  • the plates 11, 21 can be made of metallic material or a radio transparent resin, in case it is necessary to perform an X-ray impression of the oral cavity when the plates 11, 21 are inserted.
  • the system and kit of the invention also includes a simulation device 30 shown in figure 8 already mounted, through the impression device 20 on the plate for maxillary impression 2.
  • the simulation device 30 comprises a model of teeth 31 that reproduces the maxillary anterior teeth, on whose rear side (palatal side) is fixed a guide 32.
  • the guide 32 is formed by a foil folded at the top and inferiorly so as to leave an open horizontal crack.
  • the simulation device 30 further includes a slide 33 to slide horizontally within the guide 32, so that the teeth model 31 is movable in the directions of arrows A-A'.

  • the pin 34 is insertable into the through hole 25 of the support element 24, so that it can be adjusted forward or backward as shown by the arrows B-B 'and also to rotate about to its axis as indicated by arrow C.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne en particulier un système de conception d'une prothèse totale et partielle amovible, comprenant : - une plaque de prise d'empreintes mandibulaires ayant une forme anatomique en vue de s'adapter à la mâchoire d'un patient; - une plaque de prise d'empreintes maxillaires (2), ayant une forme anatomique pour s'adapter à la mâchoire du patient, comprenant une partie avant (2a), deux parties latérales (2b) et une partie centrale (2c) ayant une forme concave; - un premier dispositif de prise d'empreintes associé à ladite plaque de prise d'empreintes mandibulaires, comprenant une plaque sur laquelle est positionnée un élément écarteur, ajustable en hauteur; un second dispositif de prise d'empreintes (20) associé à ladite plaque de prise d'empreintes maxillaires (2), comprenant une plaque (21) de contraste, destinée à venir en contact avec l'élément écarteur, caractérisé en ce que ledit système comprend un dispositif de simulation (30) des maxillaires qui comprend un modèle des dents (31) qui reproduit les dents maxillaires antérieures, ledit dispositif de simulation (30) étant associé de manière amovible au second dispositif de prise d'empreintes (20).
