为使本发明实施例的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合本发 明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于 本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获 得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明实施例中, UE可以为以下任意一种, 并且 UE可以是静态的, 也可以是移动的。 静态的 UE可以包括为终端 (Terminal) 、 移动台 (Mobile Station) 、 用户单元 (Subscriber Unit) 或站台 (Station) 等。 移动的 UE可 以包括蜂窝电话(Cellular Phone)、个人数字助理 (Personal Digital Assistant, 简称 PDA)、无线调制解调器(Modem),无线通信设备、手持设备(handheld)、 膝上型电脑 (Laptop Computer) 、 无绳电话 ( Cordless Phone ) 或无线本地环 路(Wireless Local Loop, 简称 WLL) 台等。 上述 UE可以分布于整个无线网 络中。
在本发明实施例中,移动管理网元可以为 MME,或服务 GPRS支持节点 (Serving GPRS Support Node, 简称 SGSN) 中的任一种, 本发明实施例中的 MSC或 VLR通常合设为同一网元, 称为 MSC/VLR, 或简称为 VLR。
对于现有技术,现分析如下:为了恢复 UE在该 MSC/VLR的 CS域注册, 3GPP协议目前对 MME 的行为做了如下定义: 后续在接收到之前注册到该 MSC/VLR的 UE发送的联合位置更新请求或者周期性位置更新请求后, MME 可以请求所述 UE主动发起到 CS域的注册流程。但若 MME决定执行上述动 作, 则根据 3GPP协议的定义, MME会发起分离类型为"国际移动用户标识 (International Mobile Subscriber Identity, 简称 IMSI) 分离"的分离流程。 发 起该分离流程的目的是, 希望 UE在接收到分离请求消息后马上发起更新类 型为"联合跟踪域 (Tracking Area, 简称 TA) /位置域 (Location Area, 简称
LA) 更新并 IMSI附着"的联合位置更新流程, 以实现到 CS域的再注册。 该 动作表明 MME是在当前正在执行的联合位置更新流程或者周期性位置更新 流程中发起分离类型为" IMSI分离"的分离流程的。但是根据 3GPP协议, UE 在执行联合位置更新流程或者周期性位置更新流程中, 若收到 MME下发的 分离类型为" IMSI分离"的分离请求消息, 不会发起更新类型为 "联合 TA/ LA 并 IMSI附着"的联合位置更新流程, 从而不能实现到 CS域的再注册。 UE这 样处理的原因是, MME发起的分离类型为" IMSI分离"的分离流程只影响 CS 域, 而当前正在执行的联合位置更新流程或者周期性位置更新流程, 可以保 证 UE继续在 CS 域保持注册, 故为了节约不必要的信令交互, UE在收到 MME下发的分离类型为" IMSI分离"的分离请求消息后不再发起联合位置更 新流程。
上述 UE的处理机制,破坏了 MME在 MSC/VLR复位重启后希望 UE发 起到 CS域注册的愿望, 导致的问题主要有: UE的 CS域注册一直到后续有 下行 CS业务时才能恢复, 这势必增加了后续下行 CS业务的时延, 因为在执 行下行 CS业务之前必须先恢复 UE到 CS域的注册。 这会影响下行 CS业务 的用户体验; 延时恢复 UE到 CS域的注册, 会增加 UE发起上行 CS语音在 回落到 2G/3G网络 CS域后不必要的信令交互,从而增加了上行 CS语音的建 立时延, 这会影响上行 CS 语音的用户体验。 导致这一问题的主要原因是: (a) 重启后的 MSC/VLR因没有 UE的注册上下文信息, 总是会拒绝 UE在 回落到 2G/3G网络 CS域后发送的 CS业务请求消息并触发 UE发起位置更新 流程; (b) 若 UE发起位置更新流程, 则重启后的 MSC/VLR因没有 UE的 上下文信息, 总是会发起到归属位置寄存器 (Home Location Register, 简称 HLR) 的更新流程。 关于 MME如何处理当前正在执行的联合位置更新流程 或者周期性位置更新流程, 目前 3GPP协议并没有明确规定。 MME是继续执 行当前的位置更新流程? 还是终止当前的位置更新流程? 或者拒绝当前的位 置更新流程? 从 UE来看, 在发起联合位置更新流程或者周期性位置更新流 程后, 会启动一定时器等待 MME发送关于当前位置更新流程的响应消息。 若该定时器超时, UE会重发位置更新流程, 产生不必要的信令负荷。
图 1是本发明实施例一提供的位置更新处理方法流程图, 如图 1所示, 该方法包括:
101、 移动管理网元接收用户设备 UE发送的位置更新请求。
其中, 该位置更新请求可以为联合位置更新请求, 也可以为周期性位置 更新请求。 该 UE已经通过发起联合注册流程 (包括联合附着流程或联合位置 更新流程)成功在移动管理网元与 MSC/VLR上实现了联合注册, 即同时实现 了在 PS域与 CS域的注册。 该 UE在满足一定条件时, 会向移动管理网元发 送位置更新请求以触发联合位置更新流程, 比如: UE移动进入一个新的未注 册的位置区域。
102、 若该 UE注册的 MSC/VLR不可靠, 移动管理网元向 UE发送指示 信息, 该指示信息用于指示 UE根据该指示信息发起到 CS域的注册流程。
其中, 指示信息用于显式指示用户设备 UE发起到 CS域的注册流程。该 指示信息的实现方式可以有很多种, 包括但不限于: 可以使用新的信元; 也 可以修改已有信元的内容来表示该指示信息; 还可以在已有信元的内容中增 加该指示信息, 比如增加一个新的原因值。
其中, UE发起到电路交换 CS域的注册流程可以理解为使 UE可以附着 到电路交换 CS域的流程, 也可以理解为使 UE可以重新附着到电路交换 CS 域的流程; UE附着到或者重新附着到 CS域表明 UE可以获取 CS业务, 其 中在 EPS网络中, CS业务也可以称为非 EPS业务 (non-EPS services) , 在 2G/3G网络中, CS业务也可以称为非 GPRS业务 (non-GPRS services)
示例性的, 到电路交换 CS域的注册流程可以但不限于是带 IMSI附着的 联合位置更新流程, 其中触发 UE发起到电路交换域的注册流程的方式包括: 指示信息显式指示 UE发起到电路交换域的注册流程。
在一种可能的实现方式中, 该指示信息可以包含在分离请求消息中。 该 分离请求消息包含的分离类型为 IMSI分离。具体的, 移动管理网元在接收到 位置更新请求之后, 可以先终止该位置更新请求所触发的位置更新流程, 而 发起分离流程, 即下发分离类型为 IMSI分离的分离请求消息给用户设备。或 者, 移动管理网元在接收到位置更新请求之后, 继续执行该位置更新请求所 触发位置更新流程, 同时发起分离流程, 即下发分离类型为 IMSI分离的分离 请求消息给用户设备。 需要说明的是, 在该实现方式中, UE接收到该指示信 息后,可以继续处理移动管理网元发送的该分离请求消息所触发的分离流程, UE通过发起联合位置更新流程来继续处理该分离流程。也即, 步骤 102可以 理解为移动管理网元向 UE发送分离请求消息, 该分离请求消息包括指示信 息和分离类型, 该分离类型为 IMSI分离。
在另一种可能的实现方式中, 该指示信息可以包含在位置更新接受消息 中。 该位置更新接受消息是移动管理网元在执行该位置更新请求所触发的位 置更新流程中发送给 UE 的消息。 具体的, 移动移动管理网络在接收到位置 更新请求之后, 可以继续执行所触发的位置更新流程, 待位置更新流程完成 后, 发送包含有该指示信息的位置更新接受消息给用户设备。也即, 步骤 102 可以理解为移动管理网元根据位置更新请求向 UE发送位置更新接受消息, 该位置更新接受消息包括指示信息。
在上述实现方式的基础上, 该指示信息还可以用于指示 UE继续执行该 位置更新请求所触发的位置更新流程; 或者, 该指示信息还可以用于指示 UE 终止所述位置更新请求所触发的位置更新流程。 具体的实现方式有很多种, 包括但不限于: 可以单独使用该指示信息中的某一比特 (bit) 位, 比如 T指 示继续执行, '0'指示终止; 也可以结合该指示信息中指示发起联合位置更新 请求的比特 (bit) 位而采用组合比特 (bit) 位, 比如 'ΙΓ 指示发起联合位置 更新请求并继续执行该位置更新请求所触发的位置更新流程, '10' 指示发起 联合位置更新请求并终止该位置更新请求所触发的位置更新流程。
进一步地, 在移动管理网元接收到 UE发送的位置更新请求之后, 移动 管理网元可以继续执行该位置更新请求所触发的位置更新流程; 或者, 移动 管理网元可以终止执行该位置更新请求所触发的位置更新流程。
这里需要说明的是, 在本发明实施例中, 所述位置更新请求所触发的位 置更新流程与指示信息的发送之间并不设置特定的先后顺序。 可以先完成该 位置更新流程, 再发送指示信息; 或者, 可以先发送指示信息, 再完成该位 置更新流程; 或者, 可以同时进行该位置更新流程和发送指示信息。
在上述任意一种实现方式中, 若所述移动管理网元为 ΜΜΕ, 则所述指示 信息指示该 UE发起的联合位置更新流程为联合跟踪域更新流程, UE发送跟 踪域更新请求消息给该 ΜΜΕ,该跟踪域更新请求消息中包含的更新类型为联 合 TA/LA更新并 IMSI附着; 若所述移动管理网元为 SGSN, 则所述指示信 息指示该 UE发起的联合位置更新流程为联合路由域更新流程, UE发送路由 域更新请求消息给该 SGSN, 该路由域更新请求消息中包含的更新类型为联 合路由域 (Routing Area, RA) /LA更新并 IMSI附着。
在上述任意一种实现方式中, 102提到的 UE注册的 MSC/VLR不可靠可 以理解为 UE注册的 MSC/VLR处于一种不可靠的状态; 示例性的, 造成 UE 注册的 MSC/VLR不可靠的原因可以是但不限于: 电路烧毁或硬件老化等内 在因素造成的故障, 或者地震、 海啸、 火山爆发、 雷电等外在因素造成的故 障, 示例性的 MSC/VLR 不可靠可以但不限于包括: 移动管理网元保存的 MSC/VLR的上下文设置为不可靠, 比如: 将" VLR可靠 (VLR Reliable) "上 下文设置为"假(false) "; 或者, 移动管理网元接收到 MSC/VLR发送的复位 指示 (Reset Indication)信息; 或者, 移动管理网元接收到 MSC/VLR发送的 未包含位置域标识(Location Area Identifier, 简称 LAI) 的寻呼请求消息。 需 要说明的是, 102提到的 UE注册的 MSC/VLR不可靠是从移动管理网元侧来 看的, 也即移动管理网元认为 UE注册的 MSC/VLR不可靠。从 MSC/VLR侧 来看, 该 MSC/VLR是复位重启了, MSC/VLR重启后, 会向所有与其有 SGs 接口连接的移动管理网元发送复位指示(Reset Indication)信息。 移动管理网 元在接收到该复位指示信息后, 将该 MSC/VLR的上下文设置为不可靠。 进 一步地, MSC/VLR重启后, 在向移动管理网元发送的寻呼请求消息中, 不会 包含 UE的位置信息 LAI。
本发明实施例提供了一种位置更新处理方法,移动管理网元在接收到 UE 发送的位置更新请求后, 如果发现该 UE注册的 MSC/VLR不可靠, 会向 UE 发送指示信息,通过该指示信息显式地指示 UE发起到电路交换 CS域的注册 流程, 即 UE可以根据该显式的指示信息发起联合位置更新流程, 从而有效 实现了 UE到 CS域的快速重新注册, 使得 UE的 CS域注册可以迅速恢复, 而不是必须等到后续有下行的 CS业务时才能恢复,避免了后续上下行 CS业 务的时延和不必要的信令负荷。
图 2是本发明实施例二提供的位置更新处理方法流程图, 如图 2所示, 该方法包括:
201、 用户设备 UE发送位置更新请求给移动管理网元, 所述用户设备为 注册到 MSC/VLR的用户设备, 所述 MSC/VLR在移动管理网元的状态为不 可靠。 其中, 该位置更新请求可以为联合位置更新请求, 也可以为周期性位置 更新请求。 该 UE已经通过发起联合注册流程 (包括联合附着流程或联合位置 更新流程)成功在移动管理网元与 MSC/VLR上实现了联合注册, 即同时注册 实现了在 PS域与 CS域的注册。 该 UE在满足一定条件时, 会向移动管理网 元发送位置更新请求以触发联合位置更新流程, 比如: UE移动进入一个新的 未注册的位置区域。

其中, UE发起到电路交换 CS域的注册流程可以理解为使 UE可以附着 到电路交换 CS域的流程, 也可以理解为使 UE可以重新附着到电路交换 CS 域的流程; UE附着到或者重新附着到 CS域表明 UE可以获取 CS业务, 其 中在 EPS网络中, CS业务也可以称为非 EPS业务 (non-EPS services) , 在 2G/3G网络中, CS业务也可以称为非 GPRS业务 (non-GPRS services)
示例性的, 到电路交换 CS域的注册流程可以但不限于是带 IMSI附着的 联合位置更新流程, 其中触发 UE发起到电路交换域的注册流程的方式包括: 指示信息显式指示 UE发起到电路交换域的注册流程。
正如实施例一中提到的, 移动管理网元可以将该指示信息包含在分离请 求消息中, 该分离请求消息包含的分离类型为 IMSI分离; 或者, 移动管理网 元也可以将该指示信息包含在位置更新接受消息中。
在一种可能的实现方式中, 移动管理网元将该指示信息包含在分离请求 消息中, 该分离请求消息包含的分离类型为 IMSI分离,在用户设备接收到该 分离请求消息后, 用户设备根据所包含的指示信息继续处理该分离请求消息 所触发的分离流程, 即发起联合位置更新流程。 具体地, 若 UE接收到移动 管理网元为 MME发送的分离请求消息, 则 UE会发起联合跟踪域更新流程, 向该 MME发送跟踪域更新请求消息, 该跟踪域更新请求消息中包含的更新 类型为联合 TA/LA更新并带 IMSI附着;若 UE接收到移动管理网元为 SGSN 发送的分离请求消息, 则 UE会发起联合路由域更新流程, 向该 SGSN发送 路由域更新请求消息, 该路由域更新请求消息中包含的更新类型为联合 RA/LA更新并带 IMSI附着。进一步地, UE还可以根据该指示信息终止或者 继续执行该位置更新请求所触发的位置更新流程。 可选的, 用户设备 UE还 可以发送分离接受消息给移动管理网元。
在另一种可能的实现方式中, 移动管理网元将该指示信息包含在位置更 新接受消息中, 在用户设备接收到该位置更新接受消息后, 用户设备根据所 包含的指示信息发起联合位置更新流程, 具体地, 若 UE接收到移动管理网 元为 MME发送的位置更新接受消息, 则 UE会发起联合跟踪域更新流程, 向该 MME发送跟踪域更新请求消息, 该跟踪域更新请求消息中包含的更新 类型为联合 TA/LA更新并 IMSI附着; 若 UE接收到移动管理网元为 SGSN 发送的位置更新接受消息, 则 UE会发起联合路由域更新流程, 向该 SGSN 发送路由域更新请求消息, 该路由域更新请求消息中包含的更新类型为联合 RA/LA更新并 IMSI附着。进一步地, UE还可以根据该指示信息终止或者继 续执行该位置更新请求所触发的位置更新流程, 需要说明的是, 若 UE继续 执行该位置更新请求所触发的位置更新流程, 则 UE应该在该位置更新请求 所触发的位置更新流程结束后, 比如: 成功发送位置更新完成消息后, 才能 发起该指示信息所指示的联合位置更新流程。

图 4是本发明实施例四提供的位置更新处理方法交互图, 如图 4所示, 本实施例以 UE联合注册到 EPC网络 PS域与 2G/3G网络 CS域为例, EPC 网络 PS域的移动管理网元是 MME, 但该实施例同样适用于 UE联合注册到 支持 Gs接口的 2G/3G网络。所不同的是, 2G/3G网络 PS域的移动管理网元 是 SGSN。 本实施例为具体示例, 不用以限制本发明的保护范围。

第一种可能的实现方式下, 所述指示信息包含在分离请求消息中, 所述 分离请求消息包含的分离类型为国际移动用户标识 IMSI分离。 具体的, 移动管理网元在接收到位置更新请求之后, 可以先终止该位置更新请求所触 发的位置更新流程,而发起分离流程, 即下发分离类型为 IMSI分离的分离请 求消息给用户设备。 或者, 移动管理网元在接收到位置更新请求之后, 继续 执行该位置更新请求所触发位置更新流程, 同时发起分离流程, 即下发分离 类型为 IMSI分离的分离请求消息给用户设备。需要说明的是,在该实现方式 中, 该指示信息具体用于: 指示该 UE继续处理移动管理网元发送的该分离 请求消息所触发的分离流程, UE通过发起联合位置更新流程来继续处理该分 离流程。 也即, 发送模块 502可以向 UE发送分离请求消息, 该分离请求消 息包括指示信息和分离类型, 该分离类型为 IMSI分离。

本发明实施例提供了一种移动管理网元, 移动管理网元在接收到 UE发 送的位置更新请求后, 如果发现该 UE注册的 MSC/VLR不可靠, 会向 UE发 送指示信息,通过该指示信息显式地指示 UE发起到电路交换 CS域的注册流 程, 即 UE可以根据该显式的指示信息发起联合位置更新流程, 从而有效实 现了 UE到 CS域的快速重新注册, 使得 UE的 CS域注册可以迅速恢复, 而 不是必须等到后续有下行的 CS业务时才能恢复,避免了后续上下行 CS业务 的时延和不必要的信令负荷。

在上述任一种可能的实现方式中,若所述移动管理网元为移动管理实体, 所述联合位置更新流程为联合跟踪域更新流程, 所述联合跟踪域更新流程的 更新类型为联合跟踪域 /位置域更新并带 IMSI附着; 或者, 若所述移动管理 网元为服务 GPRS支持节点,所述联合位置更新流程为联合路由域更新流程, 所述联合路由域更新流程的更新类型为联合路由域 /位置域更新并带 IMSI附 本发明实施例提供了一种注册到 MSC/VLR的 UE,发送位置更新请求给 移动管理网元, 由于 MSC/VLR在移动管理网元的状态为不可靠, UE会接收 移动管理网元发送的指示信息, 该指示信息显式指示了 UE发起到电路交换 CS域的注册流程,即 UE可以根据该显式的指示信息发起联合位置更新流程, 从而有效实现了 UE到 CS域的快速重新注册, 使得 UE的 CS域注册可以迅 速恢复, 而不是必须等到后续有下行的 CS 业务时才能恢复, 避免了后续上 下行 CS业务的时延和不必要的信令负荷。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤 可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读 取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述 的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介 质。
最后应说明的是: 以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对 其限制; 尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通 技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并 不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种位置更新处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
移动管理网元接收用户设备 UE发送的位置更新请求;
若所述 UE注册的移动交换中心 /拜访位置寄存器 MSC/VLR不可靠, 所 述移动管理网元向所述 UE 发送指示信息, 所述指示信息用于指示所述 UE 根据所述指示信息发起到电路交换 CS域的注册流程。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述到 CS域的注册流程, 包括: 带国际移动用户标识 IMSI附着的联合位置更新流程。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动管理网元向 所述 UE发送指示信息, 包括:
所述移动管理网元向所述 UE发送分离请求消息, 所述分离请求消息包 括所述指示信息和分离类型, 所述分离类型为 IMSI分离。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动管理网元向 所述 UE发送指示信息, 包括:
所述移动管理网元根据所述位置更新请求向所述 UE发送位置更新接受 消息, 所述位置更新接受消息包括所述指示信息。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述指示信 息还用于指示所述 UE继续执行所述位置更新请求触发的位置更新流程。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述指示信 息还用于指示所述 UE终止所述位置更新请求触发的位置更新流程。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述移动 管理网元接收用户设备 UE发送的位置更新请求之后, 所述方法还包括: 所述移动管理网元执行所述位置更新请求触发的位置更新流程。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述移动 管理网元接收用户设备 UE发送的位置更新请求之后, 所述方法还包括: 所述移动管理网元终止所述位置更新请求触发的位置更新流程。
9、 根据权利要求 2至 8中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于:
若所述移动管理网元为移动管理实体 MME, 所述带 IMSI附着的联合位 置更新流程为联合跟踪域更新流程, 所述联合跟踪域更新流程的更新类型为 联合跟踪域 /位置域更新并带 IMSI附着; 或者, 若所述移动管理网元为服务 GPRS支持节点,所述带 IMSI附着的联合位 置更新流程为联合路由域更新流程, 所述联合路由域更新流程的更新类型为 联合路由域 /位置域更新并带 IMSI附着。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE 注册的移动交换中心 /拜访位置寄存器 MSC/VLR不可靠, 包括:
所述移动管理网元保存的所述 MSC/VLR的上下文设置为不可靠; 或者, 所述移动管理网元接收到所述 MSC/VLR发送的复位指示信息; 或者, 所述移动管理网元接收到所述 MSC/VLR发送的未包含位置域标识的寻 呼请求消息。
11、 一种位置更新处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户设备 UE发送位置更新请求给移动管理网元,所述 UE为注册到移动 交换中心 /拜访位置寄存器 MSC/VLR的 UE,所述 MSC/VLR在所述移动管理 网元的状态为不可靠;
接收所述移动管理网元发送的指示信息, 根据所述指示信息发起到电路 交换 CS 域的注册流程, 所述指示信息为所述移动管理网元在接收到所述位 置更新请求之后由于所述 MSC/VLR不可靠而发送的指示信息。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述到 CS域的注册流 程, 包括: 带国际移动用户标识 IMSI附着的联合位置更新流程。
13、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 接收所述移动管 理网元发送的指示信息, 包括:
接收所述移动管理网元发送的分离请求消息, 所述分离请求消息包括所 述指示信息和分离类型, 所述分离类型为国际移动用户标识 IMSI分离。
14、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 接收所述移动管 理网元发送的指示信息, 包括:
接收所述移动管理网元发送的位置更新接受消息, 所述位置更新接受消 息包括所述指示信息。
15、 根据权利要求 11至 14中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方 法还包括:
所述 UE根据所述指示信息继续执行所述位置更新请求触发的位置更新 流程。
16、 根据权利要求 11至 14中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方 法还包括:
所述 UE根据所述指示信息终止所述位置更新请求触发的位置更新流程。
17、 根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 UE根据所述指 示信息发起联合位置更新流程之前, 还包括:
所述 UE完成所述位置更新请求触发的位置更新流程。
18、 根据权利要求 11至 17中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于: 若所述移动管理网元为移动管理实体 MME, 所述带 IMSI附着的联合位 置更新流程为联合跟踪域更新流程, 所述联合跟踪域更新流程的更新类型为 联合跟踪域 /位置域更新并带 IMSI附着; 或者,
若所述移动管理网元为服务 GPRS支持节点,所述带 IMSI附着的联合位 置更新流程为联合路由域更新流程, 所述联合路由域更新流程的更新类型为 联合路由域 /位置域更新并带 IMSI附着。
19、 一种移动管理网元, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收用户设备 UE发送的位置更新请求;
发送模块, 用于若所述 UE 注册的移动交换中心 /拜访位置寄存器 MSC/VLR不可靠, 向所述 UE发送指示信息, 所述指示信息用于指示所述 UE根据所述指示信息发起到电路交换 CS域的注册流程。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的移动管理网元, 其特征在于, 所述到 CS域 的注册流程, 包括: 带国际移动用户标识 IMSI附着的联合位置更新流程。
21、 根据权利要求 19或 20所述的移动管理网元, 其特征在于, 所述发 送模块用于: 向所述 UE发送分离请求消息, 所述分离请求消息包括所述指 示信息和分离类型, 所述分离类型为 IMSI分离。
22、 根据权利要求 19或 20所述的移动管理网元, 其特征在于, 所述发 送模块用于: 根据所述位置更新请求向所述 UE发送位置更新接受消息, 所 述位置更新接受消息包括所述指示信息。
23、根据权利要求 19至 22中任一项所述的移动管理网元, 其特征在于, 所述指示信息还用于指示所述 UE继续执行所述位置更新请求触发的位置更 新流程。
24、根据权利要求 19至 22中任一项所述的移动管理网元, 其特征在于, 所述指示信息还用于指示所述 UE终止所述位置更新请求触发的位置更新流 程。
25、根据权利要求 19至 24中任一项所述的移动管理网元, 其特征在于, 还包括:
更新模块, 用于执行所述位置更新请求触发的位置更新流程。
26、根据权利要求 19至 24中任一项所述的移动管理网元, 其特征在于, 还包括:
终止模块, 用于终止所述位置更新请求触发的位置更新流程。
27、根据权利要求 20至 26中任一项所述的移动管理网元, 其特征在于: 若所述移动管理网元为移动管理实体 MME, 所述带 IMSI附着的联合位 置更新流程为联合跟踪域更新流程, 所述联合跟踪域更新流程的更新类型为 联合跟踪域 /位置域更新并带 IMSI附着; 或者,
若所述移动管理网元为服务 GPRS支持节点,所述带 IMSI附着的联合位 置更新流程为联合路由域更新流程, 所述联合路由域更新流程的更新类型为 联合路由域 /位置域更新并带 IMSI附着。
28、根据权利要求 19至 27中任一项所述的移动管理网元, 其特征在于, 所述 UE注册的移动交换中心 /拜访位置寄存器 MSC/VLR不可靠, 包括: 所述移动管理网元保存的所述 MSC/VLR的上下文设置为不可靠; 或者, 所述移动管理网元接收到所述 MSC/VLR发送的复位指示信息; 或者, 所述移动管理网元接收到所述 MSC/VLR发送的未包含位置域标识的寻 呼请求消息。
29、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送模块, 用于发送位置更新请求给移动管理网元, 所述 UE为注册到 移动交换中心 /拜访位置寄存器 MSC/VLR的 UE,所述 MSC/VLR在所述移动 管理网元的状态为不可靠;
接收模块, 用于接收所述移动管理网元发送的指示信息, 所述指示信息 为所述移动管理网元在接收到所述位置更新请求之后由于所述 MSC/VLR不 可靠而发送的指示信息;
第一更新模块, 用于根据所述指示信息发起到电路交换 CS 域的注册流 程。
30、 根据权利要求 29所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述到 CS域的注 册流程, 包括: 带国际移动用户标识 IMSI附着的联合位置更新流程。
31、 根据权利要求 29或 30所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述接收模 块用于:
接收所述移动管理网元发送的分离请求消息, 所述分离请求消息包括所 述指示信息和分离类型, 所述分离类型为国际移动用户标识 IMSI分离。
32、 根据权利要求 29或 30所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述接收模 块用于: 接收所述移动管理网元发送的位置更新接受消息, 所述位置更新接 受消息包括所述指示信息。
33、 根据权利要求 29至 32中任一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 还 包括:
第二更新模块, 用于根据所述指示信息继续执行所述位置更新请求触发 的位置更新流程。
34、 根据权利要求 29至 32中任一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 还 包括:
终止模块, 用于根据所述指示信息终止所述位置更新请求触发的位置更 新流程。
35、 根据权利要求 32所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述第二更新模块 还用于: 在所述第一更新模块发起联合位置更新流程之前, 完成所述位置更 新请求触发的位置更新流程。
36、 根据权利要求 29至 35中任一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在于: 若所述移动管理网元为移动管理实体 MME, 所述带 IMSI附着的联合位 置更新流程为联合跟踪域更新流程, 所述联合跟踪域更新流程的更新类型为 联合跟踪域 /位置域更新并带 IMSI附着; 或者,
若所述移动管理网元为服务 GPRS支持节点,所述带 IMSI附着的联合位 置更新流程为联合路由域更新流程, 所述联合路由域更新流程的更新类型为 联合路由域 /位置域更新并带 IMSI附着。
