Abstract

The invention relates to devices for repairing a winding of an electric machine and can be used for conducting repair work in factories and workshops involved in the manufacture and repair of electric machines. The technical result consists in simplifying the apparatus, reducing the weight and overall dimensions thereof, enabling the use of the apparatus in small repair shops, and improving the magnetic properties of the core by burning off burrs and eliminating deformation during punching along the cut edge by tempering the metal with local heating along the groove contour. This technical result is achieved in that the method for withdrawing a winding of an electric machine or part thereof, which is characterized by heating the winding by means of a high-frequency current source with a heater connected thereto, which heater is in the form of an induction coil, and using equipment for gripping the winding, with the aid of which equipment the winding is withdrawn after heating, is characterized in that the induction coil, which is in the form of a spiral, is introduced into the electric motor in such a way that the spiral of the induction coil is arranged uniformly in the axial direction relative to the stator of the electric motor, wherein this is performed in such a way that the magnetic lines of force produced by the induction coil are directed perpendicular to the lamination of the core; thereafter, the high-frequency current source is activated and the stator winding is heated to the required temperature and held at this temperature until the enamel is in a softened state.
