The present disclosure relates to a loss prevention device mounted on a vehicle that can use an electronic key.
Conventionally, a so-called smart entry system is known as one of systems for remotely controlling a vehicle. In the smart entry system, when the door of a parked vehicle is locked, if the user holding the electronic key enters the area and touches the door handle of the vehicle, for example, the vehicle door is unlocked. The
In the smart entry system configured as described above, in recent years, a technology for giving a mobile phone carried by a user the same function as an electronic key has been developed (for example, see Patent Document 1).

By the way, if both the electronic key and the mobile phone can be used in the smart entry system described above, it becomes difficult to notice any misplacement of the electronic key and the mobile phone taken out of the vehicle.
That is, when only one electronic key can be used as in the prior art, even if the electronic key is left behind, when the electronic key becomes necessary (for example, at the stage of using the function as the electronic key), You will notice misplacement. On the other hand, when both the electronic key and the mobile phone can be used, for example, even if the electronic key is left behind, the function of the electronic key can be substituted by the mobile phone. In other words, since the electronic key is not necessarily required, it becomes difficult to notice that the electronic key is left behind. For the same reason, it becomes difficult to notice when the mobile phone is left behind.
This disclosure is intended to provide a loss prevention device that prevents the loss of a portable device that functions as an electronic key.

ECU is an abbreviation for Electronic Control Unit.
The electronic key communication unit 10 includes a transmission unit 11 that transmits data to the electronic key 3 and a reception unit 12 that receives data transmitted from the electronic key 3. For the electronic key 3 existing in the communication area around the vehicle (outside the vehicle compartment), the transmitter 11 transmits the electronic key 3 existing in the communication area inside the vehicle interior via the transmitter (antenna) 13 outside the vehicle. Transmits data via a vehicle interior transmitter (antenna) 14.
The out-of-vehicle transmitter 13 is provided, for example, at a driver's seat, a front passenger seat, and doors for getting on and off the left and right rear seats. Then, the transmitter 13 outside the vehicle uses a predetermined area around the vehicle centered on each of these doors (for example, an area of about 1 m from the vehicle) as a communication area with respect to the electronic key 3 existing in the area. A signal (referred to as a vehicle exterior signal) is transmitted.
The vehicle interior transmitter 14 is provided, for example, in a central portion of the vehicle interior, and transmits a signal (referred to as a vehicle interior signal) to the electronic key 3 existing in the vehicle interior as a communication area. To do. Hereinafter, the communication area outside the vehicle compartment and the communication area inside the vehicle compartment are referred to as an electronic key communication possible range.
The transmission unit 11 modulates a transmission carrier wave in a predetermined frequency band (LF band, for example, hundreds of tens kHz band) for the output data output from the smart control ECU 50, thereby transmitting a transmission signal to the electronic key 3. Generate. Then, the transmission unit 11 causes the generated transmission signal to be transmitted from the vehicle interior transmitter 13 and the vehicle interior transmitter 14.
On the other hand, the receiving unit 12 is provided, for example, in a room mirror, a pillar, and a trunk room in front of the driver's seat, and receives a signal transmitted from the electronic key 3 in each communication area. The receiver 12 demodulates data from the received signal received by the receiver (antenna) 15 and inputs the demodulated data to the smart control ECU 50.
The BT communication unit 20 communicates with the mobile phone 2 by the BT communication method. The BT communication unit 20 defines an area that covers a predetermined range (an area of about several meters to several tens of meters from the vehicle) in the entire vehicle interior and around the vehicle as a communication area (hereinafter referred to as a BT communication possible range). The BT communication unit 20 can establish communication connection (hereinafter referred to as BT connection) using the BT communication method with the mobile phone 2 existing within the BT communication possible range according to a well-known BT communication method procedure. It is. By establishing the BT connection, the BT communication unit 20 can perform data communication with the mobile phone 2 by the BT communication method.
The sensor unit 31 includes at least a detection switch (touch sensor) that detects that the vehicle door is operated by the user. The detection switch is built in the door handle of each door for getting on and off, detects contact by a person to the door handle, and outputs a detection signal to the smart control ECU 50.
When the smart control ECU 50 sets the engine start standby state, the engine ECU 41 performs engine start control for automatically starting the engine when a user (driver in this case) operates an engine start switch (not shown). At this time, an engine start detection signal that informs that the engine start switch has been operated is output to the smart control ECU 50.
When the smart control ECU 50 is set to an unlock standby state, which will be described later, the body ECU 44 has been operated by a user (for example, contact with the door handle, hereinafter referred to as a door unlock operation). When detected by the detection switch, the door opening / closing mechanism 45 is operated to perform unlock control for automatically releasing the door lock.
Further, when the smart control ECU 50 sets the lock standby state to be described later, the body ECU 44 operates the door handle by the user (for example, contact with the door handle, etc., hereinafter, the operation of the door handle in this case is the door lock). When it is detected by the detection switch that the operation has been performed, the door opening / closing mechanism 45 is operated to perform lock control for automatically locking the door lock. Furthermore, when the smart control ECU 50 sets the vehicle interior detection state, which will be described later, the body ECU 44 executes an out-of-vehicle alarm process in which a warning sound is emitted toward the outside of the vehicle by the buzzer 46.
When the smart control ECU 50 sets the vehicle outside forgotten state to be described later, the meter ECU 47 displays a warning on the display device 49 of the vehicle meter, and executes a vehicle interior warning process for generating a warning sound toward the vehicle interior by the buzzer 48. To do.
When the smart control ECU 50 is set to a position detection state, which will be described later, the navigation ECU 42 acquires the current position of the vehicle measured by the GPS receiver 43 and outputs data indicating the acquired current position to the smart control ECU 50. .
The smart control ECU 50 is configured by using a microcomputer centering on the CPU 51, ROM 52, RAM 53, and the like, similarly to the transmission / reception control unit 63 of the electronic key 3. The CPU 51 in the smart control ECU 50 executes loss prevention processing as well as control processing such as unlock control processing and engine start control processing based on communication with the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone 2 in accordance with a program stored in the ROM 52. To do.
Specifically, the smart control ECU 50 performs the following control process on the electronic key 3 in the unlock control process and the engine start control process. That is, when the vehicle is parked with all the doors of the vehicle locked, the electronic key 3 existing in the communication area outside the vehicle compartment is detected by transmitting and receiving data using the transmitter 13 and the receiver 15 outside the vehicle compartment. 3 is confirmed to be a key registered in advance in the vehicle (hereinafter referred to as a registration key), and the body ECU 44 is set to the unlock standby state. Then, when the smart control ECU 50 sets the unlock standby state, the body ECU 44 performs unlock control for automatically releasing the door lock when the door unlock operation by the user is detected by the detection switch.
When the vehicle is parked with the door unlocked and the engine stopped, the electronic key 3 present in the communication area in the vehicle interior is detected by transmitting and receiving data using the vehicle interior transmitter 14 and receiver 15. After confirming that the electronic key 3 is a registration key, the engine ECU 41 is brought into an engine start standby state. When the smart control ECU 50 sets the engine start standby state, the engine ECU 41 performs engine start control for automatically starting the engine when a user (driver in this case) operates an engine start switch (not shown).
On the other hand, the smart control ECU 50 performs the following control process on the mobile phone 2 in the unlock control process and the engine start control process. In other words, when the vehicle is parked with all the doors of the vehicle locked, the mobile phone 2 existing in the BT communicable range around the vehicle is detected by transmitting and receiving data using the BT communication unit 20 to establish the BT connection. . Then, after the BT connection is established, it is detected that the mobile phone 2 is in a predetermined automatic release permission range, the mobile phone 2 is confirmed to be a registration key, and the body ECU 44 is set in the unlock standby state. To. The automatic release permission range is set to a range similar to the electronic key communication possible range (for example, a range having a radius of about 1 m centered on the vehicle (including the vehicle interior)).
TOA(Time Of Arrival)、TDOA(Time Difference of Arrival)、及びAOA(Angle Of Arrival)等の周知技術を用いて、携帯電話機2が自動解除許可範囲に存在するか否かを判断してもよい。 Whether or not the mobile phone 2 is in the automatic release permission range is determined based on the signal strength of the radio signal transmitted from the mobile phone 2 received by the BT communication unit 20 (so-called RSSI (Received Signal Signal Strength Indicator)). . Whether or not the mobile phone 2 is within the automatic release permission range using well-known techniques such as TOA (Time Of Arrival), TDOA (Time Difference of Arrival), and AOA (Angle Of Arrival). It may be judged. Then, after detecting the mobile phone 2 that exists in the automatically releasable range and placing the body ECU 44 in the unlock standby state, the same processing as the control processing for the electronic key 3 described above is performed.
As described above, in the smart entry system of the present embodiment, by carrying the electronic key 3 or the mobile phone 2, a special operation for unlocking the door is performed when the user gets into the vehicle while the vehicle is parked. Instead, the door lock is automatically released by opening each door. Further, when starting the engine, the engine is started by a simple switch operation without inserting the engine key into the key cylinder provided in the driver's seat. Hereinafter, the mobile phone 2 in the smart entry system is referred to as a mobile phone key 2.
Next, the loss prevention process executed by the CPU 51 in the smart control ECU 50 of the in-vehicle device 1 will be described. Hereinafter, the electronic key 3 and the cellular phone key 2 are simply referred to as a portable device according to the description.
First, an outline of the loss prevention process will be described using the flowchart of FIG. First, in S110 (S represents a step), for portable devices (first detection portable devices) detected in the state of getting on the vehicle, IDs that can identify each of these portable devices and other portable devices are specified. To do. Next, in S120, the ID of the portable device (second detected portable device) detected in the state of getting on again after getting off is specified. In subsequent S130, based on the comparison between the first detection portable device and the second detection portable device, it is determined whether or not all of the first detection portable devices are included in the second detection portable device. Specifically, the ID of the first detection portable device is compared with the ID of the first detection portable device, and whether or not all of the IDs of the first detection portable device are included in the ID of the second detection portable device. to decide. When all the IDs of the first detection portable device are included in the IDs of the second detection portable device (S130: YES), it is determined that the portable device has not been left outside the vehicle, and this process ends. On the other hand, if at least one ID of the first detection portable device is not included in the ID of the second detection portable device (S130: NO), it is determined that the mobile phone device has been misplaced outside the vehicle, and the process proceeds to S140. . In S140, a notification process for notifying the user that the portable device has been left outside the vehicle is performed, and the process ends.
Next, specific processing when the loss prevention processing is applied to the smart entry system of the present embodiment will be described with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG. Here, for the sake of simplicity, a description will be given of processing in the case where a total of two mobile devices, one mobile phone key 2 and one electronic key 3, are used.
In S201, it is determined whether or not the user's boarding on the vehicle is detected. The user gets on the vehicle based on the presence or absence of a door unlocking operation by the user (detected as a user boarding when the door unlocking operation is performed). If it is determined that the user's boarding is not detected, the process waits until the user's boarding is detected. On the other hand, when a user's boarding is detected, it transfers to S202.
Next, in S202, it is determined whether or not the current position where the vehicle is parked is within a preset setting area. The setting area refers to an area (location) that does not cause a problem even if the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 are misplaced. In this embodiment, an area that represents the user's home (for example, a parking lot at home) is set. It is defined in the area. Information indicating the setting area (for example, when the setting area is represented as a circular area having a constant radius, the latitude and longitude as the center point thereof) is stored in advance in the ROM 52 or the like.
Specifically, in S202, the navigation ECU 42 is set to the position detection state, the current position of the vehicle is acquired from the navigation ECU 42, and it is determined whether or not the acquired current position is within the setting area. If the current position is not within the setting area, the process returns to S201. On the other hand, if the current position is within the setting area, the process proceeds to S203.
Next, in S203, it is determined whether or not both the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 have been authenticated. If it is determined that at least one of the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 is not authenticated, the process returns to S201. On the other hand, when it is determined that both the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 are authenticated, the process proceeds to S204.
That is, when the number of portable devices brought into the vehicle is one, the processing after S204 is not executed, and two or more portable devices (in this embodiment, the electronic key 3 and the cellular phone key 2) are brought into the vehicle. On the condition that this is done, the processing from S204 is executed. The problem that it becomes difficult to notice the misplacement of the portable device outside the vehicle occurs when two or more portable devices are brought into the vehicle.
Specifically, the state in which the electronic key 3 is authenticated refers to a state in which it is detected that the electronic key 3 exists within the electronic key communication range. In other words, according to a predetermined procedure, the identification code (ID) for identifying the electronic key 3 itself matches the ID of the regular electronic key 3 stored in the ROM (for example, flash ROM) 52 in advance. Is identified (confirmed that the electronic key 3 is a registration key) and a communication connection with the electronic key 3 is established.
The state in which the mobile phone key 2 is authenticated means that the BT connection between the mobile phone key 2 and the vehicle-mounted device 1 is established, the mobile phone key 2 exists within the release permission range, and the user's vehicle is A state in which the vehicle code stored in the mobile phone key matches the predetermined vehicle code to be specified. The vehicle code is stored in advance in the ROM 52 for the in-vehicle device 1 side. When the BT connection is established, the identification code (ID) for identifying the mobile phone key 2 itself matches the mobile phone ID of the vehicle user stored in advance in the ROM 52 according to the well-known BT communication method procedure. (The mobile phone key 2 is a registration key) is confirmed.
That is, when it is detected that both the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 are present in the vehicle (within the electronic key communication range in this embodiment), the process proceeds to S204. Note that the determination in S203 is processing for detecting a portable device present in the vehicle in a state where the user has boarded the vehicle (first boarding state). Therefore, the determination in S203 may be performed after waiting for a certain time (for example, several seconds) from the determination time in S201. In the present embodiment, the IDs of the mobile devices detected in S203 (the ID of the electronic key 3 and the ID of the mobile phone key 2) are stored in the ROM 52, for example.
In subsequent S204, it is determined whether or not a user getting off the vehicle is detected. The user getting off the vehicle is performed based on the presence or absence of the door lock operation by the user (detected as the user getting off when the door lock operation is performed). If it is determined that the user's getting off is not detected, the process waits until the user's getting off is detected. On the other hand, when a user's getting off is detected, it transfers to S205.
Next, in S205, it is determined whether one of the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 has been left behind in the vehicle interior (in other words, only one of the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 has been taken out of the vehicle). Here, in a state where the user gets off the vehicle (alighting state), a portable device existing in the vehicle is detected. Specifically, with respect to the electronic key 3, when the electronic key 3 is not detected by communication using a vehicle interior signal, it is determined that the electronic key 3 has been taken out of the vehicle.
In addition, you may judge taking out outside a vehicle using a vehicle interior signal and a vehicle exterior signal. That is, when the electronic key 3 is not detected by communication using the vehicle interior signal and the electronic key 3 is detected by communication using the vehicle exterior signal, it is determined that the electronic key 3 has been taken out of the vehicle. Also good.
On the other hand, for the mobile phone key 2, if the mobile phone key 2 does not exist within the automatic release permission range, it is determined that the mobile phone key 2 has been taken out of the vehicle. That is, the mobile phone key 2 does not detect whether the mobile phone key 2 exists inside or outside the vehicle, but detects that it does not exist within a predetermined range (a range of about 1 m from the vehicle). It is determined that the cellular phone key 2 is about to be taken out of the vehicle.
If it is determined that one of the electronic key 3 and the cellular phone key 2 has been taken out of the vehicle, but the other is not determined to have been taken out of the vehicle, the other is left in the passenger compartment. Judge that Note that there may be a time lag at the timing at which it is determined to have been taken out of the vehicle, so it is determined that the other has been taken out of the vehicle until a certain time (for example, several seconds) has passed since it was determined that one was taken out of the vehicle. If not, it may be determined that it has been misplaced.
In this case, if it is determined that the other has been taken out of the vehicle within the predetermined time, it is determined that none of them has been left behind (both were taken out of the vehicle). Here, it is not always necessary to determine whether or not the vehicle has been taken out of the vehicle, and it is sufficient to determine that it has been taken out of the vehicle.
If it is determined in S205 that one of the electronic key 3 and the cellular phone key 2 is left in the passenger compartment, the process proceeds to S206. In S206, the body ECU 44 is set in the in-vehicle detection state, and a notification process for notifying the user outside the vehicle of the misplacement of the portable device by an alarm from the buzzer 46 is performed (outside the vehicle alarm processing). Then, the process proceeds to S207. On the other hand, if it is determined in S205 that neither the electronic key 3 nor the mobile phone key 2 has been left in the passenger compartment, the process proceeds to S207 as it is.
In subsequent S207, as in S202, it is determined whether or not the current position where the vehicle is parked is within the set area. If the current position is within the setting area, the process returns to S201. On the other hand, if the current position is not within the setting area, the process proceeds to S208.
Next, in S208, as in S201, it is determined whether or not the user's boarding on the vehicle has been detected. If it is determined that the user's boarding is not detected, the process waits until the user's boarding is detected. On the other hand, when a user's boarding is detected, it transfers to S209.
Next, in S209, it is determined whether or not both the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 having the ID stored in S203 have been authenticated. Here, in the state (second boarding state) where the user gets on again after the above-described getting-off state, the portable device present in the vehicle is detected. Specifically, there may be a time lag in the timing at which the electronic key 3 and the cellular phone key 2 are authenticated, and therefore, when the other is not authenticated until a certain time (for example, several seconds) elapses after the one is authenticated. , It may be determined that only one has been authenticated. In this case, if the other is also authenticated within the certain time, it is determined that both have been authenticated.
That is, in S209, with the user's boarding as a trigger, it is determined whether or not the electronic key 3 and the cellular phone key 2 having the same ID as those brought into the vehicle in S203 are brought back into the vehicle. Here, it is not always necessary to determine whether or not it has been brought into the vehicle strictly. It is sufficient to determine that it has been brought into the vehicle. In this embodiment, the mobile phone key 2 is Judgment is based on the presence or absence of authentication, not the presence or absence of carry-in.
If it is determined in S209 that only one of the portable devices having the ID stored in S203 has been authenticated, the process proceeds to S210. In S210, the meter ECU 47 is set in a detection state of forgetting to leave the vehicle, and a notification process for notifying the user in the passenger compartment of the misplacement of the portable device is performed by displaying a warning on the display device 49 of the meter panel and a warning sound from the buzzer 48 ( Car interior alarm processing). Then, the process returns to S209, and the notification process in S210 is repeated until it is determined that both portable devices having the ID stored in S203 have been authenticated. On the other hand, if it is determined in S209 that both have been authenticated, the process directly returns to S204.
(S204:YES、S205:YES、S207:NO)。 As described above, the in-vehicle device 1 of the present embodiment is configured to be able to use the electronic key 3 and the cellular phone key 2 as a plurality of portable devices that function as electronic keys. In the in-vehicle device 1, as shown in FIG. 5, it is detected that a user who has both the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 from the home P gets on the vehicle (S 201: YES, S 202: YES, S 203: YES). . Then, when getting off at the place Q outside the home, it is detected that both the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 have been taken out of the vehicle (S204: YES, S205: YES, S207: NO).
Furthermore, when one of the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 is not authenticated when the user gets on the vehicle again (S208: YES, S209: NO), it is determined that either one has been left outside the vehicle and left behind. Is notified (S210). FIG. 5 shows a state in which the electronic key 3 is left in a place Q other than home.
In other words, the vehicle-mounted device 1 is such that at least one of the IDs of the portable device when the user gets on the vehicle is not included in the ID of the portable device when the user subsequently gets off and gets on again. It is determined that one of them has been left outside the vehicle, and a notification process is performed.
In the vehicle-mounted device 1 configured in this way, it is possible to prevent the mobile device from being left behind while on the go. In particular, the electronic key 3 is more effective in preventing misplacement because it is difficult to notice even if the electronic key 3 is misplaced on the go, unlike the mobile phone key 2 that makes it easy to recognize whether or not it is being carried.
Furthermore, in the in-vehicle device 1, when one of the mobile phone key 2 and the mobile key 3 detected in S <b> 202 (stored ID) is left behind on the road, it is registered in advance in the vehicle when boarding again. Even if the third mobile device (the registration key other than the mobile phone key 2 and the mobile key 3) is brought into the vehicle from the outside, a notification process to the user is performed. Therefore, even when the mobile device is replaced at the place where the mobile device is located, it is possible to prevent the mobile device from being left behind while the mobile device is used.
Further, when it is determined that the current position of the vehicle is within a pre-registered setting area (area representing home) (S207: YES), the in-vehicle device 1 performs a notification process that the vehicle has been left out of the vehicle. Absent. This is because even if the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 are left at home, it is considered that there is no problem. Thereby, even if the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 are left behind at home, it is possible to remove the annoyance of performing the notification process each time.
Furthermore, in the vehicle-mounted device 1, when one of the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 is left in the passenger compartment when getting off (S205: YES), a warning sound is generated outside the passenger compartment by the buzzer 46. Thus, a notification process is performed (S206). As a result, it is possible to prevent the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 from being left behind in the vehicle compartment when away from home.
In this embodiment, the in-vehicle device 1 corresponds to a loss prevention device, and the mobile phone key 2 and the electronic key 3 correspond to mobile devices. 3 and S201 to S203 shown in FIG. 4 are executed by the first detection unit of the CPU 51, and S120 shown in FIG. 3 and S208 and S209 shown in FIG. 4 are executed by the second detection unit of the CPU 51. Executed. Furthermore, S140 shown in FIG. 3 and S210 shown in FIG. 4 are executed by the first notification unit of the CPU 51. Further, S202 and S207 shown in FIG. 4 are executed by the position determination unit of the CPU 51, S205 is executed by the third detection unit of the CPU 51, and S206 is executed by the second notification unit of the CPU 51.
(Second Embodiment)
The loss prevention device of this embodiment differs from the loss prevention device of the first embodiment in that some of the loss prevention processing executed by the CPU 51 of the smart control ECU 50 is different. explain.
First, the outline of the loss prevention process of the present embodiment will be described using the flowchart of FIG. In FIG. 6, compared to the flowchart shown in FIG. 3, S110 is replaced with S111, S120 is replaced with S121, and S130 is replaced with S131. First, in S111, the number M of portable devices (first detected portable devices) detected in the state of getting on the vehicle is specified. Next, in S121, the number N of portable devices (second detected portable devices) detected in the state of getting on again after getting off is specified.
In subsequent S131, the number M of the first detection portable devices specified in S111 is compared with the number N of the second detection portable devices specified in S121. If N ≧ M (S131: NO), this process is performed. Exit. On the other hand, if N <M (N131: YES), the process proceeds to S140. In S140, as in FIG. 3, a notification process for notifying the user that the portable device has been left outside the vehicle is performed, and the present process is terminated.
In other words, in the loss prevention process according to the present embodiment, it is determined that one of the portable devices brought into the vehicle is less than the number of portable devices brought out of the vehicle by detecting that the number of portable devices brought into the vehicle is smaller than the number of portable devices brought out of the vehicle. .
Next, specific processing when the loss prevention processing of the present embodiment is applied to the smart entry system (see FIG. 1) will be described according to the flowchart shown in FIG. Here, as in the first embodiment, a description will be given of processing when the mobile device is a total of two mobile phone keys 2 and one electronic key.
7, S203 is replaced with S213, and S209 is replaced with S219, compared to the flowchart illustrated in FIG. In the loss prevention processing of this embodiment shown in FIG. 7, in S213 after executing S201 to S202, both the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 are in-vehicle (electronic key communication) as in S203 of FIG. If it is detected that it is within the possible range, the process proceeds to S204. However, in S213, unlike S203 in FIG. 4, the number of detected mobile devices is stored in the ROM 52 instead of the respective IDs (ID of the electronic key 3 and ID of the mobile phone key 2).
In subsequent S204 to S208, the same processing as that described in FIG. 4 is performed. In step S <b> 219, which is performed when a user's boarding on the vehicle is detected in step S <b> 208, when both the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 are authenticated, that is, the number of authenticated mobile devices is detected. If this number matches the number of portable devices stored in S203, the process proceeds to S204. If only one of the electronic key 3 and the mobile phone key 2 is authenticated, that is, if the number of authenticated mobile devices does not match the number of mobile devices stored in S203, the process proceeds to S210. To do. In S210, the vehicle interior warning process is repeated until both the electronic key 3 and the cellular phone key 2 are authenticated.
As described above, in the present embodiment, when the number of portable devices when the user gets off and then gets on again is smaller than the number of portable devices when the user gets on the vehicle. , It is determined that one of them has been left outside the vehicle, and a notification process is performed. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the portable device from being left behind in the same way as in the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, the in-vehicle device 1 corresponds to a loss prevention device, and the mobile phone key 2 and the electronic key 3 correspond to mobile devices. Also, S111 shown in FIG. 6 and S201, S202, and S213 shown in FIG. 7 are executed by the first detection unit of the CPU 51, and S121 shown in FIG. 6 and S208 and S219 shown in FIG. 7 are the second detection unit of the CPU 51. Executed by.
(Other embodiments)
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this indication was described, it cannot be overemphasized that this indication can take various forms, without being limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. For example, the functions of one component may be distributed to a plurality of components, or the functions of a plurality of components may be integrated into one component. Further, at least a part of the configuration of the above embodiment may be replaced with a known configuration having the same function.
(A) In the above embodiment, as a portable device for at least unlocking the door of the vehicle, a portable device having an unlocking function of a type that can unlock the door by contact with the door handle is exemplified. This is not a limitation. For example, the door unlocking operation may be other than the contact with the door handle (for example, an operation of pressing a button provided on the door handle). Alternatively, the door lock may be released by pressing a button provided on the portable device. Further, the door lock may be released immediately without requesting the door unlock operation by the user.
(B) In the above embodiment, the positioning result of the current position of the vehicle is acquired by the GPS receiver 43 provided in the in-vehicle device 1 in S202 and S207. On the other hand, when the mobile phone key 2 includes a GPS receiver, the GPS receiver is used to determine the current position of the mobile phone key 2 (the position of the user who holds the mobile phone key 2, that is, the position of the vehicle). However, this positioning result may be used as the current position of the vehicle. Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the setting area | region was memorize | stored in the vehicle equipment 1 side, you may memorize | store in the mobile telephone key 2 side provided with a GPS receiver. If the in-vehicle device 1 does not include the GPS receiver 43, the mobile phone key that includes the GPS receiver and stores the setting area is used instead to determine whether the current position of the vehicle is within the setting area. May be.
(C) In the above embodiment, when getting off and getting on, it is determined by the presence / absence of a door lock operation and a door unlock operation. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The judgment about getting off and getting on may be judged by stopping and starting the engine, opening / closing of the door on the driver side, or the like, or a combination thereof. For example, the boarding may be determined by at least one of door unlock operation and engine start. It should be noted that it is more preferable that the determination about the time of boarding is made when the engine is started.
(D) In the above-described embodiment, a case has been described in which the number of mobile devices is two, that is, one electronic key 3 and one mobile phone key 2. However, the number of mobile devices may be three or more. In addition, all of the mobile devices may be electronic keys, all of them may be mobile phone keys, or a combination thereof. Moreover, as long as it is a portable apparatus which controls the function of a vehicle by communicating with the vehicle equipment 1, things other than the above-mentioned electronic key and mobile phone key may be used.
(E) In the above embodiment, when the current position is within the predetermined area, the notification process is executed on the condition that two or more portable devices are brought into the vehicle. It is not limited to this. For example, in step S203 in the flowchart of FIG. 4 of the first embodiment, whether or not one or more portable devices are authenticated instead of determining whether both the electronic key 3 and the cellular phone key 2 are authenticated. If it is determined that the user has been authenticated, the process may proceed to S204. That is, even when only one portable device is brought in first, the notification process (the process after S204) is executed. In this way, when another portable device is brought in after a certain portable device is taken out of the vehicle, it can be notified that the portable device has been left out of the vehicle.
(F) In the flowchart of FIG. 4 of the first embodiment, in S209, if at least all of the IDs of the first detection portable device are included in the IDs of the second detection portable device, the notification process of S210 is not performed. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, if the ID of the first detection portable device and the ID of the second detection portable device do not completely match, the notification process of S210 may be performed, and the notification process may not be performed only when the ID completely matches. That is, for example, when the identified first detection portable device has two IDs A and B, and the identified second detection portable device has three IDs A, B, and C, In one embodiment, the notification process of S210 is not performed because it is not misplaced, but the notification process of S210 may be performed assuming that some change has occurred although it is not misplaced.
(G) In the above embodiment, the smart control ECU 50 (CPU 51) executes the loss prevention process, but the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. For example, each of the BT communication unit 20 and the electronic key communication unit 10 includes a BT communication unit ECU and an electronic key communication unit ECU that are composed of a microcomputer including a CPU, a ROM, a RAM, and the like. You may comprise so that a part of process which may perform may be performed. Further, the smart control ECU 50 may include at least a part of the functions of the receiving unit 12 and the receiver 15.
(H) In the above embodiment, in S206, the user who is outside the vehicle is notified of the misplacement of the portable device by an alarm from the buzzer 46, but the notification method is not limited to this. For example, when the electronic key 3 is misplaced and the mobile phone key 2 is taken out of the vehicle by the user, the vibration function, the display function, the sound output function, etc. provided in advance in the mobile phone key 2 are used. The electronic key 3 may be informed that it has been misplaced.
(I) In the above embodiment, the area (automatic release permission range) in which the mobile phone key 2 is detected is set to a range (including the vehicle interior) with a radius of about 1 m centered on the vehicle. It is not limited. For example, the vehicle-mounted device (BT communication unit) may be configured so that the mobile phone key 2 is detected within a radius of about 1 m from each door in the same manner as the electronic key 3 outside the passenger compartment. Further, the vehicle-mounted device (BT communication unit) may be configured so that the mobile phone key 2 is detected by distinguishing between the inside of the vehicle interior and the outside of the vehicle interior as in the detection of the electronic key 3.
(J) In the above embodiment, the smart entry system is configured by applying the BT communication method, which is a short-range wireless communication method, but the short-range wireless communication method to be applied is not limited to this.
