Abstract
Ausgangspunkt der Erfindung ist die Idee, Punkte (501, 511) bzw. Bereiche (502, 512) in durch bildgebende Verfahren erhaltenen Bildern (500, 510) von unterschiedlich deformierten Objekten (402), z. B. der menschlichen Brust bei Mammographie und 3D-Ultraschall, miteinander in Beziehung zu setzen. Während bei Röntgen- und anderen bildgebenden Verfahren oftmals eine Vielzahl von Aufnahmeparametern (206) bekannt sind, die für eine solche automatische Bildregistrierung verwendet werden können, sind beim Ultraschall genaue Aufnahmeparameter, insbesondere zur Lage der Brust (402), üblicherweise nicht vorhanden. Kernpunkt der Erfindung ist es, bei einem Brustultraschall auch die Lage, insbesondere die Verkippung des Brustkorbes (402) und des Ultraschallkopfes (401) zu erfassen. Durch die dann fallspezifisch bekannte Lage des Ultraschallkopfes (401) relativ zu dem Brustkorb (402) kann dann eine Verknüpfung mehrerer Ultraschallaufnahmen miteinander bzw. eine vergleichsweise genauere automatische Bildregistrierung mit anderen Modalitäten erfolgen.
