Abstract
An anchoring and anti-blocking drill rod for a coal mine floor comprises a hollow drill rod (1), a hollow sleeve (2), threaded connectors disposed at ends of the hollow drill rod, a prismatic wrench clamping groove (3) disposed in the outer surface of the hollow drill rod and located between a front end threaded connector (5) and a tail end threaded connector (6), a spiral connecting line (4) disposed between the hollow sleeve and the hollow drill rod, and a water-proof insertion groove (7) disposed in a tail end of the hollow sleeve. The device can drill the coal mine floor, and can simultaneously perform drilling, cleaning and dirt discharging. The device has a simple structure and good adaptation, is easy to operate, provides a good anti-blocking effect, and has wide practicability.
Description
WO 2015/010463 PCT/CN2014/072184 Anchoring and Anti-Blocking Drill Rod for Coal Mine Floor Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the technical field of floor anchoring equipment, in particular to a floor anchoring drill rod for coal mine, which can accomplish quick and clean construction while preventing blockage. Background Art As the economic construction in China is developed rapidly, the energy need becomes higher and higher; so, it is difficult to change the situation that the coal resource is a major source of energy in China in a long time in the future; hence, the coal industry is developed continuously towards the trend of mechanization and automation. In most coal mines in China, the roadway floor heave is severely damaged in most coal mines owing to coal rock properties, buried depth, and ground stress, etc.; consequently, the safe use of the roadways is affected adversely and the safe production in the coal mines is hampered. Therefore, the floor strengthening task is very hard. At present, anchor bolt support is the most effective means for floor strengthening and control in coal mines in China. There is few research on anchoring equipment specially developed for roadway floor in coal mines in China at present. The wet drilling method used by typical anchoring equipment is to directly inject high pressure water supplied from a fixed water source into a rotating hollow drill rod, so as to extrude out the silt-water mixture from the clearance between the drill rod and the coal seam (rock strata). Such a wet drilling method has some technical problems in the floor drilling work in coal mines: firstly, the extruded silt-water mixture extruded out from the clearance splashes about as the drill rod is rotated and can not be collected, thus bringing adverse influences on the normal transportation and personnel movement in the roadways; in addition, the floor heave problem is aggravated by softened surrounding rocks soaked in water; secondly, conventional drilling methods may result in hole blocking phenomena in the floor drilling process, and the drill bit withdrawing and hole clearing work is very complicated during the drilling process; consequently, the efficiency of the floor anchoring work is severely affected; thirdly, during drilling the coal (rock) powder may enter into the roadway, increasing the difficulties in dust control in the roadways and endangering the physical health of the workers. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop a floor anchoring drill rod that can be installed safely and simply and accomplish quick and clean construction for the present production in the coal mines. Contents of the Invention To overcome the drawbacks in the prior art, the present invention provides a floor anchoring and anti-blocking drill rod for coal mine, which is simple in structure, needs small investment, and integrates hole drilling, hole cleaning, and sewage removing functions. WO 2015/010463 PCT/CN2014/072184 hollow drill rod, a front-end threaded connector is disposed on the front end of the hollow drill rod, a tail-end threaded connector is disposed on the tail end of the hollow drill rod, a connecting wire is wound helically on the hollow sleeve, the helical direction of the connecting wire is opposite to the working rotating direction of the drill rod, and helical clearance is formed between the connecting wire and the inner bore of the hollow drill rod; a waterproof slot is arranged in the tail of the hollow sleeve. A wrench clamping groove is arranged in the outer surface of the hollow drill rod at the front-end threaded connector and the tail-end threaded connector respectively; the wrench clamping groove is in a prismatic shape or square shape. Beneficial effects: With the technical scheme described above, the drill rod provided in the present invention can not only be used to drill a floor efficiently in a coal mine, but also can realize hole drilling, hole cleaning, and sewage removing simultaneously. When the drill rod is working, clear water can be pressurized, the coal (rock) powder at the ends of the drill hole can be flushed and removed with pressurized clear water, and the sewage can be pumped out from the ends through the hollow sleeve, and then can be treated centrally. The apparatus effectively ensure anti-blocking effect of the floor anchoring drill rod for coal mine, solves the problem of hole blockage in floor construction with the conventional drilling method, eliminates complicated drill bit withdrawing and hole clearing procedures in the drilling process, and greatly improves the floor anchoring efficiency. The drill rod is simple in structure, has high adaptability, is easy to operate, and has wide practicability. Description of the Drawings Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the drill rod in the present invention; Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the hollow sleeve in the present invention. In the figures: 1 - hollow drill rod; 2 - hollow sleeve; 3 - wrench clamping groove; 4 connecting wire; 5 - front-end threaded connector; 6 - tail-end threaded connector; 7 waterproof slot. Embodiments Hereunder one example of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings: As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the floor anchoring and anti-blocking drill rod for coal mine provided in the present invention mainly comprises a hollow drill rod 1 and a hollow sleeve 2, wherein, the hollow sleeve 2 is disposed in the hollow drill rod 1, a front-end threaded connector 5 is disposed on the front end of the hollow drill rod 1, a tail-end threaded connector 6 is disposed on the tail end of the hollow drill rod 1, a wrench clamping groove 3 is arranged in the outer surface of the hollow drill rod 1 at the front-end threaded connector 5 and the tail-end threaded connector 6 respectively, and the wrench clamping groove 3 is in a prismatic shape or square shape; a connecting wire 4 is wound helically on the hollow sleeve 2, the helical direction of the connecting wire 4 is opposite to the working rotating direction of the drill rod, and helical clearance is formed between the connecting wire 4 and the inner bore of the hollow drill rod 1; a waterproof slot 7 is arranged in the tail of the hollow sleeve 2. Working process: After the drill rod is connected with a driller and a drill bit, the 2 WO 2015/010463 PCT/CN2014/072184 hollow sleeve 2 is inserted into the waterproof slot 7, and the drill rod is tightened up with a wrench by coupling the wrench with the wrench clamping groove 3, so that the head and tail connection of the drill rod is realized and the drill rod is lengthened. The driller drives the drill rod to rotate via the tail-end threaded connector 6, so that the drilling work begins. At the same time, pressurized clear water is injected via the cavity between the hollow drill rod 1 and the hollow sleeve 2 into the drill rod, and is conveyed to the drill bit to wash the drilled hole as the helical connecting wire 4 between the hollow drill rod 1 and the hollow sleeve 2 rotates; the helical connecting wire 4 attains good effects for guiding the pressurized water and fixing the hollow sleeve 2; the channel in the hollow sleeve 2 is a sewage drainage channel. In the hole cleaning process, by a sewage draining device in the driller, the sewage is sucked from the drill bit into the hollow sleeve 2 of the floor anchoring and anti-blocking drill rod for coal mine, so that the sewage is drained out. The device solves the problem of hole blockage in floor construction with the conventional drilling method, eliminates complicated drill bit withdrawing and hole clearing procedures in the drilling process, and realizes hole drilling, hole cleaning, and sewage drainage simultaneously. 3
Claims (3)
1. A floor anchoring and anti-blocking drill rod for coal mine, comprising a hollow drill rod (1), wherein, a hollow sleeve (2) is disposed in the hollow drill rod (1), a front-end threaded connector (5) is disposed on the front end of the hollow drill rod (1), a tail-end threaded connector (6) is disposed on the tail end of the hollow drill rod (1), a connecting wire (4) is wound helically on the hollow sleeve (2), the helical direction of the connecting wire (4) is opposite to the working rotating direction of the drill rod, and a helical clearance is formed between the connecting wire (4) and the inner bore of the hollow drill rod (1); a waterproof slot (7) is arranged in the tail end of the hollow sleeve (2).
2. The floor anchoring and anti-blocking drill rod for coal mine according to the claim 1, wherein: a wrench clamping groove (3) is arranged in the outer surface of the hollow drill rod (1) at the front-end threaded connector (5) and the tail-end threaded connector (6) respectively.
3. The floor anchoring and anti-blocking drill rod for coal mine according to the claim 2, wherein: the wrench clamping groove (3) is in a prismatic shape or square shape. 4
