Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de prédire des menaces aggravées par les conditions météorologiques, ledit procédé consistant à : entrer des données de mesure météorologiques localisées dans un système de prédiction de menaces météorologiques; prédire les futures conditions météorologiques localisées d'après lesdites données de mesure météorologiques localisées combinées à une modélisation de données météorologiques à grande échelle, y compris les données du Service national de données météorologiques; entrer les données relatives à l'environnement naturel et aux infrastructures dans ledit système de prédiction de menaces météorologiques; corréler lesdites données relatives aux infrastructures avec lesdites futures conditions météorologiques localisées prédites; et déterminer un indice de niveau de menace sur une région, un niveau de menace indiquant une zone présentant une certaine vraisemblance probabiliste de subir des dégâts du fait desdites futures conditions météorologiques.
