一种可限制流量的、与容器(拟)开口相配套的封口吻合装置,在与容器(拟)开口配套的封口装置的封口吻合结构上制作有中空的管子,中空管的数目至少为两根,其横截面积根据不同的流量需要来确定其大小;在位于封口吻合结构之下的管壁上制作有任一分布的、形状不限的开槽或(和)孔洞;中空管的末端制作呈斜切面状或是实体锥形体等以利于刺穿容器(拟)开口部位的结构层或封口层;在封口吻合结构之下可嵌装或整体成型有防渗漏的垫片(圈);位于封口吻合结构之上的中空管的开口可采用易掀拉式压膜封口或卡扣封口、或另置配套的孔塞,或利用容器开口配套装置的合(旋、卡)盖垫压(嵌塞)等方式来达到封口防漏的目的。

Description

一种可限制流量的装置 技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及贮存液态物质容器所用的附件、 封口或配件装置技术领域, 尤其是瓶盖。
背景技术
[0002] 目前市场上用于贮存液态物质的容器, 均制作有开口或者是预留有拟开 口的构造,用于取用其内贮存的液态物质。在容器的已开口部位,或是需去除(打 开)封口结构, 或是需拔除内 (外)嵌式、 卡扣式的口塞, 或是需旋开在封口处 的配件装置 (泛指瓶盖), 也可以是拉开配件装置在封口结构的开窗片等方式, 使能够达成流出取用容器内贮存的液态物质。
[0003] 而在容器预留的拟开口构造, 多是采用同种材质 (比如塑料) 整体成型, 往往需要人为使用锐利工具方能开窗使用, 误伤流血之事屡有发生。
[0004] 当前的情形是: 人们在取用容器内贮存的液态物质时, 很难掌控所需要 的剂量。主要原因是液态物质和空气是在容器的同一开口处进出置换, 涌射和断 流现象十分明显, 使得人们疲于判断和掌握剂量。在一些需要限量取用液态物质 的领域 (比如酱油、 醋类、 酒类、 洗衣液、 消毒液等), 由于缺乏掌控流量的有 利外在条件, 多有浪费现象甚至会影响个人情绪和全盘要做的事情。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的, 是为解决现有技术中存在的上述问题或不足, 提供一种 可限制流量设计。本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现。本设计方案是: 在与 容器 (拟) 开口相对应的配套封口装置的封口吻合结构上制作有中空的管子,中 空管的数目至少为两根,其与封口吻合结构可以是任一适宜的交汇夹角, 中空管 可以是独立分布或是共用部分管壁的结合形式,其横截面可以为任一形状,横截 面积可根据不同的流量需要来确定其大小; 中空管在交汇封口吻合结构的上下 (对应于容器开口的外内方向)任选适宜长度, 使能匹配容器开口及配套的封口 吻合装置,在位于交汇封口吻合结构之下的管壁上制作有任一分布的形状不限的 开槽或(和)孔洞; 中空管的末端可以是封闭的, 或制作呈斜切面状或是实体锥 形体等以利于剌穿容器(拟)开口部位的结构层或封口层; 在交汇封口吻合结构 之下的近侧管壁上可以设计制作有卡齿,卡齿与交汇封口结构之间可嵌装或整体 成型有防渗漏的垫片 (圈); 位于交汇封口吻合结构之上的中空管的开口可采用 易掀拉式压膜封口或卡扣封口、或另置配套的孔塞, 也可以利用容器开口配套装 置的合(旋、 卡)盖垫压 (嵌塞)等方式来达到封口防漏的目的。 本设计方案任 选适宜材质, 使匹配成型在对容器 (拟) 开口进行封口吻合的配套装置上。 附图说明

Claims

1. 本发明是对现有的容器 (拟) 开口配套封口吻合装置的一种新的技术改进, 其特征是: 在与容器(拟)开口相对应的配套封口装置的封口吻合结构上制作有 中空的管子, 中空管的数目至少为两根, 其与封口吻合结构可以是任一适宜的交 汇夹角, 中空管可以是独立分布或是共用部分管壁的结合形式, 其横截面可以为 任一形状,横截面积可根据不同的流量需要来确定其大小; 中空管在交汇封口吻 合结构的上下(对应于容器开口的外内方向)任选适宜长度, 使能匹配容器开口 及配套的封口吻合装置,在位于交汇封口吻合结构之下的管壁上制作有任一分布 的形状不限的开槽或(和)孔洞; 中空管的末端可以是封闭的, 或制作呈斜切面 状或是实体锥形体等以利于剌穿容器(拟)开口部位的结构层或封口层; 在交汇 封口吻合结构之下的近侧管壁上可以设计制作有卡齿,卡齿与交汇封口结构之间 可嵌装或整体成型有防渗漏的垫片 (圈); 位于交汇封口吻合结构之上的中空管 的开口可采用易掀拉式压膜封口或卡扣封口、或另置配套的孔塞, 也可以利用容 器开口配套装置的合 (旋、 卡) 盖垫压 (嵌塞) 等方式来达到封口防漏的目的。
2. 本设计方案任选适宜材质, 使匹配成型在对容器 (拟) 开口进行封口吻合的 配套装置上。
3. 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下所做的改进或使用范围的延伸,仍属本发明所 涵盖的保护范围。
