Abstract

一种煤矿底板锚固防堵钻杆,包括空心钻杆(1),空心套管(2),设在空心钻杆端头的螺纹接头,设在空心钻杆外表面,位于前端螺纹接头(5)和尾部螺纹接头(6)之间的棱柱状扳手卡槽(3),设在空心套管和空心钻杆之间的螺旋状连接线(4),设在空心套管尾部的隔水插槽(7)。该设备不仅可以对煤矿底板进行钻孔,还可以实现钻进、清理、排污同时进行。其结构简单,适应性强,容易操作,防堵效果好,具有广泛的实用性。

Description

一种煤矿底板锚固防堵钻杆
技术领域
本发明涉及底板锚固设备技术领域,特别是一种实现防堵快速清洁施工的煤矿底板 锚固钻杆。
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的快速发展, 能源需求极大, 煤炭资源作为我国能源供应的主要 来源在未来很长一段时间内很难改变, 致使煤炭工业不断朝着机械化、 自动化方向发展。 我国多数煤矿由于煤岩性质、 埋深、 地应力等原因, 巷道底鼓破坏严重, 影响了巷道使 用安全, 制约了矿井的安全生产, 因此底板加固治理任务艰巨。
现阶段, 我国对于煤矿底板加固治理的最主要手段为锚杆支护。 目前, 国内专门针 对煤矿巷道底板的锚固设备研制很少。 而现在典型的锚固设备所使用的湿法钻孔方式是 将有固定的水源提供的高压水直接注入旋转的中空钻杆中, 将形成的泥水混合物通过钻 杆与煤 (岩) 层的间隙挤压出来。 该种湿法钻孔方式在煤矿底板进行作业时存在一些技 术问题: 首先, 挤压出来的泥水混合物随钻杆四处飞溅不能收集, 影响了巷道的正常运 输和工人行走, 同时底板围岩浸水软化加剧了底鼓问题; 其次, 传统的钻孔方式在底板 施工容易造成堵孔, 在钻进过程中退钻、 清孔工作极为繁琐, 严重影响了底板锚固的施 工效率; 第三, 钻孔中煤 (岩) 粉进入巷道, 加剧了巷道粉尘治理的难度, 危害工人身 体健康。
因此, 研制一种实现安全简易安装、 快速清洁施工的底板锚固钻杆对于现阶段煤矿 生产具有重要的使用价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据现有技术存在的问题, 提供一种结构简单、 投资少, 集钻孔、 清孔、 排污功能于一体的煤矿底板锚固防堵钻杆。
本发明的煤矿底板锚固防堵钻杆, 包括空心钻杆, 所述的空心钻杆内的设有空心套 管, 空心钻杆的前端设有前端螺纹接头, 后端设有尾部螺纹接头, 所述的空心套管上缠 绕有呈螺旋状的连接线, 连接线的螺旋方向与钻杆工作转动方向相反, 连接线与空心钻 杆内孔形成螺旋形缝隙; 空心套管尾部设有隔水插槽。
所述的空心钻杆外表面位于前端螺纹接头和尾部螺纹接头处均设有扳手卡槽; 所述 的扳手卡槽为棱柱形或方形。
有益效果: 由于采用上述技术方案, 本发明不仅可以对煤矿底板进行高效钻孔, 还 可以实现钻进、 清理、 排污同时进行。 钻杆工作时, 可对清水加压, 通过加压清水对钻 孔端头位置的煤 (岩) 粉进行冲刷清理, 并通过空心套管将端头污水抽出, 进行后续集 中处理。 该设备有效保证了煤矿底板锚固钻杆的防堵效果。 解决了传统的钻孔方式在底 板施工容易造成堵孔的问题, 节省了在钻进过程中退钻、 清孔等极为繁琐的工作程序, 极大提高了底板锚固的施工效率。 其结构简单, 适应性强, 容易操作, 具有广泛的实用 性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一个实施例作进一步描述:
图 1、 图 2所示, 本发明煤矿底板锚固防堵钻杆, 主要由空心钻杆 1、 空心套管 2构 成, 所述的空心套管 2设在空心钻杆 1内, 空心钻杆 1的前端设有前端螺纹接头 5, 后端 设有尾部螺纹接头 6, 所述的空心钻杆 1外表面位于前端螺纹接头 5和尾部螺纹接头 6 处均设有扳手卡槽 3,扳手卡槽 3为棱柱形或方形。所述的空心套管 2上缠绕有呈螺旋状 的连接线 4,连接线 4的螺旋方向与钻杆工作转动方向相反,连接线 4与空心钻杆 1内孔 形成螺旋形缝隙; 空心套管 2尾部设有隔水插槽 7。
工作过程: 钻杆与钻机和钻头连接后, 将空心套管 2插入隔水插槽 7, 并用扳手扣住 扳手卡槽 3将钻杆拧紧, 实现钻杆首尾相接, 加长钻杆。 钻机通过尾部螺纹接头 6带动 钻杆转动, 进行钻孔工作。 同时, 加压清水通过空心钻杆 1和空心套管 2之间的空腔进 入钻杆, 随着空心钻杆 1和空心套管 2之间的螺旋状连接线 4转动输送到钻头, 清洗钻 孔, 螺旋状连接线 4有很好的加压导水效果和固定空心套管 2的效果; 空心套管 2内为 排污通道, 钻孔清洗过程中, 通过钻机中的抽污装置, 将污水经钻头吸入煤矿底板锚固 防堵钻杆的空心套管 2内, 从而实现污水的排出。 该设备解决了传统的钻孔方式在底板 施工容易造成堵孔的问题, 节省了在钻进过程中退钻、 清孔等极为繁琐的工作程序, 实 现了钻进、 清理、 排污工序的同时进行。

1. 一种煤矿底板锚固防堵钻杆, 包括空心钻杆 (1), 其特征在于: 所述的空心钻杆 (1) 内的设有空心套管 (2), 空心钻杆 (1) 的前端设有前端螺纹接头 (5), 后端设有 尾部螺纹接头 (6), 所述的空心套管 (2) 上缠绕有呈螺旋状的连接线 (4), 连接线 (4) 的螺旋方向与钻杆工作转动方向相反, 连接线 (4) 与空心钻杆 (1) 内孔形成螺旋 形缝隙; 空心套管 (2) 尾部设有隔水插槽 (7)。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的煤矿底板锚固防堵钻杆, 其特征在于: 所述的空心钻杆 (1) 外表面位于前端螺纹接头 (5) 和尾部螺纹接头 (6) 处均设有扳手卡槽 (3)。
