下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。 请参见图 1及图 2, 本发明实施例提供的一种电子装置 100, 该电子装置 可以为移动电话、 具有通信功能的平板电脑、 MP3、 多媒体播放器、 GPS、 游 戏机、 医疗仪器、 个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant, PDA )或打印机 等电子设备, 本发明以移动电话为例加以说明。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 该电子装置 100包括壳体 10、 电路板 20及卡 座组件 30。 所述电路板 20装设于该壳体 10内, 所述卡座组件 30可拆卸地装 设于所述壳体 10内, 即该卡座组件 30可插入所述壳体 10, 或从所述壳体 10 内移出。
所述电子装置 100还包括至少一个存储卡,在本发明的一个实施例中, 所 述电子装置 100包括第一存储卡 40及第二存储卡 50, 所述第一存储卡 40及 所述第二存储卡 50可拆卸地装设于所述卡座组件 30上, 并随着该卡座组件 30移入或移出所述壳体 10。
所述壳体 10可为移动电话的外壳, 其包括侧壁 12。 该侧壁 12开设有通 孔 122, 所述卡座组件 30可通过该通孔 122移入或移出所述壳体 10。具体为, 该卡座组件 30插入所述通孔 122而固定于所述壳体 10内,则所述第一存储卡 40及第二存储卡 50与所述电路板 20上的相应功能区电性连接; 该卡座组件 30通过所述通孔 122移入所述壳体 10, 以便于取出、 安装或更换所述第一存 储卡 40及第二存储卡 50。
所述壳体 10内还开设有至少一个卡槽 14, 该卡槽 14设置于所述卡座组 件 30运动的路径上, 用于定位和固定所述卡座组件 30。 该卡槽 14大致为圆 弧形, 其可通过数控机床(Computer Numerical Control, CNC )铣加工形成。 在本发明的一个实施例中, 该卡槽 14 的数量为两个, 其分别开设于壳体 10 上对应所述卡座组件 30的相对两侧的位置, 并具体位于靠近所述通孔 122的 开口端处。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述电路板 20可为印刷电路板( Printed Circuit Board, PCB ) , 其上设置有不同的功能区。 该功能包括但不限于音量控制、 信号处理、 信号发送和接收、 网络制式选择等。
请一并参阅图 3及图 4, 在本发明的一个实施例中, 所述卡座组件 30可 为抽取式双卡卡座, 其可移入所述壳体 10内或从该壳体 10内移出。该卡座组 件 30包括按键、 两个连接件 33、 连接臂 34、 卡座 35及至少一个弹性结构件 37。
具体在本发明实施例中, 所述按键包括第一按键 31及第二按键 32, 所述 第一按键 31与所述第二按键 32可为音量增加键、 音量减小键、 待机键、 拍照 键、 开 /关机键中的任意两种的组合。 在本发明的一个实施例中, 所述第一按 键 31与所述第二按键 32分别为音量增加键与音量减小键。 该第一按键 31一 端具有第一接触端 312, 该第一接触端 312对准所述电路板 20的音量控制区, 按压该第一按键 31 , 该第一接触端 312接触该音量控制区, 则所述电子装置 100的输出音量增大。 所述第二按键 32—端具有第二接触端 322, 该第二接触 端 322对准所述电路板 20的音量控制区, 按压该第二按键 32, 该第二接触端 322接触该音量控制区, 则所述电子装置 100的输出音量减小。
所述第一按键 31还包括第一抠取部 313 , 该第一抠取部 313的一端与所 述第一按键 31设有第一接触端 312的端部活动连接(如铰接) , 该第一抠取 部 313的另一端供用户抠取以抽取所述卡座 35。 相应地, 所述第二按键 32还 包括第二抠取部 323 , 该第二抠取部 323的一端与所述第二按键 32设有第一 接触端 322的端部活动连接(如铰接 ) , 该第一抠取部 323的另一端供用户抠 取以抽取所述卡座 35。 当所述卡座 35及位于该卡座 35上的存储卡装设于所 述壳体 10内时, 若用户在无法获取到取卡装置的情况下, 可直接通过该抠取 部取出所述卡座 35及位于该卡座 35上的第一存储卡 40和第二存储卡 50。
可以理解, 所述抠取部可为设置于所述按键侧面的开口或凹槽, 则用户可 使用指曱直接抠住该开口或凹槽, 并拉动该按键即可将所述卡座 35通过所述 通孔 122抽出。 所述抠取部还可为凸设于所述按键表面的凸棱, 用户可使用指 曱直接夹住所述凸棱, 并拉动该按键即可将所述卡座 35通过所述通孔 122从 所述壳体 10内抽出。
可以理解, 所述连接臂 34上设有用于抽取所述卡座 35的第三抠取部 (图 未示), 该第三抠取部可为设于该连接臂侧边的开口或凹槽, 则用户可使用指 曱直接抠住该开口或凹槽,并拉动该按键即可将所述卡座 35通过所述通孔 122 抽出。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述两个连接件 33可为由具有弹性的金属(如 不锈钢、 钛镍合金、 铜锌合金、 锰钢等)制成的弹性片, 二者分别固定于所述 第一按键 31与所述第二按键 32的端部。该第一按键 31与第二按键 32分别通 过所述连接件 33装设于所述连接臂 34的相对两端,并可在靠近或远离所述卡 座 35的方向上运动。 所述连接件 33可由五金模具冲压成型的工艺制成。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 所述连接臂 34可由金属(如不锈钢)通过粉 末冶金工艺制成。 所述连接件 33连接于该连接臂 34的相对两端, 例如, 该连 接件 33可通过焊接(如点焊 )或过盈配合的方式固定于该连接臂 34的相对两 端, 则所述第一按键 31和所述第二按键 32分别通过连接件 33连接于所述连 接臂 34的相对两端。 当按压所述第一按键 31或第二按键 32时, 该连接件 33 产生与按压方向相反的弹力; 当释放该第一按键 31或所述第二按键 32后, 所 述连接件 33的弹力将所述第一按键 31或第二按键 32的位置复原。
可以理解的是, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 所述连接件 33与所述连接臂 34由一体成型制成, 所述第一按键 31和第二按键 32分别直接连接于所述连 接臂 34的相对两端, 且可在靠近或远离所述卡座 35的方向上运动。 此外, 所 述连接件 33可以省略, 所述连接臂 34的相对两端的长度相应伸长, 则所述第 一按键 31和第二按键 32可通过如卡合的方式直接连接固定于所述连接臂 34 的相对两端, 且可在靠近或远离所述卡座 35 的方向上运动。 所述连接件 33 也可分别与所述第一按键 31和所述第二按键 32—体成型制成,并分别连接于 所述连接臂 34的相对两端, 且可在靠近或远离所述卡座 35的方向上运动。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 所述连接臂 34上开设有针孔 342, 该针孔 342 与一取卡针 200 (如图 7中所示) 配合, 以取出所述卡座组件 30及第二存储 卡 40和第二存储卡 50。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 所述卡座 35可由塑胶材料制成, 其一侧可通 过如螺丝、卡勾等连接于所述连接臂 34上。该卡座 35包括卡座主体 351及开 设于该卡座主体 351上的至少一个卡位。具体为, 所述卡座主体 351上开设有 两个卡位, 即第一^ N立 353及第二卡位 355。 所述第一^ N立 353与所述第二卡 位 355相邻设置, 且分别用于放置所述第一存储卡 40及第二存储卡 50, 所述 第一^ N立 353的尺寸大于所述第二卡位的 355的尺寸。所述第一^ N立 353与所 述第二卡位 355分别对准所述电路板 20上相应的功能区域, 当第一存储卡 40 与第二存储卡 50随所述卡座 35置于所述壳体 10内时,该第一存储卡 40与所 述第二存储卡 50分别与该电路板 20上的功能区电性连接。由于所述卡座组件 30充分结合了所述第一按键 31、 第二按键 32及卡座 35 , 可以减少所述壳体 10 外部开孔, 同时提供了便于抽取存储卡的方式, 提升了用户体验并保证了 外观的整体性。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 所述弹性结构件 37可为由较好弹性的塑胶材 料制成, 并可与所述卡座主体 351通过一体成型的工艺形成。在本发明的一个 实施例中,所述弹性结构件 37的形状和数量与所述卡槽 14的形状和数量相匹 配, 即, 该弹性结构件 37的数量也为两个, 其分别固定于所述卡座主体 351 的相对两侧, 并具体位于该卡座主体 351靠近所述连接臂 34的位置处, 且弹 性结构件 37与所述卡座主体 351之间设有间隙, 二者之间间隔一定的距离。
所述弹性结构件 37可为弧形弹片或设置于所述卡座主体 351相对两个侧 面上的凸起, 该弹性结构件 37分别容置于对应的所述卡槽 14内, 并发生弹性 形变。 当所述卡座组件 30整体插入所述壳体 10后, 该弹性结构件 37容置于 对应的卡槽 14内, 并发生弹性形变, 二者配合起到定位作用, 以防止该卡座 组件 30脱离所述壳体 10,或防止该卡座组件 30松动而导致所述电子装置 100 无法识别所述第一存储卡 40或第二存储卡 50。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 所述第一存储卡 40可为 SIM卡, 其存储有该 电子装置 100的客户信息,加密的密钥以及用户的电话薄等信息。 所述第二存 储卡 50可为 Micro-SIM卡或 Nano-SIM卡, 其可用于存储所述电子装置 100 的客户信息, 加密的密钥以及用户的电话薄等信息。 由于所述卡座 35采用塑 胶材料制成, 其可降低所述卡座组件 30的整体成本, 并可防止在所述第一存 储卡 40和所述第二存储卡 50装入所述卡座 35时发生短路。
请参阅图 5及图 6,本发明的另一实施例所提供的卡座组件 60,在本发明 的实施例中, 该卡座组件 60包括第一按键 61、 第二按键 62、 两个连接件 63、 连接臂 64、 卡座 65及至少一个弹性结构件 37。 本实施例中所述的第一按键 61、 第二按键 62及连接件 63与图 3和图 4所述实施例中的第一按键 31、 第 二按键 32及连接件 33相同, 即, 所述第二按键 61—端具有第一接触端 612, 所述第二按键 62一端具有第二接触端 622, 该第一接触端 612及所述第二接 触端 622对准所述电路板 20的音量控制区。所述第一按键 61还包括第一抠取 部 613 , 该第一抠取部 613的一端与所述第一按键 61设有第一接触端 612的 端部活动连接(如铰接 ) , 该第一抠取部 613的另一端供用户抠取以抽取所述 卡座 65。相应地,所述第二按键 62还包括第二抠取部 623 ,该第二抠取部 623 的一端与所述第二按键 62设有第一接触端 622的端部活动连接 (如铰接 ) , 该第一抠取部 623的另一端供用户抠取以抽取所述卡座 65。 具体请参看对卡 座组件 30的描述, 在此不再赘述。
可以理解, 所述抠取部可为设置于所述按键侧面的开口或凹槽, 则用户可 使用指曱直接抠住该开口或凹槽, 并拉动该按键即可将所述卡座 65通过所述 通孔 122抽出。 所述抠取部还可为凸设于所述按键表面的凸棱, 用户可使用指 曱直接夹住所述凸棱, 并拉动该按键即可将所述卡座 65通过所述通孔 122从 所述壳体 10内抽出。
可以理解, 所述连接臂 64上设有用于抽取所述卡座 65的第三抠取部 (图 未示), 该第三抠取部可为设于该连接臂侧边的开口或凹槽, 则用户可使用指 曱直接抠住该开口或凹槽,并拉动该按键即可将所述卡座 65通过所述通孔 122 抽出。
在本发明的实施例中,所述连接臂 64与所述卡座 65可由金属通过粉末冶 金工艺一体成型制成, 该卡座 65表面涂覆有绝缘漆。 所述连接件 63连接于该 连接臂 64的相对两端, 例如, 该连接件 63可通过焊接(如点焊 )的方式固定 于该连接臂 64的相对两端, 则所述第一按键 61和所述第二按键 62分别通过 连接件 63连接于所述连接臂 64的相对两端。 当按压所述第一按键 61或第二 按键 62时, 该连接件 63产生与按压方向相反的弹力; 当释放该第一按键 61 或所述第二按键 62后, 所述连接件 63的弹力将所述第一按键 61或第二按键 62的位置复原。
所述卡座 65包括卡座主体 651及开设于该卡座主体 651上的第一^ N立 653 和第二卡位 655 , 该第一^ N立 653与所述第二卡位 655相邻设置, 且分别用于 放置所述第一存储卡 40及第二存储卡 50, 所述卡位 653的尺寸大于所述第二 卡位的 655的尺寸。 由于该卡座 65的表面涂覆有绝缘漆, 所述第一存储卡 40 和所述第二存储卡 50装入所述卡座 35也不会发生短路。
所述弹性结构件 67可为由具有弹性的金属 (如不锈钢、 钛镍合金、 铜锌 合金、 锰钢等)制成的弹性片, 其可通过五金模具冲压成型的工艺制成。 所述 弹性结构件 67的厚度可以为但并不局限于 0.10毫米, 该弹性结构件 67可通 过激光点焊的工艺连接于所述卡座主体 651上。 所述弹性结构件 67的形状和 数量与所述卡槽 14的形状和数量相匹配,则当所述卡座组件 60整体插入所述 壳体 10后, 该弹性结构件 67容置于对应的卡槽 14内, 并发生弹性形变, 二 者配合起到定位作用, 以防止该卡座组件 60脱离所述壳体 10, 或防止该卡座 组件 60松动而导致所述电子装置 100无法识别所述第一存储卡 40或第二存储 卡 50。
请参阅图 1至图 4, 使用时, 将所述第一存储卡 40和第二存储卡 50分别 放置于所述第一^ N立 353和第二卡位 355 , 所述卡座 35对准所述通孔 122 (如 图 1所示) 。 在朝向所述通孔 122的方向推动所述连接臂 34, 则所述第一按 键 31和第二按键 32随着该卡座 35—起向所述壳体 10内移动。继续推动该连 接臂 35 , 由于所述弹性结构件 37与卡座主体 351之间设有间隙, 则该弹性结 构件 37发生弹性形变, 并分别容置于对应的卡槽 14内 (如图 2所示), 所述 第一按键 31的第一接触端 312对准所述电路板 20相应的功能区,所述第二按 键 32的第二接触端 322对准该电路板 20相应的功能区。此时, 所述第一存储 卡 40和第二存储卡 50均与所述电路板 20相应的功能区电性连接, 所述第一 按键 31、 第二按键 32及所述连接臂 34均位于所述通孔 122的开口端, 且该 第一按键 31及第二按键 32凸出于所述侧壁 12的表面, 如此即可将所述卡座 组件 30组装于所述壳体 10内。
请一并参阅图 7, 图 7为本发明的一个实施例提供的电子装置的使用场景 示意图。 当需要取出、 安装或更换所述第一存储卡 40或第二存储卡 50时, 使 用者可借用一取卡针 200取出所述卡座组件 30。 即将取卡针 200插入所述连 接臂 34上的针孔 342, 则所述弹性结构件 37脱离所述卡槽 14的阻挡, 此时, 所述卡座 35从所述通孔 122内部分移出, 则抽出所述卡座组件 30即可取出、 安装或更换所述第一存储卡 40或第二存储卡 50。 此外, 使用者在没有取卡针 200的情况下, 只需借用指曱或硬质片状物抠住或夹住所述第一按键 31或第 二按键 32上的抠取部,并拉动该按键即可使得所述弹性结构件 37脱离所述卡 槽 14。 此时, 所述卡座 35从所述通孔 122内部分移出, 则抽出所述卡座组件 30即可取出、 安装或更换所述第一存储卡 40或第二存储卡 50。
根据本发明的上述各实施例, 所述卡座组件具有以下优点:
( 1 ) 所述卡座组件充分结合了所述按键及具有卡位的卡座, 将按键与所 述卡座采用一体化设计,可以减少电子装置的壳体外部开孔,节省了设计空间 , 减少了该电子装置的设计长度;
( 2 ) 带有弹性结构件的卡座结构简单, 且在抽取该卡座时该弹性结构件 可以容易地将卡座弹出,有效地解决了双卡卡座或多卡卡座的弹出方式和构造 复杂以及弹出困难的缺陷;
( 3 ) 所述卡座组件在电子装置的壳体采用抽取存储卡的方式, 提升了用 户体验并保证了外观的整体性, 而且便于拆卸和安装;
( 4 )该弹性结构件容置于对应的卡槽内, 二者配合起到定位作用, 简化 了卡座组件与壳体的固定方式, 节省了常规顶出卡座组件所需的较大成本, 而 且具有较长的使用寿命。

1、 一种卡座组件, 其特征在于, 所述卡座组件包括按键、 连接臂、 卡座 及至少一个弹性结构件,所述卡座包括卡座主体及开设于该卡座主体上的至少 一个用于放置存储卡的卡位, 所述按键连接于所述连接臂的端部, 所述连接臂 连接于所述卡座主体一侧,所述弹性结构体装设于所述卡座主体与所述连接臂 相邻的一侧。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的卡座组件, 其特征在于, 所述卡座和所述弹性 结构件由塑胶材料制成,且二者通过一体成型的工艺形成, 所述弹性结构件为 弧形弹片或凸设于所述卡座主体一侧的弧形凸起。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的卡座组件, 其特征在于, 所述弹性结构件为由 具有弹性的金属制成的弧形弹片,该弹性结构件连接于所述卡座主体靠近所述 连接臂的位置处。

7、 根据权利要求 1〜3任意一项所述的卡座组件, 其特征在于, 所述连接 臂上开设有用于取卡针抽取卡座组件的针孔。
8、 一种电子装置, 包括壳体及至少一个存储卡, 所述壳体包括侧壁, 所 述侧壁开设有通孔, 其特征在于, 所述电子装置还包括卡座组件, 所述卡座组 件通过所述通孔移入所述壳体或从该壳体移出, 所述卡座组件包括按键、连接 臂、卡座及至少一个弹性结构件, 所述卡座包括卡座主体及开设于该卡座主体 上的至少一个用于放置存储卡的卡位, 所述按键连接于所述连接臂的端部, 所 述连接臂连接于所述卡座主体一侧,所述弹性结构件装设于所述卡座主体与所 述连接臂相邻的一侧。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的电子装置, 其特征在于, 所述卡座和所述弹性 结构件由塑胶材料制成,且二者通过一体成型的工艺形成, 所述弹性结构件为 弧形弹片或凸设于所述卡座主体一侧的弧形凸起。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的电子装置, 其特征在于, 所述弹性结构件为由 具有弹性的金属制成的弧形弹片,该弹性结构件连接于所述卡座主体靠近所述 连接臂的位置处。
11、 根据权利要求 8〜10任意一项所述的电子装置, 其特征在于, 所述卡 座组件还包括连接件, 所述连接件连接于该连接臂的端部, 所述按键通过该连 接件连接于所述连接臂的端部。
12、 根据权利要求 8〜10任意一项所述的电子装置, 其特征在于, 所述按 键上设有用于抽取卡座的抠取部,所述抠取部的一端与所述按键的端部活动连 接, 该抠取部的另一端供用户抠取以抽取所述卡座。
13、 根据权利要求 8〜10任意一项所述的电子装置, 其特征在于, 所述按 键或所述连接臂上设有用于抽取所述卡座的抠取部,所述抠取部为设于所述按 键或所述连接臂上的开口或凹槽, 以供用户抠取并抽取所述卡座。
14、 根据权利要求 8所述的电子装置, 其特征在于, 所述卡座组件包括两 个弹性结构件, 所述弹性结构件分别设置于所述卡座主体的相对两侧, 并位于 该卡座主体靠近所述连接臂的位置处,所述壳体开设两个与所述弹性结构件的 形状相匹配的卡槽, 所述卡槽开设于所述卡座主体的相对两侧的壳体上, 并靠 近所述通孔的开口端以容置所述弹性结构件于其内。
15、 根据权利要求 8〜10任意一项所述的电子装置, 其特征在于, 所述连 接臂上开设有用于配合取卡针以抽取所述卡座组件的针孔。
