上还可以设有 4个、 5个甚至更多个可使鞋带穿过的限位 孔, 限位孔的排布方式、 鞋带在限位孔中的穿行轨迹, 及与扣体 1相配合的紧固件 2的 具体结构形式可以参照上述实施例灵活设计及组合。
上述的实施例中, 扣体 1边缘可以设有用于增大鞋带与扣体 1之间摩擦力的锯齿。 同理, 限位孔内缘也可以设有用于增大鞋带与扣体 1之间摩擦力的锯齿。 该锯齿可以为 一段或者多段, 也可以布满于扣体 1边缘或限位孔内缘。 参见图 25所示的边缘设有锯 齿的扣体 1, 图 26所示的限位孔内缘设有锯齿的扣体 1, 图 27所示的边缘和限位孔内 缘均设有锯齿的扣体 1, 以及图 28所示的边缘设有锯齿的无孔式的扣体 1。 上述的全部实施例中, 扣体 1的外轮廓可以为矩形、 圆形、 椭圆形等几何形状或其 他不规则形状。 扣体 1上设有的限位孔也可以为矩形、 圆形、 椭圆形等几何形状或其他 不规则形状。 总之, 本隐形鞋扣的具体结构可以根据不用的使用要求灵活设计。
