Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen ultraschallbasierten Meßsensor (10a bis 10e), wie Abstandssensor oder Totwinkelsensor, mit einem von einer Ansteuereinheit (20) elektrisch zu Schwingungen anregbaren Membranelement (16). Erfindungsgemäß ist es vorgesehen, dass die Ansteuereinheit (20) und/oder das Membranelement (16) dazu ausgebildet sind, einen gegenüber dem Meßmodus geänderten Heizmodus auszuführen, bei dem sich das Membranelement (16) bis auf eine Temperatur (T) erwärmt, die über einer Vereisungstemperatur liegt, und dass der Heizmodus eine gegenüber dem Meßmodus verlängerte oder/und höherfrequente Ansteuerung des Membranelements (16) umfasst.
