如图 2所示, 所述家庭网关设备包括标准家庭网关系统, 还包括 深度包检测模块 (DPI模块)、 关键词维护模块 (Key模块)、 策略模 块、 广告内容缓冲模块 (Cache模块) 和通信模块 (Comm模块)。 深度包检测模块用于检测数据包中是否包含搜索査询;关键词维护模 块进行关键词维护;策略模块用于定义家庭网关设备向终端设备推送 广告的策略; 通信模块主要完成和广告平台之间的通信; 广告内容缓 冲模块用于缓冲上次査询后的页面内容,将相关内容推动给终端设备。 由所述广告内容缓冲模块推送的相关内容,保存在家庭网关设备的内 存中, 其中视频相关的流媒体内容不进行缓存, 以 URL形式存在, 由用户点击发起相关的资源请求。
本发明基于家庭网关的广告推送方法, 包括: 用户输入査询的广 告推送方法和广告业务平台主动推送广告的方法。
用户输入査询的广告推送方法:用户在终端设备的浏览器中输入 关键词的査询, 所述深度包检测模块提取关键词, 并发送至关键词维 护模块,关键词维护模块在本地维护关键词列表中搜索到匹配的关键 词,调用广告内容缓冲模块査找相应内容,若査找到,返回策略模块, 并根据预先制定的策略, 将该相应内容返回终端设备的浏览器; 若没 有査到, 则由通信模块发起到广告平台的关键词的査询, 广告平台査 找到该关键词的相关资源 URL, 并生成相关的内容网页, 将该网页 内容返回家庭网关设备的广告内容缓冲模块,同时更新广告内容缓冲 模块的缓存, 根据预先制定的策略, 将该相应内容返回给终端用户的 浏览器。
广告业务平台主动推送广告的方法:广告业务平台根据自身定制 的策略, 进行关键词査询, 选取搜索过该关键词的家庭网关设备, 并 发起连接, 要求进行广告推送; 家庭网关设备收到后, 更新广告内容 缓冲模块, 并调用策略模块进行选择, 根据本地定制策略, 启用深度 包检测模块监测用户上网请求, 采用重定向机制, 让用户访问网关新 广告内容缓冲模块中的广告网页内容。
如图 3 所示, 为本发明实施例用户输入査询的广告推送方法流 程图, 具体歩骤如下:
511.用户在终端设备的浏览器中输入关键词的査询, 家庭网关设 备的深度包检测模块对所有报文进行分析。
512.判断所述报文是否包含对于关键词的査询,若否,进入 S13; 若是, 进入 S14。
513.不进行进一歩的处理。
514.提取相应的关键词, 交给关键词维护模块。
515.关键词维护模块得到关键词后, 在本地维护的关键词列表中, 搜索是否有匹配的关键词, 若否, 进入 S16; 若是, 进入 S17;
516.关键词维护模块通过通信模块发起关键词到广告平台的査 询, 进入 S19;
517.进入广告推送流程, 广告内容缓冲模块会根据关键词査询在 本地的内存中,是否有该关键词对应的内容,若是,进入 S18;若否, 进入 S19;
518.将该内容返回到策略模块, 策略模块根据预先定制的策略, 预先定制的策略包括周期推送、首次搜索时推送、用户空闲时推送等, 该相应内容返回终端设备的浏览器。若用户对相关的广告内容感兴趣, 则可以点击内容网页中的链接, 发起对广告平台的资源请求, 广告平 台将广告内容呈现至终端设备的浏览器。广告内容包括网页、视频或 音频等, 呈现给终端用户, 完成内容的展示。
519.广告内容缓冲模块将关键词传递给通信模块, 通信模块发起 到广告平台的关键词的査询, 广告平台收到用户发起的请求后, 通过 广告平台中的集群处理模块将请求定向到负荷较轻的服务器进行处 理。广告平台的处理服务器进行关键词的搜索, 査找到该关键词的相 关资源 URL, 并生成相关的内容网页, 将该网页的内容返回到家庭 网关设备, 更新广告内容缓冲模块中的内容缓存, 以便下一次, 再将 内容呈现给终端设备时, 不需要通过广告平台, 广告内容缓冲模块维 护的缓存是有一定的大小和对应的更新算法, 来进行缓存的刷新。
520.根据预先制定的策略, 将该相应内容返回给终端用户的浏览 器。
如图 4所示,为本发明实施例广告平台主动推送广告的方法流程 图, 具体歩骤为:
531.广告平台根据自身定制的策略, 例如将进行某类产品的广告 推送或者广告更新, 进行关键词査询, 选取对此关键词感兴趣的家庭 网关设备,发起到该家庭网关设备的连接,要求进行广告内容的推送。
532.家庭网关设备收到所述广告内容, 更新广告内容缓冲模块, 并调用策略模块, 进行策略选择。
533.策略模块根据自身定制的策略, 如终端设备首次上电或设备 终端处于空闲状态等, 启动深度包检测模块。
534.深度包检测模块监测到用户的上网请求, 采用重定向机制, 让用户访问网关新广告内容缓冲模块中的广告网页内容,将广告推送 给使用终端设备的用户。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员 来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围之内。本说明书中未作详细 描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种基于家庭网关的广告推送系统, 包括终端设备、 家庭网 关设备、 接入和承载网络、 多个业务平台, 终端设备通过家庭网关设 备连接到接入和承载网络,接入和承载网络连接互联网和多个业务平 台, 其特征在于, 所述多个业务平台包括广告平台, 广告平台包括: 集群处理模块, 处理终端设备发起的关键词査询;
关键词査询模块,用于査找数据库是否包含有该关键词相关的资 源, 若有, 返回对应资源的 URL;
资源处理模块, 响应用户发起的资源 URL请求, 并将对应的网 页和流媒体信息推送给终端设备;
资源管理模块, 提供广告的资源的上载、 删除和管理;
所述家庭网关设备除标准家庭网关系统外, 还包括:
深度包检测模块, 用于检测数据包中是否包含搜索査询, 并提取 相应的关键词;
关键词维护模块, 用于进行关键词维护;
策略模块, 用于定义家庭网关设备向终端设备推送广告的策略; 广告内容缓冲模块, 用于缓冲上次査询后的页面内容, 将相关内 容推动给终端设备;
通信模块, 主要完成和广告平台之间的通信。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的基于家庭网关的广告推送系统, 其特征 在于: 所述由广告内容缓冲模块推送的相关内容, 保存在家庭网关设 备的内存中, 其中视频相关的流媒体内容不进行缓存, 以 URL形式 存在, 由用户点击发起相关的资源请求。
3.一种基于权利要求 1中系统的基于家庭网关的广告推送方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 用户输入査询的广告推送方法,用户在终端设备的浏览器中输入 关键词的査询, 所述深度包检测模块提取关键词, 并发送至关键词维 护模块,关键词维护模块在本地维护关键词列表中搜索到匹配的关键 词,调用广告内容缓冲模块査找相应内容,若査找到,返回策略模块, 并根据预先制定的策略, 将该相应内容返回终端设备的浏览器; 若没 有査到, 则由通信模块发起到广告平台的关键词的査询, 广告平台査 找到该关键词的相关资源 URL, 并生成相关的内容网页, 将该网页 内容返回家庭网关设备的广告内容缓冲模块,同时更新广告内容缓冲 模块的缓存, 根据预先制定的策略, 将该相应内容返回给终端用户的 浏览器;
广告平台主动推送广告的方法, 广告平台根据自身定制的策略, 进行关键词査询,选取搜索过该关键词的家庭网关设备,并发起连接, 要求进行广告推送; 家庭网关设备收到后, 更新广告内容缓冲模块, 并调用策略模块进行选择, 根据本地定制策略, 启用深度包检测模块 监测用户上网请求, 采用重定向机制, 让用户访问网关新广告内容缓 冲模块中的广告网页内容。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的基于家庭网关的广告推送方法, 其特征 在于: 所述用户输入査询的广告推送方法的详细歩骤如下:
511.用户在终端设备的浏览器中输入关键词的査询, 深度包检测 模块对所有报文进行分析;
512.判断所述报文是否包含对于关键词的査询,若否,进入 S13; 若是, 进入 S14;
513.不进行进一歩的处理;
514.提取相应的关键词, 交给关键词维护模块;
515.关键词维护模块得到关键词后, 在本地维护的关键词列表中, 搜索是否有匹配的关键词, 若否, 进入 S16; 若是, 进入 S17;
516.关键词维护模块通过通信模块发起关键词到广告业务平台 的査询, 进入 S19;
517.进入广告推送流程, 广告内容缓冲模块会根据关键词査询在 本地的内存中,是否有该关键词对应的内容,若是,进入 S18;若否, 进入 S19;
518.将该内容返回到策略模块, 策略模块根据预先定制的策略, 该相应内容返回终端设备的浏览器;
519.广告内容缓冲模块将关键词传递给通信模块, 通信模块发起 到广告平台的关键词的査询,广告平台的处理服务器进行关键词的搜 索, 査找到该关键词的相关资源 URL, 并生成相关的内容网页, 将 该网页的内容返回到家庭网关设备,更新广告内容缓冲模块中的内容 缓存;
520.根据预先制定的策略, 将该相应内容返回给终端用户的浏览 器。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的基于家庭网关的广告推送方法, 其特征 在于: 所述预先定制的策略包括周期推送、首次搜索时推送或用户空 闲时推送。
6. 如权利要求 4所述的基于家庭网关的广告推送方法, 其特征 在于: 所述策略模块将关键字査询获得的内容, 返回给终端设备的浏 览器, 若用户点击内容网页的连接, 发起对广告平台的资源请求, 广 告平台将广告内容呈现至终端设备的浏览器。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的基于家庭网关的广告推送方法, 其特征 在于: 所述广告内容包括网页、 视频或音频。
8. 如权利要求 3所述的基于家庭网关的广告推送方法, 其特征 在于: 所述广告平台主动推送广告的方法, 详细歩骤为:
531.广告平台根据自身定制的策略, 进行关键词査询, 选取对此 关键词感兴趣的家庭网关设备, 发起到该家庭网关设备的连接, 要求 进行广告内容的推送;
532.家庭网关设备收到所述广告内容, 更新广告内容缓冲模块, 并调用策略模块, 进行策略选择;
533.策略模块根据自身定制的策略, 启动深度包检测模块;
534.深度包检测模块监测到用户的上网请求, 采用重定向机制, 让用户访问网关新广告内容缓冲模块中的广告网页内容,将广告推送 给使用终端设备的用户。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的基于家庭网关的广告推送方法, 其特征 在于:所述广告平台自身定制的策略包括终端设备首次上电或终端设 备处于空闲状态。
