Description

Hygiene cleaning device having a drying device and a drying device
The present invention relates to a sanitary washing drying technique, and more particularly to a sanitary washing apparatus having a drying apparatus and a drying apparatus.
Conventionally, a sanitary washing device for washing a local part of a human body has various functions in order to realize a local washing according to a user's preference. With these sanitary washing devices, the user can perform comfortable local washing.
However, usually, after cleaning the local area, the user must use toilet paper to remove water droplets attached to the local area. Therefore, in recent years, sanitary washing apparatuses having a drying function that remove water droplets attached to a local area without using toilet paper have been disclosed (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).
Hereinafter, the sanitary washing apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 1 will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of the sanitary washing device disclosed in Patent Document 1. FIG. Patent document 1 is disclosing the sanitary washing apparatus which has the washing | cleaning apparatus which ejects washing water, and the drying apparatus which blows off warm air.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the sanitary washing device 11 of Patent Document 1 includes a washing device 13 and a drying device 14, and is placed on the toilet 12.
And when using the sanitary washing device 11, first, the washing device 13 ejects washing water for washing the local part of the human body. When the cleaning is completed, hot air is blown out from the drying device 14. This removes water droplets and the like adhering to the local area, and dries the local area of the human body.
Hereinafter, the sanitary washing apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 2 will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 2 is a schematic configuration diagram of a drying apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 2. Note that Patent Document 2 discloses a drying apparatus.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the drying device 40 of Patent Document 2 includes a blower fan 41, a warm air heater 44, and the like. That is, the drying device 40 accelerates the gas flowing in from the A0 direction by the blower fan 41 and flows it into the warm air heater 44. The inflowing gas is heated by the warm air heater 44. And the heated gas sends out an airflow from the blower outlet 42 to A2 direction through the ventilation path 43. FIG.
In this case, in order to prevent the washing water from flowing into the warm air heater 44 through the air passage 43, it is necessary to seal the entire air passage 43 when the drying device 40 is not operating. Therefore, a conventional drying apparatus or the like has a waterproof shielding plate installed in the air passage 43.
Hereinafter, the structure of the waterproof shielding plate in the conventional drying apparatus will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.
FIG. 3 is a schematic schematic cross-sectional view when a drying apparatus having a conventional waterproof shielding plate is stopped. FIG. 4 is a schematic schematic cross-sectional view of a drying device having a conventional waterproof shielding plate during operation.
3 and 4 includes a blower 302, a heater 303, a waterproof shielding plate 304, and the like in a case 301. The waterproof shielding plate 304 is composed of a single plate-like assembly component. That is, the waterproof shielding plate 304 has a size corresponding to the cross section of the air passage 305 at the position where the waterproof shielding plate 304 is provided. Therefore, when the height of the air passage 305 at the location where the waterproof shielding plate 304 is L is L, the length of the waterproof shielding plate 304 needs to be at least about L.
Next, the operation and action of the waterproof shielding plate in the conventional drying apparatus will be specifically described.
First, as shown in FIG. 3, when the drying apparatus 300 is stopped, the waterproof shielding plate 304 seals the entire air passage 305 by contacting the upper wall 305 a and the lower wall 305 b of the air passage 305. Thereby, the washing water is prevented from flowing into the heater 303 from the outlet 3011 of the drying device 300.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, when the drying apparatus 300 is in operation, the waterproof shielding plate 304 rotates toward the outlet 3011 around the rotation shaft 304 a and opens in the direction of the upper wall 305 a of the air passage 305. Is done. That is, the waterproof shielding plate 304 comes into close contact with the upper wall 305a of the air passage 305. Thereby, the warm air blown from the blower 302 and heated by the heater 303 flows from the blower passage 305 and reaches the outlet 3011. And the local part of a human body is dried with the warm air which blows off from the blower outlet 3011. FIG.
However, the conventional drying apparatus 300 needs to completely open the waterproof shielding plate 304 in order to smoothly flow the gas into the air passage 305 during operation. As shown in FIG. 4, when the waterproof shielding plate 304 is opened, the size L waterproof shielding plate 304 needs to be accommodated in the air passage 305 between the waterproof shielding plate 304 and the outlet 3011. Therefore, the length of the air passage 305 from the rotation shaft 304a of the waterproof shielding plate 304 to the outlet 3011 needs to be at least a length L ′ corresponding to the size L projected from the upper side of the waterproof shielding plate 304. There is. Therefore, in the conventional drying apparatus 300, the length of the air passage 305 is increased.
However, in recent years, with the demand for miniaturization of sanitary washing apparatuses, how to shorten the length of the air passage 305 has been a problem.
Further, since the waterproof shielding plate 304 of the drying apparatus 300 shown in FIG. 4 is composed of one sheet, the volume is large and the weight is also large. Therefore, in order to open the waterproof shielding plate 304, a considerably large wind force (for example, thrust generated by high-speed hot air) is required. As a result, the energy consumption of the blower 302 increases. That is, there has been a problem in energy saving of the sanitary washing device and the drying device.
Chinese Patent Application No. 1020884070
The present invention provides a drying device and a sanitary washing device having a drying device that are small in size and can reduce energy consumption.
That is, the drying device of the present invention includes a case having an air passage that guides the flow of gas and a blowout port that causes the gas to flow out, a blower that is installed in the case, and accelerates and flows the gas toward the blowout port, The heater which heats the gas accelerated by the air blower, and the waterproof shielding board comprised from the at least 2 plate-shaped member provided in the blower outlet side in a ventilation path are provided.
According to this configuration, the waterproof shielding plate of the drying device is configured by at least two plate-like members. Thereby, the length of the ventilation path which accommodates a waterproof shielding board can be shortened. As a result, it is possible to reduce the length of the drying device and to reduce the size of the drying device. Further, by configuring the waterproof shielding plate with two plate-like members, the individual weight and the overall weight can be made lighter than the waterproof shielding plate of the conventional configuration. Therefore, a windshield can be opened by opening the waterproof shielding plate with a small wind force. As a result, it is possible to realize a drying apparatus that is excellent in energy saving.
The sanitary washing device of the present invention includes a base fixedly connected to the toilet body, the above-described drying device fixed to the base and drying the cleaning water, and a main body cover covering the base and the drying device. As a result, a sanitary washing device that is small and excellent in energy saving can be realized.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The present embodiment is an exemplification, and the present invention is not limited thereby.
(Embodiment 1)
Below, the structure of the drying apparatus in Embodiment 1 of this invention is demonstrated using FIG.
FIG. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view when the drying apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention is stopped. In FIG. 5, only the main components of the drying device 500 are shown in order to clarify the understanding of the drying device 500. Therefore, the other members of the drying apparatus 500 and the specific structure of each member are omitted. For example, the specific configuration of the heater 503 is not shown.
As shown in FIG. 5, the drying apparatus 500 according to the present embodiment includes a case 501 having an air passage 5011 that guides a gas flow, an air outlet 5012 that causes the gas to flow out, and a blower 502 installed in the case 501. , A heater 503, a waterproof shielding plate 504, and the like.
The air outlet 5012 of the case 501 is provided on the front end side (right side in FIG. 5) of the case 501.
The blower 502 is disposed on the rear end side (the left side in FIG. 5) of the case 501, and accelerates the gas toward the outlet 5012. Note that the blower 502 may be configured to include a plurality of shift speeds corresponding to different wind speeds or a continuously variable transmission function, for example. Thereby, the user can output at a different wind speed from the drying device as needed, and can dry the local part of the human body. As a result, it is possible to realize a drying apparatus that has an excellent feeling of use.
The heater 503 is disposed closer to the front end (blowout port 5012) of the case 501 than the blower 502, and heats the gas accelerated by the blower 502. A specific configuration of the heater 503 will be described later with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8.
The waterproof shielding plate 504 is installed between the air outlet 5012 and the heater 503 in the air passage 5011 of the case 501 and includes at least two plate- like members 5041 and 5042. The waterproof shielding plate 504 prevents a liquid such as a cleaning liquid from flowing into the heater 503 from the air outlet 5012.
In this embodiment, an example in which the waterproof shielding plate 504 is configured by two plate-like members will be described, but the present invention is not limited to this. Depending on the use and shape of the drying device 500, the wind force of the blower 502, and the like, the waterproof shielding plate 504 may be configured by, for example, N (N> 2) plate-like members.
The waterproof shielding plate 504 according to the present embodiment is composed of a plate member 5041 having a length l 1 and a plate member 5042 having a length l 2 , and is sequentially arranged in the vertical direction of the air passage 5011. Is provided. In this case, the length l 1 of the plate member 5041, the length of each of length l 2 of the plate-like member 5042, the height L of the air passage at the position of the air passage 5011 waterproof shield plate 504 is installed Smaller than. However, the sum of the length l 1 of the plate-like member 5041 and the length l 2 of the plate-like member 5042 arranged in order in the vertical direction is at least larger than the height L of the air passage. In other words, a length that satisfies the relationship L <l 1 + l 2. As a result, the air passage 5011 having a height L can be reliably shielded. Note that the depth of the waterproof shielding plate 504 in FIG. 5 is not particularly described, but is arbitrary as long as the cross section of the air passage 5011 can be shielded.
Hereinafter, the operation of the drying apparatus 500 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the drying apparatus shown in FIG. 5 during operation. In addition, the arrow A shown in FIG. 6 has shown the direction through which airflow flows.
Further, while the drying apparatus 500 is stopped, as shown in FIG. 5, the two plate- like members 5041 and 5042 constituting the waterproof shielding plate 504 are suspended, and the air passage 5011 is closed. Thereby, the ventilation path 5011 behind the waterproof shielding plate 504 is closed. Therefore, even when water enters from the air outlet 5012, it is possible to prevent the waterproof shielding plate 504 from entering the back. Further, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of an abnormality such as leakage due to water immersion of the heater 503 and the blower 502 installed at the back by the waterproof shielding plate 504.
When the drying apparatus 500 is operated, the plate- like members 5041 and 5042 as shown in FIG. 6 from the closed state of the air passage 5011 by the two plate- like members 5041 and 5042 constituting the waterproof shielding plate 504 shown in FIG. It opens by the air current generated by the blower 502. As a result, the air passage 5011 is opened, and the airflow is sent from the air passage 5011 to the outlet 5012.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 6, the lengths projected from the upper side of the opened plate- like members 5041 and 5042 formed in the horizontal direction are l ′ 1 and l ′ 2 . Thereby, in the air flow path 5011, the length previously secured in the horizontal direction in order to accommodate the plate- like members 5041 and 5042 may be equal to or longer than the longer one of l ′ 1 and l ′ 2 . This length is shorter than the length L ′ on which the waterproof shielding plate 304 of the conventional drying apparatus shown in FIG. 4 is projected in the horizontal direction. As a result, the length of the air passage 5011 can be shortened.
Furthermore, by configuring the waterproof shielding plate 504 with the two plate- like members 5041 and 5042, each size can be made relatively smaller than that of the conventional waterproof shielding plate. Therefore, each weight becomes lighter than the waterproof shielding plate 304 shown in FIG. As a result, the waterproof shielding plate 504 can be easily opened even in the case of a small wind force with a weak airflow. That is, for example, the waterproof shielding plate 504 can be easily opened even with warm air in which the output of the blower 502 is small and the blowing speed of the airflow is slow. As a result, energy saving of the drying apparatus 500 can be realized.
Next, the configuration of the drying apparatus of another example 1 in the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view when the drying apparatus of another example 1 in the embodiment is stopped.
As shown in FIG. 7, the drying device 600 of another example 1 is different from the drying device 500 in that a drying shielding plate 505 that opens or covers the air outlet 5012 is further provided in the vicinity of the air outlet 5012. . Since other configurations and operations are the same as those of the drying apparatus 500, the description thereof is omitted.
That is, as shown in FIG. 7, when the drying apparatus 600 is stopped, the drying shielding plate 505 covers the outlet 5012, and the waterproof shielding plate 504 blocks the entire air passage 5011. For this reason, the dry shielding plate 505 also has a waterproof action, like the waterproof shielding plate 504. As a result, the dry shielding plate 505 together with the waterproof shielding plate 504 can more effectively prevent the cleaning liquid from flowing from the outside through the air passage 5011 and flowing into the heater 503.
Hereinafter, the operation of the drying apparatus 600 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 7 and FIG.
FIG. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the drying apparatus shown in FIG. 7 during operation. In addition, the arrow B shown in FIG. 8 has shown the direction through which airflow flows.
When the drying apparatus 600 is activated, the plate-like member is closed from the sealed state of the air passage 5011 by the two plate- like members 5041 and 5042 and the dry shielding plate 505 constituting the waterproof shielding plate 504 shown in FIG. 5041 and 5042 and the dry shielding plate 505 are opened by the air flow generated by the blower 502. As a result, the air passage 5011 is opened to the outside, and the airflow is sent to the outside from the outlet 5012 of the air passage 5011.
In this case, as with the waterproof shielding plate 504, the dry shielding plate 505 is closed and opened by the dead weight of the drying shielding plate 505, and is opened by blowing airflow. Note that the dry shielding plate 505 may be closed and opened by a motor drive, electromagnetic drive, mechanical drive, or a combination thereof. Thereby, opening and closing of the dry shielding board 505 can be performed reliably.
Further, the dry shielding plate 505 may be formed of the same material as the waterproof shielding plate 504, for example, a material such as PP (polypropylene). Moreover, you may form the dry shielding board 505 with materials, such as ABS, using a different material, for example.
In the above embodiment, the example in which the dry shielding plate 505 is configured by a single member has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, like the waterproof shielding board 504, you may comprise by two or more members.
Here, an example of the configuration of the heater 503 in the drying device of each of the above embodiments will be specifically described with reference to FIGS.
7 and 8, the heater 503 includes, for example, a resistance wire 5031 for generating heat, and heats the gas flowing through the heater 503. Note that the resistance wire 5031 may be arranged in a spiral shape in the axial direction along the direction of airflow. The resistance wire 5031 may be arranged in a net shape on a plane perpendicular to the direction of the airflow. Furthermore, the resistance wire 5031 is not limited to the two types of arrangement shapes described above, and may be any other arrangement shape that is normally used in this field, and any shape and configuration that can heat a gas.
At this time, the drying apparatus may be provided with an output adjusting unit that adjusts the output of the heater 503. The output adjustment unit adjusts the current flowing through the resistance wire 5031, for example, and controls the heat generation output of the resistance wire 5031. Thereby, for example, even if the flow rate of the gas changes, the temperature of the airflow sent from the outlet 5012 can be arbitrarily adjusted to be constant.
Further, the output adjustment unit may be configured to simultaneously control the heat generation output of the resistance wire 5031 and the wind speed of the blower 502. Thereby, the warm air which combined the different wind speed and temperature is easily realizable. As a result, it is possible to realize a drying apparatus that can provide a higher feeling of use according to the user's preference.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the drying apparatus of the present embodiment is configured such that a heat insulating member 5032 such as a mica plate is installed on the outer periphery of the heater 503 so as to cover the outside of the resistance wire 5031. Also good. Thereby, while being able to fix the resistance wire 5031 to heat, safety can be improved.
In addition, regarding the heater 503, although the drying apparatus 600 was demonstrated to the example, it cannot be overemphasized that the drying apparatus 500 is also the same. Furthermore, it is needless to say that the present invention can be similarly applied to a drying apparatus described below.
Next, the configuration of a drying apparatus according to another example 2 in the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 9 is a schematic exploded perspective view of a drying apparatus of another example 2 in the embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 9, a drying apparatus 700 of another example 2 differs from the above-described drying apparatus in that the case 501 is composed of two upper and lower parts in the vertical direction.
In this case, the upper and lower portions of the case 501 are engaged with, for example, a clasp. Alternatively, the two upper and lower parts can be connected by, for example, rivets or screws. Furthermore, the joint portion between the upper and lower portions of the case 501 may be joined by, for example, a gasket (not shown), or may be joined by applying an application material such as a sealant. Thereby, the air leakage from the junction part of the ventilation path 5011 formed with the case 501 which consists of two parts, and the penetration | invasion into the case 501 of the water from the outside can be prevented. As a result, energy consumption due to leakage can be saved, and damage to the electronic circuit or the mechanical structure inside the case 501 due to invaded water can be more reliably prevented.
In the drying apparatus 700 described above, the case 501 is divided into upper and lower parts and joined. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the case 501 may be configured to be divided into the front and rear portions shown in FIG. Further, the case 501 may be configured to be divided into left and right portions shown in FIG. Further, the case 501 may be constituted by a plurality of assembly parts, and the respective assembly parts may be combined. Any structure can be adopted as long as the case 501 can be formed.
Further, as in the drying device 700 shown in FIG. 9, an airflow guide member 5013 made of one or more ribs may be installed in the air passage 5011 of the case 501. Thereby, the direction of the airflow that flows out from the inside of the air blowing path 5011 can be controlled.
In this case, the airflow guide member 5013 is installed according to the actually requested air blowing direction, such as the upper wall 5011a (corresponding to FIG. 9), the lower wall 5011b, and / or the side wall 5011c, for example. At this time, the airflow guide member 5013 needs to be disposed at a position that does not hinder the opening of the waterproof shielding plate 504. For example, when the airflow guide member 5013 is disposed at a position that is too close to the waterproof shielding plate 504, the waterproof shielding plate 504 is prevented from being opened and a part of the effective opening surface of the air passage 5011 is blocked. For this reason, the flow of the air current is obstructed.
In addition, in the said drying apparatus 700, although demonstrated in the example which provided the airflow guide member 5013 in the blower outlet 5012 vicinity of the ventilation path 5011, it is not restricted to this. For example, the airflow may be controlled by the external shape of the case 501. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7 or FIG. 8, the cross section of the air passage 5011 of the drying device may have a shape that gradually decreases along the direction toward the air outlet 5012, for example, like an inverted horn structure. Good. As a result, the airflow can be gradually converged toward the air outlet 5012, and the wind speed blown out from the air outlet 5012 can be increased. As a result, it is possible to further improve the drying effect of the human body part by the drying device.
Further, as in the drying apparatus 600 shown in FIG. 8, the lower wall 5011b of the air passage 5011 may have an inclined surface 5014 (shown by an elliptical broken line). Specifically, the inclined surface 5014 is formed so as to be gradually inclined downward along the direction toward the outlet 5012. As a result, when the operation of the drying apparatus 600 is stopped, the inclined surface 5014 can block the liquid from flowing from the outlet 5012 and entering the air passage 5011 to some extent. Furthermore, in the operating state of the drying apparatus 600, the water remaining in the air duct 5011 can be discharged to the outside according to the flow of the airflow by the inclined surface 5014.
As described above, a drying apparatus having various configurations of the present embodiment can be obtained.
In addition, in the above, although the different structure was demonstrated taking the example of each drying apparatus, it cannot be overemphasized that the said structure may mutually be integrated and a drying apparatus may be comprised. Thereby, the same effect can be acquired.
Next, the waterproof shielding plate 504 of the drying device in the present embodiment will be described in detail.
As described above, each drying apparatus of the present embodiment heats the gas blown by the blower 502 in the process of flowing through the heater 503. The heated gas flows into the air passage 5011 through the waterproof shielding plate 504.
And in this Embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5-8, the waterproof shielding board 504 is comprised from the plate-shaped members 5041 and 5042 of at least 2 sheets. The plate- like members 5041 and 5042 are installed in the air flow path 5011 in the vertical direction, for example, along the vertical direction. At this time, the lengths of the plate- like members 5041 and 5042 along the vertical direction are l 1 and l 2 , respectively, as described above.
In the present embodiment, the lengths l 1 and l 2 of the plate- like members 5041 and 5042 are equal, and are made of the same material such as PP or ABS. Thereby, the operation | movement when the two plate-shaped members 5041 and 5042 which comprise the waterproof shielding board 504 open can be made the same. As a result, the operation efficiency of the waterproof shielding plate 504 can be increased. If necessary, the two plate- like members 5041 and 5042 may be made of different materials or may have different heights (lengths). However, it is more preferable in terms of operational stability and the like that the plate- like members 5041 and 5042 have the same length and are made of the same material.
Next, a specific configuration and operation of the waterproof shielding plate 504 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 10 and FIG.
FIG. 10 is a schematic perspective view of the waterproof shielding plate in the same embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 10, there is no gap between the plate-like member 5041 and the plate-like member 5042 in the closed state of the waterproof shielding plate 504 in order to close the entire air passage 5011 (see FIG. 6 and the like). Installed. At this time, the plate-like member 5041 and the plate-like member 5042 are arranged so that there is no gap between the upper wall 5011a and the lower wall 5011b of the air flow path 5011.
That is, as shown in FIG. 10, the plate- like members 5041 and 5042 are arranged so as to have overlapping portions that partially overlap in the closed state. Therefore, it is essential that the sum of the length l 1 of the plate-like member 5041 and the length l 2 of the plate-like member 5041 be larger than the height L of the opening of the air passage 5011. Thereby, the sealing performance between the plate- like members 5041 and 5042 can be ensured.
Further, the plate- like members 5041 and 5042 are provided with rotating shafts 5043 and 5044, respectively, so that they can freely rotate between a closed state and an open state. The rotary shafts 5043 and 5044 are installed at positions deep from the outlet 5012 so that the free ends of the plate- like members 5041 and 5042 do not protrude from the outlet 5012 when the plate- like members 5041 and 5042 are open. ing.
At this time, the rotation shaft 5043 of the plate-like member 5041 is provided in the vicinity of the upper wall 5011a of the air passage 5011, and the rotation shaft 5044 of the plate-like member 5042 is provided at an intermediate position in the vertical direction of the air passage 5011. .
And the rotating shaft 5043 of the plate-like member 5041 and the rotating shaft 5044 of the plate-like member 5042 are provided on the same vertical line. If the air passage can be closed, it may not be on the vertical line, but in order to close it by its own weight, the rotation shaft 5044 of the plate-like member 5042 is set to the vertical position of the rotation shaft 5043 of the plate-like member 5041 or the outlet 5012. It is preferable to provide at the side position.
By providing the waterproof shielding plate 504 having the above-described configuration, when the drying apparatus is stopped, the two plate- like members 5041 and 5042 are arranged in a suspended state only by their own weights, and the air passage 5011 is closed and the air passage 5011 is closed. The back side (the heater 503 installation side) can be kept closed. On the other hand, when the drying apparatus is activated, the two plate- like members 5041 and 5042 are blown up in the direction of the upper wall 5011a of the air passage 5011 by the wind of the airflow generated by the blower 502, and the air passage 5011 is opened.
In the present embodiment, the example in which the waterproof shielding plate 504 is opened by the airflow has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, an electric device, an electromagnetic drive device, or a mechanical transmission device may be installed on the two plate- like members 5041 and 5042. Thereby, when the drying apparatus is stopped, the two plate- like members 5041 and 5042 can be closed by electromagnetic force, mechanical force, or a combination thereof, and the air passage 5011 can be more reliably closed. Further, at the time of starting the drying device, the two plate- like members 5041 and 5042 can be opened by a motor driving force, electromagnetic force, mechanical force, or a combination thereof, and the air passage 5011 can be opened more reliably. it can.
In the present embodiment, the constituent material of the waterproof shielding plate 504 is not particularly mentioned, but it is preferable to use a material such as a heat-resistant thermoplastic resin that is not easily deformed at a high temperature. Thereby, the thermal deformation etc. by the hot air current (warm air) which the two plate-shaped members 5041 and 5042 receive at the time of operation | movement of a drying apparatus can be suppressed. As a result, the reliability and durability of the waterproof shielding plate 504 can be improved.
Furthermore, the material of the two plate- like members 5041 and 5042 may be made of a material that is lightweight and maintains a certain rigidity and has a high heat resistance temperature, such as aluminum. Thereby, when the two plate- like members 5041 and 5042 are in the open state, it is possible to suppress deformation by the hot air current (warm air).
Further, as a constituent material of the waterproof shielding plate 504, a material having a light weight such as a carbon fiber material may be used so that the two plate- like members 5041 and 5042 can be easily opened only by the wind force of the airflow. Thereby, two plate-shaped members can be reliably opened by the wind force of the airflow.
That is, when the waterproof shielding plate 504 is specifically manufactured, it is preferable to determine the specific configuration and material of the plate-like member in consideration of the above-described elements comprehensively according to the surrounding environment and use conditions. .
Next, the configuration of another example 3 of the drying apparatus according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 11, 12, and 13.
FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a state in which the waterproof shielding plate is erroneously attached in the drying apparatus according to the present embodiment described above.
That is, as described above, in the drying apparatus according to the present embodiment, the waterproof shielding plate is composed of at least two plate-like members. Therefore, when the waterproof shielding plate is incorporated in the drying device, it may happen that the two plate- like members 5041 and 5042 are attached so as to overlap each other as shown in FIG. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 11, the free end 5041a of the plate-like member 5041 of the waterproof shielding plate 504 is mistakenly positioned upstream of the airflow (on the heater 503 side) with respect to the rotation shaft 5044 of the plate-like member 5042. It may be incorporated in a state where it is arranged. When it is mistakenly installed in this way, the plate-like member 5041 cannot abut on the rotating shaft 5044 of the plate-like member 5042 and open when the drying apparatus is operated. As a result, for example, the upper half of the air passage 5011 is blocked, and a necessary amount of airflow cannot be sent to the outside, so that a predetermined drying performance cannot be exhibited.
Therefore, the drying apparatus of another example 3 of the present embodiment includes the above-described embodiments in that the case includes a reverse attachment preventing member that prevents at least two plate-like members from attaching reversely. Different from the drying device. Other configurations and operations are the same as those in the above embodiments.
Hereinafter, a specific configuration of the drying apparatus according to another example 3 in the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 12 and 13.
FIG. 12 is a schematic cross-sectional view of another example 3 of the drying apparatus in the embodiment. FIG. 13 is a schematic perspective view of a main part of the case of the drying apparatus shown in FIG. Note that FIG. 13 shows only a case 501 that is simplified and includes a reverse-preventing member 5045 for the sake of easy understanding.
As shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. 13, the drying apparatus 1100 of another example 3 in the present embodiment has an inner surface of the side wall 5011 c of the case 501 of the air passage 5011 on the upstream side of the plate-like member 5042. An anti-reverse member 5045 made of a plate-like rib is installed from the lower end to at least a position higher than the free end 5041a of the suspended plate-like member 5041. As a result, the space between the heater 503 and the waterproof shielding plate 504 is occupied by the anti-reverse member 5045. Therefore, the free end 5041a of the plate-like member 5041 cannot be installed on the heater 503 side in the arrangement as shown in FIG. That is, as shown in FIG. 12, the plate-like member 5041 can always be placed in an accurate direction in which the free end 5041 a of the plate-like member 5041 becomes the air outlet 5012. As a result, the reverse attachment of the plate-like member 5042 of the waterproof shielding plate 504 can be prevented.
Hereinafter, the configuration of another example 4 of the drying apparatus according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 14 and 15.
FIG. 14 is a schematic cross-sectional view of another example 4 of the drying apparatus in the embodiment. 15 is a schematic perspective view of a main part of the case of the drying apparatus shown in FIG. Note that FIG. 15 shows only the case 501 that is simplified and includes a reverse-preventing member 5045 in order to help understanding.
That is, as shown in FIG. 14, the drying device 1400 of another example 4 is different from the drying device 1100 of another example 3 in that the reverse attachment preventing member 5045 is configured by a convex rib having a circular cross section. .
Furthermore, the configuration of another example 5 of the drying apparatus according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 16 and 17.
FIG. 16 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a drying apparatus of another example 5 in the same embodiment. FIG. 17 is a schematic perspective view of a main part of the case of the drying apparatus shown in FIG. Note that FIG. 17 shows only the case 501 that is simplified and includes the reverse-preventing member 5045 in order to facilitate understanding.
That is, as shown in FIG. 16, the drying apparatus 1600 of another example 5 is different from the above-described another in that the reverse rib preventing member 5045 is provided with a convex rib having a rectangular cross section on the upper portion of the side wall 5011 c of the case 501. Unlike the drying apparatus 1100 of Example 3, it is also different from the drying apparatus 1400 of another Example 4.
In addition, although the reverse mounting prevention member of various shapes and arrangement | positioning was demonstrated using FIGS. 12-17, said reverse mounting prevention member is only an example. For example, as long as it is a structure which can prevent the plate-like member 5041 of the waterproof shielding plate 504 from being incorporated in reverse depending on the actual situation, other specific shapes and installation methods of the reverse-prevention member may be used. Needless to say.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, when the drying apparatus is stopped, the air passage behind the waterproof shielding plate is closed. Thereby, even when water permeates from the blowout port, it is possible to prevent the waterproof shielding plate from penetrating deeply. Moreover, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of an abnormality such as a leakage due to the water and the heater and the blower installed in the back by the waterproof shielding plate.
Further, by configuring the waterproof shielding plate with at least two plate-like members, the space for accommodating the waterproof shielding plate in the air passage can be reduced. As a result, the overall length of the drying device can be shortened and the size can be reduced. Moreover, since a waterproof shielding board can be comprised with a comparatively light plate-shaped member, a waterproof shielding board can be opened easily with a small wind force. As a result, the energy consumption of the drying device can be reduced.
(Embodiment 2)
A sanitary washing apparatus having the drying apparatus described in Embodiment 1 as Embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG.
FIG. 18 is a schematic exploded perspective view showing a part of the sanitary washing device according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 18, the sanitary washing device 1200 of the present embodiment includes at least a base 1201 fixedly connected to a toilet body (not shown), the drying device 1202 described in the first embodiment, and a main body cover. 1203 and the like. The drying device 1202 is fixed to the base 1201 and dries cleaning water adhering to a local part of the human body. A main body cover 1203 covers a part of the toilet body and the drying device 1202.
In addition, as a basic structure of the sanitary washing apparatus 1200 of the present embodiment, the washing apparatus and the drying apparatus are provided, and the base 1201 is provided in the toilet body, similarly to the structure of the cited reference 1 of the background art described in FIG. Fixedly installed. The drying device 1202 provided in the sanitary washing device is any one of the drying devices 500, 600, 1100, 1400, and 1600 described in the first embodiment.
When using the sanitary washing device 1200 of the present embodiment, first, the washing liquid is ejected by the washing device to wash the local part of the human body. Thereafter, hot air is blown from the drying device 1202 to dry the local part of the human body.
In this case, the sanitary washing device 1200 in the present embodiment is equipped with the drying device described in the first embodiment. As described above, the drying device includes a waterproof shielding plate composed of at least two plate-like members and is installed in the air passage.
Therefore, when the drying device is stopped, the air passage behind the waterproof shielding plate is blocked.
In addition, since the waterproof shielding plate is composed of at least two plate-like members, the space for accommodating the waterproof shielding plate can be reduced in the air passage. Thereby, the length of the whole drying apparatus can be shortened and size reduction of a sanitary washing apparatus can be achieved. Moreover, since a waterproof shielding board can be comprised with a comparatively light plate-shaped member, a waterproof shielding board can be opened easily with a small wind force. As a result, the energy consumption of the drying device can be reduced.
As described above, the drying apparatus of the present invention accelerates the gas toward the air outlet that is installed in the case and the air outlet that guides the flow of the gas and the air outlet that causes the gas to flow out. A heater that heats the gas accelerated by the blower, and a waterproof shielding plate that includes at least two plate-like members provided on the outlet side in the air passage.
The drying device of the present invention may further include a drying shielding plate that is installed in the vicinity of the air outlet and is used to open or cover the air outlet.
In the drying apparatus of the present invention, the waterproof shielding plate includes two plate-like members made of the same material, and the two plate-like members may have the same height.
Moreover, the drying apparatus of the present invention has no gap between at least two plate-like members in the closed state.
In the drying apparatus of the present invention, at least two plate-like members may have portions that overlap each other.
Moreover, in the drying apparatus of the present invention, at least two plate-like members may be installed side by side along the vertical direction.
In addition, the drying device of the present invention may further include an anti-reverse member that is installed in the case and prevents at least two plate-like members from attaching to each other.
Moreover, the drying apparatus of the present invention may have an airflow guide member used for guiding the direction of gas flow in the air passage.
In the drying device of the present invention, the cross section of the air passage may be gradually reduced along the direction toward the air outlet.
Further, the sanitary washing device of the present invention is used to cover the base fixedly connected to the toilet body, the above-described drying device fixed by the base and used for drying washing water, and the washing device and the drying device. And a main body cover.
The present invention can be applied to a drying device that is small in size and requires energy saving and a sanitary washing device including the drying device. Furthermore, the present invention can be applied to any equipment that needs to use a miniaturized drying apparatus such as a hand drying apparatus.
