도어형 범퍼 매트
본 발명은 도어형 범퍼 매트에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 범퍼블럭의 일측에 사용자인 영, 유아 또는 어린이의 출입이 가능한 개폐수단이 구비되어 있어 보호자의 도움 없이도 스스로 출입이 가능하여 사용자가 무단으로 범퍼블럭을 넘으려고 할 때 발생 될 수 있는 안전사고가 예방될 수 있고, 개폐수단이 외부로 회동되는 제 1 도어와 내부로 회동되며 상기 제 1 도어와 포개어지게 위치되는 제 2 도어로 이루어지되 상기 제 1 도어와 제 2 도어가 벨크로부재에 의해 그 회동이 선택적으로 제한됨으로써 사용자가 무의식적으로 도어 측으로 기대거나 힘을 가해 도어를 밀어낸다 하더라도 도어가 임의로 회동되지 않아 안전사고가 발생되는 것이 예방될 수 있는 도어형 범퍼 매트에 관한 것이다.
통상적으로 영, 유아 및 저학년 어린이의 놀이방 등의 바닥면에는 안전사고를 예방하기 위한 바닥용 안전매트가 구비되어 있다. 이와 같은 종래기술에 따른 바닥용 안전매트는 바닥에서 뛰거나 넘어질 때 그 충격으로 인한 안전사고를 방지하는 역할을 하게 되는데, 특히 영, 유아가 보호자의 눈을 피해 매트에서 벗어나게 될 경우 더 이상 안전하게 보호할 수 없게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
이와 같은 문제점을 극복하고자 본원발명과 동일한 출원인에 의해 출원된바 있는 대한민국 특허공개 제10-2012-0132298호(12.12.05 공개)에는 쿠션 재질로 형성되며 바닥에 전개하여 영,유아 또는 어린이들의 안전사고를 예방할 수 있는 안전 매트의 용도로 사용함과 동시에 이 매트의 가장자리를 따라 일정 높이로 형성된 범퍼블럭이 구비되도록 함으로써 바닥에 전개된 매트에서 벗어날 경우 안전사고를 당하기 쉬운 영,유아들이 무단으로 자리를 이탈하는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 기존에 사용하고 있는 매트에 범퍼블럭만을 별도로 구비해 사용할 수도 있어 경제적인 범퍼블럭이 구비된 매트가 공지되어 있다.
하지만 보호자가 없이는 사용자인 영,유아 또는 어린이를 외부에서 범퍼블럭 내부의 공간으로 또는 범퍼블럭 내부의 공간에서 외부로 이동시키는 것이 불가능하였고, 이로인해 사용자가 범버블럭을 무단으로 넘다가 바닥 매트가 없는 외부로 넘어질 경우 큰 안전사고로 이어질 수 있는 우려가 있었다.
따라서 본 발명의 목적은 범퍼블럭의 일측에 사용자인 영, 유아 또는 어린이의 출입이 가능한 개폐수단이 구비되어 있어 보호자의 도움 없이도 스스로 출입이 가능하여 사용자가 무단으로 범퍼블럭을 넘으려고 할 때 발생 될 수 있는 안전사고가 예방될 수 있고, 개폐수단이 외부로 회동되는 제 1 도어와 내부로 회동되며 상기 제 1 도어와 포개어지게 위치되는 제 2 도어로 이루어지되 상기 제 1 도어와 제 2 도어가 벨크로부재에 의해 그 회동이 선택적으로 제한됨으로써 사용자가 무의식적으로 도어 측으로 기대거나 힘을 가해 도어를 밀어낸다 하더라도 도어가 임의로 회동되지 않아 안전사고가 발생되는 것이 예방될 수 있는 도어형 범퍼 매트를 제공하는 것이다.
전술한 본 발명의 목적은 개폐수단이 회동가능하게 설치되는 제 1 범퍼블럭과, 상기 제 1 범퍼블럭의 양단에 각각 연결되되 그 중앙측이 절첩 가능하게 형성되는 제 2 및 제 3 범퍼블럭과, 상기 제 2 및 제 3 범퍼블럭의 단부에 그 양단이 각각 연결되고 상기 제 2 및 제 3 범퍼블럭의 절첩 여부에 따라 내측에 "ㅁ"자 형상의 폐쇄된 공간부가 형성되는 제 4 범퍼블럭과, 상기 공간부 바닥에 이격공간 없이 밀착 위치되며 다단으로 절첩 가능한 매트부재가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도어형 범퍼 매트를 제공함에 의해 달성된다.
본 발명의 바람직한 특징에 따르면 전술한 개폐수단은 상기 제 1 범퍼블럭의 외측에 회동가능하게 설치되되 외부을 향해 회동되는 제 1 도어와, 상기 제 1 도어와 포개어지도록 상기 제 1 범퍼블럭의 내측에 회동가능하게 설치되되 상기 제 1 도어와는 반대로 내부를 향해 회동되는 제 2 도어와, 상기 제 1 도어 및 제 2 도어가 맞닿는 부분에 각각 구비되어 상기 제 1 도어 및 제 2 도어가 임의 회동되지 않고 상호 위치고정되도록 하는 벨크로부재가 포함되는 것으로 한다.
본 발명의 바람직한 특징에 따르면 전술한 제 1 및 제 4 범퍼블럭의 상부면은 양측으로 경사를 갖는 지붕 형상으로 형성되는 것으로 한다.
이상에서와 같은 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 도어형 범퍼 매트는 첫째, 범퍼블럭의 일측에 사용자인 영, 유아 또는 어린이의 출입이 가능한 개폐수단이 구비되어 있어 보호자의 도움 없이도 스스로 출입이 가능하여 사용자가 무단으로 범퍼블럭을 넘으려고 할 때 발생 될 수 있는 안전사고가 예방될 수 있는 탁월한 장점을 갖는다.

여기서 제 1 범퍼블럭(100)은 네개의 범퍼블럭으로 이루어지는 "ㅁ"자 형상의 전체 범퍼블럭 중 일측 벽을 형성하는 역할을 하는 것으로, 그 중앙부에는 개폐수단(110)이 회동 가능하게 설치된다.

또한 전술한 제 1 범퍼블럭(100)은 사용자의 흥미가 유발될 수 있도록 그 상부면이 양측으로 경사를 갖는 지붕의 형상으로 형성되는데, 이는 추후에 설명될 제 4 범퍼블럭(400)에도 동일하게 적용되며, 지붕의 형상 외에도 성벽 형상 등으로 다양하게 변경될 수 있다.
한편, 전술한 제 1 범퍼블럭(100)의 양단에는 제 2 및 제 3 범버플럭이 연결되는데, 이 제 2 및 제 3 범퍼블럭(200,300)은 "ㅁ"자 형상의 전체 범퍼블럭 중 서로 마주보는 양측의 벽을 형성하는 역할을 하는 것이다. 이와 같은 제 2 및 제 3 범퍼블럭(200,300)은 보관시 부피를 줄일 수 있게 그 중앙측이 절첩 가능하게 형성되는데 이를 위해 제 1 범퍼블럭(100) 및 추후에 설명될 제 4 범퍼블럭(400)과도 회동 가능하게 연결된다.
전술한 제 2 및 제 3 범퍼블럭(200,300)의 단부에는 전술한 제 1 범퍼블럭(100)과 마주보도록 제 4 범퍼블럭(400)의 양단이 각각 연결되는데, 이 제 4 범퍼블럭(400)은 제 2 및 제 3 범퍼블럭(200,300)의 절첩 여부에 따라 내측에 "ㅁ"자 형상의 폐쇄된 공간부(600)가 형성되도록 하는 역할을 하는 것이다.
한편, 전술한 제 1 범퍼블럭(100) 내지 제 4 범퍼블럭(400)에 의해 형성된 공간부(600)의 바닥에는 매트부재가 이격공간 없이 밀착 위치되는데, 이 매트부재는 공간부(600)의 바닥을 안전하게 매워줌으로써 사용자가 넘어지거나 미끄러짐에 의해 발생될 수 있는 안전사고를 방지해 주는 역할을 하게 된다. 이와 같은 바닥매트(500)는 다단을 절첩가능한 종래기술에 따른 매트가 사용되는 것으로 하며, 제 1 범퍼블럭(100) 내지 제 4 범퍼블럭(400)으로 이루어지는 범퍼매트와 바닥매트(500)를 같이 구매할 수도 있고, 이미 바닥매트가 준비되어 있다면 범퍼매트만을 구매하여 사용할 수도 있어 경제적인 장점도 갖게 된다.
본 발명은 특허청구범위에서 청구하는 청구의 요지를 벗어나지 않고도 당해 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의하여 다양하게 변경 실시될 수 있으므로, 본 발명의 기술보호범위는 상술한 특정의 바람직한 실시예에 한정되지 않는다.
본 발명은 영,유아용 보호매트 또는 어린이용 놀이매트로 활용될 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 개폐수단이 회동가능하게 설치되는 제 1 범퍼블럭;
    상기 제 1 범퍼블럭의 양단에 각각 연결되되 그 중앙측이 절첩 가능하게 형성되는 제 2 및 제 3 범퍼블럭;
    상기 제 2 및 제 3 범퍼블럭의 단부에 그 양단이 각각 연결되고 상기 제 2 및 제 3 범퍼블럭의 절첩 여부에 따라 내측에 "ㅁ"자 형상의 폐쇄된 공간부가 형성되는 제 4 범퍼블럭; 및
    상기 공간부 바닥에 이격공간 없이 밀착 위치되며 다단으로 절첩 가능한 매트부재;가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도어형 범퍼 매트.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 개폐수단은 상기 제 1 범퍼블럭의 외측에 회동가능하게 설치되되 외부을 향해 회동되는 제 1 도어와, 상기 제 1 도어와 포개어지도록 상기 제 1 범퍼블럭의 내측에 회동가능하게 설치되되 상기 제 1 도어와는 반대로 내부를 향해 회동되는 제 2 도어와, 상기 제 1 도어 및 제 2 도어가 맞닿는 부분에 각각 구비되어 상기 제 1 도어 및 제 2 도어가 임의 회동되지 않고 상호 위치고정되도록 하는 벨크로부재가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도어형 범퍼 매트.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 및 제 4 범퍼블럭의 상부면은 양측으로 경사를 갖는 지붕 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도어형 범퍼 매트.
