具体地, 所述无线连接可以为蓝牙连接、 wifi 连接或近距离无线通讯连 利用本发明的移动终端间通信方法, 第一移动终端通过无线方式检测到 预设范围内的第二移动终端时, 通知用户第二移动终端的存在, 并提示用户 是否与第二移动终端进行数据传输, 在接收到用户的确认指令后, 第一移动 终端与第二移动终端进行数据传输。 本发明的技术方案能够在移动终端彼此 靠近或接触时, 实现移动终端间的数据传输, 并且是在得到用户的确认后再 进行数据传输, 增强了信息通信的安全性。
图 2为本发明实施例的移动终端间通信装置的结构框图, 如图 2所示, 本实施例的移动终端间通信装置设置在第一移动终端中, 包括:
检测模块 20, 用于通过无线方式检测到预设范围内的第二移动终端; 提示模块 22, 用于通知用户所述第二移动终端的存在, 并提示用户是否 与所述第二移动终端进行数据传输;
传输模块 24, 用于在接收到用户的确认指令后, 使所述第一移动终端与 所述第二移动终端建立无线连接, 并进行数据传输。
进一步地, 本发明的另一实施例中, 在包括上述结构的基础上, 所述检 测模块 20 具体用于通过设置在所述第一移动终端的屏幕正面的红外感应器 检测到预设范围内的第二移动终端。
进一步地, 本发明的另一实施例中, 在包括上述结构的基础上, 所述提 示模块 22具体用于提示用户是否向所述第二移动终端传输预设内容;
所述传输模块 24具体用于建立与所述第二移动终端的无线连接,并通过 所述无线连接向所述第二移动终端传输预设内容。
所述移动终端间通信装置还包括:
设置模块, 用于接收用户的内容设置指令, 并根据所述内容设置指令设 置向其它移动终端传输的内容。
进一步地, 本发明的另一实施例中, 在包括上述结构的基础上, 所述提 示模块 22具体用于提示用户是否接收所述第二移动终端欲传输的内容; 所述传输模块 24具体用于建立与所述第二移动终端的无线连接,通过所 述无线连接接收所述第二移动终端传输的内容, 并存储接收到的内容。
利用本发明的移动终端间通信装置, 第一移动终端通过无线方式检测到 预设范围内的第二移动终端时, 通知用户第二移动终端的存在, 并提示用户 是否与第二移动终端进行数据传输, 在接收到用户的确认指令后, 第一移动 终端与第二移动终端进行数据传输。 本发明的技术方案能够在移动终端彼此 靠近或接触时, 实现移动终端间的数据传输, 并且是在得到用户的确认后再 进行数据传输, 增强了信息通信的安全性。
本发明实施例还提供了一种移动终端, 包括如上所述的移动终端间通信 装置。
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明的移动终端间通信方法进行详细介绍: 实施例一
如图 3所示, 现有的移动终端 2屏幕正面都设置有红外感应器 1, 本实 施例即是利用移动终端已有的红外感应器实现移动终端间的通信。 本实施例 的移动终端间通信方法具体包括以下步骤: 步骤 Sl l : 移动终端 2接收用户的内容设置指令, 并根据内容设置指令 设置向其它移动终端传输的内容。 具体地, 可以将移动终端 2中存储的用户 的通讯方式和电子名片设为向其它移动终端传输的内容, 这样可以与其他用 户进行通讯方式和电子名片的交换;
步骤 S12: 如图 4所示, 其他移动终端靠近移动终端 2屏幕正面, 移动 终端 2通过屏幕正面的红外感应器 1检测到预设范围内的该其他移动终端, 其中, 预设范围的大小可以由检测的方式决定。 在通过红外感应器 1进行检 测时, 可以检测到空间距离小于 10cm的其他移动终端;
步骤 S13 : 移动终端 2通知用户其他移动终端的存在, 并提示用户是否 向其他移动终端传输预设的内容。
具体地, 移动终端 2可以通过显示在屏幕上的对话框或者通过语音通知 用户其他移动终端的存在,并提示用户是否向其他移动终端传输预设的内容; 步骤 S14: 在接收到用户的确认指令时, 移动终端 2与其他移动终端建 立无线连接, 并通过无线连接向其他移动终端传输预设内容。
其中, 移动终端 2可以利用现有的无线连接技术与其他移动终端建立无 线连接, 建立的无线连接可以为蓝牙连接、 wifi连接或近距离无线通讯连接, 之后通过建立的无线连接向其他移动终端传输预设内容。 本实施例在得到用 户的确认后再进行数据传输, 能够增强信息通信的安全性。
通过本实施例, 在移动终端用户之间需要进行通讯方式和电子名片交换 时, 通过移动终端表面顶端的红外感应器进行感应, 触发并开启近距离无线 通信功能, 通过移动终端屏幕的相互接触即可交换 2个移动终端的信息。
在本实施例中, 利用红外感应器进行移动终端的检测, 但也可以通过蓝 牙等其他无线方式进行检测, 在通过蓝牙进行检测时, 可以检测到空间距离 小于 100cm的其他移动终端。
实施例二
如图 3所示, 现有的移动终端 2屏幕正面都设置有红外感应器 1, 本实 施例即是利用移动终端已有的红外感应器实现移动终端间的通信。 本实施例 的移动终端间通信方法具体包括以下步骤: 步骤 S21 : 如图 4所示, 其他移动终端靠近移动终端 2屏幕正面, 移动 终端 2通过屏幕正面的红外感应器 1检测到预设范围内的其他移动终端, 其 中, 预设范围的大小可以由检测的方式决定。在通过红外感应器进行检测时, 可以检测到空间距离小于 10cm的其他移动终端;
步骤 S22: 移动终端 2通知用户其他移动终端的存在, 并提示用户是否 接收其他移动终端欲传输的内容;
具体地, 移动终端 2可以通过显示在屏幕上的对话框或者通过语音通知 用户其他移动终端的存在,并提示用户是否接收其他移动终端欲传输的内容; 步骤 S23 : 在接收到用户的确认指令时, 移动终端 2与其他移动终端建 立无线连接, 并通过无线连接接收其他移动终端传输的内容, 存储接收到的 内容。
其中, 移动终端可以利用现有的无线连接技术与其他移动终端建立无线 连接, 建立的无线连接可以为蓝牙连接、 wifi 连接或近距离无线通讯连接, 之后通过建立的无线连接接收其他移动终端传输的内容。 本实施例在得到用 户的确认后再进行数据传输, 能够增强信息通信的安全性。
通过本实施例, 在移动终端用户之间需要进行通讯方式和电子名片交换 时, 通过移动终端表面顶端的红外感应器进行感应, 触发并开启近距离无线 通信功能, 通过移动终端屏幕的相互接触即可交换 2个移动终端的信息。
在本实施例中, 利用红外感应器进行移动终端的检测, 但也可以通过蓝 牙等其他无线方式进行检测。 在通过蓝牙进行检测时, 可以检测到空间距离 小于 100cm的其他移动终端。
此说明书中所描述的许多功能部件都被称为模块, 以便更加特别地强调 其实现方式的独立性。
本发明实施例中, 模块可以用软件实现, 以便由各种类型的处理器执行。 举例来说, 一个标识的可执行代码模块可以包括计算机指令的一个或多个物 理或者逻辑块, 举例来说, 其可以被构建为对象、 过程或函数。 尽管如此, 所标识模块的可执行代码无需物理地位于一起, 而是可以包括存储在不同物 理设备上的不同的指令, 当这些指令逻辑上结合在一起时, 其构成模块并且 实现该模块的规定目的。
实际上, 可执行代码模块可以是单条指令或者是多条指令, 并且甚至可 以分布在多个不同的代码段上, 分布在不同程序当中, 以及跨越多个存储器 设备分布。 同样地, 操作数据可以在模块内被识别, 并且可以依照任何适当 的形式实现并且被组织在任何适当类型的数据结构内。 所述操作数据可以作 为单个数据集被收集,或者可以分布在不同位置上(包括在不同存储设备上 ), 并且至少部分地可以仅作为电子信号存在于系统或网络上。
在模块可以利用软件实现时, 考虑到现有硬件工艺的水平, 可以以软件 实现的模块, 在不考虑成本的情况下, 本领域技术人员都可以搭建对应的硬 件电路来实现对应的功能, 所述硬件电路包括常规的超大规模集成 (VLSI) 电路或者门阵列以及诸如逻辑芯片、 晶体管之类的现有半导体或者是其它分 立的元件。 模块还可以用可编程硬件设备, 诸如现场可编程门阵列、 可编程 阵列逻辑、 可编程逻辑设备等实现。
在本发明各方法实施例中, 所述各步骤的序号并不能用于限定各步骤的 先后顺序, 对于本领域普通技术人员来讲, 在不付出创造性劳动的前提下, 对各步骤的先后变化也在本发明的保护范围之内。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本领域的普通技术 人员来说, 在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1 . 一种移动终端间通信方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一移动终端通过无线方式检测到预设范围内的第二移动终端; 所述第一移动终端通知用户所述第二移动终端的存在, 并提示用户是否 与所述第二移动终端进行数据传输;
在接收到用户的确认指令后, 所述第一移动终端与所述第二移动终端建 立无线连接, 并进行数据传输。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的移动终端间通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一移动终端通过无线方式检测到预设范围内的第二移动终端包 括:
所述第一移动终端通过设置在屏幕正面的红外感应器检测到预设范围内 的第二移动终端。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的移动终端间通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述提示用户是否与所述第二移动终端进行数据传输包括:
提示用户是否向所述第二移动终端传输预设内容;
所述第一移动终端与所述第二移动终端建立无线连接, 并进行数据传输 包括:
所述第一移动终端建立与所述第二移动终端的无线连接, 并通过所述无 线连接向所述第二移动终端传输预设内容。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的移动终端间通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一移动终端通过无线方式检测到预设范围内的第二移动终端之前 还包括:
所述第一移动终端接收用户的内容设置指令, 并根据所述内容设置指令 设置向其它移动终端传输的内容。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的移动终端间通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述提示用户是否与所述第二移动终端进行数据传输包括:
提示用户是否接收所述第二移动终端欲传输的内容; 所述第一移动终端与所述第二移动终端建立无线连接, 并进行数据传输 包括:
所述第一移动终端建立与所述第二移动终端的无线连接, 通过所述无线 连接接收所述第二移动终端传输的内容, 并存储接收到的内容。
6. 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的移动终端间通信方法, 其特征在 于,
所述无线连接为蓝牙连接、 wifi连接或近距离无线通讯连接中的某一种。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的移动终端间通信方法, 其特征在 于,
所述第一移动终端通过显示在屏幕上的对话框或语音通知用户所述第二 移动终端的存在, 并提示用户是否与所述第二移动终端进行数据传输。
8. 一种移动终端间通信装置, 设置在第一移动终端中, 其特征在于, 包括:
检测模块, 用于通过无线方式检测到预设范围内的第二移动终端; 提示模块, 用于通知用户所述第二移动终端的存在, 并提示用户是否与 所述第二移动终端进行数据传输;
传输模块, 用于在接收到用户的确认指令后, 所述第一移动终端与所述 第二移动终端建立无线连接, 并进行数据传输。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的移动终端间通信装置, 其特征在于,
所述检测模块具体用于通过设置在屏幕正面的红外感应器检测到预设范 围内的第二移动终端。
10. 根据权利要求 8所述的移动终端间通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述提示模块具体用于提示用户是否向所述第二移动终端传输预设内 容;
所述传输模块具体用于建立与所述第二移动终端的无线连接, 并通过所 述无线连接向所述第二移动终端传输预设内容。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的移动终端间通信装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 设置模块, 用于接收用户的内容设置指令, 并根据所述内容设置指令设 置向其它移动终端传输的内容。
12. 根据权利要求 8所述的移动终端间通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述提示模块具体用于提示用户是否接收所述第二移动终端欲传输的内 容;
所述传输模块具体用于建立与所述第二移动终端的无线连接, 通过所述 无线连接接收所述第二移动终端传输的内容, 并存储接收到的内容。
13. 根据权利要求 8至 12中任一项所述的移动终端间通信装置, 其特征 在于,
