为了解决相关技术中用户获取联系人的精确度不够高的问题, 本发明 实施例提供了一种联系人查询方法及装置, 以下结合附图以及实施例, 对 本发明实施例进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例 仅仅用以解释本发明的技术方案, 并不限定本发明的保护范围。
本发明实施例提供的联系人查询方法及装置, 可以利用手机等终端设 备的通讯录来搜索和用户有关的联系人, 手机用户将通讯录上传到服务器, 服务器以通讯录中的联系人姓名 +手机号作为用户唯一标记和索引, 通过比 较用户通讯录中索引的匹配程度来确定两个用户之间是否可能存在关系。 利用上述的规则, 用户可以主动搜索想要查找的联系人, 扩展用户的通讯 录。 下面通过实施例进行介绍。
本发明实施例提供了一种联系人查询方法, 该方法可以在手机等终端 设备侧实现, 图 1是根据本发明实施例的联系人查询方法的流程图, 如图 1 所示, 该方法包括以下步骤(步骤 S102至步骤 S106 ):
步骤 S102, 获取各个用户的通讯录; 其中, 每个用户的通讯录包括该 用户的一个或多个联系人及对应的联系号码; 步骤 S104, 接收查询人发送的查询请求后, 在上述各个用户的通讯录 中, 查找与上述查询人的关联度达到指定阈值的被查询人;
步骤 S106, 将被查询人的联系号码发送至查询人。
通过上述方法, 先获取到各个用户的通讯录, 然后在接收到查询人发 送的查询请求后, 在各个用户的通讯录中, 查找与查询人的关联度达到指 定阈值的被查询人, 将被查询人的联系号码发送至查询人, 解决了相关技 术中用户获取联系人的精确度不够高的问题, 使得联系人搜索的范围更广, 精确度更高, 定位更精确, 并且该方案操作简单, 适用于大众群体。
为了防止自己的手机号被随意扩散, 用户可以选择自己的号码是否被 允许索引, 保证了用户号码的隐私性。 基于此, 本发明实施例提供了一种 优选实施方式, 即: 设置一个或多个用户的通讯录处于拒绝查询状态; 其 中, 该拒绝查询状态是指上述一个或多个用户的通讯录不被查询。
更进一步地, 用户可以只公开通讯录中的一部分联系人, 比如只将和 施方式实现: 获取各个用户部分公开的通讯录; 或者, 获取各个用户全部 公开的通讯录。 这样相当于将自己的搜索范围和被搜索范围都缩小到同学 的范围内, 有效的控制了手机号的扩散。
在上述步骤 S104中, 查找与查询人的关联度达到指定阈值的被查询人 的操作, 可以有两种优选实现方式:
第一种方式是: 在各个用户的通讯录中, 查找与查询人的关联度达到 指定阈值的被查询人, 包括: 在各个用户的通讯录中, 获取被查询人的通 讯录; 对比查询人的通讯录中包括的联系人, 以及上述被查询人的通讯录 中包括的联系人; 如果共有联系人的个数超过指定数值, 则确定上述查询 人与上述被查询人的关联度达到指定阈值。 在该实施方式中, 被查询人是 某个用户。 第二种方式是: 在各个用户的通讯录中, 查找被查询人所属的通讯录; 对比上述查询人的通讯录中包括的联系人, 以及上述被查询人所属的通讯 录中包括的联系人; 如果共有联系人的个数超过指定数值, 则确定上述查 询人与上述被查询人的关联度达到指定阈值。 在该实施方式中, 被查询人 是某个用户的通讯录中的某一联系人。
本发明实施例提供的基于手机等移动终端的通讯录来搜索联系人的方 法, 利用了手机这样一个大众持有的载体, 扩大了搜索范围和搜索精度, 建立了一个全局搜索的联系人网, 操作简单, 适用于大众群体。 也可以发 展运营商的增值业务, 增加运营商的用户体验。
对应于上述实施例介绍的联系人查询方法, 本发明实施例提供了一种 联系人查询装置, 该装置可以设置在手机等终端侧, 用以实现上述实施例。 图 2是根据本发明实施例的联系人查询装置的结构框图, 如图 2所示, 该 装置包括: 通讯录获取模块 10、 查找模块 20和号码发送模块 30。 下面对 该结构进行详细介绍。
通讯录获取模块 10, 配置为获取各个用户的通讯录; 其中, 每个用户 的通讯录包括该用户的一个或多个联系人及对应的联系号码;
查找模块 20, 连接至通讯录获取模块 10, 配置为接收查询人发送的查 询请求后, 在上述各个用户的通讯录中, 查找与上述查询人的关联度达到 指定阈值的被查询人;
号码发送模块 30, 连接至查找模块 20, 配置为将上述被查询人的联系 号码发送至上述查询人。
通过上述装置, 通讯录获取模块 10获取到各个用户的通讯录, 然后查 找模块 20在接收到查询人发送的查询请求后, 在各个用户的通讯录中, 查 找与查询人的关联度达到指定阈值的被查询人, 号码发送模块 30将被查询 人的联系号码发送至查询人, 解决了相关技术中用户获取联系人的精确度 不够高的问题, 使得联系人搜索的范围更广, 精确度更高, 定位更精确, 并且该方案操作简单, 适用于大众群体。

对于查找与查询人的关联度达到指定阈值的被查询人的操作, 可以有 两种优选实现方式, 因此存在两种优选结构: 上述查找模块 20可以包括获 取单元、 第一对比单元和第一关联度确定单元, 其中: 所述获取单元, 配 置为在上述各个用户的通讯录中, 获取上述被查询人的通讯录; 所述第一 对比单元, 配置为对比上述查询人的通讯录中包括的联系人, 以及上述被 查询人的通讯录中包括的联系人; 所述第一关联度确定单元, 配置为在共 有联系人的个数超过指定数值的情况下, 确定上述查询人与上述被查询人 的关联度达到指定阈值。
上述查找模块 20还可以包括查找单元、 第一对比单元和第一关联度确 定单元, 其中: 所述查找单元, 配置为在上述各个用户的通讯录中, 查找 上述被查询人所属的通讯录; 所述第一对比单元, 配置为对比上述查询人 的通讯录中包括的联系人, 以及上述被查询人所属的通讯录中包括的联系 人; 所述第一关联度确定单元, 配置为在共有联系人的个数超过指定数值 的情况下, 确定上述查询人与上述被查询人的关联度达到指定阈值。
本发明实施例中提出的联系人查询装置中的通讯录获取模块 10、 查找 模块 20和号码发送模块 30和设置模块, 以及各模块中的各单元都可以通 过服务器上的处理器来实现, 当然也可通过具体的逻辑电路实现; 比如, 在实际应用中, 所述处理器可以为中央处理器 ( CPU, Central Processing Unit )、 微处理器 (MPU, Micro processor Unit ), 数字信号处理器(DSP, Digital Signal Processor )或现场可编程门阵列( FPGA, Field - Programmable Gate Array )等。
下面通过具体实施例和附图进行详细介绍。
基于上述本发明实施例介绍的联系人查询装置, 本发明实施例提供了 联系人查询方法的另一种实现结构, 该结构对终端侧和平台侧都进行了介 绍, 图 3是根据本发明实施例的联系人查询装置的总体框架图, 如图 3所 示, 该总体框架包括终端侧 31和平台侧 32。
终端侧 31 包括通讯录模块 311、 通讯录同步模块 312、 终端请求模块
313和终端接收模块 314, 其中:
所述通讯录模块 311, 配置为保存终端用户的通讯录数据。
所述通讯录同步模块 312, 配置为与平台同步模块 321配合, 进行终端 与平台的通讯录的数据同步。 为了保证平台数据的正确性, 通讯录同步模 块 312需要周期性的与平台同步模块 321同步, 以保证平台数据的更新。
终端请求模块 313, 配置为向平台侧发出请求数据。
终端接收模块 314, 配置为接收从平台侧反馈的数据。
平台侧 32包括平台同步模块 321、 通讯录数据模块 322和逻辑控制模 块 323、 平台发送模块 324、 平台接收模块 325和管理配置模块 326, 其中: 所述平台同步模块 321, 配置为与通讯录同步模块 312配合, 进行终端 与平台的通讯录数据同步。
所述通讯录数据模块 322,配置为保存根据用户的通讯录生成的联系人 姓名 +手机号的索引数据。 具体地, 可以设置每一个用户为一个父节点, 他 通讯录中的每一个 "联系人 +手机号"作为每一个子节点挂在当前用户的父 节点下, 每一个用户都有这样一个父子结构的数据结构, 将所有用户的数 据汇总, 形成通讯录数据库。
所述逻辑控制模块 323, 配置为执行查找联系人操作, 判断两用户是否 关联, 设置隐私数据等逻辑控制功能。
具体地, 判断两用户是否关联的方法为, 统计两用户的共同联系人, 设定一个阈值, 当两用户的共同联系人个数通过这个阈值, 则判断为两用 户可能有关系。
搜索联系人的方法可以是, 获得平台接收模块的查询人和被查询人的 信息, 到通讯录数据模块中查找所有以被查询人为父节点的通讯录, 这些 通讯录的所有者组成疑似关联人, 进一步使用上面提到判断两用户是否关 联的方法判断查询人和所有的疑似关联人是否关联, 将符合条件的关联人 结果送至平台发送模块发送给终端的接收模块, 从而交给用户处理。
查找联系人的另外一个方法可以是, 获得平台接收模块的查询人和被 查询人的信息, 到通讯录数据模块中查找所有以被查询人为子节点的通讯 录, 这些通讯录的所有者组成疑似关联人, 进一步使用上面提到判断两用 户是否关联的方法判断查询人和所有的疑似关联人是否关联, 将符合条件 的关联人结果送至平台发送模块发送给终端的接收模块, 从而交给用户处 理。
所述平台发送模块 324, 配置为向终端侧发出结果数据。
所述平台接收模块 325, 配置为接收从终端侧发出的请求数据。
所述管理配置模块 326, 配置为对整个系统进行管理, 包含业务逻辑管 理、 日志记录、 参数配置等管理功能。
基于上述实施例介绍的联系人查询装置的总体框架, 下面对联系人查 询方法进行介绍。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的平台侧与用户侧交互示意图, 如图 4所示, 该流程包括:
步骤 S401 : 用户通过终端侧向平台侧发出查询请求;
步骤 S402: 平台侧接收用户从终端侧发出的请求, 并保存;
步骤 S403 : 平台侧查询通讯录数据库, 找到用户所要查找的联系人, 保存到发送模块;
步骤 S404: 平台侧发送模块将查询结果发送到用户手机终端; 步骤 S405: 用户手机终端接收查询结果, 用户处理查询结果。
为了更进一步理解本发明实施例的查询规则, 下面介绍平台侧的逻辑 处理模块怎样查找用户的联系人。 假设用户 A想通过在线通讯录查找用户
B, 其中用户 A和用户 B均上传了自己的通讯录到服务器。 假定当两个用 户的共同联系人个数 > 3时, 认为两个用户可能认识。
图 5是根据本发明实施例的联系人查找方法的流程图, 如图 5所示, 该方法包括以下步骤(步骤 S500至步骤 S510 ):
步骤 S500, 流程开始;
步骤 S502, 遍历平台通讯录数据模块终端的数据, 查找是否有用户 B 上传了通讯录。 如果是, 则执行步骤 S504, 如果否, 则执行步骤 S510。
步骤 S504,对比用户 A和用户 B的通讯录信息,判断用户 A和用户 B 是否相关;
具体地, 判断用户 A和用户 B是否有超过 3个共同联系人, 如果是, 则执行步骤 S506; 否则执行步骤 S502。
步骤 S506, 记录下用户 B的联系方式, 然后继续遍历, 将所有符合条 件的用户 B的联系方式发送给用户 A, 由用户 A自行处理。 这里, 若用户 A和用户 B相关,说明用户 B可能是用户 A所要查找的 联系人; 记录下用户 B的联系方式, 然后继续遍历, 将所有符合条件的用 户 B的联系方式发送给用户 A, 由用户 A自行处理。
进一步地, 如果用户 A要查找的用户 B没有上传自己的通讯录, 而和 用户 A有关联的用户 C中有一个姓名为用户 B的联系方式, 也可以认定此 用户 B可能是用户 A要查找的联系人。
步骤 S508, 判断是否遍历所有通讯录, 如果是, 则执行步骤 S510, 否 则, 执行步骤 S502。
步骤 S510, 该流程结束。
从以上的描述中可以看出, 通过本发明实施例提供的技术方案, 基于 手机通讯录进行联系人的动态扩展, 可以通过用户主动查询来获取更多人 的联系方式。 出于实时性考虑, 用户的通讯录会在服务器上定时更新, 出 于隐私性考虑, 用户上传自己的通讯录时可以进行隐私控制, 本发明实施 例所提出的基于通讯录的方法具有范围广、 使用方便、 定位准确、 实时更 新并兼具安全性的优点, 具体地, 本发明实施例具有以下优点: (1 )搜索 范围广。 手机的使用范围非常广泛, 所有使用手机的用户只要上传通讯录 到服务器中, 都可以实现此搜索。 (2 ) 实现简单。 本发明实施例需要将用 户的通讯录上传到服务器, 而实际上, 为了保证手机丟失后通讯录的完整 性, 目前大部分用户已经选择了将手机通讯录上传到服务器, 本发明实施 例是对现有技术的扩展。 (3 ) 定位精确。 联系人 +手机号这样的一个标识, 是独一无二的, 本发明实施例中使用这个标识作为查询索引是一个理想的 选择。 通过比较两个用户的通讯录中共同联系人的个数, 来判断两人是否 可能认识, 这种方法也是最准确有效的。 (4 ) 实时更新。 服务器会定时和 用户手机中的通讯录定时进行更新, 从而保证服务器上数据库的正确性。 ( 5 ) 隐私控制。 本发明实施例的技术方案, 利用手机等大众持有的载体, 可以利用手 机的通讯录来搜索和用户有关的联系人, 手机用户将通讯录上传到服务器, 服务器以通讯录中的联系人姓名 +手机号作为用户唯一标记和索引, 通过比 较用户通讯录中索引的匹配程度来确定两个用户之间是否可能存在关系。 利用上述的规则, 用户可以主动搜索想要查找的联系人, 扩展用户的通讯 录。

权利要求书
1、 一种联系人查询方法, 获取各个用户的通讯录; 其中, 每个用户的 通讯录包括所述用户的一个或多个联系人及对应的联系号码; 所述方法包 括:
接收查询人发送的查询请求后, 在所述各个用户的通讯录中, 查找与 所述查询人的关联度达到指定阈值的被查询人;
将所述被查询人的联系号码发送至所述查询人。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法,其中, 所述获取各个用户的通讯录包括: 获取各个用户部分公开的通讯录; 或者,
获取各个用户全部公开的通讯录。
3、如权利要求 1所述的方法,其中, 所述在所述各个用户的通讯录中, 查找与所述查询人的关联度达到指定阈值的被查询人, 包括:
在所述各个用户的通讯录中, 获取所述被查询人的通讯录;
对比所述查询人的通讯录中包括的联系人, 以及所述被查询人的通讯 录中包括的联系人;
如果共有联系人的个数超过指定数值, 则确定所述查询人与所述被查 询人的关联度达到指定阈值。
4、如权利要求 1所述的方法,其中, 所述在所述各个用户的通讯录中, 查找与所述查询人的关联度达到指定阈值的被查询人, 包括:
在所述各个用户的通讯录中, 查找所述被查询人所属的通讯录; 对比所述查询人的通讯录中包括的联系人, 以及所述被查询人所属的 通讯录中包括的联系人;
如果共有联系人的个数超过指定数值, 则确定所述查询人与所述被查 询人的关联度达到指定阈值。
