本发明实施例提供了在 CS fallback场景下的 CS域业务的处理方案,在该 实现方案中, 对于 CS域的寻呼消息, MME可以在向 UE发送的寻呼消息中携 带相应的原因值, 以通知 UE关于 MME中不存在 UE上下文的情况; 这样, UE 在收到该包含该原因值的寻呼消息后, 还可以执行相应的发起附着流程的操 作, 之后, 由网络侧将 UE迁移到 CS域网络中, 并发送寻呼响应消息, 开展 后续的 CS业务, 此时, 是由网络侧为 UE选择在 CS域中驻留的小区; 或者,
U E在收到该包含该原因值的寻呼消息后, 便可以立即直接执行小区重选操 作, 选择在 CS域的小区驻留, 并发送寻呼响应消息, 开展后续的 CS业务, 此时, 是由 UE自行选择其在 CS域中驻留的小区。
其中, 相应的原因值具体可以但不限于包括: 用于指示 MME复位的标志 位或特定值的 MME复位指示信息, 通过该标志位或特定值便可以确定 MME 复位; 或者, 也可以为用于指示 MME中不存在 UE上下文的标志位或特定值 的不存在 UE上下文指示信息, 此时, UE通过该标志位或特定值便可以确定 在 MME中没有相应的 UE上下文。
本发明实施例还提供了另一种在 CS fallback场景下的 CS域业务的处理 方案, 和前一种处理方案比较, UE在接收到包含相应的原因值的消息后, 还 可以根据消息中的指示执行相应的发起附着流程的操作, 并继续后续的迁移 到 CS域网络中的操作, 以开展后续的 CS域业务; 或者, UE也可以根据消息 中的指示直接向 CS域网络中的实体返回寻呼响应消息, 并执行小区重选操 作, 开展后续的 CS域业务的处理过程。
以 MME复位导致 MME中不存在 UE上下文的情况为例, 本发明实施例还 提供了第三种在 CS fallback场景下的 CS域业务的处理方案, 在该实现方案 中, 对于 CS域的寻呼消息, MME可以通过向 UE发送的 Service Reject (服务 拒绝) 消息将 MME复位的情况通知 UE; 这样, UE在收到该 Service Reject 消息后, 便可以立即直接执行小区重选, 选择 CS域的小区驻留, 并发送寻呼 响应消息, 以开展后续的 CS业务。
可选地, 在该 Service Reject消息中可以承载有上述 MME复位指示信息 或服务拒绝原因值等, 以便将 MME复位的情况明确告知 UE; 或者, 在该 Service Reject消息中, 也可以不携带相应的上述 MME复位指示信息或服务 拒绝原因值等信息, 此时, UE收到该 Service Reject消息后, 则可以直接才艮 据收到的消息类型 (服务拒绝类型)获知 MME已经复位。 本发明实施例的实现使得在 MME复位的情况下,可以将 MME复位信息提 供给 UE。 从而使得当需要对被叫的 CS域业务进行处理 (即 UE需要执行 CS fallback )时, 可以主动迁移到 GERAN/UTRAN等 CS域网络, 或者, UE取消 执行服务请求流程而是直接在 LTE ( Long Term Evolution , 长期演进) 网络 内发起联合附着流程, 当附着在网络中后, 由 MME通知 eNodeB将 UE迁移到 GERAN/UTRAN等 CS域网络中, 从而尽量减少处理过程, 降低处理 CS域业 务的时延。
为便于对本发明实施例的理解, 下面将结合几个具体实施例对本发明实 施例的应用进行详细阐述。 实施例一
在该实施例一中,若 MME复位后,从 SGs接口上收到 MSC传递的 Paging 消息, 则可以在 MME向 UE发送的 Paging消息中携带 MME复位指示信息, 以 便于将 MME复位的信息通知 UE。 UE收到 MME发来的 Paging消息后,便可以 根据该 MME复位指示信息执行以下任一处理方式:
处理方式一, UE立即发起附着流程, 而不再发起服务请求的流程;之后, 再通过 MME通知 eNodeB将 UE迁移到 CS域网络中, 如 GERAN (全球移动通 信系统演进增强数据速率无线接入网 ) /UTRAN (通用移动通信系统陆地无 线接入网) 网络等; 该处理方式中, 采用的是由源网络帮助 UE选择目标侧网 络的处理机制;
处理方式二, UE可以立即直接执行小区重选操作, 以选择 GERAN/UTRAN等 CS网络的 CS域小区驻留,并在 CS域发送针对 Paging消息 的寻呼响应消息; 在该处理方式中, 采用的是由 UE自发选择目标侧网络的处 理机制。
相应的 MME复位指示信息还可以用于指示 UE选择上述处理方式一发起 附着流程,还是选择上述处理方式二执行 CS域小区选择操作。 即可以由 MME 指示 UE的后续处理方式。 在上述处理过程中, 处理方式一提供的源网络帮助 UE选择目标侧网络的 处理机制与处理方式二提供的 UE自发选择目标侧网络的处理机制相比,后者 采用的处理方式可以令 CS域业务的处理时延更短,但是前者所采用的处理方 式对 UE的要求相对较低, 实现起来更容易。
参照图 3所示, 该实施例一中, 相应的 CS域业务的处理过程包括: 步骤 1 , MSC/VLR通过 SGs接口发送一个 CS域的寻呼消息(即 CS Paging 消息)给 MME;
步骤 2 , MME接收从 MSC/VLR发来的 CS域的寻呼消息后, MME向 eNodeB发送 Paging消息;
具体地, 若 UE处于空闲态, 则 MME发送一个 Paging消息给其管辖的 eNodeB, 其中, 相应的 eNodeB是 MME记录的与 UE所关联的 TAI list (跟踪 区域标识列表)所在区域的服务 eNodeB; 若 UE处于连接态, MME通过已存 在的 S1连接将 Paging消息传递给服务的 eNodeB;
在该步骤中, MME确定无 UE上下文后 (MME复位) , 在 Paging消息中 携带一个特殊信元给 UE, 该信元携带 MME复位指示信息, 其具体的表现形 式可以为 "MME Reset ( MME复位),, 或者 "No UE Contexts (无 UE上下 文) " , 等等, 以便于将 MME没有 UE的上下文的情况通知 UE。
进一步的, 在该 Paging消息中还可以携带 CS域指示信息, 以表明该 Paging消息为针对 CS域的寻呼消息;
步骤 3, eNodeB接收到上述 Paging消息后, 继续将相应的 Paging消息传 递给 UE。
UE接收寻呼消息, 获取携带 MME复位指示信息的特殊信元后, 则可以 不再执行服务请求流程, 而执行以下任一处理方式 A或处理方式 B, 其中: 处理方式 A (或称场景 A ) :
步骤 4, UE发送 Attach Request (附着请求) 消息给 MME;
在该 Attach Request消息中携带着 CS Fallback Indicator ( CS域业务返 回传统网络处理的指示)信元(或者也可以携带其他具有相应功能的类似信 元)指示 MME: UE需要执行 CS Fallbac
步骤 5, UE执行相应的附着流程。
步骤 6, MME收到 UE发来的携带着 CS Fallback Indicator信元或其他具 备相应功能的类似信元的 Attach Request消息后, 获知 UE需要执行 CS fallback, 则 MME向 eNodeB发送 Initial UE Context Setup (初始 UE上下文建 立)消息, 消息中携带着 CS Fallback Indicator信元, 以通知 eNodeB将 UE迁 移到 G E R AN/UT R AN网络。
处理方式 B (或称场景 B ) :
步骤 7 , UE接收到 Paging消息后, UE主动进行小区重选, 选择 GERAN/UTRAN网络的 CS域小区驻留,并发送 Paging Response (寻呼响应) 消息到 UTRAN/GERAN网络中的 RNS(无线网络子系统)/BSS(基站子系统)。
需要说明的是,在上述步骤 2发送的 Paging消息中,可选地还可以通过相 应的特殊信元中承载的 MME复位指示信息指示 UE执行上述处理方式 A或处 理方式 B,例如,可以在相应的特殊信元中承载 "Attach lndicator(附着指示;)" 来指示 UE执行上述处理方式 A, 以发起相应的附着流程, 或者, 也可以在相 应的特殊信元中承载 "Change to GERAN/UTRAN"指示 UE执行上述处理方 式 B, 以选择 GERAN/UTRAN网络的 CS域小区驻留。 即, 此时由 MME决策并 指示 UE的后续处理过程。 这里描述的由 MME决策并指示 UE的后续处理过程 是一个可选的过程, 在实现过程中也可以固定地选择处理方式一或处理方式 二种的任何一种方式实现。 实施例二
在该实施例二中, 在 MME复位后, 若针对 CS域的寻呼消息, MME需要 向 UE发送 Service Reject消息, 则可以在该消息中携带 MME复位指示信息或 者服务拒绝原因值, 以便于 UE可以获知 MME复位的信息; UE在收到包含该 MME复位指示信息或者服务拒绝原因值的 Service Reject消息后, 则不执行 相应的发起附着流程的操作, 而是立即直接执行小区重选操作, 选择 CS域的 小区驻留, 并发送寻呼响应, 以开展后续的 CS域业务。 参照图 4所示, 该实施例二中, 相应的 CS域业务的处理过程包括: 步骤 1 , MSC/VLR通过 SGs接口向 MME发送 Paging消息。
步骤 2 , MME接收 MSC/VLR发送的 Paging消息, 并向 eNodeB发送该 Paging消息;
具体地, 在 MME接收到上述 Paging消息后, 若 UE处于空闲态, 则 MME 发送一个寻呼消息给其管辖的 eNodeB, 相应的 eNodeB为 MME记录的与 UE 所关联的 TAI list所在区域的服务 eNodeB; 若 UE处于连接态, 则 MME通过已 存在的 S1连接将寻呼消息传递给服务的 eNodeB。
步骤 3, eNodeB接收到 Paging消息后, 将该 Paging消息传递给 UE。 步骤 4, UE接收到 Paging消息后, 向 MME发送 Service Request消息, 消息中携带 CS Fallback Indicator, 用于指示 MME执行 CS Fallback
步骤 5,由于 MME复位(即没有 UE上下文),所以 MME发送 Service Reject 消息, 以拒绝此次服务请求;
具体地, MME在该 Service Reject消息中可以携带一个特殊信元承载相 应的 MME复位指示信息, 或者, 承载相应的拒绝服务的原因; 例如, 相应的 信元的表现形式可以为: "MME Reset" , 或者 "No UE Contexts" , 或者 "Change to GERAN/UTRAN (切换到 GERAN/UTRAN网络) " , 或者, 也 可以为其他具有类似功能的信元表现形式, 等等, 通过该信元表现形式可以 通知 UE进行小区重选, 从而使 UE在收到服务拒绝后不会发起进行附着流程, 而是直接切换到 GERAN/UTRAN网络中。
步骤 6, UE接收到 Service Reject消息后, 根据 Service Reject消息中的 特殊信元承载的信息进行小区重选,以选择 GERAN/UTRAN网络的 CS域小区 驻留, 并发送 Paging Response消息到 UTRAN/GERAN网络中的 RNS RNS/BSS。
其中 UE可以直接根据指示信息获知需要进行小区重选,或者在该 Paging 消息中还可以携带 CS域指示信息, 以表明该 Paging消息为针对 CS域的寻呼 消息; UE可以根据该 CS域指示信息, 和复位指示信息或者服务拒绝原因值 获知需要进行小区重选。
综上所述,在本发明实施例提供的上述 CS fallback场景下的 CS域业务的 处理方案中, 合理解决了 CS域被叫业务的处理时延, 并有效提高了用户的业 务体验。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流 程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储于 一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施 例的流程。 其中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存储记忆体 ( Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存^ ^己忆体( Random Access Memory, RAM )等。 本发明实施例还提供了可以进行 CS域业务处理的 MME和用户设备, 下 面将分别对其具体实现结构进行说明。
如图 5a、 图 5b所示, 本发明实施例提供的 MME的结构具体可以包括: 消息处理单元 501 , 用于在收到 CS域业务的寻呼消息后, 在向 UE发送的 寻呼消息承载 MME复位指示信息, 以将 MME复位的情况通知 UE;
消息发送单元 502, 用于发送上述消息处理单元 501处理后的包含 MME 复位指示信息的寻呼消息。
如图 5a所示, 本发明实施例提供的用户设备的结构具体可以包括: 指示信息接收单元 503, 用于接收 MME发送的承载有 MME复位指示信息 的寻呼消息, 并获取寻呼消息中的 MME复位指示信息;
CS域业务处理单元 504, 用于在上述指示信息接收单元 503接收到 MME 复位指示信息后, 直接向 CS域网络中的实体返回寻呼响应消息, 开展后续的
CS域业务的处理过程。
如图 5b所示, 本发明实施例提供的另一种用户设备的结构可以包括: 指示信息接收单元 503, 用于接收 MME发送的承载有 MME复位指示信息 的寻呼消息, 并获取寻呼消息中的 MME复位指示信息; 附着处理单元 505,用于在上述指示信息接收单元 503接收到 MME复位指 示信息后, 直接发起附着流程;
CS域业务处理单元 504, 用于在通过上述附着处理单元 505在 MME中建 立 UE上下文后, 向 CS域网络中的实体返回寻呼响应消息, 开展后续的 CS域 业务的处理过程。
可选地, 参照图 5c所示, 在该图 5c所示的用户设备中还可以包括附着指 示接收单元 506, 用于接收附着指示信息, 并在上述指示信息接收单元 503接 收到 MME复位指示信息后, 根据该附着指示信息通知相应的附着处理单元 505, 以执行相应的发起附着流程的操作, 或者, 直接通知所述 CS域业务处 理单元 504, 以直接向 CS域网络中的实体返回寻呼响应消息, 执行小区重选 操作, 开展后续的 CS域业务的处理过程。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 CS域业务的处理系统, 参照图 5a、 图 5b和图 5c所示, 其具体可以包含相应的 MME及上述任一种用户设备, 其中, MME 通知用户设备开展 CS域业务后, 用户设备开展相应的 CS域业务。 本发明实施例还提供了另一种用户设备, 其具体实现结构如图 6所示, 具 体可以包括:
服务请求消息发送单元 601 , 用于在收到开展 CS域业务的寻呼消息后, 向 MME发送服务请求消息;
服务拒绝消息接收单元 602, 用于接收 MME发送的服务拒绝消息;
CS域业务处理单元 603 , 用于在上述服务拒绝消息接收单元 602接收到 MME发送的服务拒绝消息后, 直接向 CS域网络中的实体返回寻呼响应消息, 开展后续的 CS域业务的处理过程。
可选地, 在该服务拒绝消息中可以承载有上述 MME复位指示信息或服务 拒绝原因值等, 以便将 MME复位的情况明确告知 UE; 或者, 在该服务拒绝 消息中, 也可以不承载相应的上述 MME复位指示信息或服务拒绝原因值等信 息, 此时, UE收到该服务拒绝消息后, 则可以直接根据收到的消息类型 (服 务拒绝类型)确定 MME复位, 并触发相应的 CS域业务处理单元 602。 针对上述 MME及用户设备涉及的具体处理过程, 已经在之前的各个实施 例中有详细描述, 在此不再重复描述。
通过本发明实施例提供的上述 MME及用户设备, 在 EPS网络中, 可以以 较小的时延实现相应的 CS域业务的处理,从而可以有效改善用户在业务应用 过程中的体验, 提高用户满意度。

收到开展 CS域业务的寻呼消息后, UE向匪 E发送服务请求消息;
在接收 MME发送的服务拒绝消息后, UE直接向 CS域网络中的实体返回寻呼 响应消息, 并执行小区重选操作, 开展后续的 CS域业务的处理过程。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的 CS域业务的处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述的 服务拒绝消息中携带匪 E复位指示信息或服务拒绝原因值。
15、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
服务请求消息发送单元, 用于在收到开展 CS域业务的寻呼消息后, 向匪 E 发送服务请求消息;
月良务拒绝消息接收单元, 用于接收 MME发送的服务拒绝消息;
CS域业务处理单元,用于在所述服务拒绝消息接收单元接收到匪 E发送的 服务拒绝消息后, 直接向 CS域网络中的实体返回寻呼响应消息, 并执行小区 重选操作, 开展后续的 CS域业务的处理过程。
