Abstract
Treatment de surface des matériaux plastiques expansés pour les finitions esthétiques. La présente invention concerne plusieurs secteur d'application, en particulier le naval et l'automobile, qui s'occupent de la réalisation de structures ou de ses parties en toutes les dimensions, produites par des machines de découpe, de fraisage et de moulage. Le matériel utilisé est le polyuréthane pulvérisé sur un support de polypropylène, de polyéthylène ou de toute façon des polymères expansés en utilisant un équipement avec de pistolet pulvérisateur, conçu pour ce type d'emploi. Le cycle de production peut comprendre une phase de ponçage et il termine avec des traitements de peinture ce qui permet d'embellir les structures; ces traitements aujourd'hui sont irréalisables. Pour certaines applications, si la structure est composée par plusieurs parties il est possible de les assembler avec des systèmes de fixation mécanique et/ou chimique. Les structures peuvent contenir à l'extérieur et/ou à l'intérieur chaque type de renforcement comme celui en fibre. Les renforcements peuvent être insérés pendant la phase de production ou être appliqués directement sur la surface de la structure après la phase de pulvérisation ou pendant cette phase en utilisant le pistolet pulvérisateur équipé pour répandre la fibre en même temps que le polyuréthane. La procédure rapide et économique, respectueuse de l'environnement, permet la commercialisation de structures ou de ses parties réalisées avec un matériel plastique que grâce à sa finition esthétique parfaite est adaptable à chaque exigence de projet.
