目前, 釆用现有的生成多媒体文件的方法, 生成的多媒体文件名不是 多媒体的关键信息, 不能准确、 直观的说明多媒体文件的内容, 导致多媒 体文件的识别程度低下。 针对解决现有生成多媒体文件的方法不能准确、 直观的说明多媒体文件的内容的问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种生成多媒 体文件的方法和装置。

在本发明实施例中, 所述接收的第一个输入指令具体可以为: 根据手 势识别, 检测第一个输入指令; 所述接收的最后一个输入指令具体可以为: 根据手势识别, 检测在接收所述输入指令后是否有录制结束指令, 当检测 有录制结束指令时, 所述接收的输入指令即为最后一个输入指令。
通过手势识别, 可以确定第一输入指令、 第二输入指令, 还可以确定 输入指令的开始时间和终止时间。

在本发明另一实施例中, 结合图 3所示的信息标签示意图、 图 4所示 的多媒体文件中多媒体文件名的示意图, 对解析选取多媒体片段生成的多 媒体文件名, 保存生成的多媒体文件作进一步说明。 其中, 录制的多媒体 文件总长为 10分钟, 在多媒体录制过程中, 根据接收的四次输入指令, 选 取四个多媒体片段, 解析所述四个多媒体片段得到对应的四个文本信息。 根据选取多媒体片段的开始时间、 终止时间和所述选取的多媒体片段对应 的文本信息生成信息标签。 如图 3 中所示的信息标签, 根据解析得到的四 个文本信息的信息标签 301至信息标签 304, 如下:

本发明实施例生成多媒体文件的方法, 可以应用于所有终端设备, 如 触屏终端设备中的手机、 平板电脑 PAD等终端或者其他移动终端。
本发明生成多媒体文件的方法实施例中, 根据接收的输入指令生成多 媒体文件, 根据解析得到的所述选取的多媒体片段对应的文本信息生成所 述多媒体文件的文件名, 使得多媒体文件名能够准确、 直观的反应多媒体 文件的关键信息, 增大了目标多媒体文件的识别程度。 同时根据多媒体文 件的内容, 将多媒体文件分别独立完整的保存起来, 也提高查找目标多媒 体文件的效率。 另外, 长按动作的时长是由用户根据多媒体文件的内容决 定的, 因此可以灵活的选取不同时长的多媒体片段用于解析生成文本信息。 例如在多媒体录制过程中, 需要选取对应提问问题的一段多媒体文件, 如 果提问问题比较长, 则长按动作持续较长时间。

在本发明另一实施例中, 所述处理单元 906还用于解析所述选取的多 媒体片段得到对应的文本信息之前, 预先设置所述文本信息的目标语言。 通过预先设置文本信息的目标语言, 以便能够正确的将选取的多媒体片段 解析为文本信息。 同时, 可以通过本地设备识别选取的多媒体片段得到对 应的符合预先设置的目标语言的文本信息; 当用户所使用的便携终端具有 网络功能时, 也可以通过网络侧服务器识别选取的多媒体片段得到对应的 符合预先设置的目标语言的文本信息。
在本发明另一实施例中, 所述处理单元 906还用于为所述选取多媒体 片段设置信息标签, 所述信息标签包括所述选取多媒体片段的开始时间、 终止时间和所述选取的多媒体片段对应的文本信息。 在所述选取多媒体片 段的终止时间处设置信息标签, 方便对选取多媒体片段的标识, 提高查找 目标多媒体文件的效率。
本发明实施例生成多媒体文件的装置, 可以为所有终端设备, 如触屏 终端设备中的手机、 PAD等终端或者其他移动终端。
生成多媒体文件的装置 80的接收单元 801在多媒体录制过程中, 接收 至少一个输入指令, 所述多媒体片段生成单元 802在接收的至少一个输入 指令, 选取多媒体片段, 所述解析单元 803解析选取的多媒体片段得到对 应的文本信息, 所述多媒体文件生成单元 804根据接收的至少一次输入指 令生成多媒体文件, 并根据所述文本信息生成所述多媒体文件的文件名, 所述确定单元 905确定输入指令的开始时间和终止时间或确定第一输入指 令的开始时间和终止时间或确定第二输入指令的开始时间, 所述处理单元 906 用于将所述文本信息作为多媒体文件名或者作为多媒体文件名的一部 分信息, 以规定的命名格式命名, 并保存所述多媒体文件。 实现了生成多 媒体文件并根据多媒体文件的内容对多媒体文件进行命名, 并保存所述多 媒体文件, 出于简洁, 具体细节不再赘述。
本发明生成多媒体文件的装置实施例中, 在多媒体录制过程中, 根据 接收的输入指令生成多媒体文件, 根据解析得到的所述选取的多媒体片段 对应的文本信息生成所述多媒体文件的文件名, 使得多媒体文件名能够准 确、 直观的反应多媒体文件的关键信息, 提高查找目标多媒体文件的效率。 增大了目标多媒体文件的识别程度。 同时根据多媒体文件的内容, 将多媒 体文件分别独立完整的保存起来, 也提高查找目标多媒体文件的效率。 同 时, 根据文本信息生成信息标签后, 对于具备显示能力的便携终端, 可以 根据用户的选择将信息标签显示在屏幕上, 以方便预览。
图 10为本发明实施例的生成多媒体文件的装置 100示意框图,如图 10 所示, 该装置 100包括显示器 1001、 输入装置 1002、 处理器 1003、 存储器 1004以及总线 1005。
其中显示器 1001可以是阴极射线管 (CRT, Cathode Ray Tube)显示器、 液晶 ( LCD, Liquid Crystal Display )显示器或触摸式屏幕 ( Touch Screen ) 等合适的装置, 通过总线 1005接收指令使得显示器的屏幕上呈现图形化的 用户界面。
输入装置 1002可以包括键盘、 鼠标、 轨迹识别器、 语音识别接口等任 何合适的装置, 用于接收用户的输入, 生成控制输入通过总线 1005发送给 处理器或其他组件。 特殊地, 当装置 100 的显示器具有触摸式屏幕时, 该 显示器同时也是输入装置。
此外, 存储器 1004可以包括计算机的软盘、 U盘、 移动硬盘、 只读存储 器(ROM, Read-Only Memory )、 随机存取存储器(RAM, Random Access Memory ) 、 磁碟或者光盘等的一种或多种, 用于存储可以执行本发明实施 例的程序或本发明实施例的应用数据库, 通过总线 1005接收其他组件的输 入或被其他组件调用所存储的信息, 例如生成的多媒体文件名。
处理器 1003用于执行存储器 1004存储的本发明实施例的程序, 并通 过总线与其他装置双向通信。
存储器 1004和处理器 1003也可以整合成应用本发明实施例的物理模 块, 在该物理模块上存储和运行实现该本发明实施例的程序。
装置 100 的各个组件通过总线系统 1005耦合在一起, 其中总线系统 1005除包括数据总线之外, 还可以包括电源总线、 控制总线和状态信号总 线等。 但是为了清楚说明起见, 在图中将各种总线都标为总线系统 1005。 在本发明实施例中, 装置 100的各单元分别执行以下内容。
显示器 1001接收处理器 1003的指令, 使显示器的屏幕上呈现图形化 的用户界面。
输入装置 1002在多媒体录制过程中, 接收至少一个输入指令并发送到 所述存储器 1004; 或者接收接收至少一个输入指令并发送到所述处理器 1003 , 所述处理器 1003再发送至所述存储器 1003。
处理器 1003接收所述输入装置 1002发送的所述输入指令, 根据接收 的至少一个输入指令, 选取多媒体片段, 再发送至所述存储器 1003。
存储器 1004 存储所述输入装置 1002 发送的输入指令或所述处理器 1003发送的所述选取多媒体片段。
可选的, 所述处理器 1003还用于解析所述选取的多媒体片段得到对应 的文本信息。
可选的, 所述处理器 1003在多媒体录制过程中, 根据所述接收的至少 一次输入指令生成多媒体文件, 并根据所述文本信息生成所述多媒体文件 的文件名。
可选的, 所述处理器 1003还用于接收输入指令, 确定输入指令的开始 时间和终止时间, 根据所述输入指令的开始时间和终止时间选取多媒体片 段, 还用于根据输入指令的开始时间至录制结束时的结束时间之间的多媒 体片段生成多媒体文件, 还用于将所述文本信息作为多媒体文件名或者作 为多媒体文件名的一部分信息, 以规定的命名格式命名, 并发送到存储器 1004保存所述多媒体文件。
可选的, 所述处理器 1003还用于接收第一输入指令, 确定第一输入指 令的开始时间和终止时间, 根据第一输入指令的开始时间和终止时间选取 多媒体片段, 还用于接收第二输入指令, 确定第二输入指令的开始时间, 根据第一输入指令的开始时间和第二输入指令的开始时间之间的多媒体片 段生成多媒体文件, 还用于将所述文本信息作为多媒体文件名或者作为多 媒体文件名的一部分信息, 以规定的命名格式命名, 并发送到存储器 1004 保存所述多媒体文件。
可选的, 所述处理器 1003还用于通过本地设备或网络侧服务器识别选 取的多媒体片段得到对应的符合预先设置的所述目标语言的文本信息。 可选的, 所述处理器 1003还用于在所述选取多媒体片段的终止时间处 设置信息标签。
可选的, 存储器 1004还用于存储处理器 1003解析得到的文本信息。 可选的, 存储器 1004还用于存储处理器 1003生成的多媒体文件。 本发明实施例生成多媒体文件的装置, 可以为所有终端设备, 如触屏 终端设备中的手机、 PAD等终端或者其他移动终端。
生成多媒体文件的装置 100的输入装置 1002接收输入指令, 接收用户 指令, 处理器 1003根据接收的用户指令, 选取多媒体片段, 处理器 1003 解析所述选取的多媒体片段得到对应的文本信息, 并根据接收的输入指令 生成多媒体文件, 并根据解析得到的所述选取多媒体片段对应的文本信息 生成所述多媒体文件的文件名, 并存储于存储器 1004。 实现了生成多媒体 文件并根据多媒体文件的内容对多媒体文件进行命名, 并保存所述多媒体 文件, 出于简洁, 具体细节不再赘述。
本发明生成多媒体文件的装置实施例中, 在多媒体录制过程中, 根据 接收的输入指令生成多媒体文件, 根据解析得到的所述选取的多媒体片段 对应的文本信息生成所述多媒体文件的文件名, 使得多媒体文件名能够准 确、 直观的反应多媒体文件的关键信息, 提高查找目标多媒体文件的效率。 增大了目标多媒体文件的识别程度。 同时根据多媒体文件的内容, 将多媒 体文件分别独立完整的保存起来, 也提高查找目标多媒体文件的效率。 同 时, 根据文本信息生成信息标签后, 对于具备显示能力的便携终端, 可以 根据用户的选择将信息标签显示在屏幕上, 以方便预览。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到, 结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的 各示例的单元、 算法及方法步骤, 能够以计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来 实现。 这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行, 取决于技术方案的特定 应用和设计约束条件。 专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方 法来实现所描述的功能, 但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到, 为描述的方便和简洁, 上述 描述的服务器和单元的具体工作过程, 可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应 过程, 在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中, 所揭露的服务器和方法, 可以通过 其它的方式实现。 例如, 以上所描述的服务器实施例仅仅是示意性的, 例 如, 所述单元的划分, 仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分, 实际实现时可以有另外 的划分方式, 例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统, 或一些特征可以忽略, 或不执行。 另一点, 所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦 合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口, 装置或单元的间接耦合或 通信连接, 可以是电性, 机械或其它的形式。 作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元, 即可以位于一个地 方, 或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。 可以根据实际的需要选择其中的 部分或者全部单元来实现本发明实施例方案的目的。
另外, 在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元 中, 也可以是各个单元单独物理存在, 也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在 一个单元中。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步 骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机 可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序 代码的介质。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局 限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可 轻易想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明 的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种生成多媒体文件的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤如下:
在多媒体录制过程中, 根据接收的至少一个输入指令, 选取多媒体片 段;
解析所述选取的多媒体片段得到对应的文本信息;
根据所述接收的至少一次输入指令生成多媒体文件, 并根据所述文本 信息生成所述多媒体文件的文件名。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述输入指令具体包括 以下至少一种操作: 长按屏幕、 按键、 旋转终端、 紧握终端、 划屏、 摇晃 终端。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据接收的至 少一个输入指令, 选取多媒体片段具体包括:
接收输入指令, 确定输入指令的开始时间和终止时间;
根据所述输入指令的开始时间和终止时间选取多媒体片段;
所述根据接收的至少一次输入指令生成多媒体文件, 具体包括: 根据输入指令的开始时间至录制结束时的结束时间之间的多媒体片段 生成多媒体文件。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据接收的至 少一个输入指令, 选取多媒体片段具体包括:
接收第一输入指令, 确定第一输入指令的开始时间和终止时间; 根据第一输入指令的开始时间和终止时间选取多媒体片段;
所述根据接收的至少一次输入指令生成多媒体文件, 具体包括: 接收第二输入指令, 确定第二输入指令的开始时间;
根据第一输入指令的开始时间和第二输入指令的开始时间之间的多媒 体片段生成多媒体文件。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4中任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述 文本信息生成所述多媒体文件的文件名具体包括: 将所述文本信息作为多 媒体文件名或者作为多媒体文件名的一部分信息, 以规定的命名格式命名, 并保存所述多媒体文件。
6、根据权利要求 1-5中任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 预先设置所述文本信息的目标语言;
解析所述选取的多媒体片段得到对应的文本信息之前, 该方法还包括: 通过本地设备或网络侧服务器识别选取的多媒体片段得到对应的符合 预先设置的所述目标语言的文本信息。
7、根据权利要求 1-6中任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 为所述选取多媒体片段设置信息标签 , 所述信息标签包括所述选取多媒体 片段的开始时间、 终止时间和所述选取的多媒体片段对应的文本信息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 为所述选取多媒体片段 设置信息标签具体包括: 在所述选取多媒体片段的终止时间处设置信息标 签。
9、 一种生成多媒体文件的装置, 其特征在于, 包括接收单元、 多媒体 片段生成单元、 解析单元、 多媒体文件生成单元:
所述接收单元, 用于在多媒体录制过程中, 接收至少一个输入指令; 所述多媒体片段生成单元, 用于根据接收的至少一个输入指令, 选取 多媒体片段;
所述解析单元, 用于解析所述选取的多媒体片段得到对应的文本信息; 所述多媒体文件生成单元, 用于根据接收的至少一次输入指令生成多 媒体文件, 并根据所述文本信息生成所述多媒体文件的文件名。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括确定单
间选取多媒体片段; 的结束时间之间的多媒体片段生成多媒体文件。
11、 根据权利要求 9 所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括确定 单元;
所述接收单元用于接收第一输入指令和第二输入指令;
所述确定单元用于确定第一输入指令的开始时间和终止时间; 所述多媒体片段生成单元用于根据第一输入指令的开始时间和终止时 间选取多媒体片段;
所述确定单元还用于确定第二输入指令的开始时间; 所述多媒体文件生成单元用于根据第一输入指令的开始时间和第二输 入指令的开始时间之间的多媒体片段生成多媒体文件。
12、 根据权利要求 9-11中任一所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还 包括处理单元;
所述处理单元用于将所述文本信息作为多媒体文件名或者作为多媒体 文件名的一部分信息, 以规定的命名格式命名, 并保存所述多媒体文件。
13、 根据权利要求 9-12中任一所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理单 元还用于解析所述选取的多媒体片段得到对应的文本信息之前, 预先设置 所述文本信息的目标语言。
14、、根据权利要求 9-13中任一所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理单 元还用于为所述选取多媒体片段设置信息标签, 所述信息标签包括所述选 取多媒体片段的开始时间、 终止时间和所述选取的多媒体片段对应的文本 信息。
