所述第一半壳 11和第二半壳 12内部分别内嵌设置有与第一半壳 11和第二半壳 12 相匹配的衬垫 2,所述衬垫 2的对接面上沿线夹壳 1轴线方向设置有与需要安装的光缆、 电缆或者其他缆线相配合的线槽 21。
所述的第一半壳 11在与锁扣柱 5相对的另一侧外周壁上设置有沿径向向外延伸的 第一挂耳 31, 对应地, 第二半壳 12在与锁扣钩 6相对的另一侧外周壁上也设置有沿径 向向外延伸的第二挂耳 32;所述第一挂耳 31和第二挂耳 32上分别设置有相对应的第一 挂耳孔 311和第二挂耳孔 321, 并且至少所述第一半壳 11上挂耳孔 311 内设置有螺紋 3111 ,该结构在快速安装悬垂线夹的安装过程中可以达到不需要托持的目的,轻松省力。
在安装的时候, 可通过挂耳 3挂接方式安装, 也可通过固定架 4上的第三通孔 431 固定于外部装置的方式安装, 同时还可以通过第一通孔 411和第二通孔 421绑接固定于 外部装置的方式安装。
对于通过第一挂耳 31和第二挂耳 32挂接的安装方式, 先将线夹壳 1第一半壳 11 上的第一挂耳 31通过螺丝和第一挂耳 31上挂耳孔 311 内的螺紋 3111的配合挂接固定 于外部悬挂装置上, 从而固定线夹壳 1的第一半壳 11及第一半壳 11 内的衬垫 2, 再将 光缆、 电缆或者其他缆线放置于第一半壳 11 内的衬垫 2中的线槽 21 内。 第二半壳 12 及其内部内嵌设置的衬垫 2,通过锁扣钩 6的钩环 62与锁扣柱 5的连接旋转实现第二半 壳 12与第一半壳 11对接, 即通过钩环 62上开设的开口 621, 将钩环 62扣接到锁扣柱 5上, 经过旋转, 使得第一半壳 11和第二半壳 12对接在一起, 第一半壳 11内的衬垫 2 和第二半壳 12内的衬垫 2也对接在一起, 此时, 光缆、 电缆或者其他缆线处于两个衬 垫 2线槽 21形成的与光缆、 电缆或者其他缆线相匹配的空间内, 同时, 第一半壳 11和 第二半壳 12上的第一挂耳 31和第二挂耳 32对接在一起, 完成了线夹壳 1的全部对接。 螺丝分别通过第一挂耳孔 311和第二挂耳孔 321,再用螺帽固定连接于外部悬挂装置上。 此时, 由于第一柱座 51和第二柱座 52的限位以及第一挂耳 31和第二挂耳 32的连接固 定, 使得锁扣柱 5和锁扣钩 6锁扣稳固。 同时, 在需要检査或者需要更换衬垫 2等不需 要悬垂线夹全部拆除的情况下, 仅需要打丌连接第一挂耳 31和第二挂耳 32的螺丝和螺 帽, 旋转第二半壳 12, 将锁扣钩 6从锁扣柱 5上取下即可, 拆卸非常方便快捷。
对于通过固定架 4上的第三通孔 431固定于外部装置的安装方式, 与通过第一挂耳 31和第二挂耳 32挂接的安装方式不同的是: 利用螺钉或者别的固定零件通过第三通孔 431将线夹壳 1的第一半壳 11及内部内嵌设置的衬垫 2固定于外部固定装置。待线夹壳 1对接完成后, 利用螺栓固定连接第一挂耳 31和第二挂耳 32。
对于通过第一通孔 411和第二通孔 421绑接固定于外部装置的安装方式, 与通过固 定架 4上的第三通孔 431固定于外部装置的安装方式同的是: 利用固定条通过第一通孔 411和第二通孔 421将线夹壳 1的第一半壳 11及内部内嵌设置的衬垫 2绑接固定于外部 固定装置。
为了制造上的方便, 所述的第一半壳 11、 第一挂耳 31、 锁扣柱 5、 固定架 4都可以是 一体铸造件, 所述的第二半壳 12、 第二挂耳 32、 锁扣钩也可以是一体铸造件。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种快速安装悬垂线夹, 包括线夹壳 (1), 所述线夹壳 (1)包括两个相互对合的第 一半壳 (11)和第二半壳 (12), 第一半壳 (11)和第二半壳 (12)在对合面上形成一轴向的可容 线缆穿过的孔, 其特征在于: 所述的第一半壳 (11)在邻近对合面的外周壁上相对固定有 锁扣柱 (5), 该锁扣柱 (5)与第一半壳 (11)的外周壁相隔一定距离并且与第一半壳 (11)的外 周壁基本平行, 而所述第二半壳 (12)在相应的外周壁上沿径向向外延伸设置有能将所述 锁扣柱 (5)扣合其中的锁扣钩 (6)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的快速安装悬垂线夹, 其特征在于: 所述第二半壳 (12)上的 锁扣钩 (6)包括根部的钩柄 (61)与末端的钩环 (62), 所述钩环 (62)呈具有开口 (621)的弧形 体, 其开口 (621)朝向与第二半壳 (12)对合面的朝向相反。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的快速安装悬垂线夹, 其特征在于: 所述开口 (621)所对应 的弧度小于 180° 。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的快速安装悬垂线夹, 其特征在于: 所述第一半壳 (11)上的 锁扣柱 (5)的周壁在垂直于第一半壳 (11)对合面的两侧部位呈平面, 周壁的其余部位呈弧 面。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的快速安装悬垂线夹, 其特征在于: 所述第一半壳 (11)在其 外周壁上设置有固定架 (4), 自第一半壳 (11)的对合面上方俯视呈 " ["字形, 包括两个相 互平行、 自第一半壳 (11)的外周壁沿径向向外延伸的第一支架 (41)、 第二支架 (42)以及连 接在第一支架 (41)、 第二支架 (42)的末端并与第一支架 (41)、 第二支架 (42)相垂直的第三 支架 (43),所述的锁扣柱 (5)两端即分别通过第一柱座 (51)和第二柱座 (52)固定在第一支架 (41)和第二支架 (42)的顶部。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的快速安装悬垂线夹, 其特征在于: 所述第一支架 (41)上设 置有第一通孔 (411), 所述第二支架 (42)与所述第一通孔 (41)对称设置有第二通孔 (421), 所述第三支架 (43)上设置有第三通孔 (431)。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一权利要求所述的快速安装悬垂线夹, 其特征在于- 所述第一半壳 (11)和第二半壳 (12)内部分别内嵌设置有与第一半壳 (11)和第二半壳 (12)相 匹配的衬垫 (2), 所述衬垫 (2)的对接面上沿线夹壳 (1)轴线方向设置有线槽 (21)。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一权利要求所述的快速安装悬垂线夹, 其特征在于: 所述的第一半壳 (11)在与锁扣柱 (5)相对的另一侧外周壁上设置有沿径向向外延伸的第一 挂耳 (31), 对应地, 第二半壳 (12)在与锁扣钩 (6)相对的另一侧外周壁上也设置有沿径向 向外延伸的第二挂耳 (32); 所述第一挂耳 (31)和第二挂耳 (32)上分别设置有相对应的第一 挂耳孔 (311)和第二挂耳孔 (321),并且至少所述第一半壳 (11)上挂耳孔 (311)内设置有螺纹 (3111)。
