4)分配管总成件可为一次性使用件,每天淘汰,省去了清洗和消毒过程,特别适用于缺水条件的地区;市场上其它阀都需要清洗、消毒处理,对用户使用不方便,且维护成本高,特别是缺水的地方,消毒无法保证。

本发明的最佳实施方式
实施例1:
如图1所示的一种瓶装液体分配器的阀总成,包括阀座10、阀体20和分配管总成30。
如图2、图3、图4所示,所述阀座10具有阀体安装孔101和拉杆安装孔102,阀体安装孔101上下贯通,所述阀体20自上而下插装在阀体安装孔101内。拉杆安装孔102与阀体安装孔101垂直连通,拉杆安装孔102内插装拉杆11,拉杆11上套设拉杆弹簧12和拉杆螺母13,拉杆弹簧12一端与拉杆11相抵,拉杆弹簧12另一端与拉杆螺母13相抵,拉杆螺母13与阀座10螺纹连接固定,这样拉杆弹簧12赋予拉杆11向内插入运动的趋势;拉杆11内端与阀体20连接,拉杆11外端穿出拉杆螺母13后与把手15活动连接,把手15通过拉杆销14与拉杆11铰接,在拉杆弹簧12的作用下,把手15的头部与拉杆螺母13相抵,把手15头部的弧形边缘与拉杆销14的距离逐渐增大,当把手15绕拉杆销14转动时,把手15的头部与拉杆螺母13相抵的抵接点到拉杆销14的距离增大,从而能拉动拉杆11向外运动,这样,把手15和拉杆11等就构成开启和关闭阀体20的阀体操纵机构。本实例中,在把手15的外端安装有按扣16,所述阀座10下端套设有能够遮蔽阀体安装孔101的护罩18。为了能够将阀座10安装在瓶装液体分配器的支承部件的阀座安装孔内,在阀座10上设有凸缘,在阀座10上部螺纹连接有阀座盖17,这样在阀座10上部插入安装孔内时,可通过阀座盖17和凸缘实现上下限位固定。
如图4、图5所示,所述阀体20具有分配管安装孔201和压盘安装孔202,分配管安装孔201上下贯通,分配管总成30自上而下插装在分配管安装孔201内。压盘安装孔202与分配管安装孔201垂直连通,压盘安装孔202内插设压盘21,压盘21上套设压盘弹簧22和压盘螺母23,压盘弹簧22一端与压盘21相抵,压盘弹簧22另一端与压盘螺母23相抵,压盘螺母23与阀体20螺纹连接固定,压盘21的外端穿出压盘螺母23后与拉杆11内端连接。所述阀体20与阀座10采用可拆卸方式插接,为了方便拆装配合,拉杆11内端设有T形插槽,而压盘21的外端设有能够与T形插槽上下插接的插头,当阀体20自上而下插入阀座10的阀体安装孔101内时,压盘21的外端插头插入拉杆11内端的T形插槽内,这样按动把手15即可通过拉杆11向外拉动压盘21,达到开闭阀体效果。为了确保压盘21与拉杆11能够配合插接,避免因为拉杆11的转动或者阀体20的转动而导致插接难度增加,拉杆11和阀体20均通过导向结构(如导向筋、槽或成型连接配合等)与阀座10配合插接,这样就限制了拉杆11在阀座10的拉杆安装孔102内转动,也限制了阀体20在阀座10的阀体安装孔101内转动。本实施例中,仅是通过阀体20上端的凸缘实现阀体20的插入限位,而对阀体20拔出不做限位固定,这样当瓶子内液体分配完成时,直接可以将阀体20连同瓶子一起取出,拆装操作更加方便。
如图6、图7、图8所示,分配管总成30包括一封盖301,封盖301具有用于与瓶子的瓶口接合的接合部305,所述封盖301的底部壁上开有一通气孔306和一出液孔307;一通气管302连接至通气孔306,一分配管303连接至出液孔307,通气管302和分配管303下部各连接有一软管32。为了确保通气孔306进气与出液孔307出液互不干扰,所述通气孔306的孔径为1~3mm,所述出液孔307的孔径大于6mm,并且分配管303及其下部软管32的总长度大于40mm。本实施例中,所述通气孔306的孔径为1.3mm左右,所述出液孔307的孔径为6mm左右,分配管303及其下部软管32的总长度为120mm左右,所述通气孔306和出液孔307的孔间距大于5mm。所述封盖301呈瓶盖状,所述接合部305为设在封盖内侧壁上的内螺纹,与瓶子瓶口的外螺纹配合连接。通气管302、分配管303和封盖301一体成型,软管32、通气管302和分配管303的管径均与出液孔307的孔径相一致。所述软管32为硅胶管,两根软管32分别套设在通气管302和分配管303的下端,软管32与通气管302、分配管303的接合处套设管箍31紧固并通过超声波铆接固定,套设在两个软管32外面的两个管箍31一体成型,这样将通气管302和分配管303并排连为一体,能够方便的将分配管总成30插入阀体20的分配管安装孔201内。材料选用食品级PE及硅胶管,符合食品卫生条件,通气管、分配管与硅胶管经管箍超声波铆接固定,能承受碳酸饮料产生的高气压。当分配管总成30插入阀体20的分配管安装孔201内时,两个软管32能够被阀体20上的压盘21的内端所挤压,压盘21的内端挤压面应与其对应位置的分配管安装孔201内壁相贴合从而使得挤压变形后的两个软管32能够被封闭。分配管总成30插入阀体20的分配管安装孔201内时,其封盖301嵌入阀体20上端凹槽后实现限位,一阀盖24螺纹连接固定在阀体20上端从而将分配管总成30及其封盖301固定在阀体20上,阀盖24具有能够露出封盖301的接合部305的通孔以使其能够与瓶子的瓶口连接,封盖301和阀体20通过若干定位块304、定位槽配合定位从而限制封盖301转动,这样确保封盖301能够与瓶子的瓶口紧密结合连接,本实例中,在封盖301的外周上设置了多个定位块304,定位块304的作用不仅用于与阀体20上的定位槽配合限制封盖301转动,而且用于与阀盖24配合固定分配管总成30及封盖301。为了进一步确保封盖301与瓶子的瓶口紧密结合连接,在封盖301的底部壁上设有与现有的瓶盖相同的环形密封凸起308,当封盖301与瓶子的瓶口连接时,环形密封凸起308能够封闭瓶口壁与封盖301的接合处从而避免渗漏。
一种瓶装液体分配器,包括至少一个能够安装上述阀总成的支承部件。阀座10安装在支承部件的阀座安装孔内,使用时,将阀体20从阀座10上拔出,将新开启的饮料瓶子的瓶口与阀体20内的封盖301紧密连接,此时,阀体20上的压盘21在压盘弹簧22作用下压紧分配管总成30中的两个软管32,实现自动封闭,瓶子内的液体无法流出,将瓶子倒置,将连接在瓶子上的阀体20插入阀座10的阀体安装孔101内,压盘21外端的插头与拉杆11内端的T形槽插接,这样,按动把手15通过拉杆11向外拉动压盘21即可使得两个软管32被打开释放,瓶子内的液体即可沿出液孔307、分配管303及其软管32流出,外部气体沿通气管302及其软管32、通气孔306进入瓶子内部,从而瓶子内的液体能够连续顺畅的流出;当暂时不需要分配液体时,可用护罩18套在阀座10下端的开口上,避免昆虫、灰尘进入;当需要更换分配管总成时,将瓶子从阀体20上取下,旋去阀盖24,按动把手15通过拉杆11向外拉动压盘21即可使得两个软管32释放,取出旧的分配管总成30,换上新的分配管总成30,再旋上阀盖24即可。
本发明具有下述优点:
1)分配管采用双管结构——通气管和出液管分开,放饮料时,当瓶内气压与外界有压力差时,气管进气,确保出液连续,流速快而稳定。分配管总成、阀体和阀座装配简易,更换时可单手操作;
2)分配管总成件为一次性使用件,每天淘汰,省去了清洗和消毒过程,特别适用于缺水条件的地区;
3)分配管与饮料瓶瓶盖螺纹一致,与饮料瓶密封可靠;
4)放饮料时,饮料只与分配管总成件内壁接触,不会与其他部件接触,保证卫生安全;
5)分配管总成件能承受100Psi压力持续 60秒不破裂、不漏液、不漏气;
6)流速稳定,放200ml饮料所需时间为8~10秒;
7)把手结构功能,上抬能够停留在90度位置,使操作者可以单手完成安装和取出阀体、更换分配管总成件的动作;
8)把手按压力<30N,操作省力。
需要强调的是:以上仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 分配管总成,其特征在于,包括一封盖(301),封盖(301)具有用于与瓶子的瓶口接合的接合部(305),所述封盖(301)的底部壁上开有一通气孔(306)和一出液孔(307),一通气管(302)连接至通气孔(306),一分配管(303)连接至出液孔(307),通气管(302)和分配管(303)下部各连接有一软管(32),所述通气孔(306)的孔径为1~3mm,所述出液孔(307)的孔径大于6mm,并且分配管(303)及其下部软管(32)的总长度大于40mm。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分配管总成,其特征在于,所述通气管(302)、分配管(303)和封盖(301)一体成型,通气管(302)、分配管(303)和软管(32)的管径均与出液孔(307)的孔径相一致。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的分配管总成,其特征在于,所述封盖(301)呈瓶盖状,所述接合部(305)为设在封盖内侧壁上的内螺纹。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的分配管总成,其特征在于,所述软管(32)为硅胶管。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的分配管总成,其特征在于,两根软管(32)分别套设在通气管(302)和分配管(303)的下端,软管(32)与通气管(302)、分配管(303)的接合处套设管箍(31)紧固并通过超声波铆接固定,套设在两个软管(32)外面的两个管箍(31)一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的分配管总成,其特征在于,所述封盖(301)的底部壁上设有能够封闭瓶子的瓶口与封盖(301)的接合处的环形密封凸起(308)。
  7. 阀体,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的分配管总成。
  8. 阀体,其特征在于,所述阀体具有分配管安装孔(201)和压盘安装孔(202),分配管安装孔(201)上下贯通,压盘安装孔(202)与分配管安装孔(201)垂直连通,压盘安装孔(202)内插设压盘(21),压盘(21)上套设压盘弹簧(22)和压盘螺母(23),压盘弹簧(22)一端与压盘(21)相抵,压盘弹簧(22)另一端与压盘螺母(23)相抵,压盘螺母(23)与阀体(20)螺纹连接固定,如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的分配管总成自上而下插装在分配管安装孔(201)内,分配管总成中的两个软管(32)能够被阀体(20)上的压盘(21)挤压变形而封闭。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述分配管总成插入阀体(20)的分配管安装孔(201)内时,其封盖(301)嵌入阀体(20)上端凹槽后实现限位,一阀盖(24)螺纹连接固定在阀体(20)上端从而将分配管总成(30)及其封盖(301)固定在阀体(20)上,阀盖(24)具有能够露出封盖(301)的接合部(305)的通孔,封盖(301)和阀体(20)通过定位块(304)、定位槽配合定位从而限制封盖(301)转动。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的阀体,其特征在于,所述压盘(21)外端穿出压盘螺母(23)后与阀座(10)上的阀体操纵机构连接。
