本发明涉及家用电器领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种闹钟。 【背景技术】
生活中人们离不了被提醒, 而被提醒 ^艮好的就是闹钟, 闹钟一般包括壳体 和设置在壳体内的元器件, 壳体外部通常都会设置部件进行控制闹钟, 对闹钟 进行定时操作等, 使用者经常会在睡觉时使用闹钟, 而且还会将闹钟放在自己 的身旁。 但是, 使用者在睡着时或无意中就有可能将闹钟压在身下或将闹钟碰 到地上等, 从而就有可能使设置在闹钟壳体外部的部件受损。
本人已设计了一种闹钟, 包括壳体、 固定在壳体内的连接件以及与连接件 配合连接的齿轮组件, 所述壳体包括通过连接件进行连接的上壳和下壳, 上壳 与连接件配合连接, 连接件与齿轮组件配合连接, 齿轮组件固定在下壳内, 连 接件上设有与齿轮组件啮合的齿轮, 连接件被齿轮组件固定, 上壳可通过连接 件进行转动, 从而带动齿轮组件转动, 从而方便定时。 此方案未公开。
但是, 齿轮组件直接固定在下壳内, 不易固定, 而且固定不牢固。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种齿轮组件牢固的固定在下壳内的闹 钟。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种闹钟, 包括壳体、 用于 定时的放置在所述壳体内的齿轮组件, 所述壳体包括通过连接件连接的上壳和 下壳, 所述齿轮组件固定在所述下壳内, 所述闹钟还包括一用于放置、 固定所 述齿轮组件的固定装置。
优选的, 所述固定装置包括一用于放置、 固定所述齿轮组件的放置盒, 所 述放置盒通过螺丝固定在所述下壳内。 齿轮组件放置在放置盒内后进行固定,
放置盒与下壳通过螺丝配合进行固定, 从而通过放置盒使齿轮组件和下壳之间 的固定更加牢固; 而且螺丝固定方便。
优选的, 所述放置盒包括一底壁和侧壁, 所述底壁和侧壁都为圓形。 放置 盒结构对应下壳结构设置, 放置盒与下壳配合时使放置盒与下壳之间的连接更 加紧密、 牢固。
优选的, 所述齿轮组件底部通过胶水粘合在所述放置盒的底壁上。 胶水粘 合固定牢固。
优选的, 所述放置盒中部设有螺丝孔, 所述下壳上设有与所述螺丝孔螺接 固定的螺丝柱。 这是下壳和放置盒通过螺接的一种具体方式, 从而便于固定。
优选的, 所述齿轮组件底部设有一圓形的通孔, 所述连接件一端端部设有 放置在所述通孔内的第一圓柱以及直径大于所述通孔内径的第二圓柱, 所述第 二圓柱与通孔的边沿配合, 所述第一圓柱的高度小于或等于所述通孔的高度, 所述螺丝孔位于所述通孔的正下方。 这是连接件与齿轮组件配合的一种具体结 构, 螺丝孔和通孔相对应, 从而便于固定齿轮组件。
优选的, 所述放置盒沿所述螺丝孔边沿向内延伸有延伸部, 所述延伸部内 有与所述螺丝孔相配合的螺纹。 通过设置延伸部可增加放置盒与下壳之间螺接 的面积, 从而增加固定的牢固性。
优选的, 所述延伸部周围设有加强筋。 设置加强筋可增加延伸部的强度。 优选的, 所述加强筋为板状结构。 这是加强筋的一种具体结构, 板状结构 容易设置, 且加强效果好。
优选的, 所述加强筋为多个, 且均布设置。 这样设置加强筋可使延伸部受 力均匀, 从而使延伸部的牢固性能更佳。
本发明由于设置一用于放置、 固定齿轮组件的固定装置, 从而固定装置牢 固的将齿轮组件进行固定, 固定装置再和下壳进行配合, 进而下壳通过固定装 置就容易固定齿轮组件, 且固定牢固。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种闹钟, 包括壳体、用于定时的放置在所述壳体内的齿轮组件, 如图 1至图 4所示, 所述壳体包括通过连接件 3连接的上壳 1和下壳 2, 所述齿 轮组件 4固定在所述下壳 2内, 所述闹钟还包括一用于放置、 固定所述齿轮组 件 4的固定装置。 本发明由于设置一用于放置、 固定齿轮组件 4的固定装置, 从而固定装置牢固的将齿轮组件 4进行固定, 固定装置再和下壳 2进行配合, 进而下壳 2通过固定装置就容易固定齿轮组件 4, 且固定牢固。
如图 1所示的闹钟整体结构示意图, 闹钟整体呈鸡蛋形状,外形美观、卡通, 而且体积小, 重量轻, 便于携带。 而且壳体外部没有设置任何部件, 从而就避 免使用者在睡着时或无意中使闹钟受损。 闹钟的壳体是金属材料制成, 硬度好, 不易受损。 另外, 闹钟的整体呈鸡蛋结构, 这样就更不易受到使用者的挤压。
如图 2所示的闹钟拆分示意图, 所述固定装置包括一用于放置、 固定齿轮组 件 4的放置盒 6, 所述放置盒 6对应下壳 2的结构设置, 且与下壳 2相适配, 所 述放置盒 6通过螺丝固定在下壳 2内。 齿轮组件 4放置在放置盒 6内后进行固 定,放置盒 6与下壳 2通过螺丝配合进行固定, 从而通过放置盒 6使齿轮组件 4 和下壳 2之间的固定更加牢固; 而且螺丝固定方便。 结合图 3所示的放置盒的 结构示意图, 所述放置盒 6中部设有螺丝孔 61 , 所述下壳 2上设有与所述螺丝
孔 61螺接固定的螺丝柱, 这是下壳 2和放置盒 6通过螺接的一种具体方式, 从 而便于固定。
如图 3 ( a )所示为放置盒的结构示意图, 如图 3 ( b )所示为放置盒另一视 角的结构示意图, 所述放置盒 6沿所述螺丝孔 61边沿向内延伸有延伸部 62, 所 述延伸部 62内有与螺丝孔 61相配合的螺纹。 通过设置延伸部 62可增加放置盒 6与下壳之间螺接的面积, 从而增加固定的牢固性。 为了进一步增加固定的牢固 性, 从图 3 ( a ) 中可以看到, 所述延伸部 62周围设有板状结构的均布设置的多 个加强筋 63。 设置加强筋 63可增加延伸部 62的强度; 加强筋 63设置多个, 且 均布设置可使延伸部 62受力均匀, 从而使延伸部 62的牢固性能更佳; 另外, 板状结构的加强筋容易设置, 且加强效果好, 当然也可以设置成其它结构。
如图 3 ( b )所示, 所述放置盒 6包括一底壁和侧壁, 所述底壁和侧壁都为圓 形, 放置盒 6结构对应下壳结构设置, 放置盒 6与下壳配合时使放置盒 6与下 壳之间的连接更加紧密、 牢固。 结合图 2, 下壳 2的底部设置一用于放置闹钟的 平台 21 , 所述平台 21为圓形结构, 对应的放置盒 6设置一圓形的底壁配合下壳 设置, 从而使其配合更加紧密。 而且下壳 2从其底部向上围绕着平台 21逐渐一 圏一圏增大, 类似与人们吃饭用的碗, 放置盒侧壁就配合下壳 2进行设置, 进 一步使配合紧密、 牢固。
在本实施例中, 所述齿轮组件底部通过胶水粘合在放置盒的底壁上, 胶水粘 合固定牢固。
如图 2所示, 所述闹钟还包括用于连接上壳 1和连接件 3的上壳紧固件 5 , 上壳紧固件 5与连接件 3进行配合连接,且上壳紧固件 5通过热熔固定在上壳 1 内。 连接件 3另一端和齿轮组件 4进行配合连接, 齿轮组件 4通过放置盒 6固 定在下壳 2内, 从而就构成完整的闹钟。 上壳 1通过上壳紧固件 5和连接件 3 的连接, 上壳 1可进行旋转, 从而进行定时, 当上壳 1向回转到原始位置时闹 钟就会响。
在本实施例中, 如图 4所示的连接件和齿轮组件配合的示意图, 所述齿轮组
件 4底部设有一圓形的通孔(图中未显示 ), 所述连接件 3一端端部设有放置在 所述通孔内的第一圓柱(图中未显示) 以及直径大于所述通孔内径的第二圓柱 (图中未显示), 所述第二圓柱与通孔的边沿配合, 所述第一圓柱的高度小于或 等于通孔的高度, 所述螺丝孔位于所述通孔的正下方。 这是连接件与齿轮组件 配合的一种具体结构, 螺丝孔和通孔相对应, 从而便于固定齿轮组件。

1、 一种闹钟, 包括壳体、 用于定时的放置在所述壳体内的齿轮组件, 所述 壳体包括通过连接件连接的上壳和下壳, 所述齿轮组件固定在所述下壳内, 其 特征在于, 所述闹钟还包括一用于放置、 固定所述齿轮组件的固定装置。
2、如权利要求 1所述的闹钟,其特征在于,所述固定装置包括一用于放置、 固定所述齿轮组件的放置盒, 所述放置盒通过螺丝固定在所述下壳内。
3、如权利要求 2所述的闹钟,其特征在于,所述放置盒包括一底壁和侧壁, 所述底壁和侧壁都为圓形。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的闹钟, 其特征在于, 所述齿轮组件底部通过胶水粘 合在所述放置盒的底壁上。
5、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的闹钟, 其特征在于, 所述放置盒中部设有螺丝 孔, 所述下壳上设有与所述螺丝孔螺接固定的螺丝柱。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的闹钟, 其特征在于, 所述齿轮组件底部设有一圓形 的通孔, 所述连接件一端端部设有放置在所述通孔内的第一圓柱以及直径大于 所述通孔内径的第二圓柱, 所述第二圓柱与通孔的边沿配合, 所述第一圓柱的 高度小于或等于所述通孔的高度, 所述螺丝孔位于所述通孔的正下方。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的闹钟, 其特征在于, 所述放置盒沿所述螺丝孔边沿 向内延伸有延伸部, 所述延伸部内有与所述螺丝孔相配合的螺纹。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的闹钟, 其特征在于, 所述延伸部周围设有加强筋。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的闹钟, 其特征在于, 所述加强筋为板状结构。
