Abstract

The invention relates to a heat recovery unit comprising a block of tubes (1) formed of a plurality of tube sections (2) positioned against one another horizontally and vertically, separated at equal distances from one another and integrated in a prismatic housing. The heat recovery unit has a deflector support (4) at the front for allowing gases to enter, and another inverted deflector support (4.1) at the rear for allowing same to exit. The heat recovery unit is designed to be installed in series on any type of boiler with the gas-inlet deflector support arranged facing the fume-exhaust duct, allowing the heat from the exhaust gases that are passed through the different levels of tube sections to be recovered and transferred to the water flowing through the water circuit used for domestic hot water or that used for heating, requiring reduced energy input and thereby saving a large quantity of fuel.
