图 2为门板组件 2的分解示意图, 其中, 包括装饰板 2a , 中间安装板 2b , 中间安装 板 2b上设置有卡口 2c , 用以与驱动机构 4卡接; 图中所示驱动机构 4设置在壳体上部与 下部, 即包括上驱动机构和下驱动机构; 当门板组件 2需要打开或关闭时, 上下驱动部件 一起驱动门板组件 2进行运动。 当然, 只设置上驱动机构或下驱动机构都可以带动门板组 件 1进行运动, 同时设置上下驱动机构可以使门板组件 1在运动过程中更加平稳。
图 3为驱动机构 4的分解示意图, 其中, 包括上盖板 4a ,从动齿条 4b , 主动齿轮 4c , 驱动电机 4d , 以及下盖板 4e。 上盖板 4a与下盖板 4e可通过卡扣或螺钉进行扣合固定, 在上盖板 4a和 /或下盖板 4e上设置有驱动电机 4d的容纳部, 驱动电机 4d通过螺钉固定 在容纳部内。主动齿轮 4c与从动齿条 4b进行啮合传动,从动齿条 4b可设置为弧形齿条, 与门板组件 2的形状进行配合。 当驱动电机 4d转动时, 带动主动齿轮 4c旋转, 进而带动 从动齿条 4b进行运动。 从动齿条 4b上还设有卡扣 4f , 与卡口 2c进行卡接。 为了让从动 齿条 4b更好地在驱动机构 4内平滑运动, 从动齿条 4b上设有滑槽, 位置上相对应地, 在 下盖板 4 e上设置有滑轨, 滑槽与滑轨一凹一凸相配合, 起到导向作用, 这样从动齿条 4b 可以更平滑地进行运动。 同时, 为了不让从动齿条 4b 的运动形成过大造成其所带动的门 板组件 2与其它部件发生碰撞和千涉, 同时防止从动齿条 4b从驱动机构 4中脱落, 在下 盖板 4e的滑轨上设有挡件, 在从动齿条 4b的滑槽上设有第一限位部和第二限位部, 当门 板组件 2关闭出风口时, 第一限位部与挡件相抵触, 保证门板组件 2即关闭了出风口也没 有碰撞位于出风口中间的导风分流机构; 当门板组件完全打开出风口时, 第二限位部与挡 件相抵触, 保证门板组件 2打开角度过大。 挡件可设计为筋条或凸起, 第一限位部和第二 限位部可设计为缺口, 两者相抵触即可实现限位的作用。
图 4为驱动机构 4与门板组件 1配合示意图, 其中, 从动齿条 4b上设有卡扣 4f , 与 卡口 2c进行卡接, 卡接后门板组件 1被固定在从动齿条 4b上, 被带动进行出风口的打开 或关闭动作。
图 5为门板组件 1打开与关闭时的分解示意图, 其中图 5a为关闭时的状态, 当空调 器运行, 需要打开门板组件 1进行送风时, 驱动电机 4d转动, 从动齿条 4b带动门板组件 2向空调器后侧进行运动,慢慢打开出风口,完全打开出风口后即图 5b ,由于设置了挡件, 所以从动齿条 4b会被限位, 保证不会从驱动机构 4中脱落, 即门板组件 1在完全打开出 风口后, 运动一定的形成即停止运动。 当关闭出风口时, 从动齿条 4b做返程运动, 直至 完全关闭出风口。 图 5中, 导风分流机构成楔形设置且尖端朝向出风口内部, 这样是为了 更好地符合风道的送风要求形成渐扩的出风口; 同时, 导风分流机构朝向外侧的宽端可设 置显示窗口, 用以显示空调器运行状态。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技术人 员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

8.根据权利要求 7所述的空调器, 其特征在于, 所述滑轨上设有挡件, 所述滑槽 上设有第一限位部和第二限位部, 当所述门板组件关闭出风口时, 所述第一限位部与 所述挡件相抵触; 当所述门板组件完全打开出风口时, 所述第二限位部与所述挡件相 抵触。
9.根据权利要求 2所述的空调器, 其特征在于, 所述导风分流机构的横截面呈楔 形。
10.根据权利要求 9 所述的空调器, 其特征在于, 所述导风分流机构的尖端朝向 所述出风口内部, 相对于所述尖端设置的宽端朝向壳体外侧, 且所述导风分流机构的 所述宽端上设有显示窗口。
11.根据权利要求 1-10任意一项所述的空调器, 其特征在于, 所述两个出风口分 为左出风口和右出风口, 所述门板组件包括对应于所述左出风口的左面板组件, 以及 ^ O /^i^6出风口的右面板组件。 PCT/CN2014/082496
12.根据权利要求 11 所述的空调器, 其特征在于, 所述驱动机构包括设置在所述 壳体上对应于所述左面板组件的左驱动机构 , 以及对应于所述右面板组件的右驱动机 构。
13.根据权利要求 12 所述的空调器, 其特征在于, 所述左驱动机构包括第一上驱 动机构和第一下驱动机构, 所述右驱动机构包括第二上驱动机构和第二下驱动机构 , 所述第一上驱动机构和第二上驱动机构设置于所述壳体的上部, 所述第一下驱动机构 和第二下驱动机构设置于所述壳体的下部。
